This research aims to analyze the use of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in the marketing strategy of the oil and gas industry in Indonesia, with a focus on aspects of compliance with applicable oil and gas laws and regulations. The use of IoT technology has brought significant changes in various industries, and the oil and gas sector is no exception. In this context, this research will investigate how IoT technology can be used in oil and gas marketing strategies to improve operational efficiency, supervision, and compliance with oil and gas law regulations in Indonesia. The importance of compliance with oil and gas law regulations cannot be separated from the broader legal framework, namely the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD 1945). The 1945 a Constitution is the Indonesian constitution which establishes the basic principles of the state, including the management of natural resources, including oil and gas, which are in the national interest. In this research, the use of IoT technology in oil and gas marketing strategies will be analyzed by considering the perspective of compliance with applicable oil and gas law regulations, which are part of the legal framework regulated by the 1945 Constitution and support state sovereignty in managing natural resources. Through literature analysis and case studies of the oil and gas industry in Indonesia, this research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the potential use of IoT technology in the oil and gas industry in Indonesia and its implications for compliance with oil and gas law regulations. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable information for oil and gas companies, regulators, and other stakeholders in formulating effective marketing strategies and complying with applicable regulations. In addition, this research also has the potential to become the basis for further research in this field. By understanding and applying IoT concepts in oil and gas marketing strategies that comply with oil and gas law regulations and the principles set out in the 1945 Constitution, a more efficient, controlled, and sustainable oil and gas industry can be created in Indonesia.

Oil and gas exploration is the process of searching, evaluating, and identifying locations beneath the Earth's surface that have the potential to contain oil and natural gas. In Indonesia, the exploration of oil and gas is regulated by Law Number 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Natural Gas, which "regulates the management of oil and natural gas, including exploration, production, and management of oil and natural gas resources in Indonesia." Indonesia has many companies involved in oil and gas exploration and production, one of which is PT Chevron. The implementation of Security Risk Management based on the 1945 Constitution in the Oil and Gas Exploration Phase at PT Chevron is a strategic step in ensuring operational safety and security in accordance with the principles of the Indonesian constitution. The 1945 Constitution emphasizes the importance of natural resources for national interests. Chevron, as an oil company operating in Indonesia, must comply with regulations and make maximum contributions to the development of the economy and welfare of local communities. Chevron is committed to improving the welfare of local communities through programs for economic development, health, education, and infrastructure. The involvement of the community in the decision-making process is also a key focus for this company.

The role and function of Bank Indonesia as the central bank is crucial to revitalize the goal of maintaining and preserving the value of the rupiah, which is an important part of sustainable economic growth that will improve people's welfare. This goal is part of the economic recovery and reform policy that will help Indonesia get out of the middle economic crisis. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of the status, position, and duties of the central bank. This research uses the literature method. In 1968, Bank Indonesia's functions and responsibilities as the central bank began to diminish. In 1999, it was again responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the value of the rupiah. Its central bank work consists of three main pillars: setting and implementing monetary policy, maintaining a smooth payment system, and maintaining the stability of the national financial system. To improve people's quality of life, Bank Indonesia is also responsible for acting as a development agent.

Kemiri Village is one of the villages located in Sidoarjo Regency. Most of the people in Kemiri Village work in the agricultural sector and small MSMEs. One of the plants that is often found is the betel plant which grows in people's yards and has not been utilized optimally. The community service program carried out by National Defense Thematic Community Service (KKN) Group 5 Batch 2 UPN Veteran East Java students is a socialization and training program for making dishwashing soap made from betel leaves which is economically valuable. The method used in this service It goes through several stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. This activity was attended by PKK women from Kemiri Village who were enthusiastic and enthusiastic. The result of this activity is to provide knowledge and skills to residents to be able to utilize existing natural resources optimally so that the potential of betel leaves can be utilized more effectively. This does not rule out the possibility of producing products that have attractive sales potential, thereby creating new economic opportunities and increasing the welfare of the community in Kemiri Village, Sidoarjo.

Geographically, the SCS has an area of ​​around 3 million km2 and is located between the southern coast of China and Taiwan to the north, the coast of Southeast Asian countries to the west, a group of islands in the Philippines to the east, and Kalimantan and Indonesia to the south. With the aim of being able to find out more about the Indonesian president's policies regarding the South China Sea dispute in front of the global community, and being able to find out the impact and solutions regarding the Indonesian president's policies regarding the South China Sea dispute in front of the global community. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research design. Library research is research in which data collection is carried out by collecting data from various reference sources. The naming of the North Natuna Sea in the new map reflects Indonesia's foreign policy as a manifestation of Indonesia's national interests in responding to regional developments, and the Indonesian government's efforts to carry out the process of securing territorial sovereignty and its citizens in the seas bordering the South China Sea. Indonesia stated that the SCS conflict could become open war because of three things. First, the tendency of the parties involved to use military force to strengthen claims in the region. Second, there is the involvement of foreign parties from outside the region. Third, there is no credible institution to resolve existing problems.

This research is motivated by several problems that: There are several things that have been identified in relation to the implementation of the national health insurance policy on public health services, such as: In supporting the success of health services and reducing health costs for the community, the government in collaboration with PT. Health Insurance holds a Community Health Insurance (Jamkesmas) program. Social Health Insurance services include first-level outpatient care, advanced outpatient care, inpatient care, drug services, childbirth, advanced diagnostic support services, medical equipment and supplement services, operative and non-operative medical procedures, medical rehabilitation services, intensive care Intensive Care Unit (ICU), hemodialysis (dialysis), and emergency services. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that: Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that in the service process, both the Jamkesmas pattern and the JKN pattern, are carried out in accordance with the service procedures, namely: self-esteem, meeting expectations (exceed expectations), improvement and rediscovery, forward-looking (vision), continuous improvement (improving), full attention (care, empathy), finally always holding empowerment (empowerment). The obstacles faced by employees in implementing the Jamkesmas and JKN patterns in public health services in Pangandaran Regency are: (1) access to health center services is still limited to certain diseases; (2) the availability of expert personnel is still minimal, (3) the availability of nurses is still limited; (4) the availability of other professional personnel such as pharmacists is still lacking; (5) inpatient facilities are still lacking and so on, which results in less than optimal service. Efforts made by employees in overcoming obstacles when implementing the Jamkesmas and JKN patterns in public health services in Pangandaran Regency are (1) improving access to health center services; (2) adding expert personnel, (3) adding nurses; (4) adding professional personnel; (5) improving inpatient facilities.

The aim of this research is to determine the status of the implementation of the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945) and Trade Law Number 21 of 2019 in the implementation of commercial transportation for oil and gas export activities in Indonesia based on national values. This research was carried out using analyzes the contents of the 1945 Constitution and Minister of Trade Regulations. A review of relevant literature is included. The national values ​​contained in the 1945 Constitution are an important basis for implementing commercial transportation policies, especially in Indonesia's oil and gas export activities. National values ​​such as unity, sovereignty, justice, democracy and people's welfare are the basis for regulating and supervising these commercial activities. Minister of Trade Regulation Number 21 of 2019 also plays an important role in regulating the transportation of Indonesia's oil and gas export trade. This law contains provisions regarding permits, authorization and safety standards that must be complied with by economic actors in carrying out export activities. The enactment of this law aims to protect national interests, protect the environment, and ensure the safety of oil and gas trade and transportation. This research discusses the analysis of the implementation of the 1945 Constitution and the Minister of Trade Law no. 21 of 2019 which is based on national values ​​in the implementation of commercial transportation for oil and gas export activities in Indonesia. (This analysis includes a review of the policies, procedures and practices implemented in oil and gas export activities. The results of this research are expected to provide a better understanding of the importance of practices based on national values ​​in the implementation of commercial transportation, especially oil and gas export activities, in Indonesia. It is hoped that the implications of this research can become the basis for improving trade policies and practices that are more sustainable, safe, and prioritize national interests and human welfare.

This research aims to examine the impact of various factors, such as the value of exports and the value of imports, on Indonesia's total national income. These factors are considered as independent variables, while the amount of Indonesia's national income is the dependent variable. The research methodology involves a descriptive quantitative approach and explanatory research, with a focus on the analysis of Indonesia's national income from 1993 to 2024. The required data was obtained from secondary sources such as the Central Statistics Agency, Uncomtrade , Trademap , books, and similar research-related publications. To analyze the data, multiple linear regression statistical methods were used with the help of SPSS version 27 software. The results of the analysis show that overall (F test), the factors studied have a significant influence on the amount of national income. Furthermore, partial analysis (t test) shows that the variables of Indonesia's export value and import value also have a significant influence on Indonesia's total national income.

This study focuses on the effectiveness of supervision and regulation conducted by Bank Indonesia (BI), the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) in maintaining financial system stability in Indonesia. The 1945 Law as a legal basis for the impact of state revenues on oil and gas industry activities in Indonesia is expected to be implemented in aspects of the oil and gas industry. This regulation is contained in Market 3 No. 22 of 2001 which regulates the objectives of implementing the oil and gas industry. State income is a crucial concern in the development and economy of a country as well as in improving the quality of life of citizens as a whole. As a country that has abundant natural resource wealth, especially oil and natural gas, Indonesia relies on oil and natural gas income as a form of income for the development and welfare of the people. The implementation of national values in the 1945 Constitution is reflected in the government's efforts to ensure that oil and gas industry activities contribute maximally to state income, while still paying attention to environmental sustainability and community welfare. The impact of state revenues from the oil and gas industry in Indonesia is greatly influenced by regulations and policies implemented by the government, including in terms of natural resource management, distribution of production results, and tax and royalty revenues. Apart from that, protecting consumer rights and environmental sustainability are also main concerns in implementing national values in the context of the oil and gas industry.

The importance of computational thinking skills has encouraged educational institutions around the world to integrate these concepts into their curricula. However, the challenge faced is finding the most effective learning methods and models to teach these skills. An appropriate learning model must not only be able to attract students' interest and motivation, but must also be able to increase their understanding and practical abilities in computational thinking. This research adopts a literature review method to explore information about effective learning models in improving students' computational thinking skills. Data was collected from various sources such as national and international journals, reference books, newspapers and magazines. The main aim of this literature review, as explained. The results of research on Problem Based Learning (PBL) and Project Based Learning show very positive results in improving students' computational thinking. These two models not only improve computational thinking skills, but also critical, creative and analytical thinking skills, as well as student participation and involvement in the learning process.

This study aims to analyze the challenges and development strategies of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) located in low-income areas in Indonesia. MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy, but in areas with low income levels, MSMEs face various constraints, such as difficulties in accessing adequate capital, technology, and management skills. To conduct this study, the researchers used a qualitative approach by collecting data from various sources of relevant scientific literature. The results showed that MSMEs in low-income settings face several key constraints, including difficulty accessing formal sources of financing, limited use of information technology, and low implementation of good business management practices, such as in marketing and financial record-keeping. To be able to develop MSMEs in low-income environments, comprehensive efforts are needed, such as facilitating MSME access to official funding sources, providing training and assistance in the use of information technology, and improving MSME skills in implementing good business management practices. In addition, the availability of skilled human resources, as well as innovation and creativity are also important factors in supporting the growth of MSMEs in low-income areas. By paying attention to these various aspects, it is expected that the development of MSMEs in low-income environments can run effectively and provide optimal benefits to the regional and national economy, through collaboration and synergy between MSMEs, government, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

The era of digitalization has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in security management. The wider application of digital technology requires an adaptive and innovative security approach to deal with evolving threats. In the context of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), the implementation of national values in digital security management is very important. These values include unity, integrity, justice, democracy and diversity, which are the foundations of NKRI. This research aims to analyze the importance of security management in the digitalization era based on the NKRI's national values.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with a literature study approach and document analysis related to digital security policies in Indonesia. The analysis focused on how NKRI national values are implemented in security management strategies and practices to face digital security challenges. The results show that the integration of national values in digital security management plays an important role in strengthening national resilience in the digital space. The implementation of national values helps in building a digital security system that is not only technically robust, but also responsive to Indonesia's social and cultural dynamics. This includes the development of inclusive cybersecurity policies, digital security education for diverse communities, and strengthening collaboration between sectors to strengthen the national digital security ecosystem.

The era of globalization, which is marked by the increasingly open flow of information and culture from various parts of the world, also has its own impact on Indonesia's young generation. On the one hand, globalization opens up horizons of insight and knowledge, but on the other hand, it can erode national values and national identity if not addressed wisely. This study aims to analyze the role of Civic Education (Civics Education) teachers in shaping students' national insight amidst the swift flow of globalization. By using qualitative method through observation, interview, and document study, this research examines learning strategies and approaches applied by Civics Education teachers in instilling national values. The results show that Civics teachers have a central role in fostering students' national awareness and insight, including through the use of contextual learning media, the application of student-centered learning methods, and the integration of Pancasila and Unity in Diversity values in every learning material. In addition, Civics teachers also act as role models in practicing national values in daily life. This study recommends the need to increase the competence and awareness of Civics teachers in facing the challenges of globalization, as well as support from all education stakeholders in building the character and national insight of Indonesia's young generation.

This study aims to analyze the effect of oil and gas exports on the Indonesian economy using the national values approach based on the 1945 Constitution. This research is motivated by the strategic role of the oil and gas sector in the national economy and the importance of implementing national values in the management and utilization of the oil and gas sector for the welfare of the people. The methodology used is analysis with data obtained from literature studies related to Indonesia's oil and gas exports. The results showed that oil and gas exports have a significant influence on the Indonesian economy, both in terms of state revenue, trade balance, and contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). However, the management of the oil and gas sector still faces several challenges, including fluctuations in world oil prices, declining production, and environmental issues. The implementation of national values based on the 1945 Constitution in this analysis includes the principle of benefits for the people of Indonesia, sustainable management of natural resources, and equitable distribution of welfare. This study suggests that Indonesia's oil and gas export policy should be more directed towards strengthening national energy security, economic diversification, as well as implementing the principles of sustainable development and social justice in accordance with the values contained in the 1945 Constitution.

The spread of hoaxes on social media has become a serious problem in society. This research aims to analyze the factors that cause the spread of hoaxes, the characteristics of hoax content, a well as their impact on society. The research method used is the study of literature and content analysis from various online news sources. The results showed that the main factors of the spread of hoaxes were lack of digital literacy., economic motivation, and political polarization. Hoax content generally spreads quickly, has sensational titles, and contains inaccurate information. The impact of hoaxes on society includes confusion, social conflict, and a decline in public trust. This research concludes that comprehensive efforts from the government, media, and the public are needed to overcome the hoax problem. This research aims to analyze the causes, patterns of spread, and the impact of hoaxes on social media on the community. The research methods used are literature studies and content analysis from various trusted sources. Patterns of spreading hoaxes generally utilize sicial media algorithms to achieve a wide reach quickly. The negative impact of  hoaxes on society is very diverse, ranging from triggering social confilcts, affecting public opinion, to threatening political stability and national security. This shows the urgency of handing hoaxes comprehensively, involving the role of government, social media platforms, and the public.

The purpose of writing this article is to find out the policy for strengthening Islamic boarding schools with the mu'ilah program. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that the implementation of Mu'ilah is an effort to advance and equalize Islamic boarding school education and can also be used to improve the quality of Islamic boarding schools. The Mu'ilah (equalization) curriculum is applied to Salaf or modern Islamic boarding schools with certain criteria and requirements. The curriculum of salaf Islamic boarding schools that obtain Mu'ilah or equalization is the yellow book curriculum plus the general education curriculum which includes the general education curriculum as referred to in paragraph (1) (article 10 paragraph 3 PMA no. 18 of 2014) containing at least: a) education citizenship (al-tarbiyah al-wathaniyah); b) Indonesian (al-lughah al-indunisiyah); c) mathematics (al-ri.yadhiyat); and d) Natural sciences (al-ulum al-thabi'iyah). The mu'ada curriculum regulations are contained in the Islamic Boarding School Law no. 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools. The Mudalam education curriculum standards listed in PMA Number 31 of 2020 concerning Islamic boarding school education CHAPTER III Mudalam Education include: curriculum, educators and education staff, assessment and graduation, facilities and infrastructure. If it is related to the National Education Standards listed in the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 57 of 2021 Article 3 concerning National Education Standards, namely with 8 standards, then Islamic boarding schools only apply 5 standards, namely: (1) Content Standards; (2) Process Standards; (3) Standards for Educators and Education Personnel; (4) Graduate Competency Standards;  and (5) Facilities and Infrastructure Standards.

Currently, Indonesia is facing a widespread crisis of national character and morals. This character crisis is very much dominated by the younger generation at school age. The role of Pancasila and citizenship lessons in schools is very important to shape the character and morals of students as the nation's successors so that they have quality and superior character in the future. The aim of this research is to find out the importance of Pancasila and citizenship lessons in shaping the character and morals of students at school. The method used in this article is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, namely selecting each journal or previous research, then obtaining the results in the form of ideas that will be developed later. Pancasila and citizenship lessons (PKN) are one of the subjects in school where one of the aims is to shape the character of the nation's successors. It is hoped that character formation through the application of Pancasila values can lead students to grow and develop into citizens with character, morals, responsibility and remember their rights and responsibilities as Indonesian citizens. This research shows that Pancasila and citizenship lessons are very important and useful for students. Bad character and morals are certainly worrying for the development of student behavior, and vice versa, good character will give birth to the next generation with good character and morals.
