This study delves into implementing multicultural education within Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Indonesia, employing a library research approach and descriptive analysis methods. The study investigates the influence of multicultural education on curriculum development, challenges, opportunities, and its impact on fostering tolerance and understanding among students. Through an extensive academic literature review, the study unveils multifaceted opportunities, including enhanced cultural understanding, promotion of tolerance, enriched educational experiences, and preparation for global citizenship. However, it also uncovers challenges such as resistance to change, resource constraints, and the need for continuous adaptation. The findings underscore the importance of embracing diversity and fostering inclusive learning environments within religious-based schooling. Overall, this study highlights the potential benefits of multicultural education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, emphasizing its role in nurturing culturally competent and globally-aware individuals.

Community service teaches to lecturers and trainers at the Training and Education Center of Muhammadiyah University of Malang (Pusdiklat UMM) plays a crucial role in enhancing the qualifications of lecturers and administrative staff to meet the established standards of human resources both nationally and internationally, in line with the dynamics of global human resource competencies. In this context, Smart Indonesia Academy, a management company, provides competency assessor training at Pusdiklat UMM as a community empowerment effort. This research adopts an analytical descriptive method to collect, analyze, and interpret data. The research findings indicate the smooth implementation of community service activities by Smart Indonesia Academy at the Pusdiklat UMM office. In conclusion, this study highlights the complexity and challenges of implementing competency-based training and education approaches in the workplace and higher education, emphasizing the importance of in-depth understanding and problem-solving efforts to enhance implementation effectiveness.

The global economic recession is a global economic downturn that affects the domestic economies of countries in the world. The stronger the economic dependence of one country on the global economy, the faster a recession will occur in that country. In 2020 the country of Indonesia and even the world are exposed to the COVID-19 virus which has an impact on the country's economic growth, even the world economy. This is the trigger for an economic recession. This has led to many different public perspectives on the occurrence of a global economic recession whose opinions or reactions are expressed on social media Youtube. The data was obtained by crawling techniques from social media Youtube with a total of 500 comments used. The data is then labeled (class) with a lexicon-based method with an Indonesian language dictionary. From the labeling results, it was obtained 185 positive labeled data (37%) and 315 negative opinions (63%). The data preprocessing stage is carried out in preparation for the data to be processed for sentiment analysis. Of the many opinions obtained, an analysis of public sentiment regarding the 2023 global economic recession will be carried out using the Naïve Bayes classification algorithm. This study also applied the TF-IDF word weighting method with the n-gram feature used, namely bigram (n=1). The system will be evaluated using a confusion matrix. The implementation results show a prediction model with a total of 500 opinion data with a comparison of training data and test data of 9:1, producing an accuracy value of 84.00%, a precision value of 75.00%, a recall of 30.00%, and an f1-score of 42.86%. The performance of the system model built in this study can be said to be good.

This study aims to explore the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems, as well as its implications for global financial reporting. The study was conducted for one month in January 2024 at STIE Ganesha, involving 20 college students. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and observation. The findings show that English proficiency has a significant impact on the use of accounting information systems and understanding of global financial reporting. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing English language skills among accounting students and professionals to improve the quality of financial reporting accessed globally. This research is important because it fills a gap in understanding of the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems for global financial reporting. The implication is that a better understanding of the relationship between English proficiency and needs in the context of accounting information systems will help prepare accounting students for more success in their careers, especially in an increasingly connected global business environment. In addition, this research can also provide new insights for educational institutions and the world of work in designing curricula and training that are more relevant and effective in preparing accounting professionals to deal with future global challenges.

In the era of globalization, the views of Indonesian people towards the rise of the LGBT phenomenon have become complex, considering that Indonesia is thick with religious and cultural values. Although the country adheres to human rights principles, an understanding of religious norms is often a filter for views on sexual diversity. Especially among the younger generation, there is significant disagreement on whether the rise of LGBT is in accordance with the ideals of Pancasila as the basis of the state. On the one hand, there are groups that support LGBT rights as a form of respect for human rights, while on the other hand, there are concerns that this phenomenon is not in line with the values of Pancasila which emphasizes unity and unity in diversity. Further research needs to be done to understand more deeply how the views of Indonesian people, especially the younger generation, towards the LGBT phenomenon in the context of the globalization era.  The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply and describe the community's views on the current rise of LGBT which can trigger the destruction of the morals of the Indonesian nation. The theory used in this study is the theory of people's views through observations by interviewing several communities and conducting online surveys.

This webinar discusses the importance of technological innovation in accounting information systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial management among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). By leveraging technologies such as cloud computing and integrated accounting information systems, MSMEs can improve transparency, accuracy, and speed in financial reporting, ultimately supporting better strategic planning and decision-making. The findings from this webinar reveal that many MSMEs still rely on traditional methods to assess financial health, which are inadequate to face the current economic challenges. The speakers emphasized the importance of good risk management and effective branding strategies to achieve sustainable business growth. By adopting new technologies and implementing prudent financial management, MSMEs can maintain their competitiveness in the dynamic global market.

In the rapidly evolving landscape of global business entites, organizational effectiveness plays an increasingly crucial role. The success or failure of an organization is heavily dependent on the quality of human resources, recognized as the most vital organizational assets. This research aims to measure human resource accounting and explore the concept of behavioral accounting in two critical contexts: human resource accounting (HRA) and social accounting. The research method employed is qualitative, focusing on past and current phenomena. Findings indicate that, from a conventional accounting perspective, human resources have not been fully recognized as assets. Human resource accounting is a novel concept in financial accounting, requiring further research. This understanding emphasizes that employees are considered organizational assets through a cost or human value approach. The implication is the need for integrating behavioral dimensions in human resource management and social aspects in accounting decision-making to enhance organizational effectiveness holistically. This research is expected to contribute to the development of behavioral accounting theory and practice, providing insights into the role of accounting in social and human resource contexts.

Character building is one of the most crucial aspects in supporting national development in the current era of globalization. Education is not only intended to transfer knowledge, but also plays a role in shaping the personality and moral values of students from an early age. This is important so that students have a strong character provision to face the challenges of the ever-changing era. Instilling character values from an early age is expected to be a fortress in maintaining students' personal and social integrity. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the role of teachers as role models (modeling the way) in the process of character building for students in the Elementary Madrasah environment. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are carried out through direct observation in the field and in-depth interviews with teachers, principals, and students involved in learning activities. This research was conducted in an Elementary Madrasah that has implemented an exemplary approach in the character education process. The results of the study indicate that the role of teachers as role models is very influential in shaping the character of students. The attitudes, words, and actions of teachers in everyday life in the madrasah environment are real examples that are imitated by students. Thus, it can be concluded that the modeling the way strategy is very effective in internalizing character values to students at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level.

This research aims to analyze the impact of fossil energy on climate change and explore green energy-based solutions. Research objects include greenhouse gas emissions produced by the use of fossil energy and the potential of renewable energy as an alternative. The research was carried out during 2023 using secondary data analysis methods from various case studies and scientific reports. research results show that the use of fossil energy contributes significantly to increasing global temperatures and extreme climate change. on the other hand, the application of green energy solutions, such as solar, wind, and bioenergy, can substantially reduce carbon emissions and increase environmental sustainability. Implementing policies that support the transition to green energy is urgently needed to overcome the climate crisis. This research provides recommendations for the development of renewable energy technology and increasing public awareness regarding the environmental impacts of fossil energy

Business actors carry out economic activities for profit. Globalization makes many changes in the times, especially in the industrial economy in Indonesia.Digital economy or disruptive innovation raises business competition problems so as not to cause large losses to consumers and other business actors on a large economic scale creating high barriers to market entry due to the positive economy. This research uses qualitative descriptive, descriptive analysis to see the phenomenon of existing events and qualitative research methods based on philosophy as an instrument, Data collection techniques and qualitative analysis emphasize meaning. Oligopoly markets whose structure consists of two or three or even more control the market 70 to 80 percent of all production or selling value around it and emphasize the price determined. The development of the era of business actors utilizing technology is certainly due to globalization which affects industrial markets in each country to abroad. Oligopoly is very influential in industrial markets because of pressure on prices and new ideas from competitors and supported by digital technology hence industrial market activities to retain consumers. In addition to the effect, business actors get large profits due to increasingly sophisticated information technology. The influence of globalization can encourage large companies to innovate their businesses and be able to integrate in the global market.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the English Day Education Policy at Nurul Ilmi IT Middle School. This type of research is empirical research, namely research with field data as the main data source. This type of research obtains data using field research, namely by observation, the researcher makes on-site observations of the research object to be observed using the five senses.The research results concluded that the implementation of English as an international language has an important role in global communication, access to educational and information resources, as well as career opportunities in the future. By implementing the English Day policy, schools strive to create an environment that supports the active use of English inside and outside the classroom. Through this policy, it is hoped that students will be more confident and skilled in speaking, listening, reading and writing in English.

Import substitution industrialization (ISI) is one of the industrial development strategies that has been implemented by many developing countries, including Indonesia. This strategy aims to reduce dependence on imported consumer and capital goods, as well as create jobs and increase domestic value added. In the early stages of its implementation, ISI has successfully driven industrial growth in Indonesia. However, along with technological development and global competition, ISI faces various challenges, one of which is competition from industries in other countries. Industrial competition is one of the important factors that affects industrial development. Healthy competition can encourage industries to innovate and improve efficiency, making them more competitive in the global market. This paper discusses the relationship between ISI and industrial competition in industrial development. This paper also discusses various policies that can be implemented to improve the competitiveness of Indonesian industries.

This academic exploration delves into the nuanced competencies and dynamics shaping the academic journey of Semester 1 cadets at a distinguished Maritime Institute. Focusing on computer literacy, technological proficiency, and sociocultural influences, our qualitative descriptive approach seeks to unveil the intricate dimensions of contemporary maritime education. The assessment of computer literacy reveals varying competencies, urging the need for a tailored curriculum. While basics like office software and digital navigation are strong, disparities in data analysis proficiency call for targeted interventions. The implications highlight the necessity for a stratified curriculum, ensuring a comprehensive skill set in line with modern maritime demands. Cadets overwhelmingly endorse technology's role in enhancing education, signalling a paradigm shift. Positive attitudes towards online resources, digital simulations, and e-learning platforms advocate for an institutional embrace of cutting-edge tools. Recommendations focus on faculty development and increased technology integration, promising an enriched pedagogical landscape. The exploration of sociocultural influences uncovers a delicate balance between tradition and the necessity of English proficiency. Nuanced strategies are essential to integrate diverse cultural backgrounds. Recommendations call for cultural awareness initiatives and language support programs, aligning the institution with the global orientation of maritime education. In qualitative insights, cadets express a collective desire for a more intentional curriculum, particularly in incorporating cultural perspectives. This aligns with the broader scholarly discourse advocating for holistic education. Proposed avenues include workshops, seminars, and collaborations with cultural experts, providing a roadmap for curriculum development congruent with the diverse needs of Semester 1 cadets. This research, rooted in rigorous academic inquiry, serves as a guide for the Maritime Institute, steering its trajectory towards producing technologically adept professionals who are equally culturally astute, ready to navigate the complex global maritime landscape.

With globalization, modernization and digitalization, of course this has a big influence on everything. Apart from the many good influences, there are also quite a few bad influences that are very clear, such as rampant corruption, murders occurring everywhere, brawls between regions, burning of places of worship, weak laws, sexual harassment, robbery, and others. In this research, the author used a research method using the literature study method. The data taken comes from literature sourced from scientific journals in the form of articles, theses, theses, books and from other sources. There are several original characters of the Indonesian nation, including religious, love of the country, mutual cooperation, tolerance, friendliness and creativity. However, with globalization and modernization, this character is slowly fading until efforts are needed to reshape the character of the Indonesian nation.

This academic research delves into the critical examination of the computer literacy and socioreligious perspectives of first-year cadets enrolled in the International Maritime Education programme at Maritime Institute Jakarta (STIP Jakarta). The study focuses on 200 randomly selected cadets who represent a diverse range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds within Indonesia. As future global officers, these cadets are integral to the maritime sector's international landscape and are expected to communicate fluently in English, adhering to the standards set by the International Maritime Organization's International Maritime Education and Training (IMO-STCW) guidelines. The research is centred on the first semester cadets, freshly graduated from senior high school, enrolled in three majors: Nautical, Technical, and Port and Shipping Management. These majors collectively contribute to the production of qualified seamen, deck officers, and engine officers. The investigation employs qualitative research methods and descriptive analysis to comprehend the cadets' competences in computer literacy. The focal point is the introductory study of computer science and maritime technology tailored for the Nautical and Technical majors. Moreover, the research incorporates an examination of the socioreligious dimensions influencing the cadets' perspectives on their educational journey. Given that the cadets hail from diverse regions of Indonesia, they bring with them a rich tapestry of linguistic and cultural practices, utilising both Bahasa Indonesia and their traditional languages in their daily lives. The study aims to understand how these socioreligious factors intertwine with their academic pursuits and adherence to international standards. In conclusion, this research contributes to the broader discourse on maritime education by providing insights into the intersection of computer literacy, socioreligious perspectives, and international competencies among first-year cadets. The findings are expected to inform educational strategies and policies to better prepare cadets for the evolving demands of the global maritime industry.

This research discusses the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) in the Independent Curriculum at the UNP Laboratory Development High School. The Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes the character of students with six main dimensions, such as faith, diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical thinking and creativity. Implementation of P5 is carried out through project-based activities involving these elements, with a focus on the theme "Local Wisdom." UNP Laboratory Development High School implements P5 every three months, involving all education stakeholders. P5 evaluation does not focus on written grades, but rather on strengthening character, especially local wisdom which describes the culture, identity and ethics of the local community. This program aims to prepare students to face the challenges of globalization while maintaining harmony with Pancasila values ​​and local wisdom. The research method used was qualitative with data collection through observation and interviews with the P5 coordinating teacher. The findings show that P5 involves project-based activities aimed at strengthening students' competencies and character in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile. The implication of this research is the importance of character education that integrates local wisdom in learning to create a competent and characterful generation.

In the era of technology, it requires everyone to always be ready to utilize all technology-based media for both work and communication. Especially for academics, in last semester students at Universitas PGRI Madiun to produce graduates who are smart, competitive and have entrepreneurial skills. To achieve this mission, before graduating, students are equipped with skills in understanding competencies in the field of information technology with training and IT competency tests using the GMetrix and Certiport platforms as internationally recognized exam service provider portals in the IT field. The team uses blended methods for implementing this service activity. The final result of this IT training and mentoring activity was that 80% of the total + 1039 participants successfully passed with a very good score of 700-800 and a minimum passing point of 700. Proof of graduation is in the form of an international standard certificate in the IT field.

The research centres on the competencies of 200 randomly selected cadets, examining their proficiency in computer literacy while scrutinizing the influence of social and religious perspectives on their pursuit of an international maritime education. This investigation aligns with the International Maritime Organization's (IMO) Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping (STCW) framework, emphasising the paramount importance of English communication skills for future global officers. Maritime Institute Jakarta (STIP Jakarta), renowned for producing a substantial number of qualified seamen, deck officers, and engine officers, offers applied bachelor's degrees in Nautical, Technical, and Port and Shipping Management majors. Cadets, hailing from diverse regions across Indonesia, incorporate Bahasa Indonesia and their traditional languages into their daily lives. However, the demand for international and global proficiency necessitates fluency in English communication. The research methodology adopts a qualitative approach with a focus on descriptive analysis. By investigating the social and motivational empowerment aspects, the study aims to uncover the intricate dynamics that influence the cadets' journey. Attention is given to the prayers and expectations of parents, reflecting on the cadets' plans and aspirations to become exceptional seafarers. The qualitative lens employed in this study allows for a nuanced understanding of the cadets' experiences, exploring the multifaceted dimensions of their educational journey. This research not only contributes to the understanding of computer literacy among maritime cadets but also sheds light on the socio-religious context that shapes their educational pursuits. The findings are anticipated to inform educational policies, curriculum development, and support systems tailored to the unique needs of maritime cadets in an international setting.
