This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and implementation of organizational work culture at PT Aras Bina Energi in order to create a more productive and harmonious work environment. This program is carried out through three main stages, namely socialization, technical training, and assistance in implementing organizational work culture. Initial socialization was conducted to raise the awareness of leaders and employees regarding the importance of work culture in supporting organizational effectiveness. Furthermore, technical training was provided to equip employees with skills in adopting work culture values that are in accordance with organizational characteristics. The final stage was assistance in implementing the work culture, with monitoring and evaluation to ensure the sustainability of positive changes. The results showed that employees' understanding of work culture increased from 40% to 85% after socialization. The implementation of a more adaptive work culture also had an impact on increasing compliance with company regulations, reducing the rate of late work from 18% to 7%, and increasing employee productivity. In addition, changes in a more democratic leadership style improved work motivation and employee satisfaction, with satisfaction scores increasing from 3.2 to 4.1 on a scale of 5. This program demonstrates that systematic and sustainable management of an organization's work culture can have a positive impact on its employees

Adolescent girls face various challenges in understanding reproductive health and the risks of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV/AIDS. Limited education and communication barriers with parents lead many adolescents to seek information from unreliable sources. This community service program aimed to enhance adolescent girls' understanding of reproductive health and HIV/AIDS prevention through the peer education method. The program was conducted in Karya Tani, Kecamatan Medan Johor, Pangkalan Masyhur, involving 18 adolescent girls aged 15-19 years as the primary participants. The methods used in this program included Focus Group Discussions (FGD), refusal skills training, interactive discussions, and pre-test and post-test evaluations. The evaluation results indicated a 5% increase in knowledge about reproductive health, a 10% improvement in HIV/AIDS awareness, and a 39% rise in participants’ self-confidence. Although the program had a positive impact on increasing adolescent awareness, challenges remained, such as limited program duration, low parental involvement, and communication barriers in discussing reproductive health issues. As a recommendation, extending the program duration, actively involving parents and educators, and collaborating with local health institutions are essential to ensure sustainable education. This program is expected to serve as a model for improving adolescent girls' understanding of reproductive health and HIV/AIDS, enabling them to make more informed decisions regarding their health and future.

The method used is participatory education-based socialization, which involves visual media, educational games, and hands-on demonstrations to increase children's involvement in learning. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in children's understanding of healthy food after participating in this activity. Children who previously lacked understanding of the difference between healthy and unhealthy foods began to be able to identify nutritious foods well. Educational games such as “Teman Sehat (Guess Healthy Food)” proved to be effective in attracting children's attention and improving their memory of healthy food concepts. However, there are challenges in consistently implementing healthy eating habits, especially due to influences from outside the school environment. Therefore, active involvement from parents and teachers is needed to maintain healthy eating habits in daily life.
