Kinerja pelayanan pelabuhan adalah indikator untuk menilai hasil kerja suatu pelabuhan pada periode tertentu dan menggambarkan tingkat pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pengguna jasa yang meliputi pelayanan kapal dan pelayanan barang. Kinerja pelayanan dimulai pada saat kapal akan bersandar, kapal melakukan bongkar muat dan kapal lepas sandar dari pelabuhan. Kunjungan kapal di Pelabuhan Parepare terus meningkat dengan rata-rata peningkatan dalam 5 tahun terakhir sebesar 9,9%. Peningkatan kunjungan kapal ini harus diikuti dengan peningkatan pelayanan. Salah satu indikator pelayanan kapal adalah pemanduan kapal (approach time), dimana semakin lama waktu pemanduan kapal di pelabuhan maka semakin rendah tingkat pelayanan di suatu pelabuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pelayanan pemanduan kapal (approach time) terhadap standar pelayanan di Pelabuhan Parepare. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Data primer berupa proses dan lama pelayanan pemanduan kapal di lapangan. Data sekunder berupa data pelayanan pemanduan kapal pada periode tertentu; dan standar waktu pelayanan pemanduan kapal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode peta kendali. Tahapan analisis dimulai dengan penentuan jumlah sampel, menentukan garis pusat/tengah (center line, CL), menentukan batas kendali bawah (lower control limit, LCL), menentukan batas kendali atas (upper control limit, UCL), dan mengevaluasi waktu pelayanan pemanduan kapal terhadap standar waktu pelayanan pemanduan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh beberapa kegiatan pemanduan kapal di Pelabuhan Parepare berada di bawah standar waktu yang ditetapkan Direktur Jendral Perhubungan Laut tentang Standar Pelayanan Operasional Pelabuhan untuk Pelabuhan Parepare sebesar 2 jam atau 120 menit. Rata-rata waktu pelayanan pemanduan (approach time) kapal di Pelabuhan Parepare membutuhkan waktu selama 120 menit (in & out). Waktu pemanduan kapal dibawah standar yakni Kapal Tanker 131 menit dan Kapal General Cargo 123 menit, sedangkan Kapal Kontainer dan Kapal Penumpang masing-masing 120 menit dan 105 menit masih diatas standar waktu pelayanan operasional pelabuhan.

Vocational High School (SMK) is a school level that requires substantial funding, of course, in this case, educational institutions at the vocational level must prepare good funding sources. Funding for education is basically the key to achieving the goals and quality of educational institutions. This research was conducted to find out the sources of financing used in SMK Wijaya Putra Surabaya. This study used a qualitative method with observation, interviews and documentation with the principal of SMK Wijaya Putra Surabaya. The results of this study are that Wijaya Putra Surabaya Vocational School uses three sources of funds including funds from (1) the government, (2) funds from students, and (3) funds from students' parents. The management standards for Wijaya Putra Surabaya Vocational School are in accordance with the existing guidelines.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan perbandingan organisasi korban fraud berdasarkan beberapa kategori termasuk ukuran organisasi, jenis organisasi, dan lain sebagainya. Dampak tata kelola yang kurang efektif, menentukan tingkat kerugian kasus fraud yang terjadi. Penelitian menggunakan studi pustaka dalam menyusun temuan penelitian. Dari referensi yang digunakan, ditemukan bahwa persentase tertinggi kasus fraud baik dari lingkup global maupun Asia-Pasifik, diraih oleh perusahaan swasta. Laporan ACFE Indonesia 2019 mengungkapkan bahwa perusahaan swasta telah menjalankan aksi fraud sebesar 48,50% dengan nilai kerugian sebanyak Rp500 juta hingga 1 Miliar. Kenaikan kasus fraud turut dipengaruhi oleh dampak pandemi Covid-19 yang dimulai pada akhir tahun 2019. Sedangkan laporan report to nation yang melingkupi wilayah global, menempati tingkat persentase 44% untuk jenis perusahaan yang sama. Tingkat persentase yang hampir mencapai 50% dapat mengancam stabilitas ekonomi.

Breastfeeding is one of the important roles for mothers and baby because apart from having great benefits for mothers and babies it also has the side effect of improving uterine involution. The Objective of research was to analyze the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and uterine involution in Telaga Health Center. This research is a type of quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used the total sampling technique. The statistical test results obtained the value of Chi-Square p = 0.038 with ? ? 0.05. the benefits of breastfeeding help mothers recover from the birth process. Breastfeeding during the first few days makes the uterus contract quickly and slows down bleeding (sucking on the nipples stimulates the release of natural oxytocin which will help uterine contractions). Breastfeeding is an important way for mothers to express love to their babies and make them feel comfortable. Thus, it can be concluded, there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and uterine involution in the Telaga Health Center Work Area. It is expected the Telaga Health Center will provide data or information from this research to provide and improve the quality of services for pregnant/postpartum women in preventing uterine subinvolution.    

Society's need for cosmetics has led to the emergence of many cosmetic manufacturers. Distribution permits to sell freely on the market currently do not have many cosmetic products. The purpose of this research is to find out the legal consequences of the abuse of chemical-based cosmetics that do not include the number of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) with counterfeit distribution (study center at Pasar Simpur, Bandar Lampung). The legal consequence of the abuse of the use of chemical-based cosmetics that are not listed as BPOM numbers with counterfeit distribution (Study Center in Bandar Lampung's Simpur Market), can be subject to various statutory provisions, namely Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health, Law Number 8 of 2011 concerning Protection Consumers and Decision of the Head of BPOM Republic of Indonesia Number HK 00.05.4.1745 The sanctions obtained consist of administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions.

Cyber Notary has the main function of certifying and authenticating electronic transaction activities. Cyber notary is the concept of utilizing technological developments used by Notaries in carrying out their duties and authorities, such as document digitization, electronic signing of deeds etc. Even though it is stated in the Elucidation of the Notary Office Law, there is still confusion in meaning, a question arises that needs to be studied from this problem, namely how the implementation of electronic transaction certification is carried out by a Notary.    

Child-worthy cities are the first terms introduced by the ministry of women's empowerment state in 2005 through a suitable city policy for children. As for the subject of the informant, who has been selected using this type of information, the research of 11 informals. that is, the kasubag child protection, the children's forum, the kampar children's ambassador, 4 parents, 2 school students, 3 teachers.

This research aims to determine the effect of applying a problem-based learning model with the following variables: 1) teacher activity, 2) student activity, and 3) cognitive learning outcomes of grade XI students, on competency standard choux paste at SMKN 2 Mojokerto. This type of research is experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design and uses two classes that act as experimental and control classes. The instruments used were pretest-posttest questions and observation sheets of teacher and student activities. Data analysis was carried out by independent sample t-test using SPSS 25 for Windows. The results of the independent sample t-test test for the pretest showed that the pretest in the two classes was not significantly different and it could be concluded that the two classes had the same initial ability. While the results of the independent t-test test for the posttest obtained a Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.034 which means that the significance value is <0,05. The conclusions on the results of this research are: 1) teacher activity is classified in the very good category, 2) student activity is classified in the very good category, and 3) student's cognitive learning outcomes in the experimental class have increased more than the control class.

Transparent solid soap, namely soap in the form of a bar with a transparent appearance, the resulting foam on the skin is softer. Saffron has been used as a food ingredient, treatment, and traditional medicine since ancient times. The content of saffron is like saponins which can be used in making transparent soap. This study aims to formulate a transparent soap from saffron essence as a skin protecting property. This research includes the manufacture of saffron extract, manufacture of transparent soap and transparent soap test parameters including organoleptic test, pH test, foam stability test, water content test and preference test by respondents. Based on research results, saffron extract can be formulated into transparent solid soap preparations that meet the requirements for water content in accordance with SNI, namely for F0 9.12 ± 0.56, FI 8.6 ± 0.42, F2 8.6 ± 0.43, F3 8.6±0.93. For the results of the foam height test, it was found that the foam results were quite stable. For the results of the irritation test, it can be concluded that soap preparations containing saffron essence are safe to use because they do not show any side effects after use.

RKAS is a set of school action plans that cover planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring teaching and learning activities in the future. From this it can be concluded that the RKAS covers all parts of budget management, from planning to accountability. The School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS) must be designed in accordance with established procedures. The procedures are (1) taking inventory of school programs/activities for the following year; (2) compiling action programs according to their types and priorities; (3) determine the work program and program details; (4) Prepare working papers and spreadsheets, set financial goals and budgets and bring them into standard RKAS format. This preparation procedure was also carried out at SMAN 13 Surabaya. In carrying out the procedures for preparing the Activity Plan and School Budget SMAN 13 Surabaya also includes teachers and school committees to take part in the discussion process regarding the planned school activity program design. The RKAS reporting process is also important in order to uphold the principles of accountability and transparency in an educational institution. This is also done by SMAN 13 Surabaya, this school uses two reporting processes, including mandatory reporting through an application that has been provided by the government in the form of the SIPLAH and ARKAS applications. This application is intended to oversee the management and planning of learning in schools, not only that at SMAN 13 Surabaya also do manual reporting, namely reporting to the school committee.

The aims of this study are to describe work motivation, organizational commitment, Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication of employees at the Bojonegoro Regency Pusda Office. To analyze the effect of Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication on employee motivation through organizational commitment. This type of research is explanatory research and the approach in this research is quantitative. The population is all employees of the Bojonegoro District Pusda Office, totaling 52 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling or saturated sampling, so the sample used is 52 people. In this study, data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and PLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results showed Servant Leadership Style, Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation in the high category. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on organizational commitment. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation. There is a significant influence between organizational commitment on work motivation. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation through organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation through organizational commitment.

To increase efficiency in the industrial world, the SCADA system has been widely used in various industrial fields, such as manufacturing, power generation, oil and gas, telecommunications and transportation. Control over the arrangement of an electric power distribution network can be effective and efficient and will be equipped with a SCADA system. Control of the electric power network based on the SCADA system is really necessary considering that the growth of electric power is very high and adds to the increasing complexity of the electric power network system. The SCADA system ((Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) itself is a system created for data retrieval, storage, analysis and also for controlling a plant/system that has been used remotely.                                                                        

Tujuan Utama: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan algoritma deteksi anomali yang lebih efektif dan akurat menggunakan Extended Isolation Forest (EIF) dan mengimplementasikannya ke dalam platform sumber terbuka Machine Learning (ML) H2O-3. Background problem: Algoritma Isolation Forest (IF) asli menghadirkan bentuk deteksi baru, meskipun algoritme mengalami bias yang berasal dari percabangan pohon. Perpanjangan algoritme menghilangkan bias dengan menyesuaikan percabangan, dan algoritme asli hanya menjadi kasus khusus. EIF diimplementasikan ke dalam platform sumber terbuka ML H2O-3. kebaharuan: Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan algoritma EIF dalam deteksi anomali. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengimplementasikan EIF ke dalam platform sumber terbuka ML H2O-3 untuk dijalankan pada sistem komputasi terdistribusi dengan pustaka Map/Reduce. Research Method: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deteksi anomali dengan fokus pada algoritma EIF.  temuan: Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Extended Isolation Model perlu disesuaikan. Tes kinerja deteksi anomali mengungkapkan sedikit ketidaksempurnaan dalam deteksi struktur data jika dibandingkan dengan satu-satunya implementasi algoritma Python yang tersedia. Hasil ujian untuk tahap evaluasi dinyatakan lulus dan waktu komputasi secara logaritmik lebih kecil dengan jumlah utas.  Kesimpulan: pada penelitian selanjutnya, algoritma dapat ditingkatkan lebih lanjut dengan menskalakan anomali deteksi untuk data dimensi tinggi. Ini dapat diimplementasikan dengan menambahkan parameter lain yang memungkinkan metode pemilihan fitur dalam perhitungan..

The aim of this digital marketing training activity is to increase participants' knowledge in terms of utilizing digital platforms, as well as provide alternative livelihood options for participants to increase their income. Therefore, the identity of the product itself is needed in the industrial era 4.0. This research method was carried out offline using two sessions, namely, an explanation regarding labeling and digital marketing and practicing how to make labels. Therefore, KKN students carry out a work program in the form of regular assistance to MSME business actors related to making labels to make attractive packaging. The training for labeling and digital marketing has gone according to the wishes and expectations of two parties, namely the owner of the Soybean Crackers "BERKAH" UMKM and also from the East Java UPN "Veteran" Community Service Students. It is hoped that the holding of this training can support and further develop MSMEs in the Bendo Village area, Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City.

In today’s modern era, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) must be able to innovate in order to attract the attention of consumers and maintain their efforts. Many UMKMs experienced a decline in sales and could not grow even bankrupt during the Covid-19 pandemic last year. These conditions make the UMKM perpetrators have to think to be able to survive for the sake of their efforts. The transition of offline shopping to online (digitalized) in modern times will make it easier for UMKM to expand marketing access. The role of digital technology has a significant impact on UMKM. Emerging technological paradigms leverage the potential of a stronger and more sustainable UMKM. Social media and e-commerce can be the sales container of UMKM offenders. The aim of the community empowerment program on UMKM in the Middle East is to provide support for digital marketing training as an effort to develop and expand the technology-based marketing network (digital). After doing this dedication, it is hoped that the UMKM perpetrators in the Middle Coral Coral will continue to synergize for the sustainability of UMKM and the development of the economy of the community.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Promosi Penjualan dan Ekuitas Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Samsung di Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Studi lapangan dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung ke tiga toko yang menjual produk Samsung di Jakarta, observasi ini meliputi wawancara langsung dan penarikan pendapat konsumen tentang variabel penelitian yang diteliti menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Sedangkan metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Produk, Promosi Penjualan dan Ekuitas Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

The purpose of this study was the effect of Tui Na massage on eating behavior in toddlers in the Talise Community Health Center in Palu City in 2022 This research design is a pre-experimental study with a one group pretest- posttest design approach. The population is all children under five in the Talise Health Center in Palu City in 2022, with a purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 20 respondents. The independent variable studied was the provision of Tui Na massage, while the dependent variable was eating behavior. The results were analyzed using a paired sample T test. The results of the study prior to the Tui Na massage, most of the respondents had good eating behavior (80%) and a small proportion of respondents had good eating behavior (20%). After the Tui Na massage, most of the respondents had good eating behavior (65%) and a small proportion of respondents had good eating behavior (35%). The results of data analysis using the paired sample T test showed that the p-value = 0.000 is smaller than the critical value = 0.05, because the p-value < then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is an effect of Tui Na massage on eating behavior in children. toddlers in the Talise Health Center in Palu City in 2022 Giving Tui Na massage that has been done is able to launch the blood circulation system so that it can increase the supply of oxygen and the flow of nutrients in the body's cells, especially in the digestive organs so that the digestive organs are able to work optimally. This study aims to determine the effect of applying the problem-based learning model with the following research variables: (1) teacher activity; (2) student activities; (3) students' cognitive learning outcomes; and (4) students' responses by applying the Problem-Based learning model to the Basic Spices material and their Derivatives. This research was conducted in class X Culinary 3 SMKN 2 Mojokerto.             This type of research is quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental. This research was applied to class X Culinary 3 with a total of 33 students. The data in the study were obtained by several methods, namely: observation, written test (pre-test, post-test), and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the Paired Sample T-Test.             The results of the study show: (1) the teacher's activities are in the very good category; (2) student activity is in very good category; (3) Resultspre-testand the student post-test with paired t test showed a significant value of 0.001 <0.005; (4) student responses are in very good category.
