This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of hospital administrative systems in improving the quality of healthcare services. Effective administration plays a crucial role in accelerating service delivery, reducing administrative errors, and optimizing hospital resource management. This research employs a literature review method based on ten national and international scientific articles discussing the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System , administrative digitalization, and the relationship between administrative effectiveness and patient satisfaction. The findings indicate that integrated and technology-based administrative systems, such as Hospital Management Information System, significantly improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and patient satisfaction. However, the success of implementation largely depends on human resource competence, training, and managerial support. Technical issues, user resistance, and limited infrastructure remain major challenges. Therefore, strengthening human resource capacity and conducting continuous evaluations of administrative systems are essential to ensure that hospitals can deliver optimal, efficient, and sustainable healthcare services.   Keywords: hospital administrative system, SIMRS, efficiency, patient satisfaction, healthcare quality

This research discusses the development of industry 5.0 and its impact on the Indonesian economy. Industry 5.0 is a concept that integrates artificial intelligence, robotics, automation, Internet of Things (IoT), and other technologies to create more efficient and connected production systems. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of Industry 5.0 has affected Indonesia's economic sector and the challenges faced in adopting this technology. A comprehensive literature review was conducted to understand the global developments of Industry 5.0 and then applied in the Indonesian context. This research also highlights aspects such as digital infrastructure, workforce skills, and government policies that support or hinder the development of Industry 5.0 in Indonesia. It is hoped that this research can provide valuable insights for policy makers and stakeholders in understanding the contribution of Industry 5.0 to the Indonesian economy and formulating appropriate strategies to encourage sustainable economic growth.

This study designed and implemented a web-based queuing system at the Pangolombian Health Center. The method applied is the waiting line method with the waterfall system development method. This system uses PHP and MySQL as the programming language and database. Key features include patient registration, scheduling, calling, and real-time queue status display. After implementation, functionality and performance testing is carried out. The results show that this web-based queuing system improves efficiency and patient experience. Patients can register and schedule queues online, reducing waiting times. Automatic queue calling makes it easier for puskesmas staff. Staff and schedule management features help manage queues more efficiently. This research produces an efficient and convenient web-based queuing system. This system has the potential to provide a better experience for patients by reducing waiting times and long queues. This system also assists puskesmas staff in managing queues efficiently. The results of this study can contribute to developing a web-based queuing system at puskesmas and other health institutions

Teacher professional competence is very important because it is something that every teacher must have to make quality and carry out the duties of an educator properly. One way to make the competence of a teacher or an educator is by coaching. The development of this competency is very important and needs to be done for a teacher or an educator to make it more effective and efficient in the application of teaching. Descriptive qualitative research method is the method used in this study. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of the teacher professional competence development program at Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School was quite good including: MGMP, Taftisy I'dad, Kamisan, Ta'hil, In House Training and Khutbatul 'Arsy, Teacher Supervision (Supervision) and Appreciation (Motivation). From the results of this study, the authors recommend that Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School educational institutions should further improve teacher professional competency development. Basically, a good organization needs good management to achieve its goals. To get the best management requires people who are able to work together in teams. Therefore, the organization and management must work well together, the use of existing resources and time can be carried out more precisely and regularly in accordance with the provisions given to achieve more effective and efficient results. The purpose of this research is to find out the organizational management in the Education Village of the Faculty of Social Sciences UNJ. The research methods used are interviews and observations. This study concludes that the efforts made to manage the organization are managing, controlling, communicating and utilizing all the resources contained in an organization. The organizational management carried out by the Education Village board is by forming several divisions that function to organize and structure the organization, identify the main tasks of each division, establish rules and responsibilities, and build an organizational culture.

Leadership is the art or ability of a person in coordinating and directing each individual or group towards achieving the expected goals. Leadership in an organization is seen as one of the most important aspects. An organization certainly needs a leader in order to run efficiently in accordance with its goals.  A leader must not only lead its members but also  become a representative of the organization, because a leader has a big influence on how an organization runs. Regardless of the roles and responsibilities of the leader, leadership traits and spirit can greatly help the running of an organization. Leadership training in general does not only aim to produce excellent leaders. It also provides education on organizational dynamics and how to run an organization efficiently. Leadership training that is held at the high school and college level are usually organized by the students themselves, the core of this training is activities organized by students and aimed at students. Leadership training can also be seen as a means to build a positive culture in educational organizations. It triggers active collaboration between staff and students, creating positive interactions within the educational organization. The leadership training takes the form of classroom-based training, workshops and seminars, online training, and mentoring and coaching.

Through digital marketing, MSMEs can promote their products or services more efficiently than traditional methods. In addition, by leveraging digital data and analytics, MSMEs can better understand consumer behavior and optimize their marketing strategies. However, the development of digitalization of MSME businesses also faces several challenges. One of them is limited access and understanding of digital technology. Many SMEs do not have sufficient knowledge or resources to utilize technology effectively. In addition, data security and privacy are important concerns for MSMEs in adopting digitization. MSMEs also have to face increasing competition from large companies that have greater resources to invest in digital technology.

Cultivating catfish is an activity that can be made a profession by  some people. As was done by  the East Java "Veteran" UPN KKN-T students, they analyzed catfish farming through the method of distributing questionnaires tocatfish farming business actors in Tanjungsari Village. Theytry to provide things that are more efficient in the context of catfish farming, students from the UPN try to share the knowledge they gain at the university to the village community where they do their service. One of the things that has been done to provide time efficiency for catfish cultivators is to provide an innovation called Budikdamber Autofedeer where this technology can be very helpful in terms of catfish farming. The results of the application of technology by UPN "Veteran" East Java KKN-T students can increase the income of people who are engaged in catfish farming because this technology can produce not only one crop but two yields in two different ways.

Waste problems that have not been resolved so far have also been experienced in the Tanjung Market area, Jember Regency. The waste problems at Tanjung Market are an ineffective management system, the accumulation of waste that is not sorted into one, and the absence of a special party assigned by the market manager to handle and control hygiene problems and waste in the market which causes a lot of waste to be scattered around the market. everywhere. Not only from the traders side but this is also caused by the visitors or buyers at the market, most of them do not have the sensitivity and awareness to be able to dispose of waste in its place. So we need an environmentally sound waste management system with 3R techniques such as converting waste into useful materials efficiently and economically with minimal environmental impact.

Good media and audience support good strategy, in general. From among the many different media that can be used as an Islamic propaganda tool, mass media is currently the most effective and efficient. The two largest organizations in the Pacific region are Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah. The success of this Islamic organization in promoting dakwah is directly related to the application of sound and reliable dakwah strategies. The current study analyzes the tactics used by the two largest organizations, Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah, in Kabupaten Pacitan, to spread Islam through public media. The current study makes use of techniques for collecting data up to and including data analysis that are appropriate for qualitative research methodologies to uncover data-data that shed light on a problem that has already been raised, specifically the comparison of media mass media use strategies across two study objectives. After conducting research with the available data, it is possible to draw the conclusion that the most effective method of mass media use for organizations like the Muslim Brotherhood's Nahdlatul Ulama is through online media, while organizations like the Muhammadiyah are also effective when using online media. Similar and different. The collaboration between the two organizations in this regard is focused on using the media mass as it is, as well as on working together with other media mass. The opposite is also true, as evidenced by the widespread use of media by nahdatul ulama and the Muslim community. Because Nahdatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah are predominately Nahdatul Ulama in Pacitan as a whole, Nahdatul Ulama use the media more frequently than Muhammadiyah does.

KKN MBKM Thematic is a community service activity formed by universities. This activity was carried out by students with the theme of entrepreneurship in Nglebak Village. The aim of this project is to provide wider opportunities for communities to develop their businesses in a more contemporary, efficient and inclusive manner. In addition, this project aims to increase students' knowledge and integrate it into the environment. This is to identify and solve problems faced by the 06 KKN-T MBKM group, such as creating digital marketing through Instagram social media which contains content about furniture products in an attractive appearance so that they are more easily recognized in the eyes of the wider community. To realize the development of the furniture business in this community service activity, group 06 KKN-T MBKM carried it out using detailed and gradual implementation methods starting from surveys, observations, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The steps taken to help digital marketing for MSMEs Furniture are starting with creating a business name, creating a product logo, creating an e-commerce account, and creating a social media account.

In this study, activities on the project's critical path are analyzed using the Critical Path Method and Microsoft Project 2013 software. The purpose of this research is to analyze the activities on the project's critical path, as well as the cost and duration of work items on the project's critical path. Additionally, the duration of the SP road preservation construction project will be analyzed. After expediting work along the critical path, ITCHI – SP. 3 Riko Segment II was completed. The original project completion time of 344 calendar days can be shortened to 240 calendar days for a fee of IDR 51,153,849,429.30. Waktu penyelesaian proyek yang semula 344 hari kalender dapat dipersingkat menjadi 240 hari kalender dengan biaya Rp 51.153.849.429,30. On the other hand, the program can reduce the high rates of poverty, unemployment, and disparities between regions in Indonesia. Beginning with human resource improvement program activities as executors of activities. It is expected to be able to solve the problems of business actors from various aspects of capital, market, technology, and business governance. The method used in identifying all the problems faced by them as business actors are by using training methods that suit their needs, including entrepreneurship training, market-winning strategies, and mastery of effective and efficient technology and this training can be carried out continuously to increase the profitability company.

Partners for PKM (Community Service) activities are community groups from RT.03 Pondok Rangon, East Jakarta. There are several problems faced by partners to be used as a background for implementing PKM activities. As for the various problems, they include: 1. Many urban people who live in the RT.003 area do not update their data to the local RT head; 2. Service delays and public complaints due to invalid data; 3. Incomplete complaint and service files; 4. There are other activities of public stakeholders that make them not in place. Therefore, the PKM team offers a solution that forms the basis of the goal to overcome the problems of PKM partners. The main objective of PKM activities is to utilize information technology (google form) to support services and complaints from RT residents. 009 Pondok Rangon Village, Cipayung, East Jakarta. The method for implementing PKM activities is online training with reference to the material developed by the PKM Team. Outcomes from PKM activities are: 1. Research Report; 2. Journal Articles; 3. Appropriate technology for the community in the form of improving soft skills; 4. The service process and public complaints are faster and more efficient by utilizing the Google Form.

In this study, an analysis of the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the use of KNG as a form of improving public services, especially in the Gayungan Village, Surabaya City, was carried out from the many requests submitted and an analysis of the performance of public services was also carried out based on the use of e-government. Using qualitative methods and direct observation based on existing services in the Gayungan Village within a period of four months. The results of this study are that Klampid New Generation as a population administration management service can be said to be successful in its implementation including effectiveness and efficiency in Gayungan Village.

This strategic role is mainly due to the main function of the bank as a vehicle that can collect and distribute public funds effectively and efficiently and anticipate economic and banking developments.
