This paper explains the Deviations of Ma'had Al-Zaytun's Teachings Against Islamic Law, where the activity is in a ma'had or pondok in Indramayu, Central Java. During the leadership of Prof. Dr. KH. Abdusallam Rasyidi Panji Gumilang has recently reaped a lot of controversy because the teachings applied at the education center are contrary to Islamic religious laws or teachings, such as the prayer rows that are spaced apart and the mixing of male and female rows, Hajj can be carried out in Indramayu, adheres to Bung Karno's and Ma'had's understandings also say that sins can be redeemed with money. It also describes rebuttals regarding teachings in Al-Zaytun which are considered deviant and far from Islamic values ​​and law. to discuss related to deviant teachings in ma'had Al-Zaytun that are contrary to Islamic religious law, and the author will also look for what are the factors that underlie the ma'had carrying out teachings that are not in accordance with religious law or Islamic Shari'a which should.

This community service program aims to enhance the technological competencies of madrasah teachers in facing the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. The primary issue identified was the low level of technological skills among madrasah teachers, which can hinder the integration of technology into the learning process. To address this issue, a series of intensive training, continuous mentoring, and the formation of practitioner communities were implemented. The methods used included an initial survey to identify needs, intensive training followed by interactive workshops, and mentoring through reflective sessions and technical support. Active participation from teachers and community involvement in this process were key factors in the program's success. The results of this program showed a significant increase in teachers' technological skills, the formation of an active practitioner community, and positive social changes, including the emergence of local leaders among the teachers. The program also succeeded in creating new awareness regarding the importance of technology in education in the digital era. These findings support theories of technology-based learning and social change.

In general, this study aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Workload on Employee Work Effectiveness at the Secretariat Office of the Regional People's Representative Council of Sibolga City. The type of research used in this research is descriptive correlational research, which describes and provides an explanation of the relationship between variable X (independent) as the independent variable that influences and variable Y (dependent) as the dependent variable that is influenced. For this study, the population was only Civil Servants consisting of 10 Structural Officials and 29 Staff at the Secretariat Office of the Regional People's Representative Council of Sibolga City, totaling 39 (thirty nine) Civil Servants. The analytical method used is the efficiency analysis technique of multiple correlation and multiple linear regression. The results showed that based on statistical testing partially showed t count 3.641 > t table 0.208 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, it means that the Leadership variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the Work Effectiveness variable. The workload variable shows t count 0.448 > t table 0.208 and a significant 0.004 <0.05, it means that the workload variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness variable.

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, leadership style, work environment, and perceptions of job opportunities on employee turnover intention. The population used in this study were all employees working and the sample used is 70 employees. This study used non-probability sampling technique research methods with saturated sampling method (census). Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 24 program. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variable Compensation has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, Leadership Style has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, Work Environment has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, and Perception of Work Opportunities has a partial positive effect on Turnover Intention.

Pengelolaan Human Capital sangat penting untuk menciptakan Developing People dalam upaya pencapaian tujuan perusahaan dan meningkatkan efisiensi kerja untuk memperoleh persaingan yang kompetitif serta sebagai bentuk penyesuaian terhadap perkembangan teknologi informasi . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Human Capital Strategic dalam Developing People pada PT. United Tractors Tbk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan selama lima bulan di PT. United Tractors Tbk untuk melihat strategi pengelolaan Human Capital.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  implementasi Human Capital yang dilakukan oleh PT. United Tractors Tbk dalam Developing People yaitu ; melakukan skil gap analyisis melalui evaluasi kinerja secara periodik, memberikan Coaching dan Mentoring secara rutin kepada karyawan, melatih kepemimpinan (leadership) dan memberikan pelatihan (training) untuk peningkatan sofskill individu sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.

Traditional medicine / herbal medicine is a product consumed by many people, so the security aspect must be maintained. In order for herbal products to be safely consumed, herbal medicine producers must understand and apply sanitation and hygiene in their production processes and packaging methods. The community service activities aim to improve the knowledge and skills of herbal medicine craftsmen about sanitation and herbal hygiene production and how to pack using continuous sealer machines. This activity was held at PJ SUTI SEHATI, having its address at Pengkol RT 02 RW 1 Nguter Sukoharjo and PJ Bintang Mas having the address at Tenongan RT 2 RW 1 Gupit Nguter Sukoharjo. The form of the activity is providing counseling (lectures and question and answer), training and mentoring. The target of the activity is the leader / owner and employees of herbal medicine craftsmen. The steps of the activity include, preparation, implementation and evaluation. The participants received an explanation of sanitation and hygiene and how to pack using continuous sealer machines. Evaluation has been carried out after service activities which result in packaging using a continuous sealer machine 3-4 times faster and more hygienic.

The main problem faced by farmer groups in South Dumai District is the weak management of data, information, and group administration, which affects the effectiveness of agricultural development planning and evaluation. This community service activity aims to strengthen farmer group institutions by improving their capacity in data and administrative management. The method employed was a community organizing approach through participatory extension activities, group discussions, and initial mentoring involving 33 participants consisting of farmer group administrators and members. The results indicate an increase in farmers’ understanding and awareness of the importance of data and orderly administration as a basis for planning, decision-making, and evaluation of agricultural development programs. In addition, early social changes emerged in the form of collective awareness and the initiative of group leaders to actively strengthen institutional functions. Strengthening farmer group institutions through proper data and administrative management is expected to support sustainable agricultural development and improve farmers’ welfare.

The problems that exist at Khairul Imam IT Junior High School can be seen from the behaviour or attitude of its personnel, including teachers who are unable to do work based on the tasks and responsibilities that have been assigned. This tendency can be seen from the teachers' preference to accumulate or collect work. This research is conducted with inferential principles where the relationship between various variables tests hypotheses and makes generalisations.  The population in this study were all teachers of SMPIT Khairul Imam, totalling 45 people. To determine the performance of SMPIT Khairul Imam teachers, the sampling procedure in this study used the saturated sampling method, namely the entire population (all teachers) who were used as respondents. This research data has 2 variables, namely the dependent variable is the performance of teachers (Y) and as an independent variable is the leadership style of superiors (X). In this study, it was found that the leaders at this research location have been able to carry out their functions well in directing, guiding, motivating, and supervising teachers to carry out their duties.  All of that takes place because there has been interaction, communication and cooperation in the school environment. If the teacher has a good impression of the leader then the teacher will carry out the tasks that have been set with full seriousness and responsibility. So in this study it was concluded that the leadership style has an influence on the performance of Khairul Imam IT Junior High School teachers..

South Bandung is an area in West Java which is famous for the beauty of its natural tourism which is so beautiful and extraordinarily amazing, where in the South Bandung area there are many natural tourist attractions that are an attraction for domestic and foreign tourists. One of them is Situ Patenggang which is a beautiful lake located in Rancabali, Ciwidey, Bandung Regency, West Java Province. Behind the beautiful lake there is a legendary love story in Situ Patenggang which is a natural tourist attraction in South Bandung and an iconic lake in Ciwidey, Rancabali, Bandung Regency, West Java. The theory used is the theory of natural tourist attraction objects. The research method used is the interview method, aiming to dig deeper into how this legend can be preserved as a natural tourist attraction object from Situ Patenggang. This interview method was conducted through informants consisting of managers, community leaders, and local communities. The results of the research based on the results of direct analysis show that Situ Patenggang is a lake full of legends so that it attracts many domestic and foreign tourists who make this lake the main object of attraction because of the legendary myths in South Bandung.

This writing departs from the author's concern for the reality that often occurs in the leadership of Catholic Youth in fostering a spirit of leadership, where the leadership spirit of OMK is still lacking because they often forget responsibility, which is caused by the influence of the times which makes them more happy themselves, have their own opinion , act alone and boast about themselves, so that they still have not found their true identity as OMK. The purpose of this writing is to understand and understand the theory of OMK leadership and to understand the spirit of creative and innovative leadership in OMK. The method used in this thesis is literature review. Thus, from the theory that has been described, it is hoped that OMK will be able to carry out their responsibilities in realizing the ideals and hopes of the Church, because OMK are individuals who still have a fresh leadership spirit and are still strong in service. Through OMK the Church will be assisted in various services both liturgically, ministry and pastoral. Therefore, if OMK is to be a true leader, they must be able to challenge a process, be able to work together, give themselves, be humble, and be able to apply good moral values ​​to everyone.

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan leader member exchange, budaya organisasi, komitmen dan kinerja guru SMK Negeri Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro, untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari leader member exchange dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro melalui komitmen. Populasi dalam penelitian mencangkup seluruh guru yang berjumlah 68 orang dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 66 guru SMK Negeri Dander dengan teknik sensus. Data yang sudah didapatkan kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan partial least square – structural equestion model (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan leader member exchange, budaya organisasi, komitmen, dan kinerja guru SMK Negeri Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam kategori yang tinggi, leader member exchange dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan pada komitmen guru, leader member exchange dan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja guru, sedangkan komitmen berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja guru. Leader member exchange dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja guru melalui komitmen guru SMK Negeri Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro.

This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership style and compensation through mediating variables of organizational commitment to employee performance CV Multi Warna Grafika Semarang, with saturated sample collection techniques taken based on non-probability sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that transformational leadership style affects employees' organizational commitment. Compensation affects the organizational commitment of employees. Organizational commitment affects employee performance. Transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance. Compensation has no effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership styles influence employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. Compensation affects employee performance mediated by organizational commitment.

Soft skills are non-technical skills that relate to how people operate, engage with coworkers, solve problems, and manage the task for which they are responsible. Soft skills are required for future leadership jobs and will influence their effectiveness in managing teams to execute diverse initiatives. Furthermore, the capacity to show attentiveness and empathy to clients indicates a dedication to solving problems or meeting their requirements. To strengthen the ability to work with others and positively impact one's profession, a soft skills development program was held for the community in Wonoplumbon Urban Village, Mijen Sub-district, Semarang City, and its stakeholders comprising of RW leaders. This activity aims to achieve one of the Sustainable Development Goals, namely that governments, workers' organizations, and employers all over the world work to improve workers' employability, place young people in decent productive jobs, and increase company productivity through higher quality and relevant training.

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Influence of Transformational and Transactional Leadership on Employee Performance through Conflict Resolution. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population is all Pesen Village Government employees 39 people. The sampling technique is by census sampling, so that the sample is 39 people. Methods of data collection with questionnaires and documentation were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that transformational leadership, transactional, conflict resolution and the performance of Pesen Village Government employees, Kanor District, Bojonegoro Regency were in the very high category, Transformational leadership had a significant effect on conflict resolution, Transactional leadership had no significant effect on conflict resolution, Transformational leadership had a significant effect on performance, Leadership transactional has no significant effect on performance, conflict resolution has a significant effect on performance, transformational leadership has a significant effect on performance through conflict resolution, transactional leadership has no significant effect on performance through conflict resolution.

The purpose of this study was to examine and describe the professionalism, leadership, motivation, and performance of teachers at MAN 2 Bojonegoro. To examine and analyze the effect of professionalism and leadership on teacher motivation. To examine and analyze the effect of professionalism, leadership and motivation on teacher performance. To examine and analyze the effect of professionalism and leadership on teacher performance. The population in this study were the teachers of MAN 2 Bojonegoro, totaling 78 teachers. The sample in this study were 78 teachers who used a sampling technique with total sampling. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS)) analysis to test the hypothesis Teacher professionalism, leadership, motivation and teacher performance at MAN 2 Bojonegoro are included in the very high category. Professionalism and Leadership have a significant effect on motivation. Direct professionalism and direct leadership have no significant effect on teacher performance, while motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. Professionalism and Leadership indirectly have a significant influence on teacher performance mediated by teacher work motivation.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance at the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of Banjar City General Hospital. The problems raised include four main things: (1) the influence of leadership style on employee performance, (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance, (3) the influence of competence on employee performance, and (4) the influence of the combination of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance. The method used is descriptive with data analysis through validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that (1) leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance, (2) work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, (3) competence has a positive effect on employee performance, and (4) increasing leadership style, motivation, and competence together can improve employee performance at BLUD RSU Banjar City.

Research objectives: 1) To find out the arrangement of slums through restoration (rehabilitation) in Oimbo Village, Bima City? 2) To find out the arrangement of slums through rejuvenation (revitalization) in Oimbo Village, Bima City? 3) To find out the arrangement of slums through resettlement (relocation) in Oimbo Urban Village, Bima City? This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants in this study included the Head of Kelurahan and staff/employees and community leaders in Kelurahan Oimbo Kota Bima. Determination of informants in this research the author uses purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis, which starts from data reduction, data display, and verification and conclusion making. The results of the research are: first, related to the arrangement of slums through restoration (rehabilitation) in Oimbo Village, Bima City, has been carried out well according to the needs of residents. Second, the arrangement of slums through rejuvenation (revitalization) in Oimbo Village, Bima City, has been carried out well according to the needs of the residents. Value that exists in a cultural customary ritual entity in a community environment, will not become a potential if its essence has not been determined. Essential marketing strategy is a marketing strategy that focuses on the core or basis of marketing. This study aims to find a marketing strategy to develop Sumenep based on culture that has been upheld by the people so far. This research is a qualitative research and uses a purposive method in selecting informants. Informants in this study were Pinggirpapas village community leaders, Pinggirpapas village community, and Pini Sepuh as traditional ritual leaders. The results of this study are a form of marketing essential values in Nyadar traditional rituals including; The Sanctity of Traditional Ritual Processions, Transformation of customary values between generations that bind as resilience to the psychological aspects of the residents, and the residents belief in the uniqueness of the ritual. While the economic strategy built by the residents is the inherent religious, cultural and economic values as well as the empowerment of economic values for processional products and a variety of local traditional and village culinary offerings. Furthermore, this research can become the basis for the government in developing the concept of city branding in Sumenep as an effort to increase the number of tourists visiting.
