This research is intended to be able to apply the Waterfall method in developing a website-based queuing system at the Pratama Tax Office (KPP) Samarinda Ilir. With a primary focus on improving efficiency and customer experience, this study conducted additional evaluation through Black Box testing. This method systematically tests system functionality from the user side. The stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, Black Box testing, and maintenance, ensure the development of a structured and scalable system. The results are expected to provide effective solutions in modernizing the queuing system, improving services, and meeting needs at the tax office.

Extracurricular activities are an integral part of every educational institution throughout a year of learning. In the current era where information is demanded at an accelerated pace, this research aims to develop a web-based extracurricular attendance information system for SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The current extracurricular attendance system at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng is manual, prompting the need for this research to construct a website-based information system to facilitate students, supervising teachers, and staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The extracurricular website serves as a source of information for the school principal, class teachers, and extracurricular supervisors. It provides information about students participating in extracurricular activities, the schedule of extracurricular sessions, and generates attendance reports for students over a semester and a full academic year. The system is designed using the waterfall method, implemented through (PHP) and MySQL. This research has successfully created a web-based platform for the management of extracurricular attendance. It is anticipated that this system will offer support to stakeholders responsible for overseeing extracurricular activities.

This dedication aims to design a Coal Production Data Management System at PT. Mitra Terminal Kaltim using the Waterfall method to enhance efficiency. Coal production data, including hauling, crushing, barging, coal getting, stock reporting, and daily reporting, is currently manually managed using Excel, resulting in process inefficiencies. Through systematic design steps, this dedication emphasizes the User Interface (UI) to expedite and streamline the production data processing. The expected outcome is to support coal production monitoring more swiftly and efficiently.

Maros is one of the districst that has interesting tourist attractions known as waterfalls, so that for the sake of sustainability the role of the local government of Maros regency is needed. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, with a sample of 15 people consisting of employees, officers, and the community. Base on the results of the research, it showns that the government’s role as a regulator is always balancing, between the wishes of tourists and tourist objects in bantimurung Nasional Park. A side from being a regulator, the government is also a facilitator, motivator, and dynamicator.

Budaya Indonesia beraneka ragam mulai dari sabang sampai merauke . Dalam menghadapi perkembangan global saat ini, teknologi adalah saran a yang te pat untuk mengenalkan budaya secara menyeluruh. Dengan teknologi pula kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat ditingkatkan. Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk merancang bangun aplikasi pengenalan budaya di Kabupaten Fakfak berbasis android. Pemanfaatkan teknologi  dapat menjadi media pendukung untuk memperkenalkan budaya Kabupaten Fakfak sekaligus menjaga kelestarian Budaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem adalah metode waterfall yang terdiri dari analisa kebutuhan, desain sistem, penulisan kode, pengujian sistem, dam pemeliharaan sistem.  Peneltian ini menghasilkan suatu aplikasi pengenalan budaya yang berisi informasi sejarah, bahasa, dan tari tradisional yang dapat diakses pada smartphone dan dapat digunakan oleh siapa saja kapan pun dan dimanapun berada.

Puskesmas Setiamekar adalah salah satu instansi pemerintahan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pelayanan kesehatan. Pada tanggal 1 Juli 2022, Puskesmas Setiamekar menjalankan Peraturan Bupati Bekasi nomor 68 tahun 2020 tentang tarif layanan pada pasien rawat jalan yang berobat ke puskesmas. Pada proses transaksi pembayaran tarif pelayanan rawat jalan pasien Puskesmas Setiamekar ditemukan masih dengan cara mencatat di buku kasir (manual), lalu petugas kasir melakukan rekapitulasi pendapatan tarif rawat jalan dan kemudian melaporkan hasil pendapatan tarif rawat jalan harian ke Bendahara Penerimaan BLUD. Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk membantu kasir pada saat melakukan pencataan pendapatan tarif dan mempermudah bendahara pendapatan BLUD untuk memperoleh laporan pendapatan tarif rawat jalan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penyusunan tugas akhir adalah metode riset, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode pengembangan software yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan software, desain, pengkodean dan pengujian. Sistem yang dibangun menyediakan fasilitas seperti pengaturan user, proses pembayaran tarif rawat jalan, pencetakan invoice dan laporan jurnal umum. Sistem informasi akuntansi yang dibangun ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan serta meningkatkan kinerja secara efektif dan efisien bagi penggunanya. Dan pengujian mengunakan sistemm menggunakan User Acepting Testing

Dalam skenario ini, teknik Spiral digunakan untuk membuat sistem informasi, sedangkan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data untuk sistem tersebut. Model Spiral adalah pendekatan hibrid dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak yang mengambil fitur terbaik dari Model Prototyping dan Model waterfall dan menambahkan penekanan pada penilaian risiko di setiap tingkat proses.

Rossama Pratama Clinic is one of the health service providers for the community, which is located on Street Taman RT/RW 01/03 Sukajadi Village, East Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra Province. The lack of information conveyed to the public has resulted in a lack of public knowledge about the Rossama Prabumulih Clinic Pratama Prabumulih because the information administration system carried out at this clinic is still manual, namely people who want to know about the latest information about the clinic must come directly so that it is more effective and efficient, because take a lot of time to arrive at the clinic. Therefore, the researcher will create a web informationsystem for the Rossama Pratama Clinic which will be accessed via a browser using the PHP programming language with the help of UML design to help design the system that will be created. The method of developing the system is using the Waterfall method. With this website, hopefully it will help people save time when they want to go to the clinic or seek treatment from home.

There are jobs in the warehouse that are still not optimal, one of which is managing administration and other activities related to warehouse mechanics and inventory. In the warehouse management section, employees record incoming goods, outgoing goods, and stock of goods by recording them in the inventory book, resulting in a buildup of inventory which often causes discrepancies between the release of goods and transaction funds. The research method used to solve problems is by using interviews and observation methods and for system development using the object oriented method. The results of this research produce a warehouse inventory information system that is capable of carrying out web-based warehouse recording transactions, so it is hoped that it can help with problems in PT Laz Coal's warehouse inventory.

The development of print media is now more advanced, starting from ordering wedding invitations, business cards, letterheads, etc. offline, now it can be ordered online via the web. But many customers feel dissatisfied with the system, technological developments are currently growing rapidly, namely making web orders that are easy for customers to understand. With advances in technology in Indonesia, the development of the e-commerce industry has made it easier for people to order goods online. This application was made using the waterfall method and built using the PHP programming language, BOOSTRAP. In developing this system through several stages, namely: needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and development of the system. For the testing phase, a functional test is carried out using the Visual Studio application, used to test the function of the application that has been built, whether it meets what is needed. If the results of application testing have gone well and there are no problems. This web-based printing service system was created to make it easier for customers and owners to place orders and transactions. Badminton is a sport that is popular with young people of almost all ages, however, some places do not have websites with the aim of making the rental process easier both from far and near. The creation of this badminton web data system can be implemented using Visual Studio Code, the PH programming language, MySQL database as information storage. The creation of this application uses the waterfall methodology.

Currently processing counseling guidance data still uses manual methods, that is, every time there is a violation of the rules and regulations committed by students, it will be recorded by the BK (Counseling Guidance) teacher or officer using paper media, because there are so many violations that this school has difficulty in processing it. counseling guidance data and the use of paper as a medium for recording violations is no longer relevant, and also the less effective function of parental summons letters which are rarely delivered by students who violate school rules, the aim of this research is to build a monitoring system for counseling guidance in SMPN Selangit is based on mobile web to make it easier for the school to process student violation data, the system development method used in this research is waterfall, waterfall is a method that provides systematic and sequential approaches for software developers such as requirements specifications, software design implementation , trials, and so on, the implication of this research is that the existence of this counseling guidance information system can make it easier for the school to process counseling guidance data and make it easier for parents to monitor their children at Selangit Middle School.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of public facilities on tourist interest in visiting the Guruh Gemurai Waterfall tourist attraction in Kasang Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. The method used in this research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population is all tourists who visit the Guruh Gemurai Waterfall tourist attraction and the total average number of tourists in January-June 2023 is 100 tourists and the sample is set at 30 people. Data was collected using positive closed items totaling 22 items, namely 12 items for variable Riau Province: 1) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.461 > rtable(α=0.05,n=30) = 0.361, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 2.746 > ttable(α=0.05,dk=n-2=28)= 2.048, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. c) Test the regression coefficient of determination ( r2) = 21.2%. 2) Influence test: Regression equation test, obtained regression equation. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

So it is difficult for the deputy head of facilities and infrastructure to find out and search for data held by the school, as well as control the inventory of facilities and infrastructure, especially those in condition that can be replaced for further improvement. The aim of this research is to design and build a website-based information system for facilities and infrastructure that is used to simplify the process of collecting data on facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darul Ikhlash so that management becomes more effective and efficient. This information system planning was created using the waterfall method. This research has produced a web-based Facilities and Infrastructure Information System for Data Collection and Loans at MTs Darul Ikhlash, which will make it easier for the school to recapitulate facility and infrastructure inventory data more quickly and accurately.

This study aims to determine: The effect of tourist attraction, city branding and service quality on the decision to visit tourists in Pasuruan Regency. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were tourists at the Putuk Truno Waterfall, Pasuruan Regency, who had visited at least once. The research sample used 115 respondents and the sampling technique used purposive sampling with the respondent's criteria and the sampling technique used purposive sampling with the respondent's criteria. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that the influence of tourist attraction has a significant effect on visiting decisions, city branding has a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on visiting decisions. Tourist attractiveness, city branding and service quality have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit tourists.

The efficiency of public services at the Population and Civil Registration Agency of Nabire Regency is faced with obstacles such as less than optimal service of citizenship administrative requirements documents that affect the smoothness of citizenship administration. The printing of citizenship administrative requirements documents such as forms and letters is still done manually and requires additional time which greatly affects the duration of service with a fairly large population level. Conventional concepts that are commonly applied, such as creating documents using Microsoft Word, do not balance time consistency and people's patience and satisfaction in waiting for the administration process per person. The purpose of this research is to utilize existing computer technology resources, where the document service needs are implemented into an application so that the speed of access and printing of documents will be more efficient. The design of web-based applications here uses the Waterfall type SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method. The results of this study are a web-based application that is easy to operate and quickly delivers results, as a technological facility that can assist in citizenship administration service activities that were previously done manually, to be faster. To test the feasibility of the application runs well, a testing phase is held using Black Box Testing with the test results showing that each application feature can run properly according to its function so that the system is considered good and ready to use.

Online learning is a scheme called e-learning that has the effect of transforming traditional education into a digital system. In this study, the data collection method used was interviews, observation and documentation to obtain information or data related to the research focus. The design of this application system uses an approach with the waterfall method which consists of the requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing/verification, and maintenance stages, with a web-based programming language including HTML for display design, PHP for creating dynamic websites and SQL as a data storage container. . The results of this research are that this e-learning application can optimize students' understanding of learning, images, animation, audio and video and the teaching and learning process continues when students or teachers are unable to attend..
