Radian Rent a Car Semarang, one of developing transportation service provider, faces obstacles in processing data and information since its customer is increasing year to year. The obstacles are spending many times to make report of car damage in mechanic division because weekly or monthly car maintenance data has to be checked one by one, there is not any accounting report that is directly given to the owner since it take long time to look for and reprocess the data, and taking long time to searching car’s receipt and maintenance archive as there are so many unprocessed data that are still in stack of archive. It is not impossible if the processing of tenant data and information use undergoing system, it will take long time to fix the emerged error. In order to increase the performance and to ease and accelerate data and information processing, the writer try to create multiuser based information system of car rental by using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 software and database of its Microsoft Visual Foxpro to overcome the weakness of the undergoing system of car rental. Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 is program that is designed to help the company to accelerate and ease data processing activity with minimal error level and efficient cost and power. The data include car data, tenant data, user data, and rental car data. This program is able to make data processing job be effective and efficient, to cut time spending to process the data, to minimize error input data, and to organize the data saved in one database

Based on observations, UKM have limitations in terms of online marketing.This research aims to present a web design that is able to provide information that can be used to improve marketing or promotion of UKM products in Kendal City.the method used to develop the system is R&D (Research and Development).The results showed that this system is said to be feasible as an effective online promotion media based on the assessment of web expert validator with a value of 2.9 and a validator of UKM with a value of 3.4

This study aims to determine the influence of regional financial information systems on the quality of local government financial reports and the influence of the government`s internal control system on the quality of local government financial reports on the quality of local government financial reports, This study was conducted at 24 Semarang City Government Offices with a sample of 76 respondents in the section head or financial staff using a purposive sample. The study uses a literature study approach that examines data and information from journals, textbooks, and  he internet to conduct a deeper study of the application of industry principles 4.0 to financial transactions and accounting. based on the results of the study concluded that the financing transaction media had developed into the Fintech industry and the transaction system in the form of a payment gateway. The large number of financial transactions with the payment gateway system requires companies to do IT Spending intangible asset in the form of Big Data and Cloud Computing security systems. The technology provides benefits for the  company in terms of data analysis and provision of information to speed up the decision making process and secure storage systems and affordable costs. Through the information technology media, it will facilitate management to make decentralized decision making.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the internal control system for the management of fixed assets and assess the obstacles faced in managing fixed assets in the Government of Brebes Regency. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Effectiveness is assessed using 5 (five) elements of the Internal Control System by giving weight to each element. Assessment is done by assessing the results of interviews using the Internal Control Questionnaire (ICQ) test list that refers to PP No. 60 of 2008 and equipped with observations and documents. Based on the results of the interview completed with the results of observations and documents, the results obtained were the elements of the control environment were given a weight of 30% so as to obtain a value of 27.27%. Risk assessment is given a weighting of 20% so as to obtain a value of 8.57%. Control activities are given a weighting of 25% so as to obtain a value of 19.70%. Information and communication are given a weight of 10% so that they get a value of 7.88%. Monitoring was given a weighting of 15% so that it obtained a score of 10.18%. The total value of 5 (five) elements of the internal control system in the Government of Brebes Regency is 73.60% which are classified as effective criteria.  Keywords: management of fixed assets, internal control systems (spi).

Makmur Santosa Ungaran Poliplas is still in the form of notes in the form of spreadsheets that are concurrently daily, making it vulnerable to errors in planning raw material requirements, and the uncontrolled use of production raw materials such as dyes. Therefore we need an adequate raw material planning information system to process data and make raw material planning reports automatically. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount and time of raw materials that must be available for the smooth production process. The problem formulated is when the raw material must be available at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa with the right amount and time. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a computerized system at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran can support the smooth production related to the availability of the right material, with the right amount and time so that data storage can be more safe and efficient, the program used to make this application uses the VB programming language. NET and SQL Server 2008 as database management.

Designing a good computerized system that is expected to assist officers in presenting reports quickly and accurately. Data collection methods used are the questionnaire method and Likert scale. The method of designing a motorcycle inventory monitoring information system is made using the methodology of R&D, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the motorcycle inventory monitoring information system with a web-based average method at PT. The archipelago can be used to solve inventory processing problems that include data collection of data, supplier data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, and inventory using the average method can make reports that are valid, effective and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and risk error will be minimal.

The results of this study indicate that the monitoring of inventory of goods applied in Cimory on the valley Semarang Regency can be used to solve data processing problems in the warehouse which include data data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, data collection of suppliers and customer data collection can make accurate reports , fast and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and the risk of loss of goods will be minimal.

Legal certification of food products as a form of consumer protection against the halal of a product, not only to protect consumers but also as a bulwark to eliminate abuse authorities that harm business actors are only in the interests of consumer protection. The above is the basis for the author to take the title: "LEGAL PROTECTION FOR CONSUMERS OF FOOD PRODUCTS THAT HAS NOT HALAL CERTIFIED". The problem in this study is how the form of legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified and the legal consequences for businesses for food products that have not been halal certified. This study uses a normative juridical approach. The research specifications used are analytical descriptive. The data of this research are secondary data obtained through literature study which are then analyzed using qualitative methods.  The research results obtained despite regulations made by the Government, in Act Number 8 on Consumer Protection in 1999 and Act Number 33 on Halal Product Guarantee in 2014, that the facts that occur there are still food products that have not been halal certified . Based on the results of the study, legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified is regulated in Article 45 of the Consumer Protection Act which regulates if consumers are harmed by products, consumers can file lawsuits with business actors as a form of legal protection against consumers. The obligation as a business actor to have a halal certificate is regulated in Article 4 of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Assurance System, as a result of the law received by business actors for the circulation of food products that have not been halal certified, namely by providing administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions that are regulated in Article 62 of the Consumer Protection Act.   Keywords: Consumer Protection, Halal Certificate, Legal Effects

This study aims to design an accounting information system for cash flow statements at BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Through the creation of an Accounting Information System for Client Server Based Cash Flow Reports, it is expected to simplify the accounting section to record cash flow data, and to make balance sheets more quickly, which are used by BKM as a management tool for financial activities in BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Where this system uses the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, Crystal Report for the preparation of reports and Client Server-based, equipped with the distribution of access rights for each user. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D research approach which consists of 10 stages. Of the 10 stages of R&D the authors only approach the research up to the 6th stage alone. The results of the research of the accounting information system design of cash flow statements are to make it easier to record cash flows, and to make balance sheets more quickly compared to the manual system used at BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Currently the BKM still uses a manual system in recording cash flow transactions, whereas by implementing an information system will minimize the risk of recording errors, so as to obtain information more quickly and completely.

Based on the above problems, the author wants to propose a multiuser-based inventory system design to be taken into consideration in helping to speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed at the Semarang Mini Iron Store in the form of inventory reports, sales level reports and daily income reports in the form of an application Inventory system in Semarang Mini Iron Shop using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.
