A mixed-use building refers to a combination of several different functions within a single structure, such as residential, office, shopping, and recreational functions built on one site. Designing a mixed-use building requires careful planning and consideration of various factors such as functional needs, aesthetics, and energy conservation. Additionally, the design of mixed-use buildings incorporates various functions within a single area. Floor slabs and beams use plain reinforcing steel with a quality of Fy = 240 MPa (Ø8mm). The concrete cover is taken as 20 mm. From the design results, several thickness types of slabs were obtained according to the load requirements that must be accommodated above them. The following are the moments acting on the floor slabs and beams. The reinforcement calculations are performed using the capacity strength design method according to SNI 2847-2019. The capacity design concept involves controlling the formation of plastic hinges at predetermined locations. The SAP2000 program can directly calculate the feasibility of the structural dimensions and the amount of reinforcement needed from the input program results. In the SAP2000 program, the concrete code used is the American concrete code ACI-318-05/IBC 2003, which differs in some respects from the concrete code in Indonesia SNI 2847-2019. Adjustments need to be made to comply with the regulations in Indonesia. Internal forces from the SAP2000 program are selected from load combinations that generate the maximum moments at the column face. The flexural and shear reinforcement for beams can be directly read from the SAP2000 output in the form of information on the required area of reinforcement.

This meta-analysis investigated the effect of life satisfaction on Sarcoidosis treatment outcomes across 47 studies encompassing 8,932 patients. The findings revealed a significant positive correlation between life satisfaction and treatment success (r = 0.62, p < 0.001). Patients with high life satisfaction scores (>7.5/10) demonstrated a 73% higher likelihood of achieving remission compared to those with low scores (<5/10) (OR = 2.84, 95% CI: 2.31-3.49). Regression analysis indicated that each one-point increase in life satisfaction scores was associated with an 18% reduction in Sarcoidosis relapse rates (β = -0.18, p = 0.002). Treatment adherence and health behaviors were found to mediate the relationship between life satisfaction and Sarcoidosis treatment outcomes, accounting for 42% and 35% of the variance, respectively. Moderator analyses demonstrated stronger effects among patients with disease duration <5 years (p = 0.011) and those with mild to moderate disease severity (p = 0.003). These findings extend the work of Lee et al. (2020) and Martínez-García et al. (2021) by demonstrating a more pronounced effect of life satisfaction on Sarcoidosis treatment compared to other chronic conditions. Notably, contrary to Saketkoo et al (2021) previous study, the effect of life satisfaction remained significant even after controlling for patients' socioeconomic factors (β = 0.41, p < 0.001). These results underscore the crucial role of psychosocial interventions in enhancing Sarcoidosis treatment efficacy, offering new perspectives in the management of this chronic condition.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a contagious disease caused by the Aedes aegypti mosquito, commonly found in Indonesia, particularly in areas with poor environmental sanitation. The implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is one of the effective strategies for controlling mosquito vectors and preventing DHF. This community service activity aims to improve public understanding and participation in the application of PHBS in Sungai Pangeran Village, Palembang, through counseling, training of Larvae Monitoring Officers (Jumantik), and community clean-up activities with the 3M Plus Movement (Draining, Closing, Burying, and additional measures). The results showed a significant increase in public knowledge about PHBS and active participation in mosquito larvae monitoring. The training of Jumantik created cadres capable of performing independent monitoring, and the community clean-up activities reduced potential mosquito breeding sites by 60%. Monitoring also showed a 35% decrease in DHF cases after the program. This activity has proven effective in raising public awareness and reducing vector-borne disease risks in the local environment. However, continued monitoring and support from local governments are needed to sustain the program.

Hypertension is one of the main cardiovascular risk factors which is the main cause of death in the world, especially in the elderly. Maximizing the utilization of elderly health posts is one strategy in controlling hypertension in the elderly, but the limited knowledge and skills of elderly health cadres, especially in managing hypertension, make the implementation of elderly health posts less than optimal. Sumur Gunung Elderly Health Post is one of the elderly health posts that routinely runs in Sumurejo Village, but services are still limited to measuring blood pressure, weight, and height, educational services still depend on the health center, there is no exercise, and there are no special provisions for the PMT menu. This is due to the limited knowledge and skills of the cadres. The results of BP examinations on 20 elderly people registered at the Sumur Gunung Elderly Posyandu showed that 35% (7 out of 20 elderly people) had blood pressure > 140/90 mmHg. The questionnaire results showed that 46% of elderly people had not regulated their diet, 75% of elderly people had a habit of drinking coffee, 80% of elderly people had not limited the amount of salt consumed, 50% of elderly people smoked, 60% of elderly people did not know how to treat hypertension. Based on this background, the STIKES Kesdam IV/Diponegoro Community Service Team carried out an activity entitled "IbM Empowerment of Antihypertension Cadres at the Sumur Gunung Elderly Posyandu". The activities included field visits, refreshing cadres, mentoring posyandu, hypertension education, and utilization of cucumber infusion water. The target outputs were to achieve increased knowledge and skills of cadres so that they were empowered in efforts to control hypertension, publication of community service results in national journals, and electronic media. The results of this activity obtained 35% of elderly people were detected to have blood pressure > 140/90 mmHg, there was an increase in knowledge and skills of cadres in implementing elderly posyandu according to standards, and the use of cucumber infused water to reduce hypertension in the elderly.

The remote-control system on this Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV) or unmanned ship uses Long Range (LoRa) technology. LoRa was chosen because of its ability to transmit data over long distances with low power consumption, making it very suitable for applications in the maritime environment. The control system on the USV is responsible for controlling movement, so it involves several technologies and components that work together to ensure the USV can operate efficiently. The way a USV works involves several systems working together to allow the autonomous vehicle to operate on the water surface unmanned or without direct human intervention. Under Line of Sight (LOS) conditions, the range of LoRa-02 to control unmanned is success rate up to a distance of 100 meters and achieved a 100% for data transmission. However, in the Non-Line of Sight (NLOS) test, there was a decrease in the range of only 70 meters due to obstacles such as trees or other objects. The transmitted data comes from the wireless camera in the form of images with timestamp displayed in real-time. The display from the wireless camera is utilized for visual field monitoring and can be monitored remotely.

Giant prawns are a freshwater fisheries commodity that has great potential to be developed because it has a high selling value. This Field Work Practice (PKL) activity was carried out at the Brackish Water Cultivation Installation (IBAP) in Probolinggo City, East Java. The results of Field Work Practices (PKL) regarding giant prawn nursery techniques start from preparing nursery ponds, preparing water for rearing media, stocking juveniles, managing water tanks for rearing media, water quality management, feed management, controlling pests and diseases, as well as harvesting and packaging. Water quality measurements include DO with values obtained at 5.1-5.6 mg/L, pH 7.1-8.7, temperature reaching 24-28°C, and salinity ranging from 0-5 ppt. The feed given is Artemia salina, corn bran mixed with flakes in a ratio of 3:1, and commercial feed is in the form of pellets with a frequency of administration twice a day, namely in the morning and evening.
