Christ as the mediator between humans and God in Christian teachings, based on the Bible and Christian theology. The aim is to deepen understanding of Christ's role as mediator and its implications in the spiritual life of Christians. Biblical analysis methods are used to support the finding that Christ is the only way to God. The implications include strengthening spiritual connections, influencing the way Christians worship and pray, and deepening understanding of God's infinite love. This conclusion leads to an understanding that Christ as an intermediary strengthens faith and steadfastness in living daily life, as well as bringing comfort and hope to His people in facing life's challenges. This provides a foundation for further research in understanding the concept of Christ as mediator and its implications in religious practice and interreligious dialogue.

Textually, Islamic inheritance law is one of the most detailed laws mentioned in the Koran, however, resolving the division of inheritance often requires repeated ijtihad by the ulama. One of the important things in the issue of inheritance is the issue of Ashabah. The results of the research concluded that the 'ashabah hadith is categorized as an authentic hadith and can be used as proof regarding the validity of the 'ashabah system in Islamic inheritance. The implementation of the 'ashabah inheritance system does not have discriminatory implications, on the contrary, it actually contains the value of distributive justice, because justice in inheritance is not always measured by the equality of designation between heirs, but is also determined by proportionality based on the size of the burden of responsibility assigned to each heir. , balance between rights and obligations and balance between what is obtained and needs and uses. This research includes a literature review, while the way it works uses descriptive qualitative methods. In this research, several Bukhori hadiths about Ashabah are included in the Ahad Gharib Muslaq Hadith category and meet the criteria for authentic hadiths that can be used as evidence. Judging from the meaning contained in this hadith, there is no discrimination in this hadith and there is no injustice towards women.

In the ever-evolving digital era, information technology has affected various aspects of life, including law enforcement. One important impact is the use of electronic evidence, including wiretap results, in the criminal justice process. Electronic evidence has a crucial role in detecting and proving various criminal acts such as organized crime, corruption, and terrorism. However, the use of wiretap results as evidence often raises debates regarding its legality and validity, especially in the context of potential violations of human rights such as the right to privacy and freedom of communication. In Indonesia, the legality of electronic evidence is regulated in various laws such as the ITE Law and laws that authorize the KPK to conduct wiretapping. This research aims to analyze the legal position and legality of electronic evidence from wiretapping results in the criminal justice process in Indonesia and its implications for the principles of criminal procedure law. The research method used is normative juridical by conducting a literature study. The results showed that although electronic evidence has been substantially recognized, its regulation in the context of procedural law is still not entirely clear. Therefore, more comprehensive and transparent regulations are needed to ensure the realization of a fair judicial process and the protection of human rights.

This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the basic differences between bonds and sukuk, as well as the implications for Muslim investors in choosing investment instruments that comply with sharia financial principles. The money method used is descriptive-analytical with a qualitative approach to compare bonds and sukuk from a sharia financial perspective. Data was obtained through literature studies from journal literature and official documents related to these two financial instruments. The results of this research are first, although sukuk and bonds are almost similar, if examined more deeply, the two have contradictory characteristics. The main difference is in the use of sharia principles in sukuk while bonds do not. Second, conventional bonds do not require collateral assets, while sukuk must have collateral assets. Third, sukuk is not a debt and receivable instrument that charges interest (riba) like bond transactions, but just like sukuk bonds are part of an investment instrument. Fourth, in terms of offering price, maturity, bond principal at maturity, and rating between sukuk and bonds there is no difference.

This research investigates the pivotal role of Emotional Intelligence (EI) in mitigating employee turnover from a psychological perspective. Emotional Intelligence—encompassing self-awareness, empathy, and stress management—is identified as a crucial factor in enhancing job satisfaction and organizational commitment, thus influencing employee retention. Employing a library research methodology, the study reviews existing literature on EI's impact on reducing turnover and highlights how high EI levels contribute to lower turnover rates by improving job satisfaction and fostering a stronger commitment to the organization. The study finds that employees with elevated EI are adept at managing workplace stress, fostering positive relationships, and aligning with organizational values. This alignment enhances their job satisfaction and commitment, leading to reduced turnover rates. The findings have practical implications for organizations, suggesting that integrating EI assessments into recruitment processes, developing EI training programs, and creating supportive work environments can significantly improve employee retention. Prioritizing EI development helps in building a more resilient and engaged workforce, thereby contributing to organizational stability and performance.

The findings indicate that CSR has a positive and significant impact on consumer trust and brand loyalty. Furthermore, emotional involvement strengthens the relationship between CSR and brand loyalty, where consumers with high emotional attachment are more responsive to CSR initiatives. These findings emphasize that CSR is not merely a reputation-building tool but a key factor in fostering long-term consumer relationships. This study provides practical implications for companies to emphasize transparency and authenticity in their CSR practices. Future research is encouraged to adopt a longitudinal approach and explore different industry sectors to better understand the long-term effects of CSR on consumer behavior.
