This research illustrates the importance of optimizing ZIS activities based on Islamic philanthropy from the perspective of religious morality. Zakat is not only considered a religious ritual, but also a moral obligation that goes beyond just a formal act. LAZIZMU shows a commitment to managing ZIS funds professionally, with a focus on using funds for productive businesses aimed at improving community welfare. LAZIZMU conducts careful surveys of mustahik to ensure the distribution of funds is on target. Apart from that, LAZIZMU applies a consumptive and productive approach in managing ZIS funds, by providing direct assistance and providing business capital through the BUM program. The selection and mentoring process carried out by LAZIZMU has proven to be effective in empowering mustahik, by providing training and support in developing their businesses. The entire aid distribution process is carried out directly by LAZIZMU to ensure transparency and accuracy in the distribution of funds.

Based on the results of a survey which shows that Christian youths view church and spiritual activities as no longer attractive, such as prayer, worship, quiet time, reading the Bible and other spiritual activities. This causes Christian youth to experience an identity crisis, moral degradation and is easily influenced by today's juvenile delinquency. Even though they are important assets for the church, nation and state. This also happens to Christian youth at PPA GBT Kristus Ajaib Tulungagung and the reason is because they do not have a good spiritual life and even underestimate their spiritual development. This study used a qualitative field method with an observation and direct observation approach. So that the results of direct observation and observation can describe about attainment an overview of the research objectives, namely to provide a series and presentation of authentic data on the implementation of the application of Christian youth spirituality development at PPA GBT Kristus Ajaib Tulungagung using Donald S. Whitney's theory of Spirituality Development.

One of the efforts to detect deviations in child development is by early detection, so that prevention, stimulation, healing and recovery efforts can be given correctly according to the indications. Detection for growth and development is an effort that needs to be supported, because it is one way to prepare quality future generations. Based on a preliminary survey conducted on mothers who had toddlers visiting Posyandu in Randusari village, it was found that mothers did not understand developmental stimulation in toddlers in order to detect early developmental delays.The prevalence of toddlers experiencing the greatest stunting at the beginning of 2022 in Tegal Regency is in Pagerbarang District (40%) exceeding the target set by the government which is no more than 20%. The technique of implementing community service is carried out by providing education on toddler development using KPSP.The results of the implementation of community service which was attended by 60 participants, namely education related to stimulation of development with KPSP, that most mothers of toddlers have understood the meaning of development, stages of development according to the age of their children, and stimulation of development that can be carried out by mothers and families. With the enthusiasm of the participants, local area stakeholders hope that similar activities can be carried out continuously in the working area of ​​the Pagerbarang Health Center. The output of the service also results in the publication of scientific articles related to the stimulation of growth and development of toddlers.

The rapid development of technology and social media has impacted various sectors in society, one of which is the use of good and correct language. Nowadays, especially among teenagers, the emergence of this new trend is usually used by using cool terms in everyday speech, social media is now increasingly used by many people. The use of language can cause a polemic against the development of Indonesian language among the community. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of social media on Indonesian language, as well as the positive and negative impacts of using Indonesian language. The research method used was an online survey using a questionnaire. This can be seen from the high level of user engagement in content written in Indonesian and also increases user confidence in interacting with others on social media. However, this study also found that the use of Indonesian on social media can affect the language style of users' writing in daily life. The implication of this study is that Indonesian can play an important role in shaping social behavior in social media and daily life.

: Financial literacy literacy in the digital era is very much needed, especially in the new normal era after the Covid-19 pandemic. Financial literacy is also very important to be implemented from an early age because it relates to the ability to manage and make the right financial decisions. The service activities carried out aim to provide reinforcement to students regarding financial literacy in the digital era for students of SMKN 3 Padang. Activities carried out by direct observation method. Before the community service activities were carried out, students were given a pretest to find out the extent of students' basic knowledge regarding financial literacy. The activity continued with the provision of material and discussion, finally a post-test was given to see students' understanding of material regarding financial literacy in the digital era. The survey conducted on participants found that this activity provided reinforcement of financial literacy that they had understood so far to be able to apply it from an early age in managing finances. The results of these activities provide strengthening of knowledge to students regarding financial literacy in the digital era and the formation of students' understanding of financial literacy so that it can be applied in students' daily lives, especially in the current digital era.

This study aims to identify and describe strategies for developing the character of students using local values maja labo dahu, at SMAN 1 Palibelo, Bima Regency. The local values of maja labo dahu have become the way of life and the way of life for the people of Bima, from generation to generation. It is appropriate that these values be used as the main basis for supporting character education in schools. % understand the value of maja labo first. The methods used in this research are field studies and surveys or purely descriptive. The number of samples in this study were taken purposively from 10 teachers and 10 students. The data collection technique was carried out through structured interviews and direct field observations. Furthermore, data analysis is done by reduction, interpretation and conclusion. The results of the study found that the implementation of character strengthening went according to the PPK SOP (character education strengthening program) in the school concerned, the difference being the routine Friday morning imtaq activities for 30 minutes before starting learning activities, combining religious material and cultural values locally through oral delivery. Specific strategies used through 3 approaches; parable, training and mentoring.

This research is classified as a quantitative research with an associative approach. The research location is in the city of Mataram with a population that is not known with certainty because there are quite a lot of Muslim people who know about Samyang noodle products in the city of Mataram. So that the data collection method used in this research is a survey sample method with the sampling technique is non-probability sampling. Temporary, The hypotheses developed in this study are: 1) Halal label has a significant effect on purchase intention of Samyang noodles, 2) Halal label has a significant effect on Halal Awareness, and 3) Halal awareness has a significant effect on purchase intention on Samyang noodles. The research results will be discussed further. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of organizational culture, communication, and job stress on the performance of employees at Yayasan Perguruan Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan. We employed a survey methodology by administering a questionnaire to a sample of employees from the foundation, picked at random. The acquired data was examined using regression techniques to ascertain the correlation between the variables under study. The analytical findings suggest that a favorable company culture exerts a substantial impact on employee performance. The values, conventions, and behaviors within a corporate culture have a significant impact on enhancing employee motivation, engagement, and performance. Furthermore, the establishment of efficient communication channels between management and employees is also crucial in enhancing work performance by fostering a clearer comprehension of organizational objectives, job responsibilities, and valuable input. Nevertheless, research has demonstrated that work-related stress has a detrimental impact on the performance of employees. Elevated levels of stress can disrupt employee focus, drive, and psychological well-being, resulting in diminished productivity and job excellence. These findings indicate that Yayasan Perguruan Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan's management should strengthen a favorable organizational culture by emphasizing the principles of cooperation, creativity, and employee assistance.

This research aims to examine the influence of factors that influence accounting students' interest in obtaining Chartered Accountant (CA) certification. Behavioral Decision Theory based on the belief, preference and constraint model is used to explain the influence of capabilities, environmental factor, socio-cultural factor, preference, and constraint faced on accounting students' interest in obtaining CA certification. Gender and GPA variables are used as control variables. The population in this research is active Bachelor of Accounting students who come from state/private universities in Bali, Indonesia. The sample determination method uses a nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this research used a survey method by distributing questionnaires with a sample size of 86 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are logistic regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that capabilities have a positive effect on accounting students' interest in obtaining CA certification.

This study aims to examine the socio-economic conditions and potential development of Bima Regency, as well as realizing real policies to increase development in the district. A mixed research design was used, which combined qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and secondary sources, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and content analysis. The findings reveal that Bima District has several development potentials, including its strategic location, natural resources, and human capital. However, this district still faces various socio-economic challenges, such as poverty, fatigue, and limited infrastructure. In addition, this research shows that the district's development is influenced by several factors, including political will, institutional capacity, and community participation. The contribution of this research includes providing a thorough understanding of the socio-economic conditions and potential development of Bima Regency, as well as identifying the key factors influencing its development. Policy implications and practices emphasize the need to increase institutional capacity, improve infrastructure, and promote community participation in district development. Limitations of this study include the small sample size and limited data collection period. Future research should address these limitations by using larger sample sizes and longer data collection periods. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the socio-economic conditions and development potential of the Bima district, and the pressures for policy interventions to enhance the district's development.

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk : 1) Mengetahui pengaruh positif prestasi belajar  terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK kelas XI BDP 2. 2) Mengetahui pengaruh positif lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa  SMK kelas XI BDP 2.3) Mengetahui pengaruh positif prestasi belajar  dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK kelas XI BDP 2. Jenis penelitian yang akan dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan metode survey. Metode survey digunakan untuk mendapatkan data dari tempat tetentu yang alamiah (bukan butan), tetapi peneliti melakukan perlakuan dalam pengumpulan data, misalnya dengn mengedarkan kuesioner, tes, wawancara terstruktur dan sebagainya (Sugiyono, 2017 : 12). Sedangkan pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh : 1) Ada pengaruh antara prestasi belajar terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI BDP 2 di SMK Diponegoro Majenang sebesar 0,421 atau42,1%. 2) Ada pengaruh antara lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI BDP 2 di SMK Diponegoro Majenang. sebesar  0,463 atau 46,3%.  3) Ada pengaruh secara bersama – sama atau secara simultan antara prestasi belajar dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI BDP 2 di SMK Diponegoro Majenang. sebesar 44,7% dengan persamaan regresi Y = 35,483 + 0,165X1 + 0,588X2. 

Corona virus is a large family virus that causes illness ranging from mild to severe symptoms. Covid-19 is a new type of disease that has never been previously identified in humans, the virus that causes Covid-19 is called Sars-CoV-2. Corona viruses are zoonotic (transmitted between animals and humans). Until now there is no vaccine to prevent the corona virus, however, at least there are several ways that can be done to reduce this virus. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the family in the prevention of COVID-19 in Batu Merah village RT 006 / RW 009 in 2020. The design of this study used a descriptive survey plan. The sampling technique used was proposive sampling. The variable in this study is a single variable. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The number of samples in this study were 30 respondents. Of the 30 respondents studied, 17 respondents (56.7%) had good family roles, and 13 respondendents (43.3%) were not goot. The results of this study are that there is a major influence on the role of the family in handling Covid-19 in Batu Merah village RT 006 / RW 009 in 2020.

The essence of the work ethic is to see work as more than just it a way to seek income alone, but to find existence and dignity as a human being. Someone will be excited to work, if the workload given is in accordance with their abilities. The formulation of the problem in this study is Is there an influence of work ethic and workload on work enthusiasm in the Sibolga City District Government? The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of work ethic and workload on work enthusiasm in the Sibolga City District Government. The hypothesis in this study is that work ethic and workload have a positive effect on work enthusiasm at the Sibolga Kota District Government Office. This type of quantitative research with a survey approach. The population is 85 people and used as a sample. Source of data comes from primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis.             The results of the determination test show that the variables of work ethic and workload can influence the variable of employee morale in the Sibolga Kota District Government, it is known from the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) that is 0.547. Work ethic and workload together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the morale of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value (45.363 > 3.11). Partially, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee morale in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where tcount = (2.515) is greater than ttable value (1.992), Partially the most dominant workload affects morale, meaning that the workload variable is more decisive in increasing employee morale compared to work ethic. Where the value of tcount = (4.441) is greater than the value of ttable (1.992). The multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.965 + 0.250X1 + 0.582X2 employee morale shows a positive direction

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengelola air berbasis masyarakat KPSPAMS) di Desa Sukadana Kabupaten Karangasem dalam Menyusun dan membuat laporan keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi dengan cara menyampaikan materi secara langsung kepada pengelola sarana air minum di Desa Sukadana yang sekaligus digunakan sebagai objek pengabdian. Pada tahap survey yang menjadi masalah dalam pengelolaan air di Desa Sukadana adalah pemahaman pengelola untuk melakukan dan mengarsipkan bukti nota dan kuitansi secara baik yang berakobat pencatatatn menjadi tidak akurat. Dengan adanya kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini diharapkan KPSPAMS dapat menyusun dan membuat laporan dengan baik, mudah dipahami dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Respon dari pengelola air di Desa Sukadana pada kegiatan ini sangat baik dan positif, hal ini terlihat dari kesediaan pengelola untuk mengikuti kegiatan dari awal hingga akhir kegiatan. Dari kegiatan evaluasi yang dilakukan kepada pengelola air dapat dikatakan pengelola memahami materi mengenai pentingnya pembuatan laporan keungan baik dari buku bank, buku penerimaan dan pengeluaran serta laporan rugi laba.

The increase in Sentani Airport passengers is currently getting higher, in March 2022 Sentani Airport passengers increased by 25% compared to the same period in 2021. This increase in passengers has resulted in increased vehicle movement, especially four-wheeled vehicles. Currently, passengers at Sentani Airport tend to use private vehicles to go to the airport, thereby placing a burden on traffic. Therefore, public bus transportation is needed to support passenger travel to the airport. This study aims to determine the characteristics of passengers at Sentani Airport and the percentage of passengers who are willing to switch to using public bus transportation to support travel to/from the airport, and also to calculate the number of buses needed to serve the Jayapura route at Sentani Airport. The research location is located at Sentani Airport, Sentani District, Jayapura. The method used in this research is to conduct field surveys, namely distributing questionnaires to respondents and direct interviews with related parties. From the results of this study, the characteristics of Sentani airport passengers are dominantly traveling with tourism purposes. Passengers come from the upper middle class and are very concerned about the ease of use of the mode. The percentage of passengers who are willing to switch to using public bus transportation based on the criteria offered is 65%. The number of buses needed to serve the Jayapura route at Senatani Airport is 9 vehicles.

Transshipment adalah salah satu metode distribusi dimana batu bara  dikirim dari satu moda transportasi ke moda transportasi lainnya diatas perairan untuk sampai ke tujuan akhir pengiriman. Berdasarkan kondisi dilapangan, salah satu kendala yang paling sering terjadi pada adalah adanya perbedaan jumlah batu bara yang diangkut pada proses transshipment dibandingkan sebelum dilakukan transshipment. Perbedaan ini cenderung mengarah pada pengurangan jumlah batu bara  (deadfreight) yang disebut shortage cargo. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh PT.  Sedayu Makmur Abadi untuk menghindari shortage cargo, namun upaya tersebut masih belum maksimal karena belum diketahui faktor terbesar yang menyebabkan terjadinya shortage cargo pada transshipment batu bara  di PT. Sedayu Makmur Abadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui factor tersebut melalui pengujian menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan program SPSS. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Draught survey, Tumpahan Cargo/ Cargo losses dan Hydrostatic tabel barge.  Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan nbahwa ketiga variable secara parsial memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap shortage cargo. Variable  draft survey, tumpahan cargo dan hydrostatic tabel barge secara keseluruhan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 46,9% terhadap shortage cargo sedangkan sisanya sebesar 53,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan menguji pengaruh dimensi Sistem Penghargaan (Rewards) yang terdiri dari Financial Rewards, Inherent Rewards dan Non-Financial Rewards terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian  ini  merupakan  penelitian  dengan  studi  pada  perusahaan PT.  Shung  Shim  International Kabupaten Tegal. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 85 orang dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik  analisis  data  dalam  penelitian  ini  menggunakan analisis  regresi  linier  berganda  dan  data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Financial Rewards, Inherent Rewards dan Non-Financial Rewards diterima, artinya Sistem Penghargaan (Rewards) berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, bahwa apabila sistem penghargaan diterapkan dengan baik, maka akan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan baik. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menambah jumlah variabel bebas, atau menambah variabel tidak langsung (Intervening). Penelitian selanjutnya juga dapat memperluas area survey untuk menambah jumlah responden.

Kada Cake Kiosk is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that has seized the opportunity to develop Banana Chips as processed food in Kobalima District. Even though Kobalima District has made a small contribution in developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Malacca Regency, this potential can become a business opportunity for K2 Cake Kiosk owners in developing these processed foods. The idea of developing a banana chip business began in 1993 when Ms. Sipriana Hoar wanted to develop a banana chip business with minimal capital but had the potential to increase business income. This is done by moving from developing chips and other processed food businesses to processing products that have the potential to increase product-added value. This business analysis originates from existing recipes from their parents in micro businesses as snacks or snacks. This opportunity, where the bananas cultivated by farmers sometimes have a low selling value, was utilized by Ms. Sipriana to increase her business in banana chips and other processed foods. The method of carrying out the Professional Work Practice activities of the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Timor, provides solutions to the problems identified in Lakekun Village, especially at the K2 Cake Kiosk. The method of carrying out the intended activity is purposive, namely the intentional determination of the K2 Cake Kiosk as the main indicator that is used as a respondent in carrying out the intended activity. The approach taken in answering problems such as: 1. Location surveys, namely looking at existing potentials and constraints such as Community Problems in the Benpasi Village.2. Identification of each Community that can be used as an example of the intended entrepreneurship training. 3. Training for each farmer group in the Benpasi Village to answer these problems to increase agricultural production in the Benpasi Village. 4. Counseling and training on maintenance and care management for plants so that they can be used for further processing 5. Monitoring and evaluation of the activities in question in an effort to increase the intended community service activities. From the Training Activities for Making Banana Chips at the K2 Cake Kiosk in Lakekun Village,Kobalima District, Malaka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province based on Professional Work Practices in the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Timor, it can be concluded that students can see business potential and are able to analyze the advantages possessed in micro-businesses in Lakekun Village. In addition, they get a lot of benefits from the training by providing recipes that are obtained by business owners so that in the future they can be practiced as business opportunities.

The World Health Organization (WHO) as an agency of the United Nations, noted that in Indonesia, traffic accidents are the third leading cause of death after coronary heart disease and tuberculosis (TB). It is recorded that around 1.2 million people die each year in traffic accidents. Traffic accidents are the leading cause of death for adolescents, aged 15 to 29 years. Of this number, 73% are dominated by teenage boys. The number of traffic accidents among adolescents can occur due to several factors, one of which is the lack of understanding of adolescents about the laws and regulations governing traffic problems. In Indonesia, there is a law that regulates traffic, namely Law no. 22 of 2009. An understanding of the substance of the Traffic Law is deemed necessary for teenagers, especially for those who are still in high school. Therefore, this activity is one of the means to minimize the death rate among teenagers caused by traffic accidents, by increasing the knowledge and understanding of teenagers about Traffic laws. It is hoped that a better understanding of the Traffic Law, can reduce the number of traffic accidents among teenagers. Broadly speaking, the implementation method in this activity can be divided into three stages, first, namely pre-activity which includes licensing activities, surveys, and program preparation. Second, implementation starts with giving questionnaires before and after lectures and lectures. Third, evaluation, which includes the preparation of reports. The results of this activity showed an increase in the understanding of service participants regarding the Traffic Law and the forms of violations regulated in it.
