The research focuses on conducting a comparative study of social representation in two famous Indonesian novels, namely, "Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk" written by Ahmad Tohari and "Bumi Manusia" by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. The research explores the implications of the novel for Indonesian language teaching materials in secondary schools, which were revised by the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2018. These literary works, the abundance of value contained in social, cultural, and historical significance, are regarded as valuable assets that can enhance literary teaching with the aim of growing students' understanding of various aspects of Indonesian society. Qualitative methodology was used in this study to investigate how the integration of these two novels into the Indonesian language curriculum could enhance students' understanding of principles such as justice, identity, and social interaction. The study revealed that the inclusion of these novels in literary education not only expanded students' awareness of social and cultural issues but also increased their capacity for critical analysis and empathy. It is recommended that educators adopt an interdisciplinary approach when teaching literature, linking texts to broader social, historical, and cultural frameworks to facilitate students in developing a deeper understanding of their community and its underlying principles. The results of this research are expected to offer a new perspective on improving the curriculum of literature and pedagogical strategies in Indonesia, in particular in cultivating the social and critical awareness of students through literary studies.    

This research aims to explore how Christian Religious Education Theology plays a key role in shaping the foundation for the development of a modern education system based on Christian principles. This theological foundation includes an understanding of Biblical teachings on education, the role of Jesus Christ as the primary example in education, and the Christian perspective on character formation. Its impact involves the application of Christian moral and ethical values in the educational environment, the formation of personalities based on love, and the development of curricula that integrate knowledge with spiritual values. With the proper understanding and application of Christian religious education theology, modern education can produce individuals who are not only academically intelligent but also have strong moral and spiritual integrity, ready to face the challenges of this era. The purpose of this research is to enable students to understand and grow in Christ, so that they can achieve spiritual maturity and be protected from the negative influences of their environment on their faith. The method used is qualitative, where every observed phenomenon in society is described in detail. Data are collected through observation, books, PDF, journals, and documentation. The results of the research show the importance of teaching the divine aspects of Christ in the curriculum of Christian Religious Education.

This research investigates the relationship between the formation of Christian character and the impact of theology on the teaching of Christian Religious Education (CRE). Considering the fundamental theological principles and character education, this study aims to explore how Christian theology influences the approach to teaching CRE in shaping students' character. The research methodology involves literature review and theological analysis to explore theological concepts relevant to the formation of Christian character, as well as conducting interviews with CRE teachers to understand the application of Christian theology in their teaching practices. The findings highlight the importance of integrating Christian theological teachings, character education principles, and CRE teaching methods. The practical implications of this research emphasize the importance of developing CRE curriculum that reflects Christian values and strengthens the formation of students' Christian character within the formal education context. Thus, this research contributes to understanding the influence of Christian theology on CRE teaching practices in shaping students' Christian character.

This study explores the concepts of salvation and forgiveness in Christian theology, with a focus on contemporary implications and challenges in the digital age. Through theological analysis, the concept of salvation is understood as God's gift that changes character, while forgiveness becomes a call to practice love in social interactions. Contemporary challenges, including relevance in the digital age and the impact of controversial content, are driving the adaptation of these values. Believers are expected to be agents of change in building an inclusive and tolerant society. Implications for everyday life include character transformation and the role of believers in overcoming digital conflicts. In conclusion, the concepts of salvation and forgiveness are not only a theological basis, but also a source of inspiration for forming positive behavior in the dynamics of the contemporary world.

The aim to be achieved in this research is to find out the importance of business ethics in the lobster seed trade according to international law. The method used in this research is normative law using secondary data in the form of journals and books related to the chosen research theme. The results of this research show that international law is a benchmark in covering various business actions which contain various ethics that must be adhered to by various countries. international law that regulates which is contained in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as an international law that emphasizes the preservation of future generations where this leads to extinction which can result in losses for the next generation

Through collecting financial data and applying the ratio analysis method, this research provides a comprehensive picture of the company's financial health and identifies the implications of the analysis results for stakeholders. The results of this research can provide valuable insight for company management, investors, financial analysts and related parties in making strategic decisions.

Therefore, it is necessary to dig deeper into the influence of online game addiction on an individual's social skills. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of online game addiction on individual social skills. The research method used is qualitative research with an open questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The research results show that there is a significant negative influence of addiction to playing online games on individual social skills. That is, the more often individuals play online games, the lower the social skills they have

The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the factors that drive fiduciaries to transfer fiduciary objects to third parties without the consent of the fiduciary receiver. Furthermore, this study also aims to analyze the legal protection provided to the fiduciary receiver concerning the transfer of fiduciary collateral conducted by the fiduciary without the consent of the fiduciary receiver. Lastly, this research will examine the criminal liability that arises from the transfer of fiduciary collateral without the consent of the fiduciary receiver.In conducting this research, the researcher employs a normative-empirical legal research approach, utilizing the statutory approach, comparative approach, and case approach. Criminal liability in the transfer of fiduciary collateral without the consent of the receiver may result in criminal responsibility for the fiduciary. Article 36 of Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Collateral stipulates that a fiduciary who transfers the collateral object without written consent from the fiduciary receiver may be held criminally accountable..  

This research uses literature study analysis to evaluate the influence of oil and gas exports, non-oil and gas exports and foreign investment on Indonesia's economic growth. The results show that dependence on the oil and gas sector has a negative impact on economic growth, while growth in non-oil and gas exports and foreign investment has a positive impact. Economic diversification through increasing non-oil and gas exports and appropriate foreign investment can reduce dependence on the oil and gas sector and increase Indonesia's economic resilience. However, keep in mind that the interaction between these variables is not always linear and can affect overall economic growth.

Pesatnya perkembangan dunia bisnis saat ini, yang tercermin dari munculnya berbagai perusahaan yang bersaing dengan keunggulan masing-masing, memaksa setiap perusahaan untuk terus melakukan perubahan dan pembaharuan. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pengungkapan climate change dan kinerja lingkungan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan manufaktur sektor dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018-2022. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 perusahaan yang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan climate change tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dan juga kinerja lingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan memiliki implikasi untuk membangkitkan kesadaran perusahaan terhadap climate change yang terjadi di seluruh dunia.

The Covid-19 pandemic has given rise to long-lasting multi-sector problems, including the economic sector, which then resulted in an economic recession and its implications. It is certainly hoped that such conditions will not occur for a long time, it is the hope of all parties including the government that the recession will soon return to normal by pursuing various steps and approaches such as the business law approach. This article focuses on studying how to photograph an economic recession and its implications from a business law perspective as an alternative to economic recovery. This research is a library research by searching literature texts related to economic recessions that focus on a business law approach. The research findings are that from a business law perspective, law is able to provide procedural solutions (procedural capability) in resolving the economic recession. Law can play a role in creating balance, because it is related to economic development initiatives. Law also plays a role in determining clear definitions and status. In the end, the law must also be able to provide a clear definition and status regarding the consequences of social interaction as well as accommodate a clear balance for the interests of individuals or groups in society.

This research aims to analyze the implications of business law on business ethics practices in Indonesia. The research method used is library research, where data is collected from various literature sources that are relevant to the research topic. The research results show that business law has an important role in shaping business ethical practices in Indonesia. Business law regulates the rights and obligations that arise from agreements and engagements in business practices. In addition, factors such as national development developments, business ethics, internal and external factors, and legal awareness influence the implementation of business law in ethical and responsible business practices. Therefore, the solutions and recommendations provided to improve the implementation of business law and ethical business practices in Indonesia include strengthening regulations, effective law enforcement, education and awareness, collaboration between government and the business world, transparency and accountability, and the establishment of a supervisory body. independent. It is hoped that the implementation of this solution can create a business environment that is fair, transparent and has integrity, as well as making a positive contribution to economic development and social welfare in Indonesia.  

The uniqueness of the Sasak community in preparing for the departure of prospective pilgrims to carry out the Hajj can attract the attention of researchers. So this research attempts to look at the traditions that the community carries out when carrying out the Hajj as well as the implications of the Hajj for the Sasak community. This study uses qualitative research using descriptive qualitative analysis by first collecting data through observations regarding what is happening in society, then conducting interviews. Documentation and individual experience to add data about Hajj. The results of this research show that the traditions before going on the pilgrimage for the Sasak people are still preserved today, because this tradition has existed since ancient times, from the time of our ancestors until now, it has been preserved from generation to generation. like tradition. The existence of this tradition has implications for the Sasak community, namely that the community has a stronger sense of solidarity, the community can build its social welfare. And for Hajj pilgrims it will be easy for them to return home.

Penelitian I bertujuan untuk I mengidentifikasi i dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan investasi saham pada lima perusahaan tercatat pada industri makanan dan I minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan Capital IAsset I Pricing IModel I(CAPM) sebagai dasar analisis yang mengevaluasi kinerja investasi saham pada industri yang berhubungan dengan konsumen. Metode penelitian   I melibatkan pengumpulan data historis harga saham, sukuIbungaIbebas risiko, Idan pengembalianIindeks II pasar saham, serta analisis statistik untuk mengukur risiko sistematis dan imbal hasil dari investasi dalam perusahaan-perusahaan Food and Beverages. Data yang diambil mulai Desember 2021 hingga Desember 2022. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan rata-rata βi bernilai kurang dari  I1 (0,2930 < 1) sehinggaisecaraiumum 5 saham perusahaan yang dijadikan sampelipenelitian memilikiirisiko sistematisiyang rendah dan cenderung kurang aktif dalam merespon perubahanI harga pasar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis selama 2022, dari 5 saham I perusahaan Iyang dijadikan sampel terdapat 1 saham yang Efisien yaitu saham PT Kino Tbk (KINO). I Kriteria penentuan keputusan investasi adalah dengan memilih I saham-saham yang efisien, yaitu saham-saham yang mempunyai I tingkat pengembalian tunggal yang lebih besar  I dari tingkat I pengembalian yang I diharapkan (Ri>ERi), ​I​dan mengeliminasi saham-saham yang berefisiensi I rendah, yaitu saham-saham dengan tingkat pengembalian tunggal. kurang dari tingkat pengembalian yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh Dinasti Politik dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah yang diukur dari tingkat keterpilihan terhadap calon kepala daerah terhadap dinasti politik. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini terkait pengaruh praktik politik dinasti yang semakin marak menjelang Pemilihan Kepala Daerah yang demokratis di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan, pedekatan konseptual dan pendekatan perbandingan dalam mengkaji kemenangan pemilihan kepala daerah yang menggunjakan politik dinasti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (a) Politik Dinasti dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah yang belum berjalan secara demokratis hal ini disebabkan faktor internal, yaitu terjadinya beberapa jabatan-jabatan strategis dalam pemerintahan dipegang oleh kelompok dan keturunan yang berasal keluarga. Selain itu disebabkan faktor eksternal, yaitu partai politik hanya dijadikan kendaraan politik semata yang akan menghambat peran dan cita-cita ideal partai karena hanya melihat dari aspek untuk memperoleh kekuasaan saja. (b) Pengaruh Politik Dinasti dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah terhadap keberlangsungan demokratis di Indonesia menjelang Pemilu 2024, panggung politik Indonesia menjadi semakin semarak dengan munculnya fenomena politik dinasti. Politik Dinasti yang seringkali melibatkan keluarga utuh dapat memiliki implikasi yang kompleks terhadap keragaman pandangan politik. (c) Praktik Politik Dinasti dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah di Indonesia sebagai negara demokrasi tak luput dari praktik penyelenggaraan politik dinasti. Praktik Politik Dinasti telah berkembang sejak masa Orde Baru. Praktik Politik Dinasti pada era reformasi semakin subur. Praktik Politik Dinasti di Amerika Serikat tingkat pendidikan politik dan indeks demokrasi di Negara Amerika Serikat lebih tinggi dibandingkan Indonesia maupun Filipina. Praktik Politik Dinasti di Filipina termasuk yang cukup tinggi dalam pemilihan kepala daerah karena dapat memilih para calon untuk menjabat dalam tingkatan Provinsi dan Kota.

With a focus on integrating green accounting into business strategies, this research explores its implications on profitability, liquidity, and organizational growth. The research methodology adopted employs a qualitative approach through meticulous analysis of literature. The steps encompass identifying the appropriate scope, selecting relevant data sources, conducting descriptive analyses, critically evaluating the authenticity of the literature used, and compiling and interpreting the findings. The research findings indicate that consistent use of green accounting has a positive impact on a company's financial performance. However, challenges related to established economic paradigms and the need for consistent definitions in the context of sustainable development remain obstacles. The amalgamation of social and environmental responsibilities in business decision-making holds significant potential for enhancing environmental management efficiency and financial performance of companies. Overall, green accounting practices promise a substantial influence in creating sustainable business models, demanding a shift in perspective and broader implementation.
