Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia. Pada saat sekarang perkembangan teknologi serta digitalisasi di berbagai bidang, UMKM merupakan jenis usaha yang memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam perkembangan perekonomian juga perlu mengalami kemajuan dibidang teknologi khususnya dalam memasarkan prodak. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan UMKM dalam hal digital marketing juga memperluas jaringan pemasaran UMKM. UMKM Salome Bunda Som merupakan salah satu contoh UMKM yang membutuhkan pendampingan digital marketing. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat terbafi menjadi empat tahapan yaitu tahapan survei, sosialisasi digital marketing,   pendampingan digital marketing, serta tahapan pemeliharaan dan evaluasi. Bentuk pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dengan tujuan mengembangkan dan turut serta dalam pendampingan digital marketing terhadap UMKM Salome Bunda Som agar dapat memiliki jaringan pemasaran yang tidak terbatas pada pasar lokal saja.

Elidar Midwife Clinic Southeast Aceh Regency provides health services located on Jl. Hero of Simpang Empat Village, Lawe Bulan District, Southeast Aceh Regency. The number of patient visits at this clinic tends to stagnate and decline. The research aims to determine the internal and external marketing environment, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) as well as marketing strategies and increase the number of patient visits at the Elidar Midwife Clinic, Southeast Aceh Regency. Qualitative research method. purposive sampling was used for research subjects. The results of the research analyze the internal environment which includes the strength of service facilities, human resource capabilities, promotion, and tariff setting as well as weaknesses such as inadequate facilities and infrastructure, insufficient human resources, and organizational and financial management that has not been managed well. While external environmental analysis has opportunities in terms of community needs, clinic development, and collaboration with BPJS, there are also threats including doctors on duty who are often empty, limited income, and the presence of competitors such as community health centers, private doctors' practices, midwives, and nurses. The Elidar Midwife Clinic, Southeast Aceh Regency is in the growth quadrant. The strategy that must be implemented is an active growth policy (Growth Oriented Strategy). The company maximizes its strengths and takes advantage of existing opportunities to compete with competitors. This strategy can be formulated through the S-O strategy (Strength-Opportunity Strategy), namely a professional implementation system, increasing human resource education/training programs, expanding market share, and strengthening cooperation.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini telah dilakasanakan pada hari Rabu, 30 Agustus 2017 di Desa Wonorejo Kec. Gondangrejo Kab Karanganyar Jawa tengah. Pengabdian masyarakat ini berjudul “Pembuatan dan pemanfaatan Pupuk Organik Cair” yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan ketrampilan melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan serta aplikasi pembuatan pupuk organik cair serta pemanfaatannya di bidang pertanian khususnya tanaman buah dan bunga-bungaan juga memahami mengenai keunggulan atau kelebihan pupuk organik.Kata kunci : pembuatan, pemanfaatan, pupuk organik cair

Warga perumnas Mojosongo terdiri dari 26% usia sangat produktif (25-40 tahun) yaitu masih mampu untuk melakukan banyak hal yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Kelompok usia produktif tersebut ternyata kurang produktif, sebagian besar berprofesi sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Ibu-ibu rumah tangga di wilayah perumnas Mojosongo yang dipilih menjadi mitra dalam kegiatan ini sehingga diharapkan memiliki tambahan ketrampilan yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Salah satu usaha yang berkembang di sekitar wilayah Perumnas Mojosongo adalah usaha pembuatan tahu. Usaha pembuatan tahu ini cukup prospektif, karena merupakan makanan favorit masyarakat. Permasalahan yang timbul adalah limbah dari usaha tahu, yaitu limbah sisa air perasan tahu dan ampas tahu, yang menimbulkan bau yang kurang sedap. Ampas tahu sering diolah menjadi tempe gembus, namun tidak semuanya yang terolah, sehingga masih ada limbah yang belum dimanfaatkan. Manfaat Pelatihan Pembuatan aneka olahan ampas tahu bagi warga adalah diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan para anggota dalam bidang pengolahan pangan, terutama dalam hal pembuatan olahan ampas tahu, sehingga mampu memberikan tambahan penghasilan bagi keluarga. Ampas tahu masih mengandung protein yang cukup tinggi, sehingga berpotensi diolah menjadi produk pangan yang bergizi. Olahan ampas tahu adalah stik, kerupuk, rengginan, kue kering dan lain-lain. The absence of an application to assist in the scheduling of the Communication and Informatics department's duties at TVRI has resulted in ineffective schedule distribution, causing a TVRI staff member to receive two coverage schedules simultaneously, while others may not receive any schedule at all. The purpose of this final report is to create an Application for Coverage, Announcers, and Editorial Schedules at TVRI using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MYSQL database, and designing its interface using Bootstrap. The issue faced by TVRI's Communication and Informatics Department (Diskominfo) is the operational data processing of broadcasting schedules using Microsoft Excel, which poses several challenges including insufficient data security, unorganized data storage making it difficult to search, and the risk of losing previously saved data, thereby slowing down TVRI's reporting process. This application comprises three User levels: admin, User, and TVRI head. The research adopts the Prototype development method to create the Coverage, Announcers, and Editorial Schedule Application at TVRI. Through the Prototype, the development team can quickly visualize the application's design and functionality, gather early User feedback, and address potential issues or design improvements before full implementation. The research outcome, in the form of the application, provides a concrete solution to the challenges of scheduling effectiveness at TVRI, enhancing efficiency, addressing data security concerns, ensuring organized data storage, and improving workflow speed.

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of prenatal gentle yoga on reducing lower back pain in third-trimester pregnant women at PMB Midwife Aida Nospita S.Keb in Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency, in 2023. The research method employed a quasi-experimental design with treatment and control groups. The study sample consisted of 30 third-trimester pregnant women divided into two groups: one receiving prenatal gentle yoga and the other serving as the control group without yoga intervention. Measurement of lower back pain was conducted before and after the intervention using a visual analog pain scale. The results indicated that prenatal gentle yoga significantly reduced lower back pain in third-trimester pregnant women compared to the control group. In conclusion, prenatal gentle yoga can be an effective alternative in alleviating lower back pain in third-trimester pregnant women.

Communication strategy is a plan in communicating with the aim of achieving a goal. Communication is basically an activity of exchanging ideas or activities or ideas in conveying ideas and the meaning of messages from one party to another. Activities carried out in an agency are always accompanied by the goals that fellow groups want to achieve. This research focuses on answering how the Communication Strategy of the Head of the Islamic Affairs Division to Improve Employee Performance of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of West Sumatra Province. The type of research used is using descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques that the authors use in this study are data reduction, data presentation and verification/conclusion. The primary data source in the study is the head of the field of Islamic religious affairs of the regional office of the ministry of religion of West Sumatra province and the secondary data in this study are in the form of archives and documentation in the field of religious affairs and communication of the head of the field of Islamic religious affairs of the regional office of the ministry of religion of West Sumatra province. The results obtained are that the strategy used by the head of the field of Islamic religious affairs to improve the performance of employees of the regional office of the ministry of religion of West Sumatra province is the Hafied Cangara communication strategy, which uses the method of selecting and determining communicators, recognizing targets, assessing the objectives of communication messages, and selecting media.

Understanding the terminology of economics and business in the Arabic language is important for careers in the field of economics and business. This is because Arabic is an important language in the Islamic world, including in the field of economics and business. This study aims to analyze the influence of understanding the terminology of economics and business in the Arabic language on careers in the field of economics and business. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach. Research data was collected by searching for articles relevant to the research topic. The results of the study show that understanding the terminology of economics and business in the Arabic language has a positive influence on careers in the field of economics and business. This can be seen from its influence on understanding economic and business literature, communication with colleagues, and job opportunities. This study concludes that understanding the terminology of economics and business in the Arabic language is important for careers in the field of economics and business. Therefore, it is important for someone who wants to pursue a career in this field to learn the terminology.

Fiqh is not a revelation from heaven, but rather the result of ijtihad which is a product of human thought. Therefore, it is important to ask critical questions such as: who defined it, for what purpose, in what social context it was formulated, in which geographical area, and with what epistemological approach. These factors greatly influence the process of forming fiqh. In other words, fiqh was not born in a vacuum, but rather developed along with the course of history and was influenced by the dynamic interaction between thinkers and the socio-cultural and socio-political environment in which they were located. This article uses a literature review methodology to examine the historical and social dynamics in the formation of fiqh. Unfortunately, fiqh that is developing among Muslims today is still heavily influenced by medieval works, especially those from Middle Eastern scholars. This condition shows the need for renewal and reactualization of fiqh according to the context of the contemporary era and society.

SARS CoV-2 yang telah menyebabkan kematian jutaan jiwa di seluruh dunia melalui gelombang pandemi COVID-19, telah merubah kebijakan di bidang kesehatan termasuk perihal tata bangunan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, salah satunya rumah sakit. Pembenahan struktur dan konstruksi dalam yang tercantum di regulasi berangkat dari kewaspadaan berdasarkan transmisi penularan terutama melalui droplet dan udara. Secara keseluruhan, tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk memaparkan tata bangunan rumah sakit paska pandemi yang tertuang dalam regulasi pemerintah dan pedoman internasional. Penulisan ini merupakan tinjauan literatur dengan menggunakan beberapa sumber pustaka serta hasil penelitian terkait COVID-19 dan tata bangunan bangunan rumah sakit. Semua sumber literatur akan disimpulkan dan disusun secara teoritis. Hasil yang akan diharapkan adalah penjelasan secara teoritis yang berurutan dan jelas terkait tata bangunan rumah sakit paska pandemi.  

Student administration is important for continuous learning in schools. Activities that are important in managing first-time student registration. This research explains about students at school. The aim of this research is to describe student administration in the school environment using SWOT analysis. Based on the SWOT analysis of student administration at the school, the appropriate method for this research is to use qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews, notes, and documentation. We can conclude from the results of this main analysis that there is still a need to develop strategies and improve the quality of schools to increase community interest in registering their children.

Kosmetik dari bahan alam sudah telah mengalami pengembangan karena banyak diproduksi oleh beberapa industri dalam bidang kosmetik. Rambut merupakan bagian dari tubuh yang  menghiasi kepala manusia dengan kebutuhan estetika, sehingga tidak heran jika banyak orang yang sangat memperhatikan kesehatan rambutnya dengan cara merawat atau memperbaiki rambut yang sudah rusak dan juga mencegah rambut dari hal-hal yang merugikan yaitu seperti seperti rambut ronotk, rambut kering, berminyak dan berketombe, yang mengganggu proses pertumbuhan rambut. Formulasi sampo herbal sebagai alternatif lain untuk memanfaatkan bahan. Tanaman murbei (Morus alba L.)merupakan tanaman dengaan beragai manfaat dalam bidang pengobatan maupun dalam bidang kosmetik. Praktikum formulasi shampo yang sudah dilakukan kemudian dilakukan pengujian stabilitas sediaan dan uji aktivitas antiketombe antara lain yaitu uji organoleptik, pH, tinggi busah, dan uji aktivitas antiketombe dengan bakteri P.ovale. Hasil yang diperoleh dengan warna putih, coklat, soklat tua, bentuk sediaan kental, aroma menthol dan bentuk kental, pH sediaan 8, tinnggi busa 4,2 dan 8,2 serta daya hambat bakteri sebesar 1,266 cm, 1,466 cm dan 1,3 cm. Pengaruh perbedaan kosentrasi ekstrak yaitu terhadap warna dan aroma, dan juga pada daya hambat antibakteri.

This study aims to determine the effect of classical music therapy on pain intensity in active phase in-partu mothers during the first stage of labor at the Independent Midwife Practice of Pertiwi Sengkang, Wajo Regency. This type of research is quantitative research using the Pre-experimental design method "One Group pretest - posttest design". The sampling technique used in this study used total sampling with a total sample of 30 mothers giving birth at the Pertiwi Sengkang Midwife Independent Practice, Wajo Regency, while data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test. The results of the study showed a p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05) which means that the alternative hypothesis is accepted. This means that the alternative hypothesis is that there is an effect of classical music therapy on pain intensity in active phase in-partu mothers during the first stage of labor at the independent practice of midwives in Pertiwi Sengkang, Wajo district. By him, it is hoped that health workers, especially midwives as birth attendants, can help mothers in childbirth to meet their needs for comfort in controlling pain and can use classical music therapy in the delivery process which helps mothers in labor to reduce pain during labor.

Family planning is an action that helps individuals or married couples to achieve certain objectives to avoid unwanted births, regulate the interval between pregnancies, control the timing and births in the husband and wife relationship and determine the number of children in the family. Family planning is an effort to space out or plan the number and spacing of pregnancies by using contraception (Manuaba, 2009). Contraception is an effort to prevent pregnancy. This effort can be temporary, it can also be permanent. Contraceptive use is one of the variables that influences fertility (Wiknjosastro, 2005). The main objective of the national family planning program is to meet public demand for quality family planning and reproductive health services, reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR), as well as overcoming reproductive health problems in order to build quality small families (Arum, 2011) . This research was carried out at the Riska Dewi Art Midwife, Wampu District, Langkat Regency in 2023, which provides quality health services. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that for the educational variable, mothers with elementary school education have no influence on users of non-hormonal contraceptives at a 95% confidence level and can only contribute 1%, mothers with junior high school education also have no influence on users of non-hormonal contraceptives. at a 95% confidence level and can only contribute 41%, while mothers with high school education have no influence on non-hormonal contraceptive users at a 95% confidence level and can only contribute 81%.

Family is the first environment that has a deep influence on children. Therefore, whether directly or indirectly, the family will be the first place for a child to gain experience and education that can influence his development both physically and psychologically. Education for families, especially children, is a very important thing to pay attention to. Adolescence is a period in the span of human life. During this period, individuals will experience a transition from childhood to adulthood which is accompanied by changes in life. The changes that occur include biological, psychological, social and emotional aspects. This is in line with the opinion of Santrock (2007) who states that adolescence is a period of developmental transition between childhood and adulthood which involves biological, cognitive and socio-emotional changes. Sibling rivalry is a pattern of relationships between siblings that can have both positive and negative impacts. The positive impacts that emerge can be in the form of increased learning motivation, the emergence of affection and understanding between siblings. Meanwhile, the negative impact that appears is solitary behavior and crying. According to research conducted by McNerney. A., & Usner (2014) which was carried out at each life span between the ages of 0-5 years, 5-10 years, 10-15 years, 15-20 years, and 20-25 years obtained results showing that ages 10-15 year has the highest level of sibling rivalry. This is also supported by the opinion of Hurlock (2007) that adolescence is a phase full of conflict and conflict, including with siblings.

Pregnancy is the intrauterine growth and development of the fetus starting from conception and ending until the start of labor. The length of pregnancy from ovulation to parturition is approximately 280 days (40 weeks), and no more than 300 days (43 weeks). Anxiety is a response to certain threatening situations and is a normal thing that occurs accompanying development, change, and in finding one's identity and the meaning of life. One way to deal with anxiety is non-pharmacological therapy, namely distraction techniques. This research uses a quasi-experimental research design with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of providing classical music therapy to reduce anxiety levels in pregnant women.That before classical music therapy was given a non-anxious level of anxiety, namely 9 respondents (16.7%), a moderate level of anxiety, namely 8 respondents (16.7%). Then, after being given classical music therapy, the majority of respondents had a non-anxious level of anxiety, namely 20 ( 66.7%) The level of mild anxiety was 10 respondents (33.3%). The pre-test and post-test show a significant relationship with the criteria for the level of anxiety of pregnant women with a p value = 0.000, <0.05 N = 30, so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of effectiveness between classical.

This research aims to evaluate the response of law enforcement officials to 4,444 cases of criminal acts of gambling via electronic media in Indonesia. The approach in this research refers to legal norms contained in legal regulations and literature, involving normative legal analysis and a qualitative approach. The research results show that law enforcement policies against criminal acts of gambling via electronic media need to be regulated and integrated in the legal field, as well as developing new laws. The use of these legal instruments is considered important to support development in various sectors, which depends on development needs, community legal awareness, and their views on behavioral assessment. In imposing sentences on perpetrators of gambling crimes, a general minimum criminal system and a special maximum criminal system are applied. However, in this system, judges do not have complete freedom to determine the appropriate type of punishment, but must follow the provisions for criminal intimidation regulated in law. In conclusion, to eradicate criminal acts of gambling via electronic media in Indonesia, it is necessary to increase the quality and quantity of Information Technology and Electronic Equipment (ITE) investigators at the National Police and National Police Headquarters levels, especially because law enforcement officers face difficulties identifying online gambling brokers who use fake identities and catch them effectively.

This study aims to examine errors in the morphological aspects found in the narrative texts of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 5 Dersalam. The methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, focusing on data containing morphological errors or improper sentence usage. The narrative compositions of the fifth-grade students from SD Negeri 5 Dersalam serve as the primary data source. Data collection was conducted through the documentation of student compositions. The data analysis was carried out using the Milles Huberman analysis model. The research findings indicate a variety of language errors in the students' narrative texts, including errors in the use of prepositions, incorrect writing of standard words, and errors in affixation writing .

Exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months and continuing for 2 years in addition to providing adequate complementary foods (MP ASI) has been proven to be an effective intervention that can reduce infant mortality. This study aims to determine the relationship between oxytocin massage and breast milk production in postpartum mothers at the Madiri Rimenda Br Tarigan Midwife Practice, Medan Denai District in 2023. This type of research is research using an analytical survey with a cross sectional method approach. The population was all post partum mothers who visited the Madiri Rimenda Br Tarigan Midwife Practice, Medan Denai District, totaling 34 people. The number of samples used was 34 people obtained using the total sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses chi square. The results obtained in this study were that from 34 respondents, there was an effect of oxytocin massage on breast milk production in postpartum mothers, showing that the p value = 0.000 < 0.05. It is recommended for Health Workers to increase education regarding Exclusive Breastfeeding.

Abstract. Basically, all companies want profits in running their business, and are able to minimize losses that occur in running their business. Therefore, many companies have good quality workforce but the number of employees is small. So a company often gives responsibility for various fields to one workforce in order to achieve goals according to plan by minimizing losses, one of which is by minimizing the workforce in a company. Lack of labor can have an impact on employee job satisfaction and employee work motivation. The right number of workers can make it easier to control outlet operations, because a shortage of workers can slow down the process of operational activities, causing outlet conditions to become unconducive. Apart from that, the lack of labor also affects work motivation because it can reduce work morale due to excessive working hours and multiple job descriptions. This makes it more likely that an employee will make mistakes due to decreased concentration at work. Pada dasarnya, semua perusahaan menginginkan keuntungan dalam menjalankan usahanya, serta mampu meminimalisir kerugian yang terjadi pada jalannya usaha. Oleh sebab itu banyak perusahaan yang memiliki kualitas tenaga kerja yang baik namun dengan kuantitas tenaga kerja yang minim.Maka sebuah perusahaan tak jarang membebankan sebuah tanggung jawab berbagai bidang pada satu tenaga kerja guna mencapai tujuan sesuai rencana dengan meminimalisir kerugian yang didapat, salah satunya dengan meminimalisir tenaga kerja pada sebuah perusahaan. Minimnya tenaga kerja dapat berdampak pada kepuasan kerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Kesesuaian jumlah tenaga kerja dapat melancarkan kendali operasional outlet, karena minimnya tenaga kerja dapat mengakibatkan lambatnya proses kegiatan operasional sehingga menyebabkan kondisi outlet menjadi tidak kondusif,selain itu minimnya tenaga kerja juga berpengaruh pada motivasi kerja karena dapat meurunkan semangat akibat jam kerja berlebih serta double job deskripsi yang menyebabkan kemungkinan besar seorang karyawan melakukan kesalahn karena menurunnya konsentrasi dalam bekerja.Tidak hanya itu, minimnya tenaga kerja juga menyebabkan jumlah complain customer meningkat karena terjadinya pelayanan yang kurang maksimal.
