Marketing management strategy is a process that allows an organization or company to explore large market opportunities, increase sales, and achieve the desired level of profit. The importance of marketing management strategy also lies in its role as a vital tool in securing the company's position in business competition. The main goal of marketing is to carry out transactions, provide services, fulfill needs, and accommodate customer desires to ensure their satisfaction. The marketing function primarily involves product development. If there is a decline in the acceptance of products in circulation, additional steps in product development are needed to suit the dynamics of business development. In the context of the problems faced, the author focuses on two main problems: 1) how marketing management strategies can increase sales at the Sate Madura Cak Budi stall on Jalan Imam Bonjol and Cak Umar on Jalan Soekarno Hatta, 2) what factors support or hampering marketing management strategies in increasing sales at the two stalls. This research adopts qualitative research methods using observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The main objective is to provide a detailed and structured explanation about the implementation of sharia marketing management strategies to increase sales at the Sate Madura stalls Cak Budi and Cak Umar. These two stalls apply a sharia marketing approach using the 4P marketing mix concept (product, price, promotion, place). The main supporting factors for this strategy are strategic locations that are easily accessible to consumers and communication strategies aimed at attracting customers from outside the Metro City area. However, the main obstacle for the Sate Cak Budi and Cak Umar stalls is the fairly tight competitive situation in the Metro City area.  

Human resource management is an important factor that must always be considered in any business or organization. The foundation of human society is work ethic, or an employee's ability to make important decisions that can increase productivity or growth of a business. Research was conducted on PT staff. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan City. The aim of this research is to understand the role of human resource development in improving staff performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan City. The analytical method used in this research is qualitative, namely data collection through observation and consultation with PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan City. The research results show that human resource development has a positive and clear impact on employee productivity.

Social Exchange in Women's Dual Roles: A Case Study of Housework and Professional Career. This research investigates the dynamics of social exchange involved in women's dual roles, with a focus on the fulfillment of household work and professional career development. Social exchange theory is used as a framework to analyze how women manage their roles in an increasingly complex contemporary society. Through in-depth case studies, this research explores women's experiences in managing household responsibilities along with their efforts to achieve success in professional careers. The results of this study provide insight into the challenges and opportunities they face in carrying out their dual roles, as well as their impact on gender equality in society. The results of this research have important implications in efforts to increase gender equality and encourage more inclusive social change. This study also provides a basis for better policy thinking in supporting women in navigating their dual roles and achieving success in various aspects of their lives.

This research aims to find out and examine the application of e-government in welcoming the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which has recently been very influential in aspects of life in Indonesia. This is very interesting to study because during this transition period all countries and especially Indonesia have implemented the role of industry 4.0 in government components. The research method used in this research uses a type of normative legal research, with the research approaches used being a statutory approach and a case approach. The results of the first research analysis show that the development of the e-government system in Indonesia has begun to increase in quantity, but in terms of quality it is still inadequate because the implementation of e-government has not been evenly distributed throughout the region and it still only functions as a provider of static information. Second, there are fundamental obstacles in the implementation of e-government. -government in the industrial revolution 4.0 is at the regional government level, including; the initiative and meaning of e-government implementation by autonomous regional governments is still individual; implementation via the regional website is not yet supported by an effective management system and work processes due to the readiness of regulations, procedures and limited human resources; Many local governments identify the implementation of e-government as simply creating a local government website (web presence). Third, the projection of e-government in the future, whether the industrial revolution 4.0 is still ongoing or in the future after undergoing regeneration, must have the best formulation, including: ( 1) Good legal regulatory order and legal protection. (2) The government is proclaiming education, especially in the IT sector, as the formation of qualified human resources from now on. (3) Adequate infrastructure and availability of access media. (4) Formation of good character and work ethic for human resources for government officials. (5) Changing the mindset of the apparatus to become a disruptive mindset of the apparatus in Indonesia. (6) The industrial revolution 4.0 is based on a mental revolution. (7) Creating reliable Intrepreneurial Leadership. (8) Strengthening religious education.

In this service activity, two activities were carried out separately, namely socialization about the importance of Vitamin C for body health and blood donation in Medan Helvetia District, Medan City to provide information to residents of Medan Helvetia District regarding the importance of Vitamin C for body health. Blood donation is also carried out to have many impacts both on the health of the donor and the recipient. This activity was also carried out to increase awareness regarding the health benefits of consuming Vitamin C.

This research is entitled Application of the Family Hope Program and Dilemmas for Poverty Alleviation in Teluk Nilau Village. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The results of this study were: (1) the mechanism for implementing the PKH program in Teluk Nilau subdistrict was carried out in several stages, namely, regional selection and selection of PKH participants, initial meeting and validation of prospective PKH participants, verification of eligibility, data updating and initial disbursement of funds. PKH in Teluk Nilau Village is aimed at improving the health quality of children under five, pregnant women and the elderly. For the education level of elementary, middle and high school children, the distribution of PKH funds is carried out once a month in 4 stages, namely in January, April, September and December through banks (BNI, BRI and Bank Mandiri). (2) The PKH program in Teluk Nilau sub-district plays an important role in increasing community economic poverty alleviation or KPM PKH including: First, reducing the poverty rate, from the data on the number of PKH beneficiaries from the data the number of recipients is 251 down to 224 in 2021. Second, in the field of education with the PKH program assistance is able to provide an increase in the level of education. Third, in the health sector, the existence of PKH program assistance is able to play a role in increasing poverty alleviation towards improving the level of public health. (3) Regarding the obstacles that were often faced before, it was often the case that recipient cards for the Family Hope program were blocked, but for now this obstacle has almost never happened. Again, this is because the PKH beneficiaries themselves collect the assistance at the post office or bank that has been determined. So for the constraints of the family program, hope has more or less been able to top it.

The involvement of the church in building moral values in a pluralistic society is important. This is because the church has an important role in shaping the character and morality of society. This research aims to examine the church's involvement in building moral values in a pluralistic society. The research method used is a literature study about churches and pluralistic societies. This research also shows that the church is involved in building moral values in a pluralistic society through various programs and activities, such as religious education and social services. These programs and activities aim to instill Christian moral values, such as love, forgiveness and justice. Church involvement in this matter can be a positive contribution in creating a better society. This research can also have positive implications for the church, society and government. For the church, this research can be a motivation to increase its involvement in building moral values in a pluralistic society. For the public, the results of this research can provide an understanding of the role of the church in building moral values. For the government, the results of this research can be a reference in developing policies that support the church's efforts to build moral values.

With the development of increasingly advanced and developing technology, there are currently many online buying and selling sites where many online sellers are combined into one site which can make it easier for consumers to buy the goods they want with the many attractive promotions or services they provide. to consumers. From an economic perspective, as trade in traditional markets and modern markets increases, this can create job opportunities for many people. More people choose to shop at modern markets because they are more efficient. The existence of e-commerce has become a threat to traditional market sellers, one of which is a decrease in interest and fewer visitors to buy their products. In this analysis we use the theory of social change. In this theory of social change there are several theories, one of which we take is the conflict theory discovered by Karl Marx. With the role of conflict, it creates social change and order in society. In this modern era, technology is increasingly advanced and can make all work or transaction activities easier. Many people have experienced a shift in shopping places, those who initially shopped at traditional markets are now moving to modern markets.

This research is entitled The Role of Cash Waqf in the Economic Development of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School on the Rengas River, Batanghari Regency. The aims of this study are: 1) To find out how cash waqf is managed at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School. 2) To find out the role of cash waqf in the economic development of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The results of this study are: 1) In the process of managing waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School, the fund management function starts from planning to realization. These stages are applied in every waqf fundraising process, the business preparation process, the placement of workers to the allocation of operating proceeds. In the implementation of waqf fund planning at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School, including: Planning for types of business, Planning for waqf sources, Planning for managing the business needed, and Planning for income to be obtained and where to distribute it. The source of cash waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School comes from the waqf of the local government, parents of students and the general public. While the types of Islamic boarding school economic businesses funded by waqf funds are oil palm plantations, canteen businesses and buffalo livestock. 2) The forms of waqf in the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School are in the form of cash waqf, immovable waqf. Waqf of immovable objects in the form of palm oil fields and buffalo livestock. In addition, the waqf received is also in the form of cash and other objects such as building materials, food ingredients and Al-Quran manuscripts. This form of waqf is used for, 1) Development of Islamic boarding schools, 2) Consumption of students, 3) Learning facilities and infrastructure, 4) Honorarium of teachers and 5) Economic activities of Islamic boarding schools. 3) The existence of waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School plays a very important role for the economy of the pesantren residents at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School in 3 ways, namely, firstly creating jobs for the students and for the pesantren's teachers, secondly increasing income for the students, teachers and the pesantren itself to meet daily needs and help meet the needs of Islamic boarding schools, thirdly increasing business capabilities for Islamic boarding school students and teachers in terms of sales, business and business management. As a result, the role of the waqf is able to increase the economic independence of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School in the income of students and teachers, honorariums for teachers, and consumption as well as the development of Islamic boarding schools.

The Independent Curriculum is an educational approach that focuses on student needs, so teachers face additional challenges and responsibilities in implementing it. This research aims to explore the perspectives and experiences of Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Padamara in facing the Independent Curriculum. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with interview techniques with Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Padamara. Data validity testing was carried out using data source triangulation techniques. The research results show that the Merdeka Curriculum is considered relevant and oriented towards meeting student needs. Teachers have tried a variety of tailored learning strategies, including content, process, and product differentiation. Apart from that, this research also highlights the important role of learning modules and media in the Independent Curriculum, as well as the importance of In House Training (IHT) as an effort to increase teachers' understanding of the newly implemented curriculum. It is hoped that these findings can provide a valuable contribution in the development of educational strategies and provide the necessary support to teachers and other educational institutions that are implementing the Merdeka Curriculum.

Knowing Indonesia's unique geographical conditions, various disaster risks have been discovered that will occur. This disaster risk is found in areas that have special conditions, one of which is the Pancer Beach area. Where conditions are close to the beach, various disaster risks definitely arise. That's why preparedness is needed for the surrounding community which is built on an understanding of early warning. Social media representation also plays an important role in the effectiveness of Early Warning System deployment. So research was conducted which aimed to analyze the effectiveness of social media representations used in increasing citizen readiness based on an early warning system. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and analysis of documents related to early warning systems. The research results show that the effectiveness of using the media to convey information to citizens is still lacking. This research also found several challenges in the implementation process. Residents who live on the coast and in remote parts of the village have different access to the internet or social media they use. Based on the final analysis, this research recommends strategies related to media collaboration with in-depth representation regarding the dissemination of information and overall participation. So it can increase effectiveness in the process.

This article discusses the basic principles of pricing, evaluates a number of strategies that can be implemented in the context of homemade spaghetti, and provides practical suggestions for improving product marketing results. Through the application of the Dana Pasta case study, the aim of this article is to provide relevant and applicable guidance for culinary business people who want to achieve success through a smart pricing approach

Based on data from World Population Prospects (2020), it is clear that there are 871 million people aged 60 years or more, which consists of 15% of the world's population. The number of people aged 60 years or older is projected to grow by around 56% from 901 million to 1.4 billion. The aim of the research was to determine the factors related to the utilization of posyandu for the elderly at the Sibagindar Community Health Center, Pagindar District, Pakpak Bharat Regency. The research design uses an analytical survey research method using a cross sectional research design. The population in this study was all 716 elderly people. The sample was 88 with stratified random sampling. Data analysis uses univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between knowledge p = 0.000, attitude p = 0.00, distance p = 0.000, family support p = 0.000 and support from health workers p = 0.005 with the utilization of posyandu for the elderly in the Sibagindar Health Center Working Area, Pagindar District, Pakpak Bharat Regency, whereas The dominant factor is family support, p = 0.002 < 0.025 and 95% CI = 3.154-214.028 with an OR value = 25.983. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between elderly knowledge, elderly attitudes, distance, family support, support from health workers with the use of elderly posyandu in the Sibagindar Community Health Center Working Area, Pagindar District, Pakpak Bharat Regency. It is recommended that the Sibagindar Community Health Center increase its role in providing training to health workers and be able to promote the use of posbindu for the elderly and it would be better for door to door health workers to provide education on the use of posbindu for the elderly.

Appearance is an important aspect of social life, as appearance is seen as a form of self-expression. An individual must have the desire to show their best appearance to other individuals. But behind all that, not all individuals have the same self-confidence. Disabled people have physical limitations, they are shy to show who they are, afraid to appear in public spaces, and lack confidence. Mental development is stunted because they are closed off to other individuals who do not have anything in common with them. This situation can be overcome by means of entrepreneurship, where the role of entrepreneurship is a place for disabilities to establish relationships of interaction with the wider community. The daily adaptation and interaction between disabilities and the community provides a form of courage in presenting themselves on the social stage. The purpose of this study is to find out how a person with a disability gives his appearance to the public, as well as provide information on the influence of entrepreneurship on their struggle to achieve self-confidence. This research uses a qualitative method, ethnographic approach. The results of this study found that entrepreneurship provides a positive approach for people with disabilities in presenting themselves on the social stage. Entrepreneurship becomes a means of empowerment that can increase the confidence and mentality of disabilities, so that society can take from this solution to provide support to disabilities.

Coronary angiography (CAG) is an invasive diagnostic technique used to evaluate the condition of the coronary blood vessels in patients with acute transmural myocardial infarction (MI). Coronary Angiography (CAG) examination in cases of Severe Mitral Stenosis (MS) Severe involves patient preparation, equipment preparation, medical team, examination procedures, post-action care, description of examination results, and its role in the management of Severe (MS) Patient preparation involves patient education about procedures, fasting before examination, renal function checks, medication adjustments, vascular access preparation, discussion of contrast agents, and vital monitoring. Narrowing of the heart's mitral valve is a pathological condition in which this narrowing inhibits blood flow from the left atrium to the left ventricle. Coronary angiography (CAG) plays an important role in clinical evaluation and therapeutic planning. Background: Mitral stenosis (MS) is a heart valve disorder in which the mitral valve (located between the left atrium and left ventricle) becomes narrowed or hardened, blocking blood flow from the left atrium to the left ventricle. This can increase pressure in the left atrium and reduce the amount of blood pumped throughout the body. Because MS is associated with increased left atrial pressure and can affect overall cardiac hemodynamics, it is important to understand how this condition may interact with coronary artery pathology. This research method is a literature review study, where literature exploration is carried out in various databases with keywords such as Coronary Angiography, Severe Mitral Stenosis Cases. Results: Coronary Angiography (CAG) examination in cases of Severe Mitral Stenosis (MS) Severe involves patient preparation, equipment preparation, medical team, examination procedures, post-action care, description of examination results, and their role in the management of (MS) Severe Patient preparation involves patient education about the procedure, fasting before examination, renal function testing, medication adjustments, vascular access preparation, discussion of contrast agents, and vital monitoring. Severe (MS) patients require special attention in this preparation. Equipment preparation includes a stable catheterization table, a fluoroscopic imaging system, various types of catheters, appropriate contrast agents, resuscitation equipment, pre-procedure medications, and hemostasis equipment. The medical team involved in CAG examination in Severe (MS) patients involves an interventional cardiologist, radiological technologist, catheterization nurse, catheterization technician, and additional support personnel such as the anesthesia team and resuscitation team. The examination procedure includes patient preparation, vascular access, catheter insertion into the coronary arteries, evaluation and imaging of the coronary arteries, and completion of the procedure. CAG examination has an important role in the detection of coronary artery disease. CAG examination in patients with (MS) Severe requires careful preparation and involves the collaboration of a well-coordinated medical team to provide optimal results and a significant contribution in the management of (MS) Severe. Conclusion: Narrowing of the mitral valve, severe mitral stenosis (MS) is a pathological condition where this narrowing inhibits blood flow from the left atrium to the left ventricle. This condition is most often caused by rheumatic heart disease, which results in inflammation and ultimately thickening and narrowing of the mitral valve. Coronary Angiography (CAG) examination in Severe Mitral Stenosis (MS) cases has an important role in detecting coronary artery disease.

Wherever children go to school, whether in formal, informal or non-formal institutions, parents still play a role in determining the future of their children's education. Therefore, the objective of research is to describe problems and to know roles of parents in increasing children’s interest in learning in farmer families at gunung Sari Village, Alok District, Sikka Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive which took place in Gunung Sari Village, Alok District, Sikka Regency. The data sources used primary and secondary data sources. The techniques used in data collection are observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The result of research showed that there were problems faced by patents such as lazy children in terms of learning and also children spending more time playing. Then 2 parents found difficulties in children’s learning such as the existence of conflicting responses in the child so that the learning outcomes achieved were lowern their potential. Meanwhile, the roles of parents showed that parents as Educator, motivator, facilitator and mentor.

Breasts are organs that play a role in the lactation process. In men, this organ does not develop and does not have a function in the lactation process like in women. According to. cancer is characterized by the growth of abnormal cells beyond normal limits and can attack adjacent parts of the body or metastasize to other organs which can result in death for the sufferer. Cancer is also called malignant tumor and neoplasm. Breast cancer sufferers often find out about their disease too late, so they come to the hospital when it is in the final stage. Early detection is very necessary so that breast cancer sufferers can be treated more quickly. The prevalence of cancer in Bali Province in 2018 was 2.3 per 1000 population. This incidence increased compared to the 2013 Riskesdas results of 2.0 per 1000 population (Riskesdas, 2018). The total number of breast cancer cases recorded in the Medical Records Installation at Sanglah General Hospital Denpasar for the period 1 January – 31 December 2022 and which met the inclusion criteria was 70 people with a monthly average of 5.83%, around 6 patients. Inclusion criteria are breast cancer patients with stage II-IV and who have had a mastectomy. Based on a report from the Bali Province Integrated Disease Survey, it was found that the incidence of breast cancer in 2019 was 437 cases. especially in Denpasar City, the incidence of breast cancer was 293 cases. Denpasar City is an area that has the highest incidence of breast cancer in Bali.

The profitability of a company is used to evaluate or measure whether profits have increased in relation to the seller's total assets and equity capital, whether the company makes a profit, and the profits earned. Company profits are used for the welfare of the company itself. Apart from that, profit also plays an important role in determining the success of a business and as a tool for managerial decision-making. The three objectives of this research are: the effect of asset growth on company profitability; the effect of capital structure on company profitability; and the effect of liquidity on company profitability; In this study, 87 companies registered in oil, gas and geothermal mining were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. Samples taken according to the criteria were collected using a purposive sampling technique. The samples collected included 42 companies, and a total of 210 data were processed. This research analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis, along with descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The analytical tool used is SPSS version 25. The research results show that only one factor influences the company's profitability, namely asset growth. Capital structure and liquidity, on the other hand, do not affect a company's profitability. Asset growth has a positive impact, while capital structure and liquidity have a negative impact.
