Sebatik Island is one of the 92 outermost small islands located in North Kalimantan province and directly adjacent to neighboring Malaysia, Malaysia. In 2011, the Sebatik Region was split again into five Districts, namely Sebatik District, West Sebatik District, East Sebatik District, North Sebatik District, and Central Sebatik District. The strategic location which is on the border of Indonesia and Malaysia as well as the potential for abundant natural resources makes Sebatik Island a cross-country strategic area. However, behind the various potentials it has, Sebatik Island has various problems, especially in the management of development and increasing the social resilience of the region. Social resilience on Sebatik Island can be realized through a power that synergizes with one another both in political, social, economic and natural resource aspects. Social resilience in the community is also highly dependent on a number of assets or potential. From these problems and problems, the researcher made a formulation of the problem, namely what is the impact of changing the boundary points on Sebatik Island on the border of Indonesia and Malaysia in the perspective of the Uti Prossidentis principle. With the aim of this writing is to analyze and find out about the impact of changing the boundary points on Sebatik Island on the border of Indonesia and Malaysia in the perspective of the Uti Prossidentis principle. The type of research conducted in this writing is descriptive research, meaning that the author tries to describe the problems that occur in the border area between Indonesia and Malaysia related to the point of change of the boundary point between Indonesia and Malaysia on Sebatik Island. In this matter, even though the governments of the two countries, Indonesia and Malaysia, have made various efforts both technically in the field and in border areas, especially at the boundary point on Sebatik Island, North Kalimantan, in the process of these efforts, the two countries, Indonesia and Malaysia, must involve academics. to support the quality of preparation and implementation strategies that will later be carried out by the relevant government. So that there is good and structured coordination between Ministries and Institutions, both central Institutions and Regional Institutions.

Al-Quran is the word of Allah SWT in the form of miracles revealed by Him to humans. Through Gabriel with the intermediary of the last Messenger, Muhammad has the main function as a guide for humans as psychophysical beings who are worth worship. Among the features of the Al-Quran is that it is a book that is explained and easy to memorize. The Al-Quran is the main source in Islam and is a life guide for every Muslim, the Al-Quran does not only contain instructions about the relationship between humans and Allah, but also humans and humans. Like miserly, the Koran presents about miserly, miserly should not exist, because it damages human relations. This study aims to find the meaning of miserliness, by avoiding it in order to reach Allah's blessing. In the Indonesian dictionary, the word bakhil is miserly, lokek, and stingy. One of the liver disease is miserly. Miserliness ( miserly ) is a disease of the heart and a despicable mental attitude . Stingy is also stingy in using his wealth, even stinginess can be towards himself, especially towards other people. This miserly disease often afflicts people who strive in the way of Allah and is the cause of the suffering of Muslims today and this trait is a disease that must be cured. It is one of the bad and reprehensible qualities in all religious views. Miserliness and greed accompanied by a tendency to hoard as much wealth as possible can violate the values of community life, cultured human life. In the Al-Quran there are messages and suggestions to pay attention to one another and be concerned for others, especially for those who are less fortunate. Stinginess and reluctance to share with others, especially those in need have a negative impact. Neither to oneself nor to others, so that there are many verses in the Koran that instruct sharing and charity, as well as the prohibition of being stingy. These various realities show that miser or miserly is an interesting issue to discuss because, firstly, its existence is quite complex and difficult to overcome. Second, there is a paradox, where on the one hand the social escalation of regiusitas is increasing, but on the other hand miser is still attached.

The Qur'an not only regulates the relationship between humans and their Lord, but also regulates the relationship between humans and humans for the sake of happiness in life in this world and in the hereafter. Allah SWT explains the meaning of patience and guidance to ask for help through patience and prayer contained in the Al-Qur'an Al-Baqarah verse 153. The research method used in this research is qualitative with content analysis. Prayer is a means of presenting a solution, and this is the best way, no matter how hard the problem is, return to Allah, pray, prostrate, bow down, bow before Allah, humiliate yourself, and let Allah guide our solution. Whatever we do will not change God's destiny without His permission, so prayer is the bright way to the solution to the magnitude of our problems. With prayer we will find peace and that is where the solution will be present, Allah will sincerely cooperate with us to solve our problems.

Mathematics is one of the subjects taught at all levels from basic education to higher education, which has a significant role in preparing students to have the ability to think logically, analytically, systematically, critically and creatively, as well as have the ability to work together. One of the activities in learning mathematics at school is through problem solving. Problem solving aims to see students' understanding of a material. Mathematical problem solving ability is a very important part of learning mathematics. However, in reality, the problem-solving ability of junior high school students' mathematics is still very low. From these problems, then one of the lessons that can improve the ability to solve mathematical problems is Problem Solving learning. One of the factors that influence differences in problem solving ability is learning style. Learning styles have a close relationship and influence on the learning process in order to achieve learning goals. With students knowing their learning style, learning Problem Solving can be done easily. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII A MTs Plus Sunan Drajat Kedungsantren Bojonegoro. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Problem Solving learning on mathematics learning outcomes when viewed from students' learning styles. The type of research used is quantitative research with the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The results showed that testing the data on mathematics learning outcomes with the Paired Sample T-Test stated that the t_count value was -9.726. The t_count value is negative, because the pretest average value is lower than the posttest average value. In this case, the t_count value can be positive so that it becomes 9.726. Meanwhile, the value of t_table with α = 0.05 and degrees of freedom (dk=n-1) with 24 students is 1.714. Then it can be seen that t_count > t_table, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant difference. So it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Solving learning model is quite effectively carried out in the teaching and learning process for class VIII A students of MTs Plus Sunan Drajat Kedungsantren on the material of geometric shapes on the flat sides of cubes and blocks.

Indonesian is an agricultural country, so land has a very important meaning for the life of the Indonesian people. So important is the position of land for humans, it often causes disputes about land. Theoretically, dispute resolution can be carried out in 2 (two) ways, namely through formal justice mechanisms in court (litigation) and outside the judicial process (non-litigation). One form of settlement outside the court is Mediation. Mediation is a dispute settlement through negotiation with the help of a neutral third party (mediator) to find a form of settlement that can be agreed upon by the parties. Mediation is basically deliberation and consensus, namely as a method or process other than other methods or processes, whether through arbitration, negotiation, conciliation, and others. If in mediation there is an agreement, and it is stated in a deed of peace, in fact this deed of peace is a legal product and has binding power as is characteristic of the consensual principle according to Article 1338 of the Indonesian Civil Code. Thus, an agreement made legally applies as a law for the parties to the dispute. This article uses a socio legal approach in a descriptive analytical manner through qualitative methods

Hadith is one of the pillars of Muslims in carrying out Islamic law. Besides that, hadith is also a sharp weapon for orientalists in bringing down Islam. One of the bases used by orientalists in overthrowing Islam is the hadiths that seem textually contradictory. Hadith that appear to be textually contradictory can cause misunderstandings for the general public if they do not examine them in depth. One example is the hadith narrated by Abū Dāwud which contradicts the permissibility and prohibition of using illicit objects in medicine. Therefore, researchers conducted research on the meaning and completion of the two hadiths. This type of research is qualitative in nature (library research) with descriptive presentation and analysis methods. This research also uses the book of Sunan Abū Dāwud and is assisted by other standard books, then it is analyzed by studying the Mukhtalif al-Ḥadīṡ method of Syaikh Shāliḥ al-Uṡaimin to resolve the two contradictory hadiths. The result of this study is that the two hadiths can be solved using the al-Jam'u method. Based on the compromise of the two hadiths, it is known that the use of illicit objects is permissible with certain considerations and conditions.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational capital on the firm life cycle. The sample used is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2009-2017 period, with a total of 580 observations of data from 116 companies and using a purposive sampling method. This study uses the independent variable organization capital which is proxied by OC/TA and the dependent variable company life cycle which is proxied by the dummy life cycle classification based on cash flow, retained earnings to total assets, and retained earnings to total equity. In addition, the control variables used are company size, market-to-book ratio, leverage, return on equity, company sales growth, capital expenditure, and asset turnover ratio. The analysis technique used is multinomial logistic regression. The results showed that organizational capital has a significant effect on the firm life cycle, where companies with high organizational capital are in the introduction and decline stages, while companies with low organizational capital are in the growth and maturity stages. Development requires quality human resources (HR). This human resource can act as a factor of labor production that can master technology so as to increase economic productivity. To achieve quality human resources requires the formation of human capital (human capital). The formation of this human capital is a way to obtain a number of people who have strong characters who can be used as important capital in development. This character can be in the form of level of expertise and level of community education. The concept of human capital investment that supports economic growth has existed since the days of Adam Smith (1776), Heinrich Von Thunen (1875) and other classical theorists before the 19th century who emphasized the importance of investment. human skills. Schultz (1961) and Deninson (1962) then showed that the development of the education sector with human resources as its core focus has contributed directly to a country's economic growth, through increasing the skills and productive capabilities of the workforce.  These findings and perspectives have stimulated the interest of a number of experts to research the economic value of education (Nurulpaik, 2005). Human capital is a stock of productive abilities and knowledge found in society. Alfred Marshal once said "the most valuable of all capital is that invested in human beings" (Becker, 1975). In this case human capital is a long-term investment in the development of human resources to increase productivity. The importance of human capital is that the knowledge that exists in human resources is the driving base in increasing productivity. Human capital can be distinguished from human resources management, but can also synergize. Human capital views humans more as intangible assets and human resources management views humans as costs or costs that are detrimental to the company. The concept of human capital emerged, due to a shift in the role of human resources. Human capital arises from the idea that humans are assets that have many advantages, namely human capabilities when used and disseminated will not decrease but increase both for the individual concerned and for the organization, humans are able to transform data into meaningful information. The concept of innovation has been continuously developed by a number of experts and institutions in the last 50 years. This is based on Resource Based Theory (Barney, 1991). In the perspective of Resource Based View (RBV), internal resources and the internal environment are the main keys for determining strategies to achieve high performance (Hitt et al., 2011). Resource Based Theory (RBT) focuses on the concept of attributes of excellence that are difficult to imitate as a source of superior performance and competitive advantage (Barney, 1991). Resources based theory is the company's resources as the main driver behind the company's performance and competitiveness. Based on this resources based theory, an organization can be assessed as a collection of physical resources, human resources, and organizational resources (Barney, 1991). Barney (1991) categorizes three types of resources: Physical capital resources (technology, plant and equipment) Human capital capital (training, experience, and insight), and Organizational resource capital (formal structure)

In the Civil Code concerning civil inheritance law it is classified as one of the aspects of civil law which has the basic meaning contained therein, namely to regulate but there is no element of demand in this matter. Whatever the heir does to his property before he dies is his power, and that is part of the civil law that is regulatory. Inheritance law is the law that controls the locking of inheritance that is freed because the owner has died, and its effect on the person entitled to receive the inheritance. There are two ways to obtain inheritance, namely: based on statutory provisions or ab intestato wettelijk erfrecht, and appointed in a will or testamentair erfrecht). The problem is how to implement the absolute portion (legitime portie) of the heirs of various groups according to civil law laws. This paper uses library research methods in the form of books, scientific journals, magazines, and so on. legitieme fortie (absolute part) is part of the inheritance or inheritance which must be divided among the heirs in a straight line downwards and upwards, and regarding which part the heirs prevent from deciding something either in the form of a grant (gift) or in the form of a testamentary grant (Article 913 KHU civil). Asser Meyyers argues about inheritance law in the Netherlands page 148 explaining that the purpose of legimie portie is to avoid and protect the heir from the desire that arises for the heir to benefit other people.

The main goal of working human resources is to get compensation, but there are times when compensation and workload are often unequal. For this reason, this research was conducted, in order to find out how much influence compensation and workload have on workers' satisfaction, especially contract workers and other workers, who expect a daily salary, because the workers' compensation system is usually daily, and depends on how many jobs they get. carried out by the worker. This study uses a quantitative method with several tests namely reliability analysis, classical assumption deviation test, and linear regression. The t value of the compensation variable (X1) is -0.859, thus t count < t table, then Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected, which means that the compensation variable (X1) has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The t value of the workload variable (X2) is 1.116, thus t count <t table, then Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected which means that the workload variable (X2) has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In the Anovab table, the calculated F value is 0.656 while the F table value is 3.26. Thus F count < F table means that the compensation and workload variables have no significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Socfindo Matapao. The coefficient of determination (R2) value of the regression result is 0.038 meaning that compensation and workload contribute to the influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Socfindo Matapao of 3.8% This result is the result of (R2 x 100%), while the remaining 86.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
