Reflection : Islamic Education Journal 2024 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Pendidikan Agama dan Filsafat Indonesia

The wedding feast or yuamul farah in each tradition certainly has its distensing or uniqueness that gives birth to the characteristics of each region. The traditions carried out by each tribe of the community are certainly different from one another, one of which is the phenomenon practiced in the traditional events of the Mandailing tribe of North Sumatra which is still attached to this day is the tuor tradition in the Mandailing traditional marriage. Tuor is the name of the marriage dowry in the Mandailing customary agreement. The general description of tuor is: a man is obliged to give tuor to the woman he is going to marry. Tuor is a custom that has existed for a long time. For the people of Mandailing, the practice is as a form of preserving estavet tradition, although some of them do not know the origin of this tradition before. The author's observation on the area can be said that some people agree with the existence of this tuor tradition, but it is undeniable that there are other parts of the community who contradict the practice of the tuor because it can burden the party who will carry out the marriage. The party who feels burdened is the young man who is about to get married. Because sometimes the nominal size of the tuor results in delays in the marriage procession due to economic problems. The result of this study is that the Islamic perspective related to the tour inherited by the Mandailing community is not contradictory, because it is carried out on the basis that it both have aspects of willingness between one party and another. In addition, there is also a sense of family, agreement and also a sense of sincerity between the two sides of the family. The amount of the tuor is no longer a benchmark in Islamic considerations Because the form of the agreement between the two sides became the main foundation in establishing the tour.

Land as the wealth of the Indonesian nation must be utilized for the greatest prosperity of the people. To achieve this utilization, land consolidation needs to be carried out as an effort to increase the utility and results of land use and to align individual interests with the social function of land in the context of implementing development. Land is the basic capital for development and supports the running of the economy, there is almost no development activity that does not require land. Land plays a very important role, even determining the success or failure of a development. The nature of this research is descriptive, the results of this research are expected to obtain a factual picture or description of the land consolidation policy towards the re-arrangement of land ownership and use in Tanjung Sena Village, Sibiru-Biru District, Deli Serdang Regency, where the objects of land consolidation are land, residential buildings, dry land such as oil palms and fields, and village roads. Land consolidation as one of the efforts to increase the utility and results of land use. Land utilization needs to be implemented in the form of land regulation, control, and management. The use and utilization of land is carried out by re-arranging, partnership efforts, transfer and release of land rights in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In the framework of land use management, guidance and control are carried out. Guidance is carried out through the provision of guidelines, guidance, training, and direction, while control is carried out through supervision such as supervision, reporting and regulation. Academic literacy requires the use of citation techniques. It will authenticate research, acknowledge the original authors, and assist readers in locating additional reading materials. The citation styles of authors and scholars who publish on ScienceDirect and Google Scholar are examined in this study. Five research papers from each of these platforms are examined in our analysis, which focuses on the three primary citation strategies—direct quotation, paraphrase, and description that are outlined in Wang's framework (Wang, 2006). Our analysis reveals that while both platforms effectively employ these tactics, there are discernible differences in their implementation. Specifically, ScienceDirect papers tend to have more seamless citation integration, which enhances readability and coherence. The ScienceDirect articles do a great job of contextualizing direct quotes, simplifying complex ideas, and providing in-depth descriptive analyses that improve understanding without disrupting the flow. This research significantly advances writing abilities by determining the best practices for integrating citations into academic discourse. It highlights the need of considering platform-specific considerations when writing academic publications, particularly for researchers who are not native English speakers, and how understanding how different citation styles impact readability and coherence facilitates scholarly writing.

This article aims to provide theoretical and practical insights into conflict management to support leaders and managers in managing conflict effectively in various contexts and provide a comprehensive understanding of conflict management through a literature review of the sources, symptoms, and causes of conflict. Conflict that occurs in an organization can hinder the achievement of desired goals, therefore conflict needs to be managed properly so that its impact can be minimized, organizational conflict can also be interpreted as a conflict that arises when the goal-oriented behavior of one group conflicts with or is threatened by the goals of another group. This study uses a literature study method to analyze various concepts of conflict management that have been put forward by experts. The results of the study show that conflict, whether in a positive, negative, or neutral sense, is an unavoidable phenomenon. The source of conflict can come from various factors that trigger differences and clashes between individuals, groups, or organizations. Conflict also occurs due to misunderstandings or incompatibilities between individuals or groups in an effort to achieve their goals, this is often referred to as a causal factor. The impact of conflict actually depends on its nature. On the one hand, well-managed conflict can improve the quality of decisions, encourage active involvement in discussions, and strengthen group cohesion. However, on the other hand, conflict can also drain members' energy, disrupt productivity, and cause hostility that hinders collaboration. Abstract and Keywords must be written in English, in italic style, and contain a brief description of the research background, objectives, methods, findings, and implications. The abstract is written in one paragraph with a single space (maximum 200 words), without any reference or formula.

Anemia is a condition of hemoglobin (Hb) levels in the blood (Hb<11gr/dl) which is caused by a lack of nutrients needed for the formation of Hb. In Indonesia, most anemia is caused by a lack of iron (Fe), so it is called iron deficiency anemia or iron nutritional anemia. Pregnant women are a group that is vulnerable to nutritional problems, especially iron deficiency anemia. Iron Deficiency Anemia (IDA) is still a public health problem due to its high prevalence and impact on the health of mothers and babies. The high prevalence of ADB affects almost all age groups in society. One community group that has a high prevalence of ADB is pregnant women (Ani, 2018). This type of research is analytical observational research using a cross sectional approach, namely to analyze the factors that influence the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the third trimester of the UPTD Peureulak Health Center, East Aceh Regency, Aceh Province in 2024.
