The results demonstrate a significant increase in brand awareness and public recognition of the company through the implementation of this strategy. Additionally, the articles provide educational benefits to the public by presenting valuable and industry-relevant topics. The utilization of articles as a means to enhance brand awareness while educating the public offers diverse advantages. It enables companies to expand their reach, improve consumer trust, and strengthen their market position. Simultaneously, the public gains access to valuable and beneficial information, enhancing their knowledge and deriving direct benefits from the provided articles. Artikel ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk membangun hipotesis penelitian tentang pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada penelitian lebih lanjut dalam bidang ilmu manajemen pemasaran. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi literatur tentang pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Metode penelusuran lembaga pustaka, seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley, dan media online akademik lainnya, digunakan dalam proses penulisan artikel Literature Review ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dapat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk, pelayanan, dan citra merek. Selain itu, kualitas produk, pelayanan, dan citra merek juga dapat mempengaruhi kesetiaan atau loyalitas pelanggan terhadap produk atau jasa tersebut.

This study aims to examine the effect of customer engagement, customer equity, purchase intention on Cellular Applications. Those used in this study were women and men who had made transactions/purchases of mobile applications. The number of samples in this study were 250 respondents, with the provisions of 205 men and 45 women. The data for this study were collected by distributing questionnaires through an online survey system using the Google form. The data analysis technique used in this study uses the PLS-SEM analysis technique with the SmartPLS program to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that customer involvement has no significant effect on repurchase. That is, enthusiasm in visiting the mobile application may not necessarily attract the attention of customers to decide on a purchase because there are customers who are usually just for fun to see and compare prices and calculate the total price with postage and other additional costs. Besides that, this study also shows that the quality of information has a positive and significant influence on repurchase. Therefore, it can be concluded that the more complete and accurate the availability of this information, if it is appropriate and can solve problems for its customers, the higher the opportunity for customers to make repeat purchases from the same product and service providers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program literasi yang dilakukan di empat sekolah dasar di Riau. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi kelas, wawancara dengan guru dan siswa, serta analisis dokumen terkait program literasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program literasi di keempat sekolah tersebut memberikan dampak positif pada perkembangan literasi siswa. Guru-guru terlibat aktif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan membaca, menulis, dan berbicara siswa. Mereka menggunakan metode pengajaran yang beragam, termasuk pembacaan bersama, diskusi kelompok, dan proyek kolaboratif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan literasi siswa. Dalam hal literasi digital, sekolah-sekolah memanfaatkan teknologi dengan bijak sebagai alat pembelajaran. Siswa diberi kesempatan untuk menggunakan perangkat digital dan akses ke sumber daya online yang relevan untuk memperluas pengetahuan dan pemahaman mereka.Dalam rangkaian kegiatan literasi yang dilakukan, siswa juga mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, dan kepercayaan diri. Mereka diajak untuk berpikir secara mendalam tentang isi bacaan, mengajukan pertanyaan, mengemukakan pendapat, dan menghasilkan karya-karya kreatif.Kesimpulannya, program literasi di keempat SD yang diteliti berhasil memberikan manfaat kepada siswa dalam berbagai aspek literasi, seperti literasi baca-tulis, numerasi, sains, digital, budaya-kewargaan dan finansial. Kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh sekolah membantu meningkatkan keterampilan dan pemahaman siswa dalam bidang-bidang tersebut. Kolaborasi antara guru, siswa, orang tua, dan pihak terkait lainnya merupakan faktor penting dalam keberhasilan program literasi.

Branta Pasisir Village is a village with a livelihood as a fisherman, entrepreneur, etc. One aspect that is very important in business development (MSMEs) is the existence of business legality. NIB is a business identity number used by business actors to obtain business licenses. The Field Work Lecture activity was carried out by the KKN 14 group due to a lack of knowledge and the importance of NIB in Branta Pasisir Village in making Business Identification Numbers. The goal to be achieved from this Real Work Lecture program is to provide assistance to UMKM actors in Branta Pasisir Village regarding account creation and procedures for managing legality through Online Single Submission (OSS). The method used consists of 3 stages, namely observation or survey, counseling or socialization related to NIB, and implementation of assistance and creation of NIB. UMKM that are willing and successful in being registered for making an NIB so that they can obtain a legality certificate

Tujuan dilaksanakannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu para pelaku usaha dalam memberikan sosialisasi Pemasaran Online pada sektor usaha kecil di Desa gading rejo kabupaten pringsewu. Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dimulai dengan tahappersiapan dan survei lapangan. Tahap survei ini dimulai dengan berdiskusi langsung kepada pemilik usaha untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan. tahap sosialisasi dan pelatihan dilakukan oleh tim. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pengetahuan peserta dalam hal ini pemilik usaha snack dua putri mengenai pemasaran online sebelum kegiatan masih berada di kategori kurang memahami. Setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan dan pemaparan materi disampaikan, diketahui bahwa pengetahuan peserta mengenai strategi pemasaran setelah disampaikan semakin meningkat.

This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of blended learning in the subject of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) at SMAN 2 Sukabumi. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with PPKn teachers and students, observation of the learning process, and analysis of documents related to the implementation of blended learning at the school. The results show that the implementation of blended learning in PPKn at SMAN 2 Sukabumi has been meticulous and well-coordinated. PPKn teachers integrate various digital media and e-learning platforms to present learning materials and assignments. Interaction between teachers and students is enhanced through online discussion forums and video conference meetings. Blended learning provides flexibility for students, allowing them to access materials independently and learn at their own pace. However, challenges faced in the implementation include limited internet access in certain areas and adjustments for students new to online learning. This research offers valuable insights into blended learning in PPKn at SMAN 2 Sukabumi and provides implications and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of blended learning in citizenship education. By leveraging technology and innovative teaching methods, blended learning can empower students to become more independent and engaged learners, even in challenging circumstances.

Abstrak Judul Penelitian ini yakni analisis pengaruh promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian berulang mixue di Surabaya merupakan artikel ilmiah yang digunakan untuk membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variable. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian Literatur. Artike rivew ini bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online lainnya. Hasil artikel ini adalah: 1) Promosi berpengaruh terhadap Pembelian Ulang; 2) Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap Pembelian Ulang. Guna meningkatkan pembelian ulang maka Mixue di Surabaya harus gencar melakukan promosi yang menarik dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan agar konsumen akan tertarik untuk melakukan pembelian ulang di Mixue di Surabaya. Selain dari 2 variabel ini yang mempengaruhi variabel Pembelian Ulang Mixue masih banyak faktor lain di antaranya adalah citra merek, kualitas produk dan harga dari Mixue. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan harus mempertimbangkan untuk menargetkan segmen pelanggan tertentu untuk meningkatkan loyalitas mereka terhadap Mixue.

Legality has an important role for the progress of the business owned by all business actors, because legality is basically a form of granting permits granted by the authorities to every business actor in running their business. Legality itself is said to be important because it is used as evidence that the business being run or established is feasible and ongoing. People who do not understand the importance of business legality are a problem that causes many business actors who do not have business legality to support their business. The community service carried out by Group 10 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java aims to sensitize the community, especially business actors, especially in Ngrimbi Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency regarding the importance of business legality and provide assistance in making a business legality. The method of implementing community service carried out by Group 10 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java is divided into 3 (three) stages, the first step begins with providing understanding to business people about the importance of business legality through socialization that we held in the first week. Second, data collection of all Ngrimbi village Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and registering NIB (Business Identification Number) which has been scheduled by the village. The third is business mentoring with the aim of improving and marketing the products they want to sell. The implementation of this activity was carried out by Group 10 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java consisting of 10 people. The result of this activity is the awareness of business actors in Ngrimbi Village about the importance of business legality for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and as many as 20 MSMEs that have been surveyed by group 10 in Ngrimbi Village, 19 MSMEs have carried out business legality in the form of NIB (Business Identification Number).

Technological advances in Indonesia are so rapidly developing in human life that it cannot be separated from the use of technology in the midst of global competitors. In the increase in cashless e-wallet transactions for online payments, its application has increased dramatically around the world. DANA introduces its users to payments through digital wallets and non-cash and non-card transactions, making it easier for users. The DANA digital wallet concept is different from other digital wallets that are already present in the Indonesian market, namely with the open platform concept. This study aims to determine the effect of data convenience, service features, and customer trust on asking to use e-wallets in the DANA application. The population in this study were all e-wallet users in East Java. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results obtained Ease of Data does not have a significant effect on Interest in Using e-wallets in the DANA application. Partial test results obtained Service Features and Customer Trust have a significant effect on Interest in Using e-wallets in the DANA application. Comprehensive results obtained Ease of Data, Service Features, and Trust have a simultaneous effect on Interest in Use.

This research was conducted at the Grand Dian Hotel Brebes which aims to analyze and explain the influence of service quality, image and function of OTA (online travel agent) which is in poor condition due to lack of updates from OTA (Online Travel Agent) about hotel information, and prices from OTA (Online Travel Agent) is unstable. Research data obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The sample used in the study were 94 respondents. The research results are expected to provide useful information for management and employees. The data obtained were processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. Quantitative analysis used multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, test the model, test the hypothesis, and before doing the test, the validity and reliability tests were carried out first. The results of the regression analysis show that the increase in guest decisions to stay is directly influenced by the quality of service, image and function (online travel agent). The results of the multiple regression analysis test showed a significant F value, with a correlation value of determination adjusted R2 square of 0.610. This shows that the quality of service, image and function (online travel agent) significantly influence the decision of guests to stay together with a close relationship of 61.0%. This shows that to improve the decision of staying guests, it is necessary to improve the quality of service, as well as the image and function of a good OTA (online travel agent) in the eyes of the community, it will increase the decision of guests to stay in the next period.

Easy access to health information and consultation is important in improving the quality of life and welfare of the community. Currently, a digital health application has emerged that allows the public to get quick and easy access to health information and to conduct online consultations with medical personnel. One popular application is Alodokter, which provides online health consultation services via mobile devices. The purpose of this study is to provide counseling to the people of Sumberejo Village about the convenience of online health consultations through the Alodokter application. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods with an observational study approach. The counseling technique is carried out using a combination of lecture techniques and demonstrations using the Alodokter application. Through this counseling, the public can understand and know how to use the Alodokter application as a means to obtain health information and conduct medical consultations online

This research aims to determine the utilization of information technology in mathematics learning in Class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Parigi Selatan. This is a case study that describes an actual situation. In collecting data, the researcher used data collection procedures through interviews with informants, who, in this case, were students, as the source of data and information. Qualitative data analysis in this research uses the SWOT analysis method, which systematically identifies various factors to formulate company strategies. This analysis is based on the logic that can maximize strengths and opportunities while minimizing weaknesses and threats. Then, identify the types of errors and conclude. From the strengths perspective, the results indicate that implementing online learning allows learning resources to be easily accessed online. From the perspective of weaknesses, an unstable internet connection affects students' focus on learning and teaching. From the perspective of opportunities, online learning enhances students' self-learning skills and provides new insights into technology and learning. Finally, from the perspective of threats, students' learning motivation decreases.

The purpose and focus of this research is to find out the nature of legal protection of personal data as a right to privacy and forms of legal protection of personal data as a right to privacy in Indonesia. The result of this research is that the essence of legal protection of personal data as a right to privacy is a citizen's constitutional right. This study aims to: 1) find out the concept of teacher ethical values ​​in the book Adabud dunya wa addin by Imam Al Mawardi, 2) find out the specificity of teacher ethics in the book Adabud dunya wa addin by Imam Al Mawardi, 3) find out the actualization of teacher ethical values in the adabud dunya wa addin book if it is applied in the present. The background of this research is based on several issues regarding teacher ethical values, in which educators must have good ethical values ​​but there are still many educators/teachers who do not understand that, so it is necessary to carry out a process of implementing these values. good teacher ethics in various ways or methods that have been taught by previous figures or scholars. This study uses a qualitative research approach where the type of research is library research. In collecting data using documentation methods and online data tracking. Then, data sources were obtained from primary data sources and secondary data (adabud dunya wa addin books, references related to teacher ethical values, previous research, articles and internet sites). The analysis technique used is content analysis technique. Where content analysis is observing the content of information in writing. The results of the study show that: 1) The concept of teacher ethical values ​​in the adabud dunya wa addin book is to make an educator/teacher aware of how important it is to have good ethical values ​​in order to be a role model/good example for their students so they can creating a generation of educators with good morals; 2) The specificity of teacher ethics in the book Adabud Dunya Wa Addin is the special ethical values ​​contained in the book Adabud Dunya Wa Addin taught by Imam Al Mawardi as a teacher must have ethics, as follows: tawadhu', practicing his knowledge, being generous for his knowledge, guiding students, ridding themselves of doubtful jobs, aiming to hope for the blessing of Allah, respecting their students, and giving advice and being gentle with their students. That is also the objective of an educator's benchmark, namely to make educators become human beings who have good morals; 3) the actualization of teacher ethical values ​​in the adabud dunya wa addin book when applied today is also an illustration that in fact there is still a teacher who applies these teacher ethical values ​​properly in an institution, forum, or between individuals. This is a race that anyone can and can apply these ethics properly.

Infrastructure development is the duty and responsibility of both the Central Government, Provincial Government and Regency/City Regional Governments in accordance with the division of government affairs. One of the places in Bantul Regency that introduces leather puppet crafts to the wider community is Pucung as a center for shadow puppets. The development of village infrastructure based on the wayang kulit craft culture needs to identify the efforts of wayang kulit craftsmen in overcoming marketing barriers, infrastructure development efforts that have been carried out so far, and prioritized infrastructure to be equipped with the aim of increasing the marketing of wayang kulit crafts. This study uses qualitative methods with observations and interviews. The results of this study are that craftsmen market wayang kulit crafts online and digitally E-commerce to overcome the obstacles they face, the infrastructure related to the marketing of leather puppets that has been developed so far is a means of communication in the form of internet and WIFI, and infrastructure that is prioritized to be equipped is e-commerce digital marketplace.

Pengangkutan didefinisikan sebagai perpindahan tempat, baik mengenai benda-benda maupun orang, karena perpindahan itu mutlak dibutuhkan dalam rangka mencapai dan meninggikan manfaat serta efisiensi. Dalam proses kegiatan pengangkutan, hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan ialah mengenai perlindungan terhadap konsumen sebagai orang yang menggunakan atau mengonsumsi barang dan jasa yang di sedikan pihak pengangkutan. Perlindungan terhadap konsumen ini sudah diatur oleh negara dalam bentuk undang-undang yang lebih dikenal dengan UU No.8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Undang-undang ini berisikan mengenai seluruh upaya yang harus dilakukan sebagai bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen, Undang- undang ini menjadi patokan dasar terhadap pemenuhan Hak- hak konsumen guna menciptakan rasa aman dan kenyamanan pada konsumen. Maxim sendiri merupakan salah satu penyedia jasa pengangkutan yang wajib memenuhi hak-hak konsumen sebagai pengguna jasa pengangkuta. Namun berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masih terdapat kekurangan dari pihak Maxim dalam memenuhi hak-hak konsumen. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian hukum normatif (normative law research) menggunakan studi kasus normatif berupa produk perilaku hukum, misalnya mengkaji undang-undang. Pokok kajiannya adalah hukum yang dikonsepkan sebagai norma atau kaidah yang berlaku dalam masyarakat dan menjadi acuan perilaku setiap orang. Perlindungan hukum untuk konsumen pengguna transportasi online kendaraan roda dua berdasarkan ketentuan UUPK dalam pemenuhan hak asasi bagi konsumen selaku pengguna jasa transportasi online roda dua menjadi kewajiban penuh bagi pelaku usaha selaku penyedia jasa transportasi online untuk memberikan perlindungan dalam segi keamanan, keselamatan dan kenyamanan bagi konsumen dalam menggunakan layanan jasa tranportasi online yang disediakan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang- undangan.

Era globalisasi yang ditandai dengan persaingan yang ketat dan perubahan yang cepat menuntut organisasi bisnis untuk memahami dan mengelola perilaku sumber daya manusia dengan baik. Metode penulisan artikel Literature Review ini adalah dengan metode library risearch, yang  bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Perilaku sumber daya manusia yang positif, seperti komitmen, dedikasi, kerja tim, adaptasi terhadap perubahan, dan komunikasi yang efektif, berkontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan organisasi dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Selain itu, perilaku sumber daya manusia juga berdampak pada citra dan reputasi organisasi di era digital yang terhubung secara global. Perilaku yang profesional, etis, dan bertanggung jawab membantu membangun kepercayaan dan kepuasan pelanggan serta pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Dalam kesimpulannya, artikel ini menekankan bahwa perilaku sumber daya manusia berperan penting dalam keberhasilan organisasi bisnis di era global, dan organisasi perlu menerapkan strategi yang tepat dalam mengelola perilaku tersebut.

Maxim is an online transportation service that is often used by people in Indonesia by offering various services including Maxim Ride, Maxim Car, Maxim Delivery, Maxim Food, and Maxim Cargo. The use of a website-based application can increase productivity in viewing the sales catalog of MSMEs in the Gedog village. Appsheet is an application that can be used to create a catalog application. Of course, with the addition of other applications such as Google Drive and Google Sheets.
