Recent technological developments determine humans to be creative in creating tools that implement technology in it with the aim of facilitating human tasks in daily activities. Inappropriate use of fertilizers can cause losses, both losses on fertilizer, on plants, as well as on the soil and the environment around fertilization. Losses on plants such as unhealthy plant growth and susceptible to disease pests, plant yields are not as expected or low. From the background above, the writer found an idea to create a system or tool that can help farmers in determining the dose of Nitrogen fertilizer in their rice plants, through the storage of the dosage data of each land. The user did five scans, from each scan producing RGB values, each RGB value from five samples was then matched with the BWD dose color indicator. The sample dose results are then sent by the NodeMcu microcontroller to the webserver database. Based on the assessment of the test conducted by 10 Users by Gapoktan Farmers Group of Tosari Kendal Village, the total value of 372 that has been averaged to be 37.2 is between 31 - 40 which is classified in the category of "Very Valid or Very Effective".

Human daily life depends on air, so air quality needs to be protected especially against pollution. Decreasing air quality due to dust pollution can result in ARI. Makes it easier to measure ambient air and air temperature using internet-based technology. Designing internet-based dust and temperature measuring devices using the gp2y1010au0f type dust sensor, and DHS11 sensor as a temperature sensor, amplifier circuit, NodemCU microcontroller, and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). The measurement application is carried out at the location of the PT. Djabus Tunas Utama Ngoro Mojokerto East Java at 10 sampling points around the mixing tube. The measurement results show the concentration carried by ambient air quality standards when the engine stops, so it is safe for employees. When the machine is mixing and the machine is not mixing (ordinary conditions) the concentration of particulates and the temperature exceeds the ambient air quality standard, for that all employees are required to use PPE.

The community's need for electricity is getting higher, so alternative energy sources such as solar heat are needed to replace energy sources from fossil fuels in meeting electricity needs. In this paper we design a two-axis solar tracker with an LDR sensor. A sun tracking system is a unit that is combined into one to control the position of the tracking device with the aim of making the surface of the solar panel module always facing the direction of sunlight. This research discusses the Prototype of the Sun Tracking System in Arduino Based Solar Power Generation Systems to get maximum solar energy. This system will make solar panels move automatically so that sunlight absorption can be maximized. The main control uses Arduino nano which gets input values ​​from the LDR sensor then is processed to the output system. With the control system method can automatically be seen the difference in the results of a fixed solar panel with a solar panel with a tracker, from the comparison we get a solar panel with a tracker to get more optimal results.

Ikan asin adalah metode untuk pengawetan makanan menggunakan kombinasi penggaraman dan pengeringan matahari. Di kalangan masyarakat, pembuatan ikan asin banyak menggunakan bahan kimia berbahaya seperti formalin. Penambahan bahan berbahaya mempengaruhi kualitas terutama keamanan. Makanan yang aman didefinisikan sebagai makanan yang terbebas dari cemaran biologi, kimia, mikrobiologi, yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan. Karbon aktif diduga bersifat polar yang mampu mengadsorpsi formalin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian karbon aktif dalam mengurangi cemaran formalin pada “jambal roti”. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan untuk percobaan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 2 faktorial, dengan faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi karbon aktif 0, 3, dan 6% serta perlakuan kedua yaitu lama perebusan selama 5, 10, dan 15 menit. Penelitian ini dimulai dari pembuatan “jambal roti” dengan penambahan formalin dan perebusan dengan karbon aktif kemudian dianalisis uji kadar formalin, NaCl, protein, dan air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi karbon aktif dan lama perebusan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada kualitas jambal roti. Semakin tinggi konsentrasi karbon aktif dan lama perebusan maka semakin berkurangnya kadar formalin pada jambal roti. Hasil terbaik penelitian ini adalah karbon aktif 6% dan lama perebusan 15 menit. Menghasilkan formalin 3.21 ppm, NaCl 9.40%, protein 42.00%, dan air 30.02%. Kata kunci: Karbon Aktif, Formalin, Jambal Roti, Lama Perebusan. ABSTRACT                 Salted fish was a method for food preservation using combination of salting and sun drying. Among the people, the manufacture of salted fish use hazardous chemical material such as formaldehyde. The addition of hazardous substances affects the quality especially the safety. Safe food define as food that free from biological, chemical, microbiological contaminants that can affect health. Active carbon suspected to be polar which able to adsorb formaldehyde. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of active carbon in reducing formaldehyde in salted fish “jambal roti”. The research used completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 factors, the first factor was the concentration of active carbon 0, 3, and 6% and the second was the boiling time (for 5, 10, and 15 min). This research was started from making “jambal roti” with the addition of formaldehyde and boiling with active carbon then analyzed for formaldehyde content, NaCl, protein, and moisture. The result showed that the concentration of active carbon and boiling time had a significant effect in quality salted fish “jambal roti”. The higher the concentration of active carbon and boiling time the more formaldehyde in “jambal roti” were removed. The best results of the research was 6% active carbon and 15 min of boiling time. Resulting 3.21 ppm of formaldehyde, 9.40% of NaCl, 42.00% of protein, and 30.02% of moisture. Keywords: Active Carbon, Formaldehyde, Jambal Roti, Boiling Time

Nutmeg is known as a spice plant that has economic value and multipurpose because every part of the plant can be used in various industries. Compounds contained in nutmeg seeds include essential oils, a-pinene, b-pinene, limonene, myristicin, safrole, and methyl eugenol. Nutmeg plant nutritious as antidiarrheal, antidiabetic, antimicrobial. The purpose of this study was to make a formulation of rubbing oil and to determine the bacteriostatic activity of nutmeg seed oil on staphylococcus aureus bacteria. This study used three formulations, namely the provision of distilled water as a negative control, chloramphenicol as a positive control. The method used in this research is the well method. Bacteria that were incubated for 24 hours in the fastest concentration inhibition research were at 50% concentration because of bacterial growth which showed that the higher the concentration, the higher the inhibitory power and at 20% concentration the results were resistant, because the amount of solvent used was higher. low and can not inhibit the growth of microorganisms.

The activities of the Program Pengembangan Produk Daerah (PPPUD) have been carried out at Micro small business (MSB) Putri Timus, which is held at Manggung RT 03 RW 08 Cangakan Karanganyar. This PPPUD activity is made in the framework of promoting the timus as a superior product in the Karanganyar area. MSB Putri Timus produce fried timus which is a typical Karanganyar food and souvenir. The fried timus that provides MSB has a specialty that is bligo (Benincasa hispida). But the drawback of this product is not durable, only last less than 24 hours. The purpose of this activity is to carry out production through frozen timus so that durability can be marketed outside the Karanganyar region. The method used to achieve the objectives is to increase knowledge about Good Production Methods (GMP) and freezer procurement. The result of this activity is the availability of freezers and the production of timus frozen by MSB Putri Timus. The resulting frozen timus specifications are available in a plastic bag containing 12 timus. This frozen thymus has a durability of more than 30 days.

YK store is a UKM (small and medium enterprises) whose activities are buying and selling wholesale goods such as oil, spices, noodles, flour, coconut milk, pepper, and others in moderation (wholesale). YK store manager does not have a bookkeeping application system for the process of making financial reports in accordance with financial accounting standards, and there is no support system for merchandise inventory which supports buying and selling transactions. Information systems for managing merchandise needed by companies to determine value according to transactions, for financial statements will use a journal of eternal methods to buy and sell transactions then post them to the ledger and make financial reports for all businesses. Cash book, if you want to print financial statements and still use a lot of Microsoft Excel as data storage and printing a report, it takes too long for information system data to be a lot of completion data is not timely and makes it less efficient. With this information system, it is expected that all recording processes will be easier by using the Base Accrual Method, reports can also be printed accurately dated or per period. This information system is also more secure because it is equipped with a security system where not everyone can access it, and only people who have a login can access the data. The system built will later contribute to the District faster in work.

Radian Rent a Car Semarang, one of developing transportation service provider, faces obstacles in processing data and information since its customer is increasing year to year. The obstacles are spending many times to make report of car damage in mechanic division because weekly or monthly car maintenance data has to be checked one by one, there is not any accounting report that is directly given to the owner since it take long time to look for and reprocess the data, and taking long time to searching car’s receipt and maintenance archive as there are so many unprocessed data that are still in stack of archive. It is not impossible if the processing of tenant data and information use undergoing system, it will take long time to fix the emerged error. In order to increase the performance and to ease and accelerate data and information processing, the writer try to create multiuser based information system of car rental by using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 software and database of its Microsoft Visual Foxpro to overcome the weakness of the undergoing system of car rental. Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 is program that is designed to help the company to accelerate and ease data processing activity with minimal error level and efficient cost and power. The data include car data, tenant data, user data, and rental car data. This program is able to make data processing job be effective and efficient, to cut time spending to process the data, to minimize error input data, and to organize the data saved in one database

For this reason, the author makes the design of an electronic filing system (e-filing) management system, using the ALFRED method approach, namely: 1. Administrative Value (Value of use in administration), 2. Legal Value (Value of use in the field of law), 3. Fiscal Value (Use value in finance), 4.Research Value (Use value in the field of research), 5.Educational Value (Value use in education), 6.Documentative Value (Use value in the field of documentation). Making prototype application product Electronic Filing System (e-filing) management system uses Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 software as a design media and as a programming language, and the SQL Server database as a storage media. This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through a system design stage that was validated by experts and a prototype of a field-tested product involving users. The final result of this research is in the form of a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) management system product that has been declared to function well so that it can produce information that is useful for the archiving process to the stage of making a report that can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with procedures that have been exist so as to make it easier to re-access archiving and provide public services with accurate and integrated information.

The increase in Life Expectancy (UHH) has an impact on the increase in the elderly population and the problems due to aging. One of them is the system for regulating blood sugar levels which is disrupted due to changes in the body composition of the elderly in the form of increased fat composition from the body 14% to 30%. Efforts to prevent the incidence of Diabetes Mellitus is to achieve good nutritional status with anthropometric measurements, namely the division of body weight in kg with height in meters squared expressed in body mass index or BMI. This study aims to analyze the relationship between BMI and blood sugar levels in the elderly at the Sabar Narimo Posyandu, Lempuyangan Hamlet, Gebugan Village, Bergas District, Semarang Regency. The research design used was descriptive observational with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples was 40 elderly who were taken by purposive sampling technique. The instrument used to measure BMI is a digital weight scale, and a microtoise that has been calibrated, while blood sugar levels are measured using a glucometer. Data were analyzed by Pearson Corellation test. The results of this study indicate the frequency distribution of blood sugar levels in the elderly at the Posyandu Sabar Narimo on average 139.92 mg/dl and an average BMI of 25.24 kg/m2. The results showed that BMI was related to the variable of blood sugar levels with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.614 and a significance value (?) of 0.0234 then there is a relationship. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between blood sugar and BMI in the elderly at the Sabar Narimo Posyandu, Lempuyangan Hamlet, Gebugan Village, Bergas District, Semarang Regency.

The increase in motorized vehicles in urban areas is followed by an increase in cases of motorcycle theft due to the lack of public awareness about the motorcycle security system. The intensity of motorcycle theft with its disclosure is still far in comparison. Crime will also increase, such as cases of theft of motor vehicles, especially motorbikes. Cases of motorcycle theft still often occur, this happens because there is still a lack of security systems contained in motorized vehicles that only use ignition. the existence of an alternative safety system is needed because the average key of a conventional motorcycle is easily penetrated by thieves. A double motorcycle safety device (Doble Smart Lock) composed of an RFID and Personal Identification Number (PIN) and an ATMega microcontroller. This system serves to provide two-stage security. The first stage is a microcontroller in the form of a PIN and the second stage is an RFID system. If the first stage breaks then it will enter the second stage, namely the RFID system The results in the form of a main tool for motorcycle management consists of: Power supply, RFID Card, RFID Reader, Personal Identification Number (PIN), IC / Microcontroller ATMega and already running. The system testing process shows the number 3 in the expert validation test and the number 3 in the expert validation trial. Based on the above calculation, it can be concluded that the validation results from the expert show that the value of 3 is between 2 - 3, which is classified in the valid category. The system process shows the number 3 in the expert validation and the number 2.9 in the validation trial of the user. Based on the above calculation, it can be concluded that the validation results from the user point to a value of 2.9 between 2 - 3 which is classified in the valid category.

Number of fish seed can be measured by means of conventional observation using eye senses. But when the fish seed measured pretty much it will take a long time (not efficient) and cause incorrect measurement results (inaccurate). The accuracy of calculation of fingerlings is crucial trust between seller and buyer.During this time a sensor is used to detect the amount of fish seed is passed through a transparent hose using a light sensor (Light Dependent Resistor) and photodiode sensors as infra red light receiver. The level of accuracy of the sensor lies in the intensity of the light beam is received so that the sensor will be impaired if airya murky and there are air bubbles pass through the sensor so that the fish count error occurs.This research will be conducted design counters the number of fingerlings using infra red phototransistor sensor with a frequency of 20KHz to fish and then processed using the logic matrix. Results matrix logic into the data input to be processed by a microcontroller as the basis of results of calculation of the amount of fish.Development model studies using models of R & D (research and development) that produce a product in the form of the final product. Experiments were carried out using the type and length of catfish fingerlings with a length of 3 cm to 5 cm. Fish seed count tool has been tested to catfish farmers in the village Siwarak Ungaran City.The trial results calculators fish seeds have difference of 3% of the calculated results Manual or accuracy of calculation results have fish reaches 97%, then a counter of fish seed is acceptable to be used by catfish farmers.

Hyper-V atau Virtualization merupakan solusi tepat untuk menambah server biaya murah dengan kemampuan yang tetap sebagaimana layaknya sebuah server. Pemanfaatan Hyper-V atau Virtualization merupakan salah satu Roles dari Windows Server 2008R2, sangat memungkinkan untuk digunakan sebagai mesin utama dan diatasnya bisa dipasang beberapa mesin virtual dengan kemampuan sama seperti mesin utamanya. Pusat Penelitian Bioteknologi LIPI saat ini memiliki mesin dengan sistem operasi Microsoft Windows Server 2008R2 dan diberi nama CURCUMA-CBN, kemudian ditambah Roles Hyper-V dan dibuat beberapa mesin virtual, yaitu mesin pertama bernama BACKUP-DC yang diinstal Windows Server 2008R2 dan digunakan sebagai Additional Domain, kemudian mesin virtual berikutnya adalah BLLYNCFE01 dan diinstal Windows Server 2012 yang akan digunakan sebagai Lync Server 2013. Ketiga server tersebut saling berkomunikasi sehingga terjadi sinkronisasi diantara ketiganya, di sini peran Domain Controler (ADDS) sangat penting dan semua client saling berhubungan dan berkomunikasi antara satu dengan  lainnya, karena semua user harus JOIN ke domain bioteknologi.net untuk mengakses data dan aplikasi yang diperlukan user tersebut.

Nilai siswa merupakan representasi hasil belajar siswa yang ditepuh dalam satu semester. Nilai akhir siswa diambil dari hasil pengolahan beberapa nilai siswa. SD Negeri Jambangan 1 merupakan sekolah dasar negeri yang pengolahan data nilai siswanya dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel serta dokumentasi pembukuan. Pengolahan data nilai siswa dengan cara manual dapat menimbulkan beberapa resiko seperti rusak dan hilangnya data nilai siswa. Sistem informasi pengolahan data nilai siswa dikembangkan dengan tujuan mengurangi resiko rusak dan hilangnya data serta mempermudah proses pengolahan data. Sistem ini akan dibangun berbasis website menggunakan model pengembangan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan metode Waterfall. Tahapan penelitian berupa analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian dan perawatan. Pengujian sistem ini dilakukan dengan metode Black Box untuk menguji fungsionalitas sistem serta User Acceptance Testing (UAT) untuk menguji sistem apakah sistem mampu memenuhi kebutuhan user. Hasil pengujian black box menyatakan sistem ini sudah layak di gunakan. Hasil pengujian UAT didapatkan 96,42% responden setuju sistem ini dapat memudahkan dan mempercepat pihak sekolah dalam mengelola dan mengolah data nilai siswa. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengolah data siswa dari data nilai dasar hingga menjadi nilai akhir siswa.

With the problems obtained from this research, a system is designed to make a report that is integrated quickly, precisely and accurately. The writing method used is in accordance with the RnD (Research And Development) method. Used from writing this thesis, to testing the final product to product implementation. Sisfo Monitoring of Goods Inventory in Shop Based on Visual Basic 6.0 Multiuser with FIFO method Studin Case in Cimory on the valley Ssemarang Regency is an information system created to overcome the problem of data processing which is still in manual bookkeeping so it takes a long time and results are inaccurate or recap The data does not even have data storage yet undatabase which results in easy data loss. The existing problems can be overcome by making Monitoring of inventory and making data storage information systems more secure and efficient. The design method of monitoring inventory of goods made using the R&D methodology, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and MySQL as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the monitoring of inventory of goods applied in Cimory on the valley Semarang Regency can be used to solve data processing problems in the warehouse which include data data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, data collection of suppliers and customer data collection can make accurate reports , fast and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and the risk of loss of goods will be minimal.
