This research aims to analyze the effect of implementing business risk management in Cafe Sejiwa. The research method applied in this research is the Primary Data Analysis (ADP) method, namely by using data that is available through the distribution of questionnaires. After identification, a risk assessment matrix is ​​created as well as possible responses to possible risks. The results of this research are that the risks often faced by Cafe Sejiwa are the emergence of competitors, rising raw material prices, declining consumer interest due to limited facilities, and less effective business communication.

This study aims to find out what strategies are carried out by the Rumah Kurasi in increasing effective sales through the TikTok platform. The method used in this study is with a qualitative descriptive approach, this research is a field research and the data used in this study are primary and secondary data, with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results showed that various TikTok features can make it easier for the Rumah Kurasi to create interesting content so that it can increase the audience. The large audience of content is very helpful for the Rumah Kurasi in marketing its products. Sales promotion through curated product reviews through live TikTok can increase effective sales.

This research was conducted to determine the online marketing model using Facebook Ads implemented by Rumah Curasi as a Professional Curator. Applied to MSMEs under the guidance of the Curation House as an effort to advance the promotions carried out. Online promotion is a promotional method carried out using internet media such as Facebook, Whatsapp, and the like. The research method used is a field research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data comes from interviews and official documents, while secondary data comes from supporting data found in the field. The results of the research carried out are that Rumah Curasi implements an online marketing model using Facebook Ads. The use of the online marketing model with Facebook Ads has quite potential, because Facebook is still a social media that is loved by many Indonesian people. By utilizing advertising on Facebook Ads, it is hoped that it can increase the sales volume of Kediri MSME products. Keywords : Facebook Ads , MSMEs , and Sales Volume .

Marketing mix ​​used achieve marketing goals. Using a qualitative research method, a descriptive approach. The findings show that the implementation of the marketing mix increases the sales volume at the Kita Family Building Store, namely in terms of products it still focuses on building equipment such as cement, sand, bricks, etc. Marketing it using media is very simple and according to the Islamic Economics Perspective, the implementation of the marketing mix for the Our Family Building Store seems to be in accordance with Islamic marketing. To a large extent, the concept of Islamic marketing is in accordance, namely in terms of products, always being honest and prioritizing product quality. In terms of price, set the price according to the quality of the product. then in terms of promotion, always emphasize ethics in business, don't cheat, don't sell products that are forbidden by religion, never force consumers to buy their product.

Problems that still occur in the current condition of PT MASSINDO, which is located at Jalan Gatot Subroto no 23, Block 9, Semarang City, in the process of selling springbeds, still often experience fluctuations in sales of several types and types of springbeds which are influenced by the number of goods to be sold which do not match the number of sales, thus causing a lot of losses. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an analysis process on sales that will occur in the coming period to increase the company's sales turnover and make cash turnover more stable. The method that will be used as a consideration for companies to stabilize sales of goods is the Trend Moment method.

Companies today are faced with a variety of opportunities and threats. Entrepreneurs are starting to be pressured to innovate, minimize operational costs, and perform well in their business. An increase in sales can be said to be a series of activities to increase the release of products through buying and selling activities. This service aims to share a technology development to increase sales in the beret hat convection MSME business in Ngudi Hamlet, Punggul Village, Gedangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. The method used as basic research for this service activity is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The result of this activity is the establishment of Shopee and Tokopedia accounts that have been developed regarding business descriptions and photos of attractive products. The author emphasizes the spirit of entrepreneurship in the era of more and more competitors by utilizing social media and e-commerce.

This research aims to determine the effect of marketing strategy and price on sales volume at PT. Pandum Parahita Lestantum both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 100 people taken using saturated sampling. With data collection techniques using a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using data quality analysis techniques, classical assumptions, hypotheses, which were processed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software version 25. The research results showed that from the results of research hypothesis testing there was an unsupported and partially significant influence between the strategies. marketing to sales volume.

Online sales in Manado reflect the large number of Manadonese people who are interested in shopping online rather than going shopping in person to fulfill their needs and desires. The focus of the problem and aim of this research is to explain the role of social media as an online marketing communication tool in increasing sales of Pasar Bersehati. This research uses a qualitative approach which is a type of field research, by analyzing online buying and selling practices carried out by Bersehati Market Traders. Data collection techniques in this research were observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The results of this research show that the communication process carried out by market traders with one heart in marketing their products via Instagram social media is by implementing a communication strategy that includes communication components (source, message, media, recipient, effect and feedback), as well as applying the 4P (product) marketing principles. , price, place, promotion). In marketing communications, there are also supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factor is the various social media features which are very helpful in marketing. The inhibiting factor is the existence of other online business competitors who are increasingly interested. The effectiveness of marketing communications carried out by market traders with one heart has a big influence as seen by the increasing level of sales.

The important role of MSMEs in the Indonesian economy, especially in providing employment and income for low-income people. This research aims to examine the influence of working capital and sales on net profit in MSMEs in Telukjambe Timur Karawang. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence working capital and sales have on net profit. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a sample of 100 MSME entrepreneurs selected by purposive sampling. Primary data was obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression. Research findings show that working capital and sales simultaneously do not have a significant effect on net profit. The implications of this research indicate the need for more efficient working capital management and more effective sales increase strategies to increase net profits in MSMEs.

The demand for sweet corn continues to increase in line with the rapid development of the food industry. Therefore, every company must be able to develop a strategic business plan to achieve the company's goals, whether short-term, medium-term, or long-term. One Day Promotion is one of the promotional activities with a gift given for every purchase of MADU-59 F1 sweet corn seeds, which is held at the Agricultural Store. This activity aims to know, implement, and identify the effectiveness of One Day Promotion (ODP) to increase sales. This activity was conducted in Karangploso, Malang, East Java, using two methods: collecting primary data through interviews, observations, recordings, and documentation, as well as collecting secondary data through literature references such as journals, books, and the internet. The One Day Promotion activity was conducted at three agricultural stores in Karangploso, Malang, East Java. This activity is considered effective in increasing brand awareness and serving as an educational medium for farmers to know the advantages of MADU-59 F1 sweet corn seeds. Additionally, the One Day Promotion activity aims to help achieve the company's goal of increasing product sales volume. With the One Day Promotion strategy, it will attract consumer interest and provide satisfaction to consumers, thus accelerating and expanding the market for MADU-59 F1 sweet corn seeds.

Predicting sales is an important aspect in sales development. Sales prediction simulation is an estimated calculation of the level of product sales in a certain period. Sales of pempers tend to fluctuate due to the choice of many brands available, resulting in sales having a little difficulty in estimating sales of MAKUKU diaper products at Greens Mart stores. This research aims to predict sales Pempers products. This research uses several stages of identifying problems, determining research objectives, collecting data, data collected or obtained from interviews with salespeople, managing data using Monte Carlo stages, implementing/testing data and testing results to see the accuracy of the method used. The analysis results show that Comfit M and Comfit L have almost the same level of accuracy, namely Comfit M is around 90.63% and sales of Comfit L are 90.48%. These values ​​provide an indication of the level of accuracy of the sales predictions made.

Market Basket Analysis (MBA) is an analytical technique used to identify relationships between items in purchasing transactions. This notebook uses retail transaction datasets and the Apriori algorithm to discover hidden associations and patterns that retailers can leverage in optimizing marketing strategies, store layouts, and product recommendations. Through initial data processing, data exploration, and application of the Apriori algorithm, this analysis succeeded in identifying various significant associations between items that are frequently purchased together. The results provide valuable insights for retailers to develop targeted promotions and improve customer shopping experiences, while emphasizing the importance of selecting the right parameters to obtain accurate and relevant results.

: This study aims to evaluate the sales information system at UMKM CKS using the COBIT 5 framework. Initial observations revealed several issues, including an unresponsive user interface and a complicated check-out process. The audit results showed an average maturity level of 1.56 or 156%, indicating a Fully Achieved (F) status with a systematic approach. However, on the capability model scale, it is at level 1, which is the Performed Process. The conclusion of this research indicates that although the sales information system has been successfully implemented, there is a need for innovation and enhancement of consumer services, as well as better communication between the company and consumers to improve the effectiveness of the information system.

A few of the most prominent forms of taxation in Indonesian law are the Value Added Tax (VAT) and the Sales Tax on Luxury Goods (PPnBM). The supply of taxable products and services is subject to value-added tax, while the sale of luxury items is subject to sales tax. The practical applications of VAT and PPnBM are investigated in this study via the use of qualitative research methodologies. Based on the data, it seems that VAT and PPnBM change annually, with VAT generally going up and PPnBM generally going down. Important societal and economic consequences of VAT and PPnBM were also discovered by this study. State income may be increased by VAT, while societal tax expenses can be reduced through PPnBM. Observation, interviews, and the examination of relevant data are the means of data collection used in this descriptive analytic study. We anticipate that this study's findings will add to our understanding of VAT and PPnBM, as well as the ways in which these policies might affect our country's economy and way of life.

This research use the Waterfall model as one of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) software development methods. The system design tools that used are Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The results of designing a Java-based sales information system can increase work effectiveness and efficiency, facilitate data collection and storage of sales information, produce detailed and accurate reports, and encourage productivity and profitability.

Execution auctions have the characteristics of the seller of the goods being an agency or institution. This character has implications for legal substances that serve as guidelines in the auction process, which must conform to statutory regulations. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the relevance of the principles of justice, the opportunities for the principles of justice and the challenges of the principles of justice in the execution of civil cases at auctions for the sale of goods. The research method uses a normative juridical approach. Legal norms which are the legal substance of execution in the law of goods auctions are analyzed through a concept and law approach. This research finds that first, the principle of law (fairness) is very relevant to the law of execution auctions. This relationship is caused by the need for auction legal norms which require the legal principle of justice as a guide if there is a conflict of legal norms in its implementation or application. Second, the opportunity for the legal principle of justice, in the philosophical realm to become a legal principle in the treatises on auctions, namely for the sake of justice in the belief in the One Almighty God. The sociological domain is a guide and guideline for the eroding of the jungle law of disputes over auction results. The juridical realm becomes a guideline if there is a conflict of norms in every statutory regulation related to auction law. Third, challenges to the legal principle of justice originate from the debtor's rights, legal substance (contents of credit agreements) and legal structures (auction agencies and their implementation).
