This study aims to analyze how credit sales accounting information systems in an effort to improve the internal control system at PT Iron Bird Logistics'. Data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and observation. the steps taken to achieve the objectives of this study are identification of credit sales accounting information systems, analysis of the procedures that make up the credit sales accounting information system, analyzing the flowchart of existing credit sales accounting information systems in the company,  flowchart recommendations for companies The results showed that the weakness of PT Iron Bird Logistics' credit sales system was in the credit function section, the lack of searching for information about customer credit status. In addition, the company also does not apply payment terms, there is no agreement between the seller and the buyer with a cash discount, the term of payment, and the amount of the discount given.

Perum Bulog as a State-Owned Enterprise has the main task, which is to conduct a quality and adequate basic food logistics business for the survival of the people. The problem that occurred in Perum Bulog Sub Divre Medan is that the rice supply in Bulog does not consider the demand in the market. Forecasting is an important tool in effective and efficient planning. Therefore, prediction is indispensable for predicting future events. This method essentially uses past data initiated by performing an exponentially decreasing weighting of older observational values or newer values. Brown's double exponential smoothing is a linear model proposed by Brown. This double exponential smoothing method is used when the data indicate a trend. In this study, the terbaik best parameter for forecasting the Number of Rice Sales in Perum Bulog Sub Divre Medan was α = 0.2 with MAPE of 0.27%. And the results of the forecast for Rice Sales at Perum Bulog Sub Divre Medan in 2022 are decreasing every month.

To be able to attract customers companies apply different approaches but when viewed from the factors that influence consumer buying decisions on a product both goods and services the consumer behavior approach system is shown in searching, buying, using, evaluating, and spending products and services that they expect to satisfy their needs, Kanuk & Schiffman (2010). This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence customer interest in using logistics services at PT Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang. To achieve this goal descriptive research was conducted using the methods of observation, in-depth interviews, literature study, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed that sales promotion, building relationships with the community, direct marketing, price affordability, price competitiveness, price compatibility with service quality, service in accordance with customer requests, speed of document service and the ease with which customers can obtain information and respond to customer complaints will give a positive impression of each customer has a positive and significant effect on attracting customers to use logistics services at PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang.

This study's objective is to assess the expenses and logistics coordinator for the kinerja karyawan hotel in Makassar. The respondent to this study is a hotel karyawan located in Makassar. Seberita 55 responden dilakukan antara Jumlah Responden Penelitian ini. The sampling process was conducted using the purposive sampling technique. The present study employed the regression analysis technique with SPSS as the backtesting software. Based on the collected data, it can be concluded that the parsimal kerja ketuasan has a significant impact on the kinerja of the hotel karyawan in Makassar. The organizing committee of the parsimal Komitmen di Makassar incurred a significant loss in terms of clientele. Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara simultanis karyawan hotel kinerja di Makassar berpengaruh signifikan.

Product distribution is a crucial element of the supply chain system that ensures the smooth flow of goods from producers to consumers at minimal cost and with high reliability. Distribution efficiency not only reduces operational costs but also improves customer satisfaction, market competitiveness, and business sustainability. In the context of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), distribution efficiency becomes even more critical due to limited financial, human, and infrastructural resources. This study aims to analyze the product distribution efficiency of UMKM Kerupuk Jaya Pesona, located in Cinanggung Village, Serang Regency, Banten Province, by applying two classical transportation methods: the North West Corner (NWC) and Least Cost (LC) methods. Both methods were used to determine the allocation pattern that minimizes total transportation cost across three destination regions: Serang, Cilegon, and Pandeglang. The data include three couriers (as supply sources) and three market destinations (as demands), totaling 18,000 product units per distribution cycle. The results show that both NWC and LC methods yield the same total transportation cost of Rp 358,000,000, although their allocation patterns differ. This indicates that the supply–demand and cost structure of the UMKM’s logistics system is balanced. This research concludes that simple optimization methods such as NWC and LC can serve as practical decision-support tools for MSMEs without requiring complex computational models. The study also recommends the application of the Modified Distribution (MODI) method to verify the optimality of the solution and highlights the importance of logistics efficiency in strengthening MSME competitiveness in the digital era.

By getting data and information quickly, the company has the ability to develop faster. Inventory is a very important part for a company. Inventory of goods is one of the tasks of logistics management in a company, namely support in the procurement of goods for the company. In order for this support to be utilized, it is necessary to plan and carry out in an integrated manner, which is interrelated and supports between related elements. CV Sinar Karya Ungaran is a private company which is engaged in the distributor of Electric tools. CV Sinar Karya is located on the road Dabo II / D30 RT6 Nitibuana, Ungaran Regency Semarang Tel. (024) 3584074 - 3584075. This company has a wide enough working area covering Central Java and DIY. Because the working area is quite extensive and the number of processes in and out of goods, the company must be more careful in calculating inventory. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company is still using Microsoft Excel so there are still many obstacles. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company still uses Microsoft Excel. One of the difficulties experienced is the frequent occurrence of errors in making inventory reports. Besides making reports takes longer because there is no computerized database system. With the development of technology, especially in the field of computers, the authors try to create a computer-based inventory program using Visual Basic 6.0. This is expected to help companies in making goods inventory more quickly and accurately.

Freight of goods and passengers in Indonesia With the availability of goods and transportation needed by transportation, there are many entrepreneurs or transportation service companies in the three transportation routes. PT. Pandu Logistik is a company engaged in the transportation of goods which is a legal entity in the Commercial Postal Service as stipulated in article 18 paragraph (1) of Law Number 38 of 2009 concerning Postal. During the process of shipping goods sometimes it does not need to be done with problems, for example regarding expenditures, both originating from nature, human actions or from the nature of the goods themselves. In answering this law, the approach method is carried out using the sociological juridical method with descriptive analytical specifications and the analysis is done qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the standard agreement in the transportation agreement determined by the carrier according to the position of the parties is not balanced and there is no freedom of transfer to determine the contents of the agreement. Factors that cause ownership change, damage or loss of goods in PT. Pandu Logistics is 2 factors, the first factor which is a factor of PT. Pandu Logistik itself and the second is external factors such as circumstances and accidents that cannot be done in the transportation of goods. The responsibility of PT. Pandu Logistics Semarang for lost or damaged goods that is by way of compensation of 10 times the shipping fee or a maximum of Rp. 1,000,000 (one million rupiah), except if PT. Pandu Logistik Semarang can prove right and wrong that PT. Pandu Logistik Semarang, apart from the negligence and mistakes of the sender of the goods or because there is something about the cargo that does not reach the recipient of the goods, this is what frees PT. Pandu Logistik from Semarang sent by the goods sender.
