Early Breastfeeding Initiation is the process of allowing the baby to breastfeed on its own immediately after birth. This is nature and a gift from God that has been arranged for us. Doing it is also not difficult, it only takes about one to two hours. IMD must be carried out immediately at birth, without delaying weighing or measuring the baby. Babies should also not be cleaned, only dried except for their hands. This process must take place skin to skin between baby and mother. This research uses an analytical type of research with a retrospective research design. The research aims to determine the relationship between early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) and exclusive breastfeeding at the Sonomartani Community Health Center. Based on the data in table 4.3, it can be seen that 5 respondents (38.5%) did not practice IMD but did not provide exclusive breastfeeding and 8 respondents (61.5%) did not practice IMD but did not provide exclusive breastfeeding. Carrying out IMD and providing exclusive breastfeeding was 21 respondents (95.5%). The statistical test results of the chi square test obtained a p value = 0.000, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) and exclusive breastfeeding, namely Ha received. The importance of giving birth in a health service is to avoid sudden emergencies that can cause complications and to provide care according to procedures. This is in line with research by Norhana, Arifin and Yulidasari (2016) that mothers who give birth in health facilities are 15,167 times more likely to carry out IMD. This research aims to determine the role of banking cooperation with cooperatives and the obstacles to the role of banking cooperation with the Karya Baru village unit cooperative (KUD), Teluk Tigo Village, Cermin Nan Gedang District, Sarolangun Regency. This thesis uses qualitative research methods, the data sources used are primary and secondary data sources with data collection techniques and instruments through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that this cooperative collects funds from its members in the form of mandatory savings, principal savings and voluntary savings. However, in carrying out cooperative activities, the cooperative management has not yet collaborated between the bank and the cooperative. The role of banking in this case is simply a place to store money for the administrators of the Karya Baru Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Teluk Tigo Village. There are no mutual benefits provided by either the cooperative or the banking sector, so members continue to withdraw money/borrow money through the cooperative in cash. One of the factors supporting the achievement of the goals of a program is its implementation. If the implementation of a program is good and on target, then the program can also have an impact on society. However, in this case the obstacle faced by the cooperative management is the lack of understanding of the management so that the cooperative being run is not very optimal so that the community does not have confidence in its management.

The practice of bribery and manipulation in the sports environment has become a serious problem that shakes the principles of integrity and fairness in the competitive arena. Starting from match-fixing scandals to acts of corruption in decision-making, this phenomenon not only disrupts match results, but also undermines public confidence in fairness in sport. It is important to recognize that sport is not just about physical competition on the field, but also about moral and ethical principles that must be upheld. Law has a crucial role in establishing the framework that regulates behavior in and around sport. Cases of bribery and manipulation in the field of sports have become a disturbing problem over the last few decades. These corrupt practices threaten the integrity of sports competitions and undermine the fundamental values upheld in society. In bribery cases, there are usually 3 elements, namely the bribe giver, the bribe recipient and the bribe item. Those who give bribes are those who give money, items of high value or in any form whose value can be calculated to someone with the aim of making the person given the item of value want to do or not do something in accordance with what the bribe giver wants. A bribe recipient is a person who receives something of value from the bribe giver to do or not do something. A bribe is something given by the bribe giver to the bribe recipient.

This research is conducted to analyze the comparison of disgorgement in the US and Indonesia and the regulation of POJK No. 65 /POJK.04/2020 in legal protection for investors. This research is categorized as normative legal research with a statute approach and comparative approach and uses library research techniques from primary and secondary legal sources.
