Islamic boarding school education plays a strategic role in producing a generation that excels not only in religious matters but also in economic independence through entrepreneurship. In the modern era, the creativity of students is an important indicator of the success of Islamic boarding school education because it can provide provisions in facing global challenges. Creativity is influenced by various factors, including entrepreneurship programs developed within the Islamic boarding school environment and the internalization of Islamic educational values ​​that shape innovative and ethical mindsets. Darul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School in Bangkalan is one institution that integrates these two aspects into its educational system. This study aims to: (1) evaluate the influence of entrepreneurship programs on students' creativity; (2) examine the influence of Islamic educational values ​​on creativity; and (3) assess the simultaneous influence of both on students' creativity. The study used a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design. A sample of 59 female students was selected using simple random sampling from a population of 590 students. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression tests with the help of SPSS. The results of the study showed that: (1) the entrepreneurship program had a significant effect on the creativity of students with a t value of 6.220 (p < 0.05); (2) Islamic educational values ​​also had a significant effect on creativity with a t value of 3.393 (p < 0.05); and (3) simultaneously, the entrepreneurship program and Islamic educational values ​​had a significant effect on the creativity of students with a F value of 26.117 (p < 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that the creativity of students can be increased through a balanced combination of entrepreneurship learning and internalization of Islamic educational values.

Technology in this modern era has an important role in the running of a business activity. One of the applications of technology that we often find is the use of advertisements with brand ambassadors to increase consumer interest in buying products. Tokopedia is one of the leading e-commerce companies in Indonesia that implements promotional strategies with advertisements using brand ambassadors to increase consumer buying interest on their platform. Blackpink, one of the biggest names in Korea, was appointed by Tokopedia to be one of their brand ambassadors in 2021. When these brand ambassadors succeed in attracting the attention of consumers, it will indirectly increase consumer buying interest. Therefore, the researcher intends to find the significance between Blackpink's role as a brand ambassador in Tokopedia advertisements and purchase intention on the Tokopedia platform. The data analysis method used is Simple Linear Regression using the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of data analysis, a correlation or relationship value (R) of 0.548 (54.8%) is obtained, this value indicates that the correlation or relationship between advertising and interest is a fairly strong relationship. The results of hypothesis testing and it is known that tcount > ttable, which is 2.761 > 1.987. Thus, Tokopedia advertisements featuring Blackpink as brand ambassadors significantly influence buying interest in the Tokopedia platform.

The current research aims to measure the impact of applying digital transformation represented by (technologies, digitization of operations, databases, human cadres) on the effectiveness of accounting information represented by (appropriateness of accounting information, and reliability of accounting information), among a sample of employees in private banks in Baghdad Governorate, with a strength of (183) employees. In order to achieve the research objective, the questionnaire was adopted to collect data related to the research variables, and the descriptive analytical approach was adopted in the research and then analyzed by adopting some statistical methods such as (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, linear correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression coefficient), and the results were reached using statistical programs such as (SPSS.V.29) and (Amos.V.26) to analyze the data to reach the conclusions, the most prominent of which was that digital transformation contributes to completing routine operations, reducing the time required to complete tasks, increasing accuracy in operations, and reducing human errors through the use of digital systems.

The current research aims to measure the impact of strategic vigilance through its dimensions (strategic vigilance, competitive vigilance, technological vigilance, environmental vigilance) on strategic success in its dimensions (survival, growth, adaptation), and the problem of the study is defined in the following question: What is the role of strategic vigilance in achieving strategic success? The aim of the study came to identify the role that strategic vigilance can play in achieving strategic success. The questionnaire form was distributed to a sample of lecturers at Samarra University, with a strength of (88) lecturers. The research used a descriptive analytical approach, which was followed by statistical methods like arithmetic mean, standard deviation, linear correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression coefficient, and statistical programs like SPSS.V.29 and Amos.V.26 to analyze the data and draw conclusions. The most notable of these claims was that strategic vigilance influences strategic success.

Ayu Ashari, in 2024 Implementation of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Education Office, Management Study Program Thesis at the Indonesian Educational Institution College of Management Science (STIM-LPI) Makassar. This research aims to determine the implementation of work discipline on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Education Office. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of respondents being 55 employees who were sampled using a sampling technique, namely the sloving technique, where the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The analysis used in this research is a simple linear regression test. The results of partial testing of work discipline variables on employee performance have a significant influence on employee performance as proven based on partial test results with a significant value of f 0.001 < 0.05.

This study aims to examine the influence of service quality, brand image and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Pemalang branch pawnshop (case study on UPC Ulujami. The population in this study is customers of PT. Ulujami branch pawnshop totaling 1250 people with a research sample of 95 people. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires.the analysis technique used in this researcher is multiple linear regression using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 22 program used to analyze the data. Based on the results of this study, it shows that (1) service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. (2) Brand image affects customer loyalty. (3) Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. (4) Service quality, brand image and customer satisfaction

This research aims to determine the effect of price on consumer purchasing decisions at Sagalas Coffee Panyabungan II, Mandailing Natal Regency. The type of research used was quantitative research and involved a sample of 96 respondents using the Lemeshow formula. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis tests. All research tests were carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. Price has a partial positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Sagalas Coffee Panyabungan II, Mandailing Natal Regency, indicated by an R value of 0.940 which is in the correlation interval 0.80 - 1.00 and an R value The square is 0.884 times 100% = 88.4% and the remaining 11.6% is influenced by other variables. In other words, there are still other variables that influence the consumer purchasing decision variable (Y) at Sagalas Coffee Panyabungan II. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that price has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, with a partial test value (t) of 26.789 and a ttable value of 1.661. So the tcount value is greater than ttable, namely 26.789, greater than 1.661 (26.789 > 1.661), which indicates that the first hypothesis, namely Ha, is accepted while H0 is rejected.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between leg muscle explosiveness and smash accuracy in badminton among IKOR FIKKM UNIMA students. The research method used is descriptive with a correlation technique. The sample for this study consists of 15 students from the IKOR program. The instrument used to measure leg muscle explosiveness is the vertical jump test, while the accuracy of the smash is assessed using a racket, shuttlecock, net, court, and recording tools. The results of the normality test show a value of 0.200, and the linearity test yields a value of 0.780. In the hypothesis test, since the calculated t value is greater than or equal to the table t value, the null hypothesis is rejected. This indicates that there is a significant relationship between leg muscle explosiveness and smash accuracy among IKOR FIKKM UNIMA students. The correlation coefficient between variable X and Y is 0.710, indicating a very significant relationship, as confirmed by the SPSS analysis.

Sinar Inti Telaga was founded in 1986, then transformed into PT Serasi Autoraya in 1990 by introducing the trademark "Toyota A Car". PT. Serasi Autoraya (TRAC) is an international subsidiary. Tbk which is now widely known as one of the largest transportation and logistics service companies in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of PT. Serasi Autoraya (TRAC) in this research uses independent variables, namely compensation (X1) and work discipline (X2) as well as the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). The population of this study were employees of PT. Serasi Autoraya (TRAC). The sample used the Puprosive Sampling method, data collection by collecting questionnaires online with Google from to 50 respondents. The method in this research uses quantitative statistical methods. Quantitative statistical analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear analysis. Other hypothesis testing includes classical assumption tests, including data normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The data was processed using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) 25.0 photo windows program. The test results of the T (Partial) test on the compensation variable (X1) show that the sig 0.004 < 0.05 and t value 3,028 > 2,010 (t table) test results on the T (Partial) test on the work discipline variable, namely 0.000 < 0.05 and t value 6,081 > 2,010 (t table). The test results of the F test (Simultaneous) show that the sig value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated f value is 49,966 > 3.19 (f table) and it can be concluded that compensation (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a positive and significant effect on performance employee (Y).

Hypertension is a condition that is often encountered. Hypertension is a condition when blood pressure rises. Risk factors that can cause hypertension are age, race, gender, lifestyle, sodium consumption, smoking, alcohol consumption, stress level, and education. The urgency of this research is that the number of hypertension patients at the Purwodiningratan Surakarta Health Center experiences a spike every year. Based on a preliminary study at the Community Health Center, data was obtained that the number of hypertension patients in the last five year period experienced a spike, then fell, then spiked again. The objective problem of this research is the increase in hypertension patients, so it is necessary to research the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and family support and efforts to control hypertension. The importance of this research is a manifestation of efforts to control hypertension which continues to experience a surge using interview methods and distributing leaflets with the aim of a community approach. The aim of the research is to analyze the magnitude of the impact of the hypertension control program using the swallow method (interviews and leaflets). The research approach used cross sectional. The sample was 77 hypertensive patients at the Community Health Center. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling method based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The statistical test uses a linear regression test at a significance level of 0.05.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of e-commerce, self-efficacy, and accounting information systems in entrepreneurial decision making for alumni of the Nusa Cendana Kupang University Accounting Study Program partially and simultaneously. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The sample used in this research were alumni from the Undana Accounting study program. The results of this research show that partially e-commerce, self-efficacy, and accounting information systems influence the entrepreneurial decision making of alumni of the accounting study program. The variables e-commerce, self-efficacy, and accounting information systems simultaneously influence entrepreneurial decision making for Undana accounting study program alumni. It is hoped that this research will contribute to alumni in making entrepreneurial decisions. In this way, they can continue to develop their abilities and deepen their accounting knowledge to support success in entrepreneurship.

The Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Bogor Regency continues to strive to improve its performance and services. One of the efforts made is through a work training program for employees. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture and work training on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using saturated samples or non-probability sampling, where the entire population is used as a sample. The population in question includes all employees of the personnel division of the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Bogor Regency, totaling 52 respondents, using a questionnaire measured on a Likert scale. In processing the data for analysis using SPSS 26 software with multiple linear analysis techniques, the research results showed that Y = 4.434, X1 = 0.402, and X2 = 0.361, which includes instrument tests, classical assumption tests, partial hypothesis tests with T values of 3.560 for X1 and 3.325 for X2. Simultaneously, both independent variables obtained an F value of 18.588. The coefficient of determination test indicated that the two independent variables have a 43.1% influence on employee performance

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of PT Pardasyi Cahaya Abadi employees partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study is all employees of PT Pardasyi Cahaya Abadi. The sample in this study uses the entire population as a sample of 38 employees of PT Pardasyi Cahaya Abadi. The data collection techniques in this study use interview, observation, and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Instrument Test, the Classical Assumption Test, the Hypothesis Test using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test and the Determination Coefficient Test (R2). Data processing in this study uses the SPSS software program version 27. The results of this study prove that partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Pardasyi Cahaya Abadi employees

Employee performance is an important factor that must receive serious attention for human resource management at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I Medan. The level of success of a company is largely determined by the abilities of the employees in the company. This research aims to find out whether human relations, individual behavior and work ethic have an influence. The information analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 19 program. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 55 respondents. Collecting preliminary information using a questionnaire. The results of the research show that human connection has a partially positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Local I Medan employees. Individual behavior has a partially positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Local I Medan employees. Work ethic has a partially positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Provincial I Medan employees. Human connection, individual behavior and work ethic simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Provincial I Medan employees. The changed R Square value is 0.731 which can be called the coefficient of determination, which in this case means that 73.1% of employee performance can be obtained and explained by human connection, individual behavior and monkey ethos while the remaining 26.9% is explained by other factors or variables outside the research model.

The research analysis aims to find out whether motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment influence employee performance. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 19 program. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 60 respondents. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The research results show that the t value is 2.432 > t table of 2.00 with a significant value of 0.019 < 0.05, so the hypothesis H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that motivation has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Gergas Utama. The t value is 3.926 > t table of 2.00 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so the hypothesis H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that job satisfaction has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Gergas Utama. The t value is 6.545 > t table of 2.00 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so the hypothesis H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that organizational commitment has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Gergas Utama. The calculated F value is 45.081 which is greater than 2.78 and the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that hypothesis 4 is accepted and hypothesis 0 is rejected so it can be concluded that motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant simultaneous effect on performance of PT Gergas Utama employees.

This study investigates the relationship between performance-based accounting practices and employee motivation within organizations. Utilizing a quantitative research design, a survey was conducted among employees in a specific industry to analyze how performance measurement systems impact motivation levels. The sample included 200 employees in PT. Pabrik TERIGU Makassar, and data were collected on their perceptions of performance-based accounting practices, such as clarity of performance metrics and reward systems. Statistical analyses, including linear regression and correlation analysis, revealed a significant positive correlation between effective performance-based accounting and increased employee motivation. The findings suggest that organizations that implement clear performance metrics and recognition programs can enhance employee engagement and productivity. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence of the positive influence of performance-based accounting on employee motivation, highlighting practical implications for management practices aimed at fostering a motivated workforce.

Mulya Happenny. This study aims to get an in-depth picture of the effect on improving the performance and motivation of Bappeda employees of Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) Regency. The place that became the object of research was the Bappeda of Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency which was located on Merdeka Street, Handayani Mulya Village, Talang Ubi District. The background of the problem in this study is the decline in employee performance from 2019 to 2021. Since 2020 in PALI Regency there are many echelon 2 positions. The Head of Division at Bappeda also holds the position of Head of Service in another place. So the researchers tried to examine whether there is an effect on improving the performance and motivation of employees under these conditions. The method used is a quantitative analysis method using the SPSS v 25 application. Data collection uses a Likert questionnaire. The number of samples taken was 50 employees using the saturated sample method or using the total population. Data analysis used is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, and multiple linear regression as well as t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R Square). The results of the study indicate that leadership has a varied effect on increasing employee motivation and performance. Leadership in the Infrastructure Sector on improving performance with the magnitude of the influence of 25.67%, 74.5% from the Head of the Ecososbud Sector, and 26.6% from the Head of the Program. The difference in the magnitude of the effect is also shown in the employee motivation variable, namely 27.6% from the Head of the Infrastructure Division, 25.6% from the Division Head, and 30% from the Program Head. The simultaneous influence shows that leadership will affect performance improvement by 90% and 33.4% effect on employee motivation. From the results of the study, it can be suggested to the leadership to improve the quality of good leadership and make improvements in terms of coordination and communication with subordinates.

This research aims to determine the effect of promotions on CV drinking water purchasing decisions. Zam Zami Alget. Promotions have a significant impact on CV drinking water purchasing decisions. Zam-Zami- Alget, through effective promotional strategies, such as advertising, discounts, or loyalty programs, consumers become more aware of products and tend to choose them because of the perceived added value offered. This research was carried out at CV. Zam Zami Alget, East Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. This research method used is quantitative by describing the data using numbers. The sample of this research was 30 people using a quantitative approach. The results of simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 produced the equation Y=17.394+ 0.524. Data analysis using the t test obtained a calculated t result of 3,790 and a t table at the 5% significance level of 1.701, so t calculated > t table and the significance value was 0.001 < 0.05. This shows that there is a promotional influence on the decision to purchase CV drinking water. Zam Zami Alget Alget, East Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency.

The aim of this research is to find out whether behavioral accounting has an effect on employee performance at KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat. The data used in this research uses primary data where primary data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat. The sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling using the Simple Random Sampling Technique method, namely sampling is carried out randomly without paying attention to strata in the population so that the number of samples obtained in this research is 43 employees of the Main Branch of KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat. The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Where the research instrument uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this research show that behavioral accounting variables have a significant effect on employee performance at KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat. This can be seen from the results of the partial test (t test) with a significant value of 0.001 ≤ 0.005. The results of this research are also supported by the results of descriptive analysis of variables, the average score of the behavioral accounting variable is 83.13%, while the average score of the employee performance variable is 79.41%.

This study aims to analyse the effect of socialisation and training on employee performance at Rumah BUMN Jakarta. This research is based on the increased knowledge, skills and networks of MSMEs through socialisation and training programmes, which are expected to improve the performance of MSMEs and their contribution to the local and national economy. This study uses a quantitative approach with an online survey technique. Data was collected from 258 respondents who were sampled from a population of 1,000 MSMEs assisted by Rumah BUMN Jakarta. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of independent variables (socialisation and training) on the dependent variable (MSME employee performance). The results showed that socialisation and training have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, both independent variables are significantly related to employee performance. This shows that socialisation and training programmes are effective programmes to improve the performance of MSME employees at Rumah BUMN Jakarta.
