The social media platform TikTok has grown rapidly as one of the main platforms for creative expression and information exchange. This article discusses the use of video editing tools provided by TikTok in creating interesting learning materials for students. We analyze TikTok's creative features including visual effects, music, and quick edits, and illustrate how to apply them to learning. This research involves a qualitative approach through case studies, focusing on the teacher's experience in creating learning materials with the TikTok video editing tool. The findings show that this approach can motivate students by providing visual content that matches the preferences of the younger generation. Students' positive response to this approach indicates increased engagement and interest in learning. However, challenges in utilizing TikTok's video editing tools are also acknowledged. Integrating creativity with substantial content and ensuring the integrity of education is maintained are some of the aspects that must be considered. Ethical and privacy implications are also discussed in the context of the use of social media platforms in education. In conclusion, TikTok's video editing tools offer exciting potential for creating impactful learning materials. With a thoughtful approach, educators can design content that fits current visual trends and communication styles, while maintaining the required educational quality.

The rapid growth of cross-platform applications has significantly increased the volume and diversity of sensitive user data processed across heterogeneous and distributed environments. Personally identifiable information, device identifiers, behavioral data, and financial information are routinely collected to support personalization, analytics, and service optimization. While these practices enhance application functionality and user experience, they also introduce substantial privacy risks, including unauthorized data access, device fingerprint–based re-identification, cross-user data leakage, and large-scale data breaches. These risks are further amplified by distributed processing architectures and extensive third-party library integrations commonly used in modern cross-platform systems. This study aims to systematically analyze privacy issues in cross-platform applications by examining the types of sensitive data involved, identifying dominant privacy threats, and reviewing state-of-the-art privacy-preserving mitigation strategies. A systematic literature-based methodology was employed, focusing on recent Scopus-indexed journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters. The analysis synthesizes findings using thematic categorization and a conceptual research framework that maps sensitive data sources to privacy threats and corresponding mitigation mechanisms. The results indicate that privacy risks in cross-platform applications originate not only from external attacks but also from internal architectural weaknesses, such as flawed authorization logic and excessive data sharing across system components. Privacy-preserving techniques including differential privacy, federated learning, blockchain-based data governance, secure multi-party computation, and fine-grained access control mechanisms are shown to provide stronger privacy guarantees compared to conventional centralized approaches. However, these techniques also present trade-offs related to system complexity and performance. Overall, the study highlights the importance of adopting a multi-layered, privacy-by-design approach to ensure sustainable, trustworthy, and regulation-compliant cross-platform application development.

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbots into customer service operations within digital banks has become a transformative trend in the banking sector, particularly in Indonesia. This study examines the effectiveness of AI chatbots in improving both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in three selected Indonesian digital banks. The research focuses on evaluating the impact of AI chatbots in reducing response times, handling high volumes of customer inquiries, and improving service availability. The study also delves into customer feedback, measuring satisfaction with the ease of use, personalization, and responsiveness of the AI systems. The results demonstrate that AI chatbots significantly enhance customer service efficiency by reducing wait times and automating routine inquiries, which reduces the need for human intervention. Additionally, customers reported high satisfaction with the round-the-clock availability of AI chatbots and the personalized financial advice provided. However, despite these benefits, challenges related to data security, chatbot accuracy, and customer adaptation to automated systems remain prevalent. Data privacy concerns and issues regarding the chatbot's ability to handle complex queries were noted as limiting factors in customer trust and satisfaction. The study highlights the implications of these findings for the future of digital banking in Indonesia, emphasizing the need for improved chatbot integration, stronger data security measures, and enhanced user experience design. The integration of AI in customer service operations holds significant potential for digital banks and the broader financial sector to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and meet the evolving expectations of customers.

Digitalization of migration administration is a strategic step in increasing the efficiency and transparency of immigration and population management. This research aims to analyze the implementation of digital technology, such as the M-Paspor application, Immigration Management Information System (SIMKIM), and the Sobat Dukcapil platform, as well as the challenges faced in this process. Descriptive qualitative research methods were used by collecting data through literature studies, interviews and digital system observations. The research results show that digitalization has succeeded in speeding up administrative services, increasing the accuracy of biometric verification, and facilitating data integration. However, the main challenges include limited technological infrastructure, gaps in human resource competencies, resistance to change, and security and data privacy risks. The research conclusions emphasize the importance of multi-stakeholder commitment, increased infrastructure capacity, and clear regulations to ensure the sustainability of digital transformation. Digitalization has the potential to optimize public services, as long as it is accompanied by a holistic strategy to overcome technical, social and policy obstacles.

Social media has a very important role in social relations in the digital era like today. The research method uses qualitative methods with a literature study type of research. Blockchain platforms propagate into every facet, including managing medical services with professional and patient-centered applications. With its sensitive nature, record privacy has become imminent with medical services for patient diagnosis and treatments. The nature of medical records has continued to necessitate their availability, reachability, accessibility, security, mobility, and confidentiality. Challenges to these include authorized transfer of patient records on referral, security across platforms, content diversity, platform interoperability, etc. These, are today – demystified with blockchain-based apps, which proffers platform/application services to achieve data features associated with the nature of the records. We use a permissioned-blockchain for healthcare record management. Our choice of permission mode with a hyper-fabric ledger that uses a world-state on a peer-to-peer chain – is that its smart contracts do not require a complex algorithm to yield controlled transparency for users. Its actors include patients, practitioners, and health-related officers as users to create, retrieve, and store patient medical records and aid interoperability. With a population of 500, the system yields a transaction (query and https) response time of 0.56 seconds and 0.42 seconds, respectively. To cater to platform scalability and accessibility, the system yielded 0.78 seconds and 063 seconds, respectively, for 2500 users.

This research aims to elucidate the design of metaverse learning media with the goal of improving the quality of education. Metaverse is a virtual environment that enables interaction among users through 3D avatar representations. In the context of education, the use of metaverse offers a different learning experience, optimizing the current technology and educational media, and supporting the development of soft skills and building confidence through the simulations offered. This research also discusses the potential and limitations of metaverse educational applications, as well as the challenges and opportunities for their use in the education world. The research findings indicate that the use of metaverse in education can overcome existing limitations, such as classroom capacity, distance, and time constraints. However, the use of metaverse also poses some challenges, such as user security and privacy. Therefore, the design of metaverse learning media needs to consider these aspects to enhance the quality of education.

Literacy in this digital era is the key to overcoming various challenges. Digital literacy is important in dealing with hoaxes, including the ability to identify hoaxes, evaluate the authenticity of information sources, understand the context of information, use tools, question information, and maintain online privacy and security. Digital literacy helps individuals become more intelligent, critical and responsible in consuming and disseminating information in the digital world.

However, the study also identified areas for improvement, particularly in terms of system accessibility, privacy, and efficiency, which significantly impact customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the influence of service quality on customer loyalty was found to be significant, indicating the importance of continuous improvement in service quality to maintain and enhance customer loyalty. This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of Traveloka.com's services and their impact on the tourism industry, offering insights for the company's development and the advancement of the overall tourism sector.

This study presents a comprehensive review to explore technology's multifaceted role in fostering cultural competence within multicultural education. The primary objective of this study is to address three fundamental research questions: 1) How does the integration of technology enhance cultural competence in multicultural education settings? 2) What challenges and opportunities are associated with utilizing technology to promote cultural competence in diverse educational settings? 3) How can innovative technological approaches be tailored to address specific cultural competencies in education? Adopting a library research approach, an extensive exploration of academic databases and scholarly sources was conducted to gather literature pertinent to the research questions. The descriptive analysis method was employed to synthesize and analyze the collected information, identifying key themes, differences, similarities, and weaknesses among the diverse sources. The findings from this comprehensive review revealed several significant insights. Technology integration was observed to offer opportunities such as personalized learning experiences through AI-driven tools, immersive cultural experiences via Virtual Reality (VR), and global connectivity fostering cross-cultural collaboration. However, challenges like the digital divide, biases in technological tools, language barriers, ethical concerns regarding data privacy, and pedagogical integration shortcomings were highlighted. Moreover, the study underscores the potential of adaptive technologies, multimodal resources, culturally tailored digital content, and aligning technological interventions with culturally responsive pedagogy to address specific cultural competencies. The recommendations emphasize the need for teacher training, inclusive design, curation of diverse and authentic digital content, interdisciplinary collaborations, and ongoing assessment for optimizing technology's role in promoting cultural competence within multicultural education.

However, the current digital payment methods still rely on centralized storage technology. Therefore, if the data held at the center is damaged or compromised, it can disrupt the flow of financial transactions, and user data privacy becomes a subsequent concern.

The use of social media has also initiated changes in social and economic behavior, for example in the case of farmers switching to the agrotourism sector due to social media activities, as well as influencing the presence of agrotourism and collaboration with outside parties. Thus, it can be concluded that social media has a significant role in shaping social and economic change in society, both in positive and negative terms.

This research discusses public information in the Pademangan Sector Police. Public information is an important part of public administration. Public information is all information that is publicly available and can be accessed by the public freely. This information may include government data, public reports, legal documents, or other relevant content. The importance of public information in society is to encourage transparency, accountability and citizen participation in the democratization process. However, effective management and access to public information also raises issues related to privacy, security and ethics. The use of public information is also to provide open and transparent access to information produced or managed by the government or public institutions to the general public. This aims to enable the public to understand, monitor and participate in government and decision-making processes. Public information enables the public to have sufficient knowledge to evaluate government performance, understand public policy, and play an active role in community development and maintaining government accountability. Therefore, it is important for the government and other agencies, including the police, that provide public information to consider the interests of the community and maintain the basic principles of fair and just public information.

This research was conducted to obtain information regarding data security and privacy of users of digital health applications, Halodoc and Alodokter, based on legal regulations in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative method through sources such as literature reviews, journals, scientific works and other media, as well as a quantitative method through calculating the level of conformity of regulations on applications with applicable laws and regulations. The results obtained in both applications are that data security and user privacy are met by seven out of ten indicators, and both make their best efforts to protect and secure their users' personal data, however there is no guarantee that the platform will be safe and reliable.

This research aims to understand the factors influencing demand for tax e-filing. Population as the object of the research is individual taxpayers in the city of Pati. Respondents taken for research through the 318 individual taxpayers. Technique data collection in this research using a questionnaire. The Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 26 is used to assist the process of data analysis in this research. The conclusion of this research is that security and privacy has no effect on the use of e-filing, perceived satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the use of e-filing, experience has a positive and significant effect on the use of e-filing, and knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the use of e-filing.

Big data is a trend that covers every field of technology.

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the existence of the Personal Data Protection Act makes the public feel comfortable with their privacy which is a human right, because there are many leaks of personal data which greatly disturb comfort and security. -The Personal Data Act has resolved the issue of personal data security or not. The research method used is the literature study method which is a method that is carried out by collecting library data, taking notes and reading, as well as managing research materials from previous studies and making direct observations. The results of public observations have full hopes that this personal data protection law can become their guarantee to protect personal data, the public hopes that with the tone of this Personal Data Law no one will dare to hack personal data illegally.

The purpose and focus of this research is to find out the nature of legal protection of personal data as a right to privacy and forms of legal protection of personal data as a right to privacy in Indonesia. The result of this research is that the essence of legal protection of personal data as a right to privacy is a citizen's constitutional right. Indonesia does not yet have statutory regulations which form the legal basis for the protection of personal data

The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the use of demand deposits in the trading business. This discussion aims to analyze the effect of the application of digital technology on the use of demand deposits in the retail industry. Several retail companies are still facing challenges related to technological infrastructure and the availability of reliable internet access. In order to optimize the use of demand deposits in the trading business with the adoption of digital technology, retail companies need to involve employees in training and developing technology skills. Attention to data protection and customer privacy is also required and the development of strategies to promote consumer acceptance of digital payment methods.    

COVID-19 containment apps have raised a new hope in dealing with COVID-19 in various countries.  Automatic contact tracing capabilities combined with various other transmission prevention functions have yielded favorable outcomes in controlling outbreaks.  Although its nature seems promising, the use of this type of application also saves the potential for human rights violations.  The risk is related to the increasingly widespread functionality of the application, the restrictions of personal freedom, the potential breach of privacy, and the possibility of marginalizing people who cannot access the application.  This paper describes how this application works in general, how it can affect respect for human rights, and then analyzes incidents that have the potential to violate human rights related to the use of the application to further provide some potential solutions on how the application can still be utilized with a minimum threat to  individual rights.
