Public speaking skills are one of the most important soft skills in various aspects of life. This study aims to find out how far 12th-grade students at SMK Darussalam Cilacap understand the importance of these skills and how educationals programs can improve their abilities. Through this study, is expected to be a reference for schools in developing similar programs and improving the quality of graduates.

Development is the process of changing the functional capacity or working ability of the body's organs towards a state that is increasingly organized and specialized according to the wishes of their respective functions. According to the 2015 United Nations Emergency Children's Fund (UNICEF) report, data was found that the incidence of growth and development disorders in children under five, especially motor development disorders, is still high, namely 27.5% or 3 million children. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the motor development of preschool children at TKIT Al Hikmah. This type of research is analytical with a cross sectional approach which was carried out in February 2021. The research population was 40 preschool aged children. With a sample of 32 respondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using a logistic regression test with a confidence level of 95%. The results of the research showed that there was an influence of the length of interaction and stimulation with children on the motor development of preschool aged children and there was no influence of age, education and mother's occupation on the motor development of children aged 3 - 4 years at TKIT Al Hikmah. It is hoped that mothers can increase developmental stimulation during interactions with children and make contact time with children a useful time for stimulation.

Background: Anemia is a condition in which the concentration of hemoglobin (Hb) in the blood is lower than the normal value. Anemia that occurs due to iron deficiency so that the formation of red blood cells and other functions in the body is disrupted is iron nutritional anemia. Based on Riskesdas data in 2018, the prevalence of anemia was 48.9% in the 15-24 year age group. According to WHO, adolescents are residents in the age range of 10-19 years, young women have a higher risk, this is because young women experience menstruation (menstruation) every month. The impact of the incidence of anemia in adolescents can reduce concentration and learning achievement, as well as affect productivity among youth. Based on this background, the author is interested in carrying out community service activities for the prevention of anemia in young women during the new normal period of Covid-19 at Panca Atma Jaya Vocational School, Klungkung. Purpose: The purpose of this activity is as a form of implementation of Tri Dharma Stikes Panca Atma Jaya Klungkung. Methods: Participants who took part in this activity were 67 students using the pretest and posttest methods. Results: The results obtained were an increase in the pretest score (before being given education) which was 69.41% to 89.42% in the posttest result (after being given education). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between posttest scores, which increases after education is held, so anemia prevention education needs to be given and improved to improve anemia prevention behavior in adolescent girls.

The development of computers in the current era can help teachers improve human resources (HR), especially in the field of education. SPSS and Excel are statistical applications that can process teacher research data such as education management data and classroom action research data and so on. This community service (PKM) is carried out in the form of statistical application training (SPSS and Excel) as well as writing techniques and publication of scientific articles. Participants in this activity consisted of 21 teachers and employees of the Muhammadiyah Mamala High School in Central Maluku. The conclusion obtained in this activity is that activities that have been carried out in the form of training are considered very good (99%). All material that has been planned can be delivered, although due to time constraints there are some materials that are only presented in an outline. The participants' ability in mastering the material was considered very   1Jurusan Matematika FMIPA Universitas Pattimura, Ambon-Maluku         good (98%). This is based on the teacher's ability in training and trials in the form of classroom action research data processing using Excel and SPSS applications. In addition, from the results of the training given to the participants, it was found that all the training participants perfectly mastered the tasks given in the training.

This research is to find out how self-harm is formed in adolescents and what causes adolescents to do self-harm. This research is a qualitative descriptive approach using a quisiner observation method and a phenomenological study, namely a research strategy where researchers identify human experiences regarding a particular phenomenon. According to the study of phenomenology, it allows researchers to apply and apply their informant and interpersonal skills in conducting research. The data collection technique used in this study was using the SSCT test, SHI Questionnaire (self Harm Inventory), observation, closed interviews via WhatsApp. Self-harm is self-harm behavior defined as a person's behavior to injure oneself in various ways regardless of whether or not there is an intention and desire to die in adolescence. 19 years old who have done self-harm behavior Since the age of 16 years, then the 18-year-old A.A woman has done self-harm since high school at the age of 15 years. . The results showed that the form of self-harm behavior carried out by these teenagers showed behavior of crying in the middle of the night, blaming themselves, feeling empty, scratching, slashing on the surface of the skin, taking drugs randomly of any brand, drinking shampoo, speeding. speeding with a motorbike on the highway likes bloody pictures with a sense of relief, listening to music at a loud volume using the handset until the ears hurt. Factors that cause adolescents to carry out self-harm behavior are disappointment in parents, fear of emotional fathers, disappointment in mothers who do not pay attention, stress when bullied at school to depression caused by lack of ability to control negative emotions that are buried in individuals because some of the problems that occur in adolescents such as the lack of harmony and warmth in family relationships, problems with peers, and bullying.

Taxes have a very important role in the life of the country because taxes are needed in financing most of the country's development interests so that people's welfare is achieved. Public awareness is needed in order to create a tax orderly culture for the people of Indonesia. One of the efforts to raise public awareness can be done through outreach to school students so that early awareness of taxes has been formed. Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan community service team carried out socialization to Senior High School of Muhammadiyah 4 Lamongan students regarding taxes using the offline method. The students responded enthusiastically to the tax introduction activity. With this activity, the community service team hopes that Indonesian people will become more aware of tax obligations.

Peningkatan kewirausahaan terpadu (PKT) Pemerintah Provinsi DKI, Jakarta, dengan memanfaatkan potensi, keahlian dan fasilitas yang dimiliki para pelaku UMKM dengan meningkatkan kolaboratif antara Perguruan Tinggi (PT) dengan peningkatan program Pemerintah dalam menerapkan tridarma Perguruan Tinggi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, karena permasalahannya kompleks, dinamis dan penuh makna untuk melihat pelaksanan dan hasil Kolaboratif Antara Perguruan Tinggi (PT) dalam Pengembangan UMKM di Kecamatan Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan. Manfaat dari kolaboratif pengembangan kewirausahana terpadu (PKT) mencakup konsep 7P, yaitu : (a). pendaftaran, (b). pelatihan, (c). pendampingan, (d). perizinan, (e). Pemasaran, (f), pelaporan dan (g). permodalan.  Pemprov DKI optimistis, bahwa target pencapaian 200.000 wirausaha pada tahun 2022, dimana proses pencapaiannya dalam konsep 7 P secara bertahap melalui kolaboratif dengan beberapa Perguruan Tinggi di LLDikti Wilayah 3, Jakarta.    

Adolescence is a challenging period because it involves the transition from childhood to adulthood. Physical and psychological changes in adolescents can have an impact on their mental health. To prevent mental disorders in teenagers, various prevention efforts continue to be carried out, including providing education about mental health in teenagers, but at Bawakaraeng High School they have never received education about the importance of recognizing mental disorders in teenagers. The aim of this community service is to provide mental health information including efforts to prevent mental disorders in teenagers with thought stopping and five finger hypnosis. Community service was carried out at Bawakaraeng High School, November 16 2020 with a total of 60 students participating. The results of this service activity showed an increase in knowledge about mental health in adolescents, namely from 16,67% to 83,33% in the good category and participants were able to carry out stress management with mental health and five finger hypnosis.. Adolescent mental health education can provide increased knowledge about adolescent mental health and stress management that can be carried out by adolescents.

Management of school funds in the form of SPP (Educational Development Donations) at the Kranggan foundation sourced from kindergarten, elementary and junior high schools so far is still managed manually, making it difficult and takes a long time for the Administration to check lists for students who have made payments. Every month. In this study, an SPP payment system was made using an SMS Gateway with the web scraping method. In the development process using the prototype method. The researcher aims to develop a web-based information system that is expected to help manage school payment data for the better. The information system will be equipped with an SMS feature that will be sent to the parents of the students concerned so they can know that the school payment has been made. This SMS feature is also useful for sending reports of late payments or SPP arrears to parents of students whose children are late in paying tuition fees. With this program, students can also make tuition payments in two ways. The first is manually or submitting payment to the TU at the school. The second is by means of money transfer payments through banks.

The purpose of this study was to identify Vertebrate animals of the Mammal class, order artiodactyla, family Cervidae in the Jurug Surakarta taru Animal Park, develop interactive video media as a result of identification of vetebrata animals into learning media, know the quality of interactive video media based on assessment by material experts, media experts and biology teachers, and applications in learning. The research method uses an observation method by making direct observations of vertebrate species. The instrument for assessing the quality of interactive video media is based on material aspects and presentation aspects, with a qualitative descriptive analysis design. The results of this study indicate that in Taru Jurug Animal Park Surakarta there are 3 species of animals namely Cervus unicolor, Cervus timorensis, Axis-axis and all three have been identified. Research on the identification of vertebrate animals, especially the mammalian class, order artiodactyla, and the cervidae family can be used for the preparation of interactive video media with material on Biodiversity at the level of genes and species. The quality of interactive video media in terms of material aspects, presentation, and language. The conclusion from the results of this study is that this system can facilitate the recording of administrative payment transactions so that there are no mistakes in recording, users can easily present payment reports more quickly so that they can minimize recording time and recording errors, and make it easier for users to print payment reports with affectic and efficient results so as to support and accelerate decision making

Background: Improving the quality of life of Indonesian people can be done through educational efforts both at school and outside of school. The School Health Business (UKS) is a basic health business aimed at schools and is the duty of the public health center to achieve health and improve learning achievement of school children). One of the functions of the UKS is as a forum for providing early health education especially for school children. Method: Before the implementation of the activity, the number of students involved amounted to 40 people, while the selection of students based on grade 8 and grade 9 would be selected again after getting extension activities and transforming as a UKS cadre. Activity Methods Used (1) Lecture and Demonstration Methods to discuss General Knowledge about School Health Enterprises (UKS), the role and participation of students in UKS activities, Efforts to Encourage, (2) Learning Methods Used to Transfer Assistance or Skills from the Value System Owned resource person to students. As a guest speaker providing health examination exercises for special UKS cadre students consisting of general physical examination and vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse and breathing). Results: The results of the data collection obtained for SMP did not have its own UKS room ,but it was still combined with the primary school room which was still in the same building. Schools do not have UKS cadres and have never done UKS program activities. The level of student knowledge related to UKS is also very low. Conclusion: the level of student knowledge after counseling was found as many as 36 (86%) people have good knowledge and 6 people (14%) have enough knowledge. This shows that the provision of counseling and training can increase student knowledge. Suggestions, for SatyaSai Junior High School and Denut 3 Public Health Center to make a policy about the importance of UKS and to continue the program to have UKS space and to form a UKS structure so that good student behavior is formed to increase PHBS in schools and to follow up 

The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the influence of budgeting participation and budget goal characteristics on managerial performance with a non-physical work environment as moderation. Population variables in this study are all leaders and financial officers in private vocational schools in the city of Semarang listed in the structure of the division of school work in 2016 which amounted to 14 vocational high schools and each was taken by 3 people so that there were 42 respondents, while the sampling technique used the census method. Data analysis method used is Regression Moderation Analysis (MRA) Hypothesis 1 test results note that the value of t arithmetic = 3.012> t table = 1.694 with a number of significance = 0.003 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H1) that participation budgeting has a positive effect. on proven managerial job performance. Regression coefficient β1 = 0.567 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the higher the participation in budgeting, the higher the managerial performance. Hypothesis 2 testing is known that the value of t = 2.723> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.010 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H2) that the characteristics of the budgetary objectives have a positive effect on managerial performance of the work proved. Stepwise coefficient = 0.279 (benchmark), can be interpreted more clearly the characteristics of the managerial level budget objectives. Testing hypothesis 3 is known that the value of t 2.484> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.026 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H3) that the work environment is not moderate, moderate moderate positive positive effect on budget participation on managerial work performance proven. Testing hypothesis 4 is known that the value of t arithmetic 2.333> t table = 1.694 with the number of significance = 0.032 <α = 0.05 (significance nt). Thus the hypothesis (H4) that the non-physical work environment positively influences the characteristics of budgetary goals on proven managerial work performance. Interaction test results show β4 = 0.163 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the existence of a non-physical work environment that is conducive will strengthen the influence of the characteristics of the budget objectives on managerial work performance. New cases of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) in Bali Province from 2011 to 2013 were increased. Based on the report of Integrated Disease Surveillance or Surveilan Terpadu Penyakit (STP) from Puskesmas it is known that DM was ranked 3 out of the 10 highest diseases in health centers throughout the City of Denpasar. The purpose of this screening is to find out the prevalence of DM in Pemecutan Kaja Village, North Denpasar in 2015. Methods: Screening was carried out on 189 subjects aged ?15 in Pemecutan Kaja Village, North Denpasar on January 6 and 7, 2015. Screening was carried out by checking blood sugar levels while using Nesco Multicheck. The collected data is processed and presented descriptively about thecharacteristics of the sample and the proportion of DM based on the results of the examination. Results: The results showed that 6.4% of respondents suffering DM. Most of the subjects were women (58.3%). In this screening, there are 50% in the age group ?51 years, and most are only elementary school graduates (30%). Based on the type of work, most of the subjects are entrepreneurs/traders (50%). Based on the interview, there was none history of DM in the family. Conclusion: The proportion of DM in Pemecutan Kaja Village is 6.4% through examination of blood sugar levels while using Nesco Multi Check. The positive results of DM in this screening should be carried out further examination to confirm the diagnosis so that appropriate treatment can be carried out.

Background: High prevalence of anemia exists in the developing country where its causes are multi-factorial. One of the most vulnerable populations are adolescent girl. This study aims to know the prevalence and risk factor of anemia among adolescent girls in Abiansemal High School Methods: Cross sectional study was conduct with a total of 254 individuals comprising healthy participated. The relevant information was collected with interviews, anthropometric measurements and Hemoglobin assay. Multivariate Poisson Regression analysis was done to analysis the risk factor. Results: The prevalence of anemia was found to be 71.3% (22.8% mild anemia, 47.2% moderate anemia and 1.2% severe anemia). Mean age of the adolescent girls was 15.5 ± 0.66 years old. Multivariate analysis showed that the strongest predictors of anemia associated with adolescent girls is eating frequency ? 2 times a day (aPR:1.55; 95% CI: 1.32 to 1.81), excessive menstrual bleeding (aPR: 1, 35; 95% CI 1.17 to 1.56), vegetarian diet (aPR: 1.23; 95% CI 1.08 to 1.41) and drinking tea during meals (aPR: 1.17; 95% CI 1.01 to 1.36). However, the level of knowledge, socioeconomic status, and BMI did not contribute significantly in this study. Conclusions: High prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls of Abiansemal High School. Anemia screening should be done regularly and giving iron tablets to adolescent girls.

Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The title of this devotion is "Tutoring to overcome learning difficulties" the guidance of learning is part of the guidance and counseling that has the purpose of guiding the child in order to achieve optimum learning achievement (according to his ability), especially for children who have learning difficulties or those whose value is ugly even though the IQ is not low. Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. Various problems with the destruction of the Indonesian nation and state life institutions are increasingly approaching concerns. The emergence of grassroots movements that undermine the people of this nation is increasingly visible and shows a crisis of exemplary in the community, thus giving rise to a series of socio-cultural conflicts that occur in the midst of society in various regions. The participants in this service program are, non-productive society, civic teachers at Senior High School Teacher in Surakarta City. They are a pioneer of Pancasila Teachers who need education and training in the form of Character Development Training activities as one of the activities that will sustain and filter the problems of socio-cultural conflicts that arise in society so that peace and comfortable will be achieved in people's lives. The results of this program are as a part of this service activity in the form of Social manipulation and Models that reflect systematically arranged steps, from an activity consisting of a guide module for Character Building Training with national-scale scientific articles that will support character nation building in the framework of implementing mental revolution . While the method used in this service is CIPP stands for evaluation of the whole based on Context, Inputs, Process, and Product. The results of this service are reducing socio-cultural conflicts in the life of the Pancasila, in order to implement the Mental Revolution. Mranggen Demak State High School Library is a work unit formed with the decision of an authorized official to serve the needs of school residents to the books in Mranggen Demak State High School. In this school library the library management is still conventional by taking notes in the big books. Services to library members are ineffective and unsatisfactory because it takes a long time to find the books they will borrow on every bookshelf available and look at notes in the big books. The slow preparation of the report so that the development of the library is less attention. Seeing these conditions the author tries to provide alternatives by making applications that can facilitate data processing and improve the efficiency of time and cost that has been in the school library. At this writing, the application made is a multiuser-based barcode technology application with a life cycle system development method. The system is designed using Microsoft Visul Basic 6.0 with a SQL Server 2000 database so that the implementation is in the form of a ready-to-use application system that is implemented in a library room. Application management of multiuser-based barcode technology is expected to be able to solve the problems that exist in the SMA Negeri 1 Mranggen Demak Library because in this system the data is processed centrally in one database so that data is not only recorded in the big books that have been happening.

The existence of the phenomenon of teacher performance degradation,can be seen fromteachers who do not do their job properly, the teachers whoteach only highly educated butless attention function. Improved performance canbe achieved by improving teachers' leadership style of principals and schoolwork climate. Therefore, the central issue in thisstudy is how much influence theprincipal's leadership style and school climate work onteacher performance.Thisstudy aims to analyze the influence of principal leadership style on teacherperformance and school climate effects work on teacher performance. Thehypothesis is that there is a positive effect between: the principal's leadershipstyle on teacher performance and the climate of the school work on teacherperformance.This study belongs to the kind of quantitative research using the surveymethod and descriptive analytic approach. The samples used were from allpopulation of 50 teachers SMA/SMKBina Nusantara Semarang. Techniquesof data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is thePearson product moment correlation, determination, and multiple linearregression. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is processed and theninterpreted, analyzed, and described according to the problem andresearchobjectives.Based on the results of this study concluded that theprincipal's leadership style and school climate is partially working (people) onthe performance of teachers.
