Edupraner adalah salah satu mata kuliah wajib yang dipelajari oleh mahasiswa semester VI di Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar. Mata kuliah ini kompetensi akhir yang diharapkan yaitu, mahasiswa mampu memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, kemampuan manajerial, kemampuan membangun jaringan, menguasai jenis produk, cara produksi, operasi untuk pengadaan produk, pemasaran, serta operasi permodalan. Edupraner secara etimologisnya diartikan sebagai pendidikan kewirausahaan. Pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam teori dan praktinya diterapkan oleh mahasiswa melalui pelatihan, simulasi, dan magang. Hal ini dilakukan agar mahasiswa mampu untuk menciptakan produk yang inovatifi dan kreatif, memiliki pengalaman berkreasi, serta belajar untuk mempertimbangkan segala risiko. Pendidikan kewirausahaan mengajarkan mahasiswa untuk memiliki kreativitas yang tidak hanya mumpuni pada bidang pengajaran di kelas formal, tetapi juga mampu menciptakan ruang usaha mandiri. Untuk itu pada mata kuliah edupraner mereka dibekali ilmu pendidikan berwirausaha, capaian akhir yang diharapkan mereka dapat merancang manajemen produksi produk mandiri dan memasarkan. Kegiatan ini terangkum dalam acara ‘Market Produk SD dan Workshop. Pengabdian masyarakat yang berelevansi dengan mata kuliah edupraner dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan membuat gerabah dan market produk menggunakan metode instruksional. Di dalam metode tersebut, terdapat beragam jenis-jenis metode kegiatan, namun pada riset pengabdian masyarakat ini metode yang digunakan disesuaikan dalam proses perkuliahan yang capaian akhirnya belajar pendidikan kewirausahaan melalui pelatihan membuat gerabah, kemudian memasarkan, selanjutnya belajar mandiri membuat produk yang disukai oleh anak SD, sehingga orientasi dari hasil produk tersebut di jual melalui kegiatan ‘market produk SD dan workshop’. This research is motivated by a company operating in the convection/sewing sector. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of competence, work experience, work commitment on the productivity of production employees. This research was carried out at CV Zaada Usaha Mulia Kediri. The research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all 47 production employees of CV Zaada Usaha Mulia Kediri. The technique used for analysis is the IBM SPSS program version 22. The data analysis technique in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test. The results of this test concluded that the t test results showed that the competency variable partially had a significant positive effect on employee productivity with a significant value of 0.003 and a t value of 3.119. The work experience variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee productivity with a significant value of 0.356 and a t-count value of 0.933. The work commitment variable partially has a significant positive effect on employee productivity with a significant value of 0.004 and a t value of 3.075. And the results of the f test show that the variables competency, work experience and work commitment have a significant effect on the productivity of production employees with a significant value of 0.000 and an F value of 20.909.

The objective of this study was for determine and analyze the effect of the amount of raw material inventory and engine capacity simultaneously to volume production at PT Bintang Mas. The sample of this research is company data on the number of inventories of raw materials, machine capacity and production volume in 2018-2020 at PT Bintang Mas. The collection of data through observation. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of a company's internal data PT Bintang Mas, Based on the results of multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing by using test of F can be seen that simultaneously the number of inventories of raw materials) and engine capacity significantly affects the volume of production. While based on the hypothesis test by using test t count that the partial amount of raw material inventory there is a significant effect on the volume of production and the capacity of the machine partially significant effect on the volume of production.

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of raw materials and production processes on product quality (Case Study on Elvan Fashion Production). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 labor of Elvan Fashion Production. The data used is using primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that the quality of Elvan Fashion Production's raw materials had good criteria. The production process at Elvan Fashion Production has good assessment criteria, Elvan Fashion Production Product Quality has good criteria. Taken together the Quality of Raw Materials and Production Processes have a significant influence on Product Quality. Partially the Quality of Raw Materials has a significant influence on Product Quality. Partially, the production process has a positive and significant effect on product quality.

Human resources (HR) play an important role in a company because they can influence the company's efficiency and effectiveness. This research was conducted by exploring the perceptions of PT employees. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia to determine employee performance and the factors that influence it, namely leadership style and organizational culture. This research is located on Jl. Daan Mogot 119 Block C12 Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method. The type of research approach is using field research, by carrying out activities such as distributing questionnaires to respondents, processing data and analyzing data obtained from respondents. The number of samples taken from PT. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia as many as 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the hypothesis in this study was tested using the Partial Test (T) and Simultaneous Test (F). The results of the analysis show that Leadership Style and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Employee Performance in the Production Division at PT. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia. Partially Leadership Style (X1) has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Furthermore, Organizational Culture (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Pada ibu nifas dan menyusui perlu melakukan perawatan payudara untuk memelihara kesehatan pada payudaranya dan dapat meningkatkan serta melancarkan produksi ASI. Perawatan payudara ini mulai dilakukan pada hari pertama atau kedua sesudah persalinan. Perawatan payudara bermanfaat melancarkan efek pengeluaran ASI dan cara ini juga dapat mengefektifkan peningkatan volume ASI. Selain itu, payudara juga dapat mengalami bendungan ASI akibat tersumbatnya pengeluaran ASI dan hal ini dapat dicegah dengan perawatan payudara. Banyak ibu nifas dan menyusui mengeluhkan setelah meahirkan ASI keluar tidak lancar atau bayi tidak mau menyusu.. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan pada tanggal 15 Mei 2023 di Desa Bengle KecamatanTalang Kabupaten Tegal dengan diikuti  sebanyak 13 ibu nifas. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendidikan kesehatan dengan melakukan demontrasi menggunakan phantom. Hasil dari pengabdian adalah ibu nifas dan menyusui sudah memahami dan mengetahui tentang perawatan payudara pada masa nifas guna meningkatkan produksi ASI.   Kata Kunci :Perawatan payudara, Ibu Nifas,Ibu Menyusui, ASI

Pohon kelapa (nocos nucifera) merupakan tanaman perkebunan dimana hampir semua bagiannya dapat dimanfaatkan oleh manusia dan diolah sebagai produk industri. Salah satu perusahaan yang mengolah sabut kelapa adalah CV. Kosapa yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Ulakan Tapakis, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Produk yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan ini adalah cocofiber, cocopeat, dan baby fiber yang merupakan bahan dasar produk lain dengan nilai dan harga jual yang lebih tinggi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan ini adalah pada proses penjemuran cocofiber dan produk yang dihasilkan belum dikelola dengan baik. Tujuan kegiatan adalah memberikan usulan perbaikan dan ide kreatif pemanfaatan cocofiber menjadi produk lainnya. Dengan metode wawancara dan pengamatan langsung, dihasilkan ide bagi pengelola industri baik dalam hal perbaikan proses produksi maupun pengembangan ide kreatif untuk meningkatkan nilai produk. Diharapkan hasil kegiatan ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh CV. Kosapa-PMG, maupun industri-industri sejenis di sekitar Kecamatan Ulakan Tapakis, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, Provinsi Sumatera Barat.

UMKM Odey merupakan pelaku UMKM yang bergerak dalam bidang makanan dan cemilan kering yang telah berdiri dari tahun 2019 yang di bantu oleh sebagaian masyarakat di daerah Jl. Hasyim Ashari II, Rt 3 RW 2 Desa Sepanjang, Kecamatan Gondanglegi, Kabupaten Malang. Dengan produk olahan kripik pisang yang di distribusikan ke sekitar malang, Surabaya dan Sidoarjo sehingga produsen sering menggalami peningkatan permitaan pembeli namun UMKM Odey hanya mampu memproduksi 10 kg tiap harinya sehingga UMKM Odey ini harus meningkatkan proses produksi yang mampu meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi sehingga mampu menutupi kebutuhan pasar dengan mengguankan continuous sealer machine automatic dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi packing produk UMKM Odey.

Ibu rumah tangga di desa Kalirejo Kecamatan Negeri Katon, Kabupaten Pesawaran, Provinsi Lampung memproduksi tapis dengan skala home industry untuk menambah pemasukan ekonomi keluarga. Namun selama ini produksi tapis dengan skala tersebut memiliki kelemahan terutama dalam hal inovasi produk. Produk tapis yang dihasilkan hanya seputar selendang dan kain sarung saja. Hal ini berdampak pada jumlah penjualan karena tapis hanya digunakan dalam kegiatan formal saja seperti acara adat ataupun pernikahan. Hasil dari turunan produk tapis pun masih di dominasi kalangan dewasa; belum menjangkau kalangan remaja. Hal ini dikarenakan desain serta bentuk turunan tapis yang ada saat ini dinilai belum sesuai dengan perkembangan masyarakat sekarang. Maka dari itu perlu adanya inovasi untuk memperbarui produk yang sudah ada agar dapat lebih menarik perhatian konsumen dan memiliki perbedaan dengan produsen lainnya. Sehingga nantinya akan berdampak pada kenaikan jumlah pemakaian yang secara tidak langsung juga akan berpengaruh pada kenaikan jumlah penjualan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan konsulatif terhadap mitra. Metode ini dilakukan dengan cara meminta pendapat mitra terkait pelatihan atau kegiatan yang berlangsung serta memberitahu atau meluruskan hal hal yang bersifat prinsip yang kiranya keliru atau menyimpang. Sedangkan untuk kegiatan yang bersifat praktek, peneltian ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif, yaitu diskusi terkait permasalahan yang ada, pencarian alternative solusi dan pembuatan keputusan atas dasar kerjasama atau kesepakatan bersama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan potensi masyarakat desa dengan sasaran (mitra) masyarakat yang produktif secara ekonomi

This study was conducted to examine the effect of price, product quality, word of mouth (WOM) or consumer testimonials on purchasing decisions. The population in this study was the general public of Brebes Regency using Slovin formula obtained a total sample of 75 respondents. In this study, the technique used in data collection is the Probability sampling technique with sampling using simple random sampling techniques. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The analysis methods used are descriptive statistics, validity tests, reality tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicolonicity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and hypothesis tests consisting of T tests, F tests, voefficient of determination tests (R2), and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of partial research, it can be concluded that: 1). Price has a positive and significant effect with the value of t calculated > t table, which is 2.067 > 0.227 and the value of sig. < 0.05 which is 0.042 < 0.05. 2). Product Quality has a positive and significant effect with the t-value of the table t-count > of the table, which is 4.354 > 0.227 and the sig value. < 0.05 which is 0.00 < 0.05. 3). Word of Mouth (WOM) has a positive and significant effect with the t-value of the table t-count > which is 2.238 > 0.227 and the value of sig. 0.028 < 0.05. The results of the study simultaneously with the F test stated that the variables price, product causality, and word of mouth (WOM) had a positive and significant effect with the value of f calculated > f table which is 7.158 > 2.50 and the value of sig. < 0.05 which is 0.00.    

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially the effect of promotional costs and production costs on AL-Galla Industries Sales Volume for the period January 2019- Desember 2021 Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this research is quantitative analysis method with a case study approach. Data collected in the form of secondary and primary data. The data analysis in this study used Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that Promotion Costs and Production Costs had a simultaneous influence on AL-Galla Industries Sales Volume. Promotion costs have a partial effect on AL-Galla Industries. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Work Discipline of Production Division Employees at PT. Buana Niagamakmur Range, Tasikmalaya Branch. The population in this study were production division employees at PT. Range of Buana Niagamakmur Tasikmalaya Branch, totaling 50 people, quantitative method with a survey approach and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test, the test results show that simultaneously leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on work discipline. Partially, leadership style has a partially significant effect on work discipline, while the work environment has no partial effect on employee work discipline at PT. Buana Niagamakmur Range, Tasikmalaya Branch.

The purpose of this study was to determine simultaneously and partially the effect of reward and punishment on the work discipline of employees in the sewing production division of CV.Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya. The samples in this study were employees of CV. Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya, totaling 53 people. This research was conducted by collecting data with a questionnaire data collection technique, then testing the data with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that partially giving rewards has a significant effect on employee work discipline in the sewing production section of CV. Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya. Partially has a significant effect on punishment on employee work discipline in the sewing production section of CV. Wijaya Family TASIKMALAYA. Simultaneously, it has a significant effect on reward and punishment on employee work discipline in the sewing production section of CV. Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya.

: This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and compensation both simultaneously and partially on the work productivity of Production Section employees at SSC Quality Tasikmalaya. The population in this study is 45 respondents who are employees of the Production Department at SSC Quality Tasikmalaya. The data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that work discipline and compensation simultaneously affect work productivity. Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Compensation partially has a positive but insignificant effect on work productivity.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance in the production of Lemona Cake & Bakery Tasikmalaya. The population in this study were production employees at Lemona Cake & Bakery with a survey approach and technical data analysis using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test, it is processed to produce a regression equation as follows. The test results show that simultaneously work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has no partial effect on employee performance Lemona Cake & Bakery Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to determine the effect of controlling raw material inventory and production processes on product quality in MSMEs Warung Ohay Tasikmalaya. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study was 40 employees of Warung Ohay MSMEs. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling of 40 employees. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis with SPSS program version 25. The results of this study show that controlling raw material inventory and production processes simultaneously have a significant effect on the quality of Warung Ohay MSME products. Partial control of raw material inventory has a significant effect on the quality of Warung Ohay MSME products. The partial production process has a significant effect on the quality of Warung Ohay MSME products.

Pertanian  merupakan  salah  satu  produk  yang  sangat  penting di         Negara Indonesia. Sektor pertanian merupakan sektor yang mempunyai peranan strategis dalam struktur pembangunan perekonomian nasional. Pembangunan pertanian tidak akan bergerak maju apabila tidak  didukung oleh sarana dan prasarana pertanian yang yang memadai. Salah satu  permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh petani adalah akses untuk mendapatkan pupuk bersubsidi. Dalam rangka mewujudkan ketahanan pangan nasional, salah satu faktor sarana produksi yang sangat penting dalam peningkatan produktivitas dan produksi adalah pupuk.Pemerintah sangat berkepentingan untuk melakukan berbagai resolusi/ deregulasi kebijakan di bidang pupuk untuk menciptakan iklim yang kondusif bagi penyediaan pupuk di Indonesia, sehingga petani mudah mendapatkan pupuk sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Prosedur pengusulan untuk mendapatkan pupuk bersubsidi oleh petani melalui penyusunan elektronik rencana definitive kebutuhan kelompok (E- RDKK) masih belum sepenuhnya dipahami serta masih dilakukan secara manual baik oleh petani  maupun pengurus kelompok tani. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan prosedur penyusunan E-RDKK dan pelatihan penyusunan E-RDKK dengan menggunakan goole formulir.

Intimate Harmonic food Sukorejo, the sample of this research is 150 Respondents. The data source in this research is primary data source. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPPS 24 software. The results of this study show (1). Persaingan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang semakin ketat dalam hal Ekonomi Digital sudah menjadi nyata dengn semakin berkembangnya teknologi. Perkembangan ekonomi digital semakin meningkat akibat pandemic covid-19. Namun tidak semua UMKM di Indonesia sudah menerapkan konsep digital karena kurangnya pengetahuan atau kurang tersediannya sarana dan prasarana pendukung ekonomi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi terkait strategi pengembangan UMKM dalam memanfaatkan ekonomi digital.Ekonomi digital harus memperhatikan faktor-faktor pendukungnya di antaranya ketertarikan, sikap dan kemampuan individu dalam menggunakan teknologi digital dan alat komunikasi seperti smartphone (HP), tablet, PC desktop, dan laptop. Di samping itu, strategi penerapan ekonomi digital yaitu meningkatkan pendapatan pasar ke luar negeri, menambah unit produksi dan meningkatkan kualitas produk, meningkatkan proses marketing online. Keterlibatan para warganet baik sebagai pelanggan, sosial media influener, maupun sebagai reseller menjadi faktor penentu dalam ekonomi digital. Keberhasilan UMKM dalam mengembangkan usahanya ini dapat membantu pemulihan ekonomi Indonesia yang mengalami penurunan akibat pandemic covid-19.  

Gejala andropause dapat terjadi pada laki-laki saat memasuki usia 40 tahun. Penurunan kadar testosterone yang terus menurun bertahap, seiring usia yang terus menua. Akibatnya laki-laki mudah marah, depresi, panik, tegang, gelisah, sulit tidur juga merasa tertekan. Sensus penduduk kota Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY), menyebutkan tren penduduk lanjut usia (lansia) meningkat, terakhir pada tahun 2020 tercatat sebesar 15,94%, adanya peningkatan penduduk lansia menunjukkan dampak positif jika diikuti dengan adanya pengetahuan dan pemahaman dalam memasuki fase lansia.
