This research aims to examine internal conflict management in organizations through narrative analysis of crisis communication. Qualitative methods were used to understand the causes of conflict, crisis management strategies, leadership roles, the impact of conflict, communication techniques used, and policies and procedures implemented in the organization. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results revealed that internal conflicts are often caused by differences in interests, lack of effective communication, and organizational change. Effective crisis management strategies involve open communication, mediation, and a proactive approach. Responsive and thoughtful leadership plays a key role in conflict resolution. Poorly managed conflict negatively impacts productivity, employee morale, and team collaboration, and damages the organization's image. Communication techniques such as collaborative approaches and assertive communication are essential in managing crises.  The practical implications of these findings are the need for the development of clear conflict resolution policies, conflict management training, promotion of open communication, and periodic evaluation of policy effectiveness. With a comprehensive approach, organizations can improve work dynamics and strengthen teamwork.

This research was triggered by the lack of effectiveness in implementing flood management measures at the regional, village and community levels. Problem identification shows that the coastal area of ​​Tangerang Regency has a low risk of flooding and damage due to tidal waves, this was obtained from a preparedness study which showed a low regional resilience index, preparedness index and flood implementation capacity index. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Disaster Management in Flood Management in the Coastal Area of ​​Tangerang Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and data collection is carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. In its analysis, this research refers to Van Metter and Van Horn's theory which includes indicators such as policy standards and objectives, resources, inter-organizational relationships, characteristics of implementing agents, economic, social and political environmental conditions, and implementing arrangements. The research results show that policy standards and objectives have not been implemented optimally, and policy objectives do not have a significant impact according to existing regulations. BPBD Tangerang Regency is experiencing a shortage of resources, both in terms of the quality of human resources, budget and materials. Although relations between organizations are maintained, they have not yet reached optimal levels. Communication with village officials is not well informed to the community, so that synergy and cooperation with the community in Tanjung Burung and Tanjung Pasir Villages has not been fully realized, especially in the coastal areas of Tangerang Regency. There is a positive attitude of implementers towards policies, but realistic and preventive action is needed in disaster management. Economic, social and political environmental conditions do not fully support the implementation of disaster management.

Organizational culture plays a crucial role in shaping employee mental health. This study aims to examine the relationship between organizational culture and employee mental well-being in the modern workplace. The hypothesis posits that a positive, supportive culture correlates with better mental health outcomes. A quantitative survey was conducted among 200 employees using validated psychological scales and organizational culture inventories. Statistical analysis revealed that employees in organizations with open communication, appreciation, and work-life balance programs reported lower stress and higher job satisfaction. The results highlight the importance of fostering a healthy organizational culture to promote employee well-being and organizational productivity. The study concludes that investing in positive cultural practices is essential for sustainable mental health in the workplace.

This research aims to analyze the impact of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance in the work environment. Organizational culture includes the values, norms, and beliefs that shape the identity of an organization, while motivation refers to the internal and external drives that drive individuals to achieve their goals. This research uses a quantitative approach through surveys and statistical data analysis to determine the relationship between organizational culture, motivation and employee performance. The research results show that a strong and positive organizational culture can increase employee motivation, which in turn contributes to improving their performance. Factors such as leadership, organizational communication, and recognition of achievements also play a key role in influencing the relationship between organizational culture, motivation, and employee performance. The managerial implications of these findings include the importance of building an organizational culture that supports and motivates employees to achieve organizational goals.

Human resource management and organizational communication strategies greatly influence organizational performance. This study aims to explore the extent to which human resource strategies and organizational communication can improve organizational performance. The research approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach with literature study as a collection technique from previous research articles and books that are relevant and up to date. The research results illustrate that there is a link between human resource management strategy and organizational communication which significantly influences organizational performance which cannot be ignored. Implementing effective human resource strategies and organizational communication will improve organizational performance so that the organization can be more competitive in the market. Human resources strategy and organizational communication are very crucial tools to ensure the survival and operations of the organization in the future.

In the world of work, communication is at the root of all important aspects inherent in the person of each individual, helping to achieve goals both personally and organizationally. This study was made using literacy study methodology which found that effective communication is associated with increased productivity, better organizational health, and employee satisfaction. Identification of communication styles is also considered to play an important role in building positive interactions with others and play a key role in building personal branding. Good communication can help improve well-being in relationships and play a role in personal and professional growth and success. Case studies also show that clear internal communication positively affects employee performance, while lack of communication can lead to misunderstandings and decrease productivity. In the context of sales, communication in marketing also plays an important role in increasing sales volume by presenting clear and precise information about the product to build consumer trust.

Determination of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government, (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia of 2014 Number 244, Supplement to State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5587) in which several provisions in Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government have been amended by Government Regulations In lieu of Law (PERPPU) Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government, has automatically replaced Law Number 32 of 2004. The research carried out by the author uses a descriptive qualitative research approach, in particular by adopting the case study method. The focus of this research is to reveal information related to the research object with the aim of measuring its level of effectiveness. Based on the results of observations made by researchers, there are findings obtained from the Management of BUMDES Bahari Makmur, starting from reporting, management, information and communication, BUMDES activities, namely: Condition: there is no Good and Correct Financial Reporting, including Financial Reporting According to Regional Regulations No. 09 of 2013, there is no BUMDES organizational structure. Cause: lack of village government involvement, where BUMDES itself is an increase in the village budget. Consequence: BUMDES Bahari Makmur is not functioning as BUMDES is a Village Institution that must exist. 1. It is hoped that the Palang Village government should improve BUMDES reporting and reactivate BUMDES so that the village can get original income. This is important because BUMDES itself is mandatory. 2. It is hoped that the Palang village government can provide information about financial reporting and BUMDES management so that readers can get information about BUMDES management. 3. It is hoped that future researchers will be able to explore in more detail and expand the BUMDES financial management process with Regional Regulation Number 09 of 2013, because in this research it is limited to management and reporting, not access to financial reporting and BUMDES management.

Communication patterns are one of the important factors that influence employee performance. The right communication pattern will be able to encourage employees to work more and be more productive, so that they can achieve organizational goals. This research is a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data in this statement comes from the novel Resign by Almira Bastari. The novel Resign by Almira Bastari tells the story of the life of an employee named Alranita who works in a consulting office in Jakarta. Alranita experienced various difficulties in her work, one of which was due to her boss's authoritarian leadership style. The communication patterns established by the leadership in the company caused Alranita to feel uncomfortable and unmotivated at work. Based on the analysis of the novel Resign, it can be concluded that communication patterns have a negative influence on employee performance. As a result, employees become less productive and their performance decreases. Therefore, it is important for leaders to understand the application of appropriate communication patterns. Leaders must be able to create a conducive and supportive work environment, so that employees can work comfortably and are motivated.

In contemporary environmental discourse, the role of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) and collaborative efforts between Public Relations (PR) practitioners and environmental experts hold significant relevance. This study explores the pivotal role of communication strategies in environmental campaigns and the collaborative mechanisms between PR and environmental specialists within various organizational contexts. Estaswara (2000) underscores the strategic necessity of integrated communication in marketing, emphasizing its transformation from a mere promotional tool to a strategic business process. The findings highlight the insufficiency of environmental awareness alone in inciting tangible action. Discussions center around designing campaign messages to effectively drive concrete and sustainable behavioral changes. Collaboration between PR and environmental experts is articulated through several methods. Firstly, monitoring emissions involves joint efforts to develop and manage  emission monitoring systems like Continuous Industrial Emission Monitoring Information System (CISPEK) and Continuous and Networked Effluent Water Quality Monitoring System (SPARING). Secondly, Performance Rating Program for Environmental Performance (PROPER) is used by PR to establish cooperation and enhance public trust in environmental management. Thirdly, effective communication and community engagement leverage social media and communal activities to disseminate information and amalgamate feedback from the public. The jurnal asserts the vital role of PR in fostering public participation, guiding communities on critical issues, and encouraging their contribution to sustainable development. By providing pertinent explanations, PR elevates societal awareness regarding crucial issues like environmental sustainability, climate change, and public health, stimulating active involvement in sustainable development endeavors..

This research provides insight into how organizational communication can be used as an effective tool for building relationships between organizations and identifies areas for improvement. This research aims to investigate and find solutions to the existing problems at PT. Elephant Agung Perkasa, focusing on Organizational Communication perspectives to address and resolve issues as well as inhibiting factors within the company. The study adopts a qualitative approach with a constructivist framework. Data collection involves observation and in-depth interviews to gather information for addressing the researched problems. The results indicate that the communication role at PT. Elephant Agung Perkasa is closely tied to the system implemented from superiors to employees and the communication among colleagues. To effectively manage organizational communication, PT. Elephant Agung Perkasa needs to handle it efficiently in both maintaining and resolving conflicts, as identified in this research. This ensures the company can implement effective communication practices and receive positive feedback from employees.

This research focuses on qualitative analysis regarding the influence of Digital Product Management (DPM) on Gojek application development. Gojek, as an application-based service platform, relies on DPM to effectively manage and develop their digital products. This research approach involved in-depth interviews with product development team members at Gojek and content analysis of DPM-related documents. The analysis results show that DPM plays a crucial role in shaping the direction and quality of Gojek application development. Key findings include DPM's success in designing product strategies focused on customer needs and ongoing market trends. Flexible management of changing customer and overall market needs was also found to be a key element in DPM effectiveness. In addition, synergy between the DPM team and the technical development team is the key to success, where effective communication and a deep understanding of the product's goals play a crucial role. Organizational factors such as collaborative culture and flexibility in decision making also influence the influence of DPM on application development. This research provides in-depth qualitative insight into how DPM can influence application development in the Gojek context. The practical implications can help similar companies to understand the importance of qualitative factors in managing their digital products and build strategies that are more adaptive to market changes. Additionally, these findings provide a basis for companies to improve collaboration between DPM teams and technical development teams to increase the success of application development in the future.

This research explores the low political participation of students in the Faculty of Social Sciences at the State University of Medan in conveying their aspirations to the government. Characteristics of a democratic country highlight the active involvement of its citizens in political activities, including student political participation. Student organizations are considered small entities similar to the government. The literature review involves definitions of democracy, forms of democracy, and political participation. The research method uses a quantitative and descriptive approach with data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The research findings indicate that the majority of students rarely or never convey their aspirations, driven by a lack of confidence that their aspirations will be responded to. Respondent profiles show a majority from the Geography department and with student registration numbers from the year 2022. Factors influencing low participation include lack of trust, low awareness, and lack of support from student organizations. Recommendations include increasing courage, organizational support, student awareness, interdisciplinary networks, innovation, easily accessible communication platforms, and active government engagement. This research provides in-depth insights and offers recommendations to enhance student participation in conveying political aspirations.

The role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in increasing the efficiency of organizational support systems is becoming increasingly important. In the ever-changing business world, ICT has a key role in optimizing organizational operations and its ability to adapt to change. This research analyzes various aspects of the role of ICT in the context of the efficiency of organizational support systems. By referring to the latest literature and through relevant case studies, this research identifies that ICT enables business process automation, increased access to information, improved internal communication, and support in more timely decision making. Through the implementation of software, database management systems, collaboration tools, and data security strategies, ICT helps organizations reduce manual work, increase productivity, and reduce operational costs. In a digitally connected global context, ICT also enables organizations to be more responsive to changes in the market and regulatory requirements. This research states that ICT is a valuable asset in improving the efficiency of organizational support systems. This research is in-depth about the crucial role of communication in rebuilding and maintaining the solidarity of the Karang Taruna organization in Kedung Kampil Village Rw.04, Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency, after experiencing a period of hiatus from 2015 to 2019. The focus of the research is aimed at the efforts of Ahmad Syafi'udin, The chairman of Karang Taruna, in approaching village youth, forms a clear organizational structure and establishes effective communication. The success of this organization in 2019 reflects the positive impact of establishing a good structure, increasing village youth participation, and implementing various programs, including regular flights every Friday, building sports facilities, commemorating the Republic of Indonesia's Independence Day, and utilizing YouTube social media. The importance of the role of communication in maintaining solidarity is the main highlight, with this research trying to provide an understanding to Karang Taruna members about the significance of communication in developing a better organization. Analysis of communication patterns implemented by the Karang Taruna organization in Kedung Kampil Village is the focus for answering the research problem formulation. In responding to challenges, this organization adopted a revitalization strategy through efforts to increase internal and external communication, improve organizational structure, and design more measurable work programs. In addition, this research discusses the impact of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 on the global business ecosystem, with an emphasis on data technology. The structural transformation of organizations, the application of artificial intelligence, and changes in the paradigm of global business interactions are the central points. The research conclusions show that a deep understanding of these changes is the key to ensuring business sustainability and competitiveness in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. In recommendations, the study advises companies to invest in human resources skilled in data technology and artificial intelligence and strengthen cross-border partnerships to face challenges and exploit emerging opportunities

This research explores the role of good and effective communication in the IPNU/IPPNU organization in Keboansikep Village. The research focus includes identity between members, quality of cooperation, and solidarity among organizational members. The research method involved interviews with IPNU/IPPNU members to understand their perceptions of the role of communication in the organization. The research results show that although there are efforts to maintain good communication, the existence of group differences can create pros and cons between members. To overcome these obstacles, research recommends regular activities such as meetings and joint sports activities between members. In addition, large activities such as Islamic New Year celebrations can be used to strengthen solidarity through uniting members from various groups. The main challenge in creating effective communication is differences of opinion during meetings, which can be overcome by finding the best solution through a majority vote mechanism. This research emphasizes the importance of good communication in avoiding the formation of groups and maintaining harmony within the IPNU/IPPNU organization. Therefore, routine activities and identification strategies between members are proposed as concrete steps to develop and maintain the sustainability of the organization.

Islamic communication styles outline a number of principles that teach us how to communicate with other people.This hinders the use of appropriate language, which is clear, concise, and respectful of others.In Islam, true communication is based on the concept of "husnul khotimah," or sincere reflection.These principles can be applied in an organizational context to strengthen ties between team members and external parties.For example, it's important to use sharp and smooth tools and to avoid using words that hurt other people's feelings.In addition, communication skills are highly valued in Islam.That is to say, it does not only convey the message but also hinder the dissemination of information about palm oil or fitnah.Maintaining open communication is also important; this means describing what we say, how we say it, and how we convey it.In an organizational context, Islamic principles-based communication techniques can strengthen trust and productive.
