The results showed that the Galombang Kreasi dance is usually performed by men who can number up to dozens of people and then divided into two groups, where each group seems to be a group of bodyguards. Galombang Kreasi dance has a little element of pencak silat in its movements, so that when it is performed there will be a little martial arts attraction in the series of dances performed, in contrast to pasambahan dance which highlights elegance in every movement and can also be performed by women. The combination of these two dances serves to welcome and pay homage to the bride and groom, also paving the way for a line of virgins carrying carano offerings containing traditional betel. In addition, this new creation of traditional dance also serves as a fence for the entrance of the ninik mamak troupe that accompanies the journey of the bride and groom.

The results of this study indicate that there are 2 (two) things that need attention, namely first, in the perspective of existing competition, the findings found by the author are more focused on the balanced form of coffee provided from the two types of Warkop in the realm of research, from various types The coffee that several Warkop are trying to offer actually has a tendency for collectors to try to manipulate the market, and in the future this will be seen as a form of unhealthy competition. Second, the form of monopoly that arises in business competition in the realm of research, is the reason for the author to investigate further in applying law number 5 of 1999 concerning the prohibition of monopolistic practices and unfair business competition. Through field research it was found that the cultural carnival at the al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic boarding school was used as a strategy for the pesantren to provide education to the community, that cultural essences needed to be preserved because they conflicted with religion. The fact that the Koran actually instructed the Prophet Muhammad to teach Islam in a gentle and tolerant way. Thus, the expression of cultural carnivals in Islamic boarding schools is the maturity of the scholars in presenting the Qur'an and hadith as part of the embodiment of religious moderation-based education.

This study analyzes the system of signs and meanings of Colombian culture in the animated film "Encanto" from Disney Animation. The film takes inspiration from Latin American culture, specifically Colombia, focusing on the Madrigal family who have magical powers and live in a hidden village. A qualitative approach with descriptive-interpretative methods is used with content analysis, based on Charles Sander Pierce's semiotic concept which includes icons, indexes, and symbols. Data obtained through observation and literature study. The results of the study show that elements of Colombian culture, such as language, clothing, food, and traditions, are reflected in film characters and scenes. Examples of representation include the Arepa dining area, Cali salsa dancing, Colombian music, and Colombian-style mountain scenery. Thus, Encanto succeeded in communicating Colombian cultural messages through visual cues in the animated film.

Skin is the largest organ in humans, it functions as the outermost protector of the organs inside. Therefore, the skin is often attacked by various diseases, especially cancer. Skin cancer is divided into two, namely benign and malignant. Malignant has the potential to spread and increase the risk of death. Skin cancer detection traditionally involves time-consuming laboratory tests to determine malignancy or benignity. Therefore, there is a demand for computer-assisted diagnosis through image analysis to expedite disease identification and classification. This study proposes to use the K-nearest neighbor (KNN) classifier and Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) to classify these two types of skin cancer. Apart from that, the average filter is also used for preprocessing. The analysis was carried out comprehensively by carrying out 480 experiments on the ISIC dataset. Dataset variations were also carried out using random sampling techniques to test on smaller datasets, where experiments were carried out on 3297, 1649, 825, and 210 images. Several KNN parameters, namely the number of neighbors (k)=1 and distance (d)=1 to 3 were tested at angles 0, 45, 90, and 135. Maximum accuracy results were 79.24%, 79.39%, 83.63%, and 100% for respectively 3297, 1649, 825, and 210. These findings show that the KNN method is more effective in working on smaller datasets, besides that the use of the average filter also has a significant contribution in increasing the accuracy.

REKA KARYA: In this era of globalization, Indonesia is not immune to its influence, which can potentially erode traditional cultural values and replace them with Western culture. To address this concern, the Pengabdian Masyarakat program aims to help Sundanese language teachers by developing a Sundanese script learning app. By doing so, it is hoped that students will become more interested in learning about the Sundanese script. The app will include a program flow design, display design, quiz/game design, and database design. Additionally, it will feature a quiz menu in the form of a game to help users practice their Sundanese script skills. The goal is to create a user-friendly and engaging app that is accessible to everyone who wants to learn the Sundanese script.

Indonesia is an archipelagic country that has many outer islands which are directly adjacent to neighboring countries. Indonesia's outermost areas have high potential for marine resources so that they are used by Indonesian traditional fishermen as a source of income to support their families. BPS noted that there are 17,001 islands scattered throughout Indonesia. In preparing this article, the author used a normative juridical approach which was carried out through literature study by examining primary and secondary legal materials. Whereas for data analysis using qualitative juridical analysis that is descriptive based on principles, theories in international law. never protested the British claim of ownership of the sand islands. In 1974 the governments of Indonesia and Australia signed an MoU which stipulated that Indonesian traditional fishermen were permitted to fish. There are three important things that must be done by Indonesia-Australia, in order to get rid of fishing disputes by Indonesian traditional fishermen in Australia, namely strengthening national regulations, especially on the Exclusive Economic Zone maritime boundary agreement, secondly restoring the rights of traditional fishermen on sand islands. and the third is an agreement between the governments of Indonesia, Australia and Indonesia in setting sea boundaries.
