One type of communication that is often used is interpersonal communication, because it is done face-to-face directly and using smartphones that are considered effective for persuading others, as well as carried out by caregivers at the An-Nur Women's Charity Home. This research aims to find out how to apply the elements of interpersonal communication media used, how to achieve the goals of interpersonal communication, and the driving and inhibiting factors of interpersonal communication. Methods used in this study include qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation from various informants. The results of the analysis show that the interpersonal communication process provided by caregivers includes material about religion, education, guidance, reprimands, advice, questions, storytelling, motivation, and solutions. Additionally, there is a closeness in interpersonal communication between caregivers and children, formed through listening, opening up to each other, sharing stories, understanding messages, and making caregivers both friends and parents. Empathetic, consistent, and attentive communication from the caregiver significantly contributes to the formation of self-confidence, social skills, independence, and responsibility in foster children. Furthermore, a caregiver with strong interpersonal relationships creates a comfortable and supportive environment for children to develop optimally. For mothers, this is an obligation that they must carry out, apart from education in daily life, mothers must also think about psychological and spiritual development, Islamic religion, so that their children have a path that is blessed by Allah SWT.The method that career mothers usually use in educating their children is putting them in TPQ, Islamic boarding school, continuous habituation, parents providing examples. During the time of Rasulullah SAW, Muslims did not need certain rules in understanding sharia law. After the spread of Futuhat Islamiyah, Arab Muslims interacted a lot with other nations who had different languages. On the other hand, the need for ijtihad is very urgent, because there are many new problems that have never occurred before and require clarity in fiqh law. So two large madrasahs emerged that reflected their ijtihad method - the Ahlir-ra'yi Madrasah used more qiyas (analogies) to generate heated debates, thus making the ulama feel the need to create written regulations that were recorded as common law in uniting these two madrasas. The hadith about being more careful in giving fatwas and qiyas gave rise to heated debate, making the ulama feel the need to make written rules which were recorded as joint laws in uniting the two madrasas. Imam Syafi'i was the first person to write a book about ushul fiqh-Imam Syafii was a great mufti of the Muslim community who was also the founder of the Syafi'i school, developing his school in Baghdad. Ushul fiqh is the postulates of fiqh which are global in nature - The object of the discussion is to study the postulates which are still of a general nature seen from their general legal provisions and the ultimate aim of studying them is to protect the Islamic religion from deviations and misuse of the postulates of the Shari'a, so that misleading carelessness does not occur.

The church has the main mandate to carry out the Great Commission as written in Matthew 28:18-20. In the context of an increasingly complex multicultural society in the digital era and society 5.0, the church is faced with the challenge of delivering the gospel in a relevant manner without losing its theological essence. This research aims to examine the theological contribution of the church in carrying out the Great Commission in a multicultural society and formulate effective strategies in evangelism. Using a qualitative method based on literature review, this research analyses literature from various sources of theology, sociology of religion, and multiculturalism studies. The results show that the church has an important role in building social harmony through interfaith dialogue, multicultural education, and inclusive and contextual evangelism strategies. Churches that understand local cultures can bridge social and religious differences without losing Christian values. In addition, the utilisation of digital technology in church mission strategies allows for greater reach in the spread of the gospel. However, challenges remain, including theological differences, resistance to evangelism, as well as limited church resources in social ministry. Therefore, a collaborative approach with various communities becomes a strategic solution to strengthen the impact of the church's ministry. This research confirms that the church needs to continue developing mission methods that are relevant to the times, while remaining true to its theological principles. By actively engaging in social ministry and interfaith dialogue, the church can become an agent of social transformation that brings peace and prosperity to a multicultural society.

Marriage certainly has legal consequences, and if the religion is different, various problems will certainly arise. These problems affect the relationship between husband and wife and their children if they have children. In terms of juridical legal regulations regarding interfaith marriages, formally and legally, have not been clearly and firmly regulated in Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, Article 2 paragraph 1 of the Marriage Law only states that the validity of a marriage must be carried out according to the laws of each religion and its beliefs. Legal certainty in regulating interfaith marriages in Indonesia still does not have normative legal certainty in legal texts related to marriage. This has clearly given rise to multiple interpretations of the law on interfaith marriages, whereas the unity of meaning in the legal text in a Law is absolute, there should be no double meaning in the legal text or Law, because legal certainty refers to the implementation of clear, permanent, consistent and consequential laws whose implementation cannot be influenced by subjective circumstances.
