In accordance with the title of this community service program "Digital Video Editing Training for Youtube Publishing in the Tanjung Mulia Hilir Village Community". Skills training activities are supported by lectures, questions and answers and of course direct practice in the computer laboratory. Training modules will be provided to participants as a tool for practical activities in the laboratory. The aim of implementing this community service program is to improve students' skills in using the internet and the benefits and activities that can be carried out using the internet, so that it can increase students' creativity in using the internet, especially to have a positive impact on internet use for students. This form of training is a very effective form of providing refreshment and additional insight and new knowledge in the field of information technology outside of the learning process received at each school.  

Under Law No. 32 of 2004, a village is a unit of legal community with territorial boundaries that has the power to regulate and manage the interests of the local community in accordance with local origins and customs recognized and respected by the government system. Indonesia. This study was conducted to collect sufficient information on innovation strategies for underdeveloped village development in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. The method used in this study is a literature study that reviewed related journals to answer how innovative strategies for rural development are lagging behind in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. The results of this study suggest that the strategy for the development of vulnerable villages should be carried out in stages, calculations are required, and the assistance of all parties is required. All problems in each field must be developed in line with the changes in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. In addition to implementing innovation strategies, communities must balance this with computerization or digitization

The purpose of the community service activity with the theme Training in skills to maintain mental health through psychoeducational strategies for adolescents at the Putri Aisyiah II Kadipiro Orphanage, Banjarsari, Surakarta is to equip knowledge and skills to maintain mental health so that they live happily. The target of this community service activity is the realization of mental health skills guidelines that can be used by young members of the Kadipiro Aisyiah II Putri Orphanage, Banjarsari, Surakarta, to realize and maintain a healthy mentality so that they become productive members of society. This community service is carried out by applying the Brenstorming method, Lecture method, Question and answer method, Exercise method and Case studies so that the material is easily accepted by members. The activity was carried out for one month with a frequency of once a week, the place of implementation was at the Kadipiro Aisyiah II Putri Orphanage, Banjarsari, Surakarta. Through this activity the members have the knowledge and skills to maintain mental health, so that they can strengthen the young girls who are members of the orphanage and ultimately the young women become strong and productive members of society. The output of this community service is the publication of scientific articles in journals with ISSN.

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that is a national development priority listed in the 2020-2024 RPJMN. Trends and targets for reducing stunting have progressed but are not yet significant. Of course, several causal factors are still found, so empowerment is needed to accelerate stunting reduction. The main focus in handling stunting is the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) which is carried out at Posyandu. Cadres who play an important role in driving posyandu are expected to have good knowledge and high motivation in efforts to prevent stunting. The aim of this activity is to empower health cadres and families to increase knowledge about preventing stunting by implementing the Balanced Nutrition Pyramid and Monitoring the Growth and Development of Toddlers. The target of this activity was cadres and families in Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District with a total of 42 participants (21cadres and 21 families). Empowerment activities use the lecture method followed by a question and answer session. The results of the activity showed that 71.4% of cadres and families had good knowledge. It is hoped that empowerment of cadres and families can be implemented consistently and continuously so that it can improve cadre performance and family understanding in implementing the Balanced Nutrition Pyramid and Monitoring Toddler Growth and Development as an Effort to Prevent Stunting

The research aims to determine the effect, the magnitude of the influence, and the relationship between the transparency of zakat management on the interest of muzakki in Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, to pay zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency. The data source for this research was obtained from questionnaire answers given by research respondents, namely the people of Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, who paid zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency, as many as 56 respondents. Data analysis in this study used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and simple linear regression analysis. Based on this test, it is explained that there is a significant influence between the transparency of zakat management on the interest of the people of Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, to pay zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency. smaller than 0.05 or (0.000 <0.05) and tcount > ttable (4.382 > 2.00488) so there is an influence of variable X on variable Y. Transparency of zakat management affects the interest of the people of Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, to pay zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency by 24.9%. There is a positive or parallel relationship between the transparency of zakat management and the interest of the people of Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, to pay zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency.

Effective leadership will only be realized if an organization is run according to its structure and function. The purpose of this research study is to answer; Definition of leadership? This study used a qualitative method with a library research approach and interviews.  

Culture-based education has become a movement to raise public awareness to continue lifelong learning in overcoming all the changing and increasingly difficult challenges of life. In addition, education provides answers and solutions to the creation of culture based on the needs of the community in accordance with the values ​​and systems that apply in it. There are various cultures that can be used as educational media, one of which is a'rupama which is a character education medium for the younger generation, especially elementary school students in the Ammatoa customary area. The role of a'rupama as a medium for character education in the Ammatoa customary area which later became the background for this research. This study uses a mixed method research type, namely research that combines qualitative and quantitative research. This research was carried out in the Ammatoa customary area, the informants and samples in this study were the community and the younger generation, especially school students in the Ammatoa customary area. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, literature study and questionnaires with a total sample of 56 of the 131 population. The data were then analyzed using spiral analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that a'rupama actually has a role as a medium of character education for the younger generation in the Ammatoa customary area in educating the younger generation through instilling positive values ​​that are considered to be able to shape the character of the younger generation to become a much better generation. The values ​​contained in A'rutama's stories are responsibility, hard work, honesty, communicative, creative, caring for the environment, discipline and curiosity. The presence of a'rupama can be an answer to the increase in educational media that can be used as a medium for character education in elementary schools. In its development, a'rupama experienced a number of obstacles which were feared to threaten the existence of a'rutama. community, indigenous peoples only focus on improving the family economy, a'rupama is not yet part of character education in elementary schools and technological development factors.      

This paper discusses the evaluation of educational programs in learning in schools where the implementation of education as part of educating the life of the nation must receive full attention from policy makers in this country, as stated in article 31 of the 1945 Constitution, amendment 4 that every citizen country has the right to education. The main goal of education is to develop human beings from an intellectual, emotional and spiritual perspective. In terms of its objectives, the output of education should be able to produce human resources who have advantages in terms of intellectual, emotional and spiritual. Education must be able to answer the challenges of the development of science and technology which is accompanied by a flow of information that is increasingly developing rapidly. The writing of this article uses the method of literature analysis (library research), namely the study of various scientific sources such as articles in both national and international journals and books that are in accordance with the themes and titles discussed. The literature analysis method makes the writer to read and find sources of reading material that are appropriate to the themes being discussed or are relevant. In this case the method of literature analysis is an appropriate and effective step.

Learning evaluation is important for an educational institution. With the evaluation, it is hoped that new ideas will emerge from the deficiencies that occur in the field. An evaluation that goes well will be able to provide good development to educational institutions. This study aims to find out how learning evaluation planning is related to school development. This study used the method of literature review (library research). The research results concluded that evaluation planning has a very important influence on implementation in the field. Without a structured plan, the purpose of the evaluation will not be achieved effectively or efficiently. Therefore, it should pay attention to what is the basis or planning in conducting an evaluation. That way, it is hoped that later it will be able to answer what are the obstacles, challenges, and obstacles to learning, both from the teacher and the students themselves.

The problem in the study carried out is that it provides an understanding regarding student learning in Civics learning which is still not good, especially because the teacher only uses the classroom environment and places more emphasis on taking notes from textbooks. In addition, student participation in asking and answering questions during learning activities is still lacking, which makes them less motivated to learn. Using the Teams Games Tournament approach, this study aims to improve Civics learning outcomes and student involvement in the learning process in class IV SDN Blega 1 unit "GOTONG ROYONG". Planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting are the four steps of classroom action learning carried out over two cycles. At SDN Blega 1, the research participants were grade IV students. The authors tested, interviewed, and made observations while developing a data collection methodology. Based on the findings of the data analysis, it was found that students learned more about human collaboration in the Civics curriculum. Whereas in Cycle I 44% of students passed the KKM, and 56% of students did not pass, after being given instructions, Cycle II used the Teams Games Tournament approach to carry out learning achievement tests, so that the number of students who passed increased. 32 people or 89%, while the decrease in the number of students who did not pass was 4 people or 11%, and Cycle III increased the number of students who passed by 36 people or with a percentage of 100%. Civics learning outcomes for class IV SDN Blega 1 can be improved through learning activities with the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) paradigm.    

This study aims to determine the environmental impact and natural damage from the production activities of the industrial sector grouping the areas of Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency for public health in managing environmental cases of alleged waste pollution and natural damage in Mojokerto Regency. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach through observational data collection techniques and also uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. According to (Kitchenham & Charter, 2007) SLR is the process of identifying, evaluating, and interpreting all research evidence to answer certain research questions. The results showed that grouping industrial production activities had an impact on the provision of jobs and also infrastructure development in Ngoro Subdistrict and also had an impact on the environment such as waste that was disposed of polluting the watershed and causing fish to die due to contamination of the waste content and polluted residents' well water. In handling these impacts, it is expected that industrial companies in Ngoro can carry out routine monitoring and evaluation activities to see developments in environmental and community conditions, in this case the implementation of policies related to handling the impacts of industrial production activities carried out by companies for public health, especially around Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency.

This research was conducted to determine the influence of career progression and work environment on employee performance at PT. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi. Using SPSS Version 25, this analysis uses multiple linear regression which aims to determine the effect of the Independent variable (X) on the Dependent variable (Y). This research involved 170 PT respondents. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi from various divisions. The data collection technique is carried out by distributing statement data that has been previously tested for validity and reliability, then the results of the respondents' answers are processed for analysis. The results of the analysis of this research data can be concluded that Career Pathing does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, while the Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance. This research was conducted on fruit traders at Ms. Puan’s Morning Market, Pekanbaru citywith the aim of knowing how the social capital of fruit traders at Ms. Puan’s Morning Market, Pekanbaru city.This research was conducted on fruit traders at the Ms. Puan morning market in Pekanbaru City with the aim of knowing how the social capital of fruit traders is.this study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Research subjects in this study amounted to 5 (five) informants. The technique of determining informants, namely by using purposive sampling technique is to take subjects by specifying special characteristics with the aim of research that is expected to be able to answer research problems. In collecting data researchers used observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The theory is the theory of social capital put forward by Jhon Field which consists of social networks, beliefs, and norms. The results of this study are that social capital is very important in running a business and the smooth running of fruit business at Ms. Puan morning market pekanbaru city, such as a network that can help or facilitate the smooth running of their business. Trust that makkes it easier for them to sell fruit, with social capital such as a network of trust and norms, fruit sellers can maintain fruit and make their business easier because managing a business is carried out jointly and sense of trust is established. Social norms that are intertwined becomen a benchmark and make them more focused

The community service carried out in Pelutan village aims to train participants to have the knowledge and information to do troubleshooting or detect motorbike damage. To achieve this goal, training was carried out using the counseling method by delivering material on troubleshooting and how to handle motorcycle damage. The activity was attended by 18 participants. Methods of implementing activities include: preparation, implementation, and reflection. Preparation is carried out by analyzing the problems and needs of the training participants. The implementation of the activity is carried out using the lecture method (question and answer) followed by a reflection stage. The end result of the community service activity is that participants can troubleshoot motorcycle damage and know how to handle it. The results of the analysis of the activity reflection questionnaire are as follows: 1) Understanding of troubleshooting material scores 92 %; 2) The benefits of the activity material presented with a score of 90%; 3) The level of pleasure or satisfaction of participants in the activity gets a score of 80%. Based on the reflection data of community service activities, it was concluded that the implementation of community service received a good response, hoping for further follow-up.

These changes bring various impacts, one of which is the formation of new types of crime in cyberspace. Fraud in electronic transactions via social media (Twitter) is a crime that targets the internet, computers and related technology as its target. Based on the position of the case, the fraud that occurs can be classified as a crime of computer-related fraud or a crime to gain personal gain and/or harm others. The handling of fraud cases can be carried out using the legal basis contained in Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, namely Article 28 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (2). The use of these two articles is based on the principle of lex specialist derogat legi generali. In addition, if examined using a victimological point of view, victims of fraud cases that occur are included in the category of participating victims where the tendency of victims to be unaware of their attitudes/behaviors in certain circumstances is a reason for someone to act. commit crimes against them. There are various kinds of business applications in this country, including one of them is a business in the family. Business management education in the family is very important to ensure the survival of each family member.  This research is a systematic literature review (SLR) that discusses the success of business education and management in the family. Literature study research is a process or activity of collecting data from various literatures such as books and journals to compare the results of one research with another. There are 10 articles related to the success of business management education in the family, these 8 journals will be used in answering the next problem formulation. From several articles that have been reviewed, there are several determining factors for the success of business management education in the family including Market Assessment, Understanding Customer Satisfaction, Understanding Innovation Development, and Being Able to Find Appropriate Human Resources.

This research is a systematic literature review (SLR) that discusses business education problems in high school students. Literature study research is a process or activity of collecting data from various literatures such as books and journals to compare the results of one research with another. There are 10 articles related to business education problems in high school students, these 7 journals will be used in answering the next problem formulation. From several articles that have been reviewed, there are several determinants of business education problems in high school students including the influence of the school environment, community environment and lack of student knowledge and students' emotional attitudes.

The existence of legal aid in a legal state is a necessity to provide legal assistance for the poor as mandated by the constitution. The implementation of the provision of legal aid to citizens is an effort to fulfill and at the same time as the implementation of a state of law that recognizes and protects and guarantees the human rights of citizens for the need for access to justice and equality before the law. The purpose of this service is to provide information to the community regarding the existence of legal aid for the poor in Pasarwajo Subdistrict This service activity is carried out in the form of lectures, questions and answers / discussions in which the speaker presents the material or presentation of the material then continues with a two-way discussion (question and answer). The findings obtained, that so far the community has not received complete information about legal assistance to the poor without being charged. After the socialization activity, the community, especially those in Pasarwajo Sub-district, had received information about legal aid. In addition, the activity was followed up with the formation of an institution that focuses on assisting legal cases affecting the poor in Pasarwajo Sub-district.

Each religion has its own symbols and uniqueness. Islam is the dominant religion in Indonesia. Islamic women are usually symbolized by the hijab and long clothes. Not infrequently there are also Muslim women who wear the veil. The veil is a face covering for Muslim women that covers all parts of the face except for the eye area, which is combined with a hijab and long clothes which are usually dominated by dark colors. But in Indonesia itself, women who wear the veil reap many pros and cons. This research was conducted to find out how the interactions that occur between women who wear the veil and the surrounding community. This study uses a type of qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. Qualitative research helps researchers to obtain an answer to a symptom, fact or reality that is being faced and to be able to understand a problem that is being studied. Ethnography is the study of culturally shared groups involving the core values and beliefs of their members. The subjects of this study were students studying at several campuses in Jember Regency. The results showed that the motivation of the informants in wearing the veil was as a form of obedience to religion and also to protect and avoid bad things. Several informants stated that they experienced some difficulties in interacting with the surrounding community when they wore the veil. Not infrequently they also receive negative stigma from society. So this is also a big challenge for veiled women in Indonesia, especially in the area around Jember Regency.

The background of this thesis is that it starts from the rapid growth of information technology-based lending service providers, apparently not balanced with adequate education to the public, causing various effects / risks that arise from the many kinds of online loans and there are still many unregistered or illegal organizing companies found as well as the potential for leaking user personal data that can be misused by the organizing company or another party One of the platforms is the Smart Credit App.   The problems that the author raises in this study are How to Arrange Online Loans on the Smart Credit Application, How are the Losses arising from online borrowing of the Smart Credit Application and How is the Responsibility of the Smart Credit Application for Losses from Customers. The research method used by the author in answering problems is Normative Juridical Research where the author tries to examine problems with existing legal rules and uses the literature study method in collecting existing legal materials. The conclusion of this thesis research is that Online Loans through the Smart “Credit Application in the people of Semarang City are regulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code which in essence stipulates thatagreements made online must still meet the legal requirements of an agreement. The implementation is regulated in POJK regulation 77/2016 concerning Technology-based Loan Services. Customer protection in online loan agreements can be found in the Consumer Protection Law in article 7 which regulates the Obligations of Business Actors, then Article 8 which regulates things that are prohibited from being done by Business Actors, and Article 18 which regulates the provisions of matters related to the Standard Clause. ITE Law, where in Article 11 and Article 17 of the ITE Law regulates matters related to the validity of electronic agreements, OJK Regulation Number 77 / POJK / 2016 concerning Services of a Loan in the form of Money Based on Information Technology which is regulated through article 18 concerning the Form and Structure of online loan agreements.
