The current business era is experiencing massive changes due to the uncertainty of industry fluctuations and tight competition, making businesses enter the VUCA era. This makes business activists required to adapt to circumstances that are prone to change (Volatility), the uncertainty of circumstances (Uncertainty), circumstances full of complexity (Complexity), and floating circumstances (Ambiguity). Therefore, innovation is needed so that business actors remain active in facing the challenges of the VUCA era. Digital transformation brings many changes in the industrial world. Financial Technology has the potential to play a role in increasing financial inclusion and Business Sustainability. This study aims to systematically highlight the business model of financial technology from the relevant literature. The methodology used in this research is the study of literature. The results showed that the existence of Financial Technology has a positive impact on efforts to increase financial inclusion and Business Sustainability in the VUCA Era, which can be seen from the projected growth of Financial Technology, which has increased significantly. This research is expected to provide a view of the business world in observing the adoption of Financial Technology.

Yang terjadi di jaman sekarang ini, orang tua juga dengan mudahnya memberikan handphone untuk membuat anaknya pendiam padahal hal tersebut dapat berdampak buruk bagi sang anak. dan dari permasalahan yang terjadi perlu diketahui apa itu pendidikan karakter, tujuan pendidikan karakter, prinsip-prinsip pendidikan karakter, dan juga pengaruh teknologi terhadap pendidikan karakter.

Covid-19 pandemic that hit almost all countries and no exception beloved our country Indonesia, has resulted in destruction and the collapse of the community’s economy. At the same time there is information about the covid-19 virus that still needs to be questioned about the validity of the source. With the development of technology in today’s era, it is easier for us to filter information that has valid sources so that there are no misunderstandings about the information obtained. So on this basis, this study aims to develop a chatbot model regarding Covid-19 in a relevant and fast manner according to the questions and statements entered. Chatbot itself is an Artificial Intelligence-based program or we can call it a digital assistant, which can simulate user conversations or chats like humans through an application either based on Android or the web. By using chatbot technology, users can get valid and relevant answers whose sources are clear so as not to cause anxiety and also make it easier for users to get information about the Covid-19 virus.   Keywords: Covid-19; Technology; Chatbot; Artifical Intelligence

This research focuses on the effect of digital literacy on students morality. Digital literacy is the ability to use and utilise various digital devices to be more empowered, ethical and democratic in the digital era. This research aims to determine how operational skills are, search the internet, evaluate the content, communicate and is there any effect of digital literacy on students morality. This research used a quantitative approach with basic and supporting techniques in collecting data in the field. The data collected were analyzed used SPSS 26th version. The results of the research note that digital literacy effects the morality of students, but digital literacy is not fully owned by students. This can be seen though the indicators of  operational skill, internet searching,  content evaluation and communication that the researcher proposes to the respondents.

Bahasa Indonesia adalah jati diri sekaligus identitas bangsa Indonesia. Bahasa Indonesia memegang peranan penting pada semua aspek kehidupan. Saat ini adalah generasi milenial, masa adanya peningkatan penggunaan dan keakraban dengan komunikasi, media dan teknologi digital. Hal tersebut berdampak pada perkembangan bahasa Indonesia, keadaan yang ada sekarang adalah fungsi bahasa Indonesia mulai digantikan atau tergeser oleh bahasa asing dan adanya perilaku yang cenderung menyelipkan istilah bahasa asing. Padahal padanan dalam bahasa Indonesianya ada, dikarenakan sikap yang menyakini bahwa akan terlihat modern, dan terpelajar dan dengan alasan mempermudah komunikasi di era milenial. Istilah generasi Milenial dewasa ini sedang viral, khususnya di media sosial. Netizen (warganet) sering menyebutnya dengan kids jaman now. Generasi ini hadir sebagai bentuk diferensiasi antara generasi zaman dulu yang eksis di tahun 90-an dengan generasi yang sedang eksis di zaman sekarang. Dari segia usia, bisa dikatakan generasi milenial adalah mereka yang saat ini berada pada rentang umur 15-30 tahun. Bahasa meliputi ungkapan, pengucapan kata, dan kontruksi yang telah dipakai dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Ungkapan, pilihan kata, dan konstruksi itu dipilih oleh penutur dari generasi yang berbeda dengan frekuensi yang berbeda pula. Bahkan, ada ada bagian bahasa lebih-lebih pada tataran leksikal dan sintaksis, yang dirasakan berbeda oleh para penutur yang “modern” dengan yang “kuno”.

Technological developments and increasingly high business competition make MSME actors must have a good marketing strategy to be able to compete with their competitors. This research was conducted to determine the marketing strategy carried out by Ledys Cake SMEs in facing competition in the digital era. The research method in this study uses a qualitative approach through structured interviews with business actors. The results of the study show that MSMEs provide added value and differentiation to the products and services provided, while in terms of price, they apply competitive prices. The application of technology is more widely used in culinary businesses through websites and social media to establish good relationships and communicate with consumers. The researcher concludes that there are several discussions, namely Strategy, Constraints and Solutions. The strategy carried out by MSMEs is that there is a 4P (Product, Promotion, Price, Place) mix. Product strategy in the form of innovation, promotion strategy in the form of price discounts, price strategy for every purchase of cake will get a bonus, and place strategy in the form of flexibility in sending cake orders, so as to maintain and improve the quality of the taste of the cake. Although there are financial constraints and product raw materials, we can still find solutions and alternatives, namely by managing finances and using raw materials efficiently. Technology developments in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 provide many opportunities to improve supply chain performance and performance. PT A reduced the amount of garbage that accumulates in the final disposal site (TPA) by reprocessing the waste produced by the community. The existence of waste banks, government agencies, hotels, zoos, and Islamic boarding schools is one of the sources of waste that is processed for waste products. This paper seeks to develop the concept of a digital supply chain by adopting the supply chain model run by PT A. The initial identification presented in this paper can result in several technology identifications that need to be prioritized in implementing relevant technologies in the industry. Memasuki zaman era digital, bahasa Inggris merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting di Indonesia. Terbukti dalam perkembangan sistem pendidikan saat ini, bahasa Inggris telah digunakan sebagai salah satu bahasa pengantar pembukaan dalam perkuliahan. Oleh karena itu, sangatlah penting bagi pengajar dan mahasiswa untuk menguasai bahasa Inggris. Penguasaan bahasa Inggris menjadi tuntutan yang harus dipenuhi oleh mahasiswa baik secara lisan maupun tertulis. Berdasarkan observasi pada perkuliahan di perguruan tinggi Universitas Bina Insan, mahasiswa belum terbiasa berkomunikasi sehari-hari pada kegiatan kampus dengan menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Kebiasaan tersebut tentunya terkendala karena mahasiswa yang belum mampu membangun sebuah kemampuan untuk mempraktikkannya. Salah satu faktor penyebab dari permasalahan mahasiswa tersebut adalah kurangnya termotivasi latihan dan praktik yang efektif sehingga belum terbiasa untuk berkomunikasi dengan berbahasa Inggris. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa semester satu prodi perikanan telah terinspirasi dan termotivasi tentang pentingnya belajar bahasa Inggris melalui game edukasi sebagai upaya dapat memotivasi untuk lebih meningkatkan kemampuan agar dapat membiasakan latihan sehingga dapat terbiasa dengan mudah berkomunikasi sehari-hari pada kegiatan kampus dengan menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Selain itu juga, dengan kegiatan ini mahasiswa dapat menjadi lebih berani. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada program pengabdian ini mahasiswa telah terpancing minat belajarnya untuk memiliki keterampilan dan pengalaman dalam berbahasa Inggris secara efektif dan pada akhirnya mahasiswa dapat mengembangkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris lebih lanjut lagi.

Pelanusa Group, a group of patchwork craftswomen based on social entrepreneurship, has been facing a drastic decline in market performance for its creative products since the occurrence of disruptive technology accelerated by the Covid-19 outbreak. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of digital platforms and e-commerce marketing capabilities in building marketing innovation capabilities that have an impact on marketing performance. A total of 160 Pelanusa patchwork craftsmen have been selected as respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data collected through the questionnaire was analyzed with SmartPLS 4.0.7.8 Software. The results of the study show that there is a very important role in the use of digital platforms and mastery of e-commerce marketing because these two things will be able to break the ability of innovation in marketing. Strong marketing innovation will have an impact on marketing performance as indicated by expanding market share and increasing customer satisfaction as well as total sales. It is recommended that further research be able to reveal digital marketing strategies that can be applied by craftswomen and people with disabilities so that they can remain productive at work and have income from selling their products.

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in economic development and growth, especially in Indonesia. It is widely recognized that MSMEs are very important be-cause of their main characteristics that distinguish them from large enterprises, especially because MSMEs are labour-intensive enterprises, exist in all locations, especially in rural areas, are more dependent on local raw materials, and are the main providers of goods and services. Along with the development of the mindset of the community, the majority of MSME actors have also changed their mindset in determining the marketing strategy used, from product orientation, consumer orientation, value orientation, technology orientation and to build the super smart society. Business digitalization also evolve the marketing mix from 4P (product, place, price and promotion) to 4C (co-creation, currency, communal activation, and conversation). However, there are barriers in the face of digitalization economy, including technology adoption and cyber-crime.

Cosmetics are a must-have item regardless of age and gender. This is a great opportunity for business people. Meanwhile, millennial consumers are a consumer segment that lives at a time when technological developments are running very rapidly, they are used to using technology and the internet to connect with a very large number of other people on a regular basis, at the same time. This generation has significantly more social network connections than any other generation, they have lots of online friends, and are able to improve their psychological aspects when they can engage with their friends. On the other hand, cosmetics sticking to the face and other parts of the body affect the requirements for the validity of prayer, namely being clean from uncleanness. every Muslim should pay attention and ensure that there is no more impurity on the body. The service activity was carried out in the City of Gorontalo Dulalowo Timur for young female students of MAN 1 Gorontalo. The activity methods used in this service are material, practice, and questions and answers. From this activity it resulted that the understanding and practice of young women regarding halal cosmetic literacy and business opportunities in the digital era in the good category 65% and 35% were quite good categories.

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted all sectors of the Indonesian economy. Many MSME actors close their businesses because of the declining interest in buying people. This activity aims to provide helpful information so that MSME actors receive stimulus funds to re-run existing businesses. They conducted this activity online through a zoom meeting attended by MSME actors from various sectors. Therefore, providing recommendations for MSMEs to sell their products through e-commerce and promote them through digital marketing as a marketing strategy to survive the pandemic. In addition, MSMEs also need to optimize marketing relationships with customers through customer relationship marketing to create loyal customers. Dalam era digital ini ilmu bisa diperoleh dari mana saja tergantung bagaimana kegigihan siswa untuk belajar lebih giat lagi, dengan media blog ini kita bisa melihat berapa kali materi-materi kita ditonton penayangannya tetapi tidak dapat menganalisa informasi melalui hal tersebut sehingga diperlukan survey, dan wawancara tertulis untuk memperoleh analisa informasi yang dapat dikaji pada aspek minat belajar yang kedepannya juga sebagai masukan dalam pengembangan media blog selanjutnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui keberhasilan dari inovasi dan menambah media literatur pembelajaran IPS dalam meningkatkan minat belajar IPS dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner/survey,observasi, wawancara. Simpulan dari penelitian ini berdasarkan 3 indikator yang diamati yaitu perhatian, perasaan, dan motivasi, media blog dalam pembelajaran IPS pada SMP Negeri 1 Kuta mendapatkan respon yang baik dari siswa. Media pembelajaran sangat banyak, diharapkan guru-guru menguasai salah satu media pembelajaran yang ada secara mendalam dan dikemas dengan baik, sehingga media pembelajaran tersebut dapat menjadi fasilitas pembelajaran antara siswa dengan guru, dan siswa senang dan memahami apa yang guru ajarkan.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi memungkinkan komunikasi global begitu cepat sehingga yang berarti dapat menjangkau lintas negara dan lintas benua. Pada pembahasan ini “ Penggunaan bahasa indonesia dalam social media yang baik dan benar ” banyak pengguna aplikasi ini tidak menggunakan bahasa KBBI yang benar dan tata bahasa Indonesia yang baku. Sementara banyak penyebab kesalahan dalam arti bahasa. Hal yang sama berlaku untuk tujuan melakukan penelitian ini atau melihat berapa banyak penggunaan media sosial masih salah dalam penggunaan bahasa indonesia. Bahasa Indonesia juga tidak digunakan secara global, yang membuat bahasa Indonesia terkesan kurang berguna bagi proses globalisasi. The purpose of this activity is to help the Tourism Office's human resources have the basics of destination marketing and open the paradigm of thinking of the Tourism Office's human resources about the importance of marketing. The method is the lecture method, FGD, and direct practice in the field. The Participants of this activity were 7 people who came from Bimtek, namely the West Kotawaringin Regency Tourism Office. This community service activity was carried out on Saturday and Sunday, 16-17 November 2019. The place for this activity took a place at the College of Tourism Economics in Semarang and the Bandungan area. The result of this dedication is the formation of lecture material which includes the Definition of Tourist Attractions, the Definition of Tourism Destinations, and the Uniqueness of Kalimantan's Tourist Attractions which are worth VRIN.

Today's technology continues to grow and the benefits of using the internet are felt for the users. Some people feel dependent on the internet, including the activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in utilizing information technology to run their business, especially in the era of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). The purpose of this study is to generally describe the impact of digital marketing on sales volume for MSMEs in Sidorejo village. This research is of a qualitative type, using a triangulation model, which combines structured interview methods, in-depth interviews and observations of MSME actors who are actively registered at the Office of Market Community Empowerment – Cooperatives and City Small and Medium Enterprises. From the research results it is known that digital marketing makes it easier for MSME actors to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, increase awareness and increase sales for MSME players in Sidorejo village. This program emphasizes the importance of understanding digitization from an early age for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to market products in today's modern business style, and is expected to increase the value branding of these products or increase sales turnover.
