The purchase decision is the stage in the buyer's decision-making process where the consumer actually buys. Decision-making actions that include decisions about the types and benefits of products, decisions about product forms, decisions about brands, decisions about the number of products, decisions about the seller and decisions about when to buy and how to pay. The purpose of this study is to analyze the simultaneous and partial effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions. The benefits of this research are for writers as an addition to knowledge about the effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions, for companies as information and guides for companies to improve purchasing decisions through product quality and service quality in the future, and for other parties as input and reference for researchers furthermore. The hypothesis in this research is that there is a positive and significant effect both simultaneously and partially on product quality and service quality on the decision to buy an Xpander car. In this study using a quantitative/associative approach and sampling techniques using non-probability sampling as many as 96 respondents taken from consumers of PT. Sardana Indah Berlian Motor. Sources of data in this study are from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained were then processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis technique models, and processed with the help of the SPSS program through validity tests, reliability tests, data normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simultaneous effect tests, partial effect tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results of testing the hypothesis indicate that product quality and service quality simultaneously and partially significantly influence purchasing decisions. Product quality is the dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions.

This study aims to analyze the effect of recording, reporting and monitoring on public sector performance, and analyze the dominant influence between recording, reporting and monitoring on public sector performance. This type of research is quantitative which is designed to answer the problems that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved as well as to test hypotheses. The population is all employees of the Wajo District Education Office. The sample size was selected using purposive, namely the employees of the financial management division who were determined as many as 97 respondents. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that recording had a significant effect on public sector performance. This shows that the apparatus in the financial management section of the Wajo District Education Office has carried out budget records in accordance with the applicable mechanism, starting from recording income, spending and proposed changes to the budget, which have contributed to improving the performance of the public sector. Reporting has a significant effect on the performance of the public sector. This means that officials in the financial management section of the Wajo District Education Office have made reports on the budget based on realization, balance sheet, operations, cash flow and equity on the budget in a transparent manner towards improving public sector performance. Supervision has a significant effect on the performance of the public sector. This shows that the financial management section of the Wajo District Education Office carries out monitoring activities of budget allocations in the form of transfers, financing and changes in balances over the budget contributing to improving public sector performance. Reporting is the dominant variable that has a significant effect on the performance of the public sector. This means that reporting activities carried out by officials in the financial management section of the Wajo District Education Office determine the achievement of public sector performance based on input, process, output, outcome, benefit and impact.

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of service quality, corporate image and price perception on customer satisfaction at PT. Major Success Blessing. The population in this study are registered clients from 2021, which are 56 clients. The sampling method used in this research is saturated sample. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The research was conducted in Medan Krio Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study was to analyze the variables of crop production and the exchange rate of farmers to the income of rice farmers in Medan Krio Village both partially and simultaneously. The research data used are primary. In addition, secondary data is also used as support for primary data. The data analysis technique used is a direct interview of respondents with the help of a questionnaire that has been prepared. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study variable crop production have a significant effect on the income of rice farmers in Medan Krio Village. And the variable exchange rate of farmers has an insignificant effect on the income of rice farmers in Medan Krio Village. The simultaneous variables of crop production and farmer exchange rates simultaneously do not affect the income of farmers in Medan Krio Village. The suggestion in the research is that there is a need for intervention from the government and the private sector to increase farmers' crop production to improve the welfare of farmers.

The Influence of Production Factors on the Income of Rice Farmers in the Waterfall Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This study uses 1 dependent variable and 3 independent variables. The dependent variable is rice farming income, while the independent variables are capital, land area and labor. While the object of research is the farmers of the Village of Waterfall, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Linear regression explains the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable so that it can be concluded that this variable has a positive effect on the income of rice farmers. In other words, if the studied variable increases, it will be followed by an increase in rice farming income. Simultaneously (together) the variables studied have a real influence on rice farming income and of the 3 variables studied, partially there is 1 variable, namely the variable land area which has a significant effect on income while 2 variables, namely capital and labor variables have no effect the real impact on the income of rice farmers in the village of Waterfall, Pantai Cermin District.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether executive compensation, institutional ownership and executive risk preference affect tax avoidance. An empirical study on LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. The sample in this study consisted of 11 LQ 45 companies with a total of 55 data processed with Eviews-9 software. The analysis technique in this research is quantitative using panel data regression method. The results of this study indicate that executive compensation has an effect on tax avoidance, while institutional ownership and executive risk preference have no effect on tax avoidance.

Transformational leadership performance occurs when leaders broaden and enhance the interests of employees, when they raise awareness and acceptance of the goals and mission of the group, and when they mobilize their employees to look beyond their own self-interest of either the group or the individual. Transformational leaders achieve this result in one or more ways. Employee performance is the ability of an organization to achieve its goals through productive and effective employees. Employee performance covers various aspects, including productivity, quality of work, attendance, creativity, and contribution to organizational goals. This Systematic Review is prepared based on Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews, full text articles and uses English and Indonesian. The keywords used in the search for articles are “Transformational Leadership” AND “Performance”. Analysis of the 13 articles explains that transformational leadership has benefits and effectiveness on employee performance. Based on the results of available literature, it can be concluded that transformational leadership style has a positive influence on employee performance. kind to employees. This can increase employee confidence, commitment, and involvement in achieving organizational goals. In addition, transformational leaders also have the ability to develop employee potential and strengthen the working relationship between employees and leaders.

This study aims to analyze the influence of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace. In this study using a descriptive verification approach with quantitative methods. The sample used in this study was 400 respondents. Sampling using the Nonprobability Sampling method. The test stages used were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis technique and hypothesis testing using t test, f test and coefficient of determination using SPSS 26 tools. The results of this study were obtained by Online Customer Reviews and Online Customers Ratings have a positive and significant partial effect on purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace with variable values of 20.8% and 91.0% respectively. While Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings simultaneously influence purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace, they contribute 39.2% to purchasing decisions, while the remaining 60.8% is contributed by other factors not examined that influence purchasing decisions (Y ).

  Abstrak. The purpose of this research is to find out the right method to achieve optimal profit at PT. Andhika's lamp. Meanwhile, the formulation of the problem in this study is how this research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach with the ex post facto research method, namely research on data collected after the event occurred. The research was conducted by examining purchase cards and use cards in 2021. The conclusion of this study is that within a one-year period it can be concluded that the ending inventory value generated using the FIFO method is Rp. 118,840,000, while the LIFO method produces an ending inventory value of Rp. 124,440,000, the LIFO method is the opposite of the FIFO method, which produces a high cost of use so that the resulting profit is low. Based on the conclusions of the research results using the FIFO method, when the acquisition price increases using the LIFO method will be able to produce a high cost of production, this is the impact of the average trend in determining the cost of using fertilizer and ending inventory and reducing the effect of excessive price changes. high or low so that future costs will be more stable.

This study aims to determine the effect of Leverage, Financial Performance, and Capital Structure on Financial Distress with Good Corporate Governance as an Intervening variable in Pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study are pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The method of analysis in this study is path analysis using Smart PLS 2.0 software. The end result of this research is a picture of causation, so this method uses samples and hypotheses. The test results show that Leverage has a significant effect on Financial Distress, Leverage has a significant effect on Good Corporate Governance, Financial Performance has a significant effect on Financial Distress, Financial Performance has a significant effect on Good Corporate Governance, Capital Structure has a significant effect on Financial Distress, Capital Structure has a significant effect on Good Corporate Governance, Good Corporate Governance has a significant effect on Financial Distress, Leverage has a significant effect on Financial Performance, and Capital Structure has a significant effect on Financial Performance.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of Capital Market Training(X1), Investment Return(X2), Risk Perception(X3), and Financial Literacy(X4) on Generation Z Invesment Interst, either partially or simulaneously.. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method, using a questionnaire data collection tool, with a Generation Z at the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya Faculty of Economics and Business Undergraduate 1 year 2019-2020 class as the population. The results of this study are that there is an effect of capital market training(X1) on the z generation's investment interest, there is an effect of investment return(X2) on the z generation's investment interest, no effect of risk perception(X3) is found on the z generation's investment interest, and there is an influence of literacy finance(X4) to investment interest in generation z. Every organization in a government agency has a mission to achieve. Achievement of goals and objectives that have been set through a performance accountability system which is a general indicator for measuring mission achievement. This research aims to adhere to accountability, internal control siste and accounting information siste on organizational performance in government agencies. This study used a quantitative method with primary data obtained from respondents through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency located in the City of Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is progra SPSS version 20. The results of this study show that accountability has a significant positive effect on organizational performance, the internal control system has no positive and significant effect on organizational performance, the accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance and accountability, the internal control system and the accounting information system together have a significant positsive effect on organizational performance.

With the development of increasingly modern and rapid economic growth, it is the reason that everyone can make transactions anywhere and anytime, including investment activities carried out in the capital market. Investors must have a lot of careful consideration to invest. This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Inflation, Interest Rates, Exchange Rates on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2022. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. This study used 15 samples of mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange based on certain criteria. The results of the study found that partially Price earning ratio, inflation, interest rates and exchange rates did not have a significant effect on stock prices, while Earning per share had a positive and significant effect on stock prices.

This study discusses the management audit on operations and production control. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The method of data analysis is carried out with the elements of the management audit, the data obtained will be classified into the Criteria, Conditions, Causes, Effects groups. From the results of research on production control and operations at UD. Sumber Makmur it cannot be said to be effective and efficient. From the specified criteria, there are weaknesses in this program. The recommendations given by researchers to companies can be used as material to make improvements to these weaknesses.

This research was conducted at Mahaputra Muhammad Yamin University, Solok. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy, spiritual intelligence and people's economy on the financial management of students at the Ummy Solok Faculty of Economics. From the population, 75 respondents were taken as samples. The data collection method used is library and field (questionnaire). Based on multiple linear regression analysis of the variables of financial literacy, spiritual intelligence and parents' economics on student financial management in the student study of the Faculty of Economics Ummy Solok Y= 12,862 + 0,213X1 + 0,382X2 + 0,034X3 + e. From the t-test carried out on the financial literacy variable X1 the t count value of 1.599 < t table (1.66629) and the significance value of 0.114 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the financial literacy variable (X1) is rejected, which means that there is no effect of X1 on Y. Variable X2 spiritual intelligence t count 3.253 < t table (1.66629) and the significance value is 0.002 <0.05, it can be concluded that the spiritual intelligence variable (X2) is accepted, which means that there is an effect of X2 on Y. t table (1.66629) and the significance value is 0.536 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the economic variable of parents (X3) is rejected, which means that there is no effect of X3 on Y. From the f test conducted that financial literacy, spiritual intelligence and Parent's economy has a simultaneous effect on student financial management fcount 11.034 > f table 2.73 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained R Square of 0.289 or 28.9%. This indicates that the contribution of parents' financial literacy, spiritual intelligence, and economic variables is 28.9% and 71.1% is influenced by other variables.

The aims of this study were (1) to determine the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics and venture capital simultaneously on the development of MSME outlets in Purwodadi Village, Tebing Tinggi District, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. (2) To determine the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics and business capital partially on the development of MSME outlets in Purwodadi Village, Tebing Tinggi District, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. This study explains whether there is an influence of entrepreneurial characteristics and business capital on the development of MSME outlets in Purwodadi Village, Tebing Tinggi District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. The population in this study were all SMEs, totaling 23 SMEs, the researchers used a saturated sampling method. And using the data analysis method Research Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneous test) it can be concluded that the entrepreneurial characteristics and venture capital together have a significant effect on the development of MSME outlets in Purwodadi village because the significant value is 0.000 <0.05 and the fcount value is 15.026 > ftable is 3.466, so this means that the entrepreneurial characteristics and venture capital variables simultaneously influence the development of MSME outlets in Purwodadi Village, Cliff High District, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. And based on the results of the T test (partial test) for the two variables of entrepreneurial characteristics and business capital on the development of MSME outlets in Purwodadi village, it can be concluded that the entrepreneurial characteristics and venture capital variables have a positive and significant effect on the development of MSME outlets in Purwodadi Village, High Cliff District, Tanjung Regency. west jab.

This study aims to produce fable media with character in improving mathematical communication skills as a medium for learning mathematics in quadrilaterals that reach the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This study uses the Research and Development model with the ADDIE development plan, which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects in this study were development subjects or experts and product trial subjects, namely class VII A students of SMP 5 Silat Hulu. The data collection techniques used were indirect communication techniques and measurement techniques, the data collection tools used were expert validation sheets, questionnaires and communication skills test questions in the form of essay questions. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The results of the first study are the validation of fable media, namely the average value of the three experts is 83.63% with very valid criteria. The second is the value of practicality, seen from the value of the questionnaire filled in by teachers and students which is accumulated so that a percentage of 91.60% is obtained with very practical criteria. Furthermore, effectiveness, seen from the posttest work to measure students' mathematical communication skills, was 66.66% with effective criteria. Thus it can be concluded that online fable learning media has character in improving mathematical communication skills in the rectangular material for class VII junior high school which is valid, very practical, and effective to use.

Computer-based test (CBT) is one of evaluation ways to develop the current curriculum because it deals with the demand of ICT development which students have to be able to gain their knowledge by using the advanced of technology. Besides, the current curriculum is intended to provide learners with a broad range of learning experiences in order to help them develop better attitudes, abilities, and knowledge. It is also the most important factor that helps learners become more capable and effective as citizens of the world.  Thus, this study aims at investigating teachers’ and students’ perceptions on applying CBT toward the implementation of curriculum used in SMKN 11 Bandung. Descriptive qualitative design was employed using a 20-item Likert-scale questionnaire and an interview guideline as the research instruments. The findings showed that teachers and students agreed that the assessment for the final test applying CBT in their school already implemented the current curriculum and it could be used to evaluate the learning condition in the school. Meanwhile, in conclusion, teachers mostly agreed that the questions written on CBT were already appropriate with their teaching during the learning process.
