This research is a synthesis of various sources of information, including research journals, articles, books and TikTok content from the @iben_ma account. The main focus of the research is on the concept of Marketing Strategy, utilization of the TikTok platform and Content Marketing strategy. By combining data from various sources, this research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the use of TikTok as an effective marketing tool, especially in the context of marketing products such as Indonesian Sambal Bakar which is promoted by the owner directly @iben_ma. The research results show that the promotional strategy used by @iben_ma on TikTok for Sambal Bakar Indonesia was successful in increasing brand awareness, building positive consumer perceptions, and strengthening relationships with the audience.

This study examines the positive factors of Western culture that contribute to enhancing Islamic religious education. Western culture brings forth various influences that can positively impact the development of Islamic religious education. The study explores factors such as increased access to information, innovative educational approaches, critical thinking, and the promotion of pluralism and tolerance. These factors provide opportunities for Muslims to broaden their knowledge and deepen their understanding of Islamic teachings through wider access to information, engaging educational methods, and the development of critical thinking skills. Additionally, Western culture's emphasis on pluralism and tolerance can contribute to fostering a more inclusive and harmonious environment within Islamic religious education. By analyzing and utilizing these positive factors, Islamic religious education can be enriched and made more relevant in the context of contemporary challenges while upholding the core values of Islam.

The results of mushroom cultivation are processed by members of the "Elok Mekar Sari" Farmers Group into innovative processed products with high selling value, such as Mushroom Satay, Mushroom Sempol, Mushroom Tofu Walik, Krispi Mushrooms, Mushroom Sandwiches, Mushroom Topping Pizza and various other mushroom preparations.Some of the problems faced by the "Elok Mekar Sari" Farmers Group are lack of access to information about mushroom processing technology, availability of raw materials due to geography, economics, environment, technological and regulatory factors and demand. Recycling is the processing of waste or remaining waste products into new products that can be used appropriately again with one of the goals being to preserve the environment. This community service is carried out by selecting household waste objects in the form of utilizing cooking oil waste into a useful material that will reduce the negative impact of used cooking waste. The public's lack of understanding and knowledge about how to process these remaining materials, turns used objects into less useful items so that many are thrown away and not used and can also reduce plastic waste. The use of smartphones presents a great opportunity to promote products through social media. In this research, a digital marketing promotion strategy was implemented through social applications. This service activity will discuss one of the business opportunities that can be done on a home scale with opportunities that are quite promising at the moment, namely the use of used cooking oil as raw material for aromatherapy candles. By implementing the right marketing strategy, it can help reach a wider consumer market so that new potential consumers come in who are willing to visit the stand and buy the product. Abstract. This study analyzes the factors determining customers' choices regarding wadiah savings in Islamic banks. Islamic banks, as financial institutions operating based on Islamic principles, offer wadiah savings products that are free from interest, speculation, and uncertainty, making them an attractive option for individuals who wish to accumulate savings in accordance with sharia. Using qualitative methods and a literature study approach, it was found that the determinants of customers choosing wadiah savings are influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors include personality, religiosity, knowledge, and family influence. External factors include occupation, social interaction, service quality, and other factors such as economic conditions, technology, regulation, and promotion. Understanding these factors is crucial for Islamic banks in designing effective marketing strategies. These strategies can enhance customer satisfaction, attract new customers, and strengthen the position of Islamic banks in a competitive market. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menentukan pilihan nasabah terhadap tabungan wadiah di bank syariah. Bank syariah, sebagai lembaga keuangan yang beroperasi berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Islam, menyediakan produk tabungan wadiah yang bebas dari unsur bunga, spekulasi, dan ketidakpastian, menjadikannya pilihan menarik bagi individu yang ingin mengakumulasi tabungan sesuai dengan syariah. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi literatur, ditemukan bahwa penentu nasabah dalam memilih tabungan wadiah dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi kepribadian, religiusitas, pengetahuan, dan pengaruh keluarga. Faktor eksternal termasuk pekerjaan, interaksi sosial, kualitas pelayanan, dan faktor lainnya seperti kondisi ekonomi, teknologi, regulasi, dan promosi. Pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor ini penting bagi bank syariah dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Strategi ini dapat meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah, menarik nasabah baru, dan memperkuat posisi bank syariah di pasar yang kompetitif. Kata kunci: Bank Syariah, Tabungan Wadiah, Faktor-Faktor Pengaruh, Startegi Pemasaran.

The development of the business world and educational institutions is increasingly rapid. Business units and educational institutions are required to be able to compete so that their products can be accepted and survive. Presenting innovation and promotion is a necessity so that business units and educational institutions continue to exist. This research will discuss innovation and promotion of educational institutions. The research method used in this research is qualitative literature study. The results of this study show that innovation in business units can be done by understanding various types of innovation, empowering reliable innovators, redefining metrics and incentives, providing facilities and creating a safe place. Innovation in educational institutions is carried out with 2 models, namely top-down models and bottom-down models. Meanwhile, the promotion of business units and educational institutions is carried out in several stages, namely: planning, organizing, actuating and controlling.

UMKM sector during the Covid-19 pandemic has had various problems. Such as, decreased sales, capital, hampered distribution, difficulties with raw materials. UMKM players have also changed their marketing orientation due to the pandemic, many UMKM players have switched to online trading to increase sales but this is not supported by the ability of UMKM players who tend to be low in using technology. This service aims to provide understanding and skills for UMKM in KHADIJAH SOUVENIR Samarinda regarding the use of social media as an effective and efficient means of product sales/promotion as a means of selling products. This activity uses a contextual approach method, namely providing theoretical material first and directly uploading products produced by KHADIJAH SOUVENIR UMKM actors. The result of this activity is the partners' understanding of marketing via social media; able to create promotions via social media independently.

In the modern era, advancements in technology and information have transformed traditional communication into digital formats. Companies leverage technology to compete and survive in a competitive environment. Social media plays a crucial role in interaction, information exchange, and collaboration, serving as a powerful business promotion tool due to its broad reach. In global marketing, companies must develop creative and adaptive strategies to utilize social media effectively. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method to identify the success factors of marketing strategies using social media in a global context. The findings indicate that global marketing strategies require a deep understanding of target markets, positioning, marketing mix, and budgeting, as well as adaptation to cultural, economic, and legal factors in the target markets.

In writing this journal, the method used is a library research method, by taking data or information from various sources such as books, notes, and research reports. The purpose of writing this journal is to provide readers with an understanding of internal employee activities, employee conflicts and their resolution. This article discusses the social phenomenon related to using Siger Lampung as one of the cultural attributes typical of the Lampung region. Currently, the use of Siger Lampung is increasingly varied, ranging from clothing, decoration, and public facilities to commercial places. Siger, which is currently more often used in the context of architecture and design, requires adjustments that some traditional and cultural figures may not approve of. This adjustment also requires a careful approach to ensure that the essence of its culture is not lost and can continue to survive. Given these obstacles and challenges, the community and government need to work together on the importance of maintaining Siger as an integral part of Lampung culture. Through support through education, promotion, and cultural initiatives, Siger can remain a symbol of recognition in this modern era. This study aims to analyze the role of Siger Lampung in preserving traditions and cultural adaptation in a multi-ethnic society. By understanding the dynamics of Siger use, this cultural symbol is expected to function as a uniform tool and collective identity in various communities.

Immunization is an effective way to prevent the spread of diseases and plays a crucial role in addressing health issues. The purpose of this study is to analyze the decline in complete basic immunization coverage in Tuatunu Village, under the Gerunggang Community Health Center. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, which clearly describes the phenomena in the community. The instruments used include observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and the researcher themselves, supported by a voice recorder from a mobile phone. The study employs methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Primary data sources were obtained through direct interviews and field observations. The research location is the Posyandu in Tuatunu Village, within the working area of the Gerunggang Community Health Center. The results of the study identified several factors contributing to the decline in immunization coverage, including socio-cultural factors, family support, and support from health workers, cadres, and community leaders. There is a need for improved services and communication between health workers and the community/Posyandu participants, as well as health promotion related to parents' understanding of the benefits of immunization.

This research aims to analyze the influence of Hedonic Shopping Motivation and Promotion on Impulse Buying and Shopping Lifestyle. The research results show that Hedonic Shopping Motivation does not have a significant influence on Impulse Buying and Shopping Lifestyle with significance values of 0.835 and 0.793 (> 0.05) respectively. On the other hand, Promotion has a significant influence on Impulse Buying and Shopping Lifestyle with significance values of 0.004 and 0.000 (< 0.05) respectively. Additionally, Impulse Buying also has a significant influence on Shopping Lifestyle with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). Path analysis reveals that the indirect influence of Hedonic Shopping Motivation is through Impulse Buying on Shopping Lifestyle is not significant, while the indirect influence of Promotion through Impulse Buying towards Shopping Lifestyle is significant. These findings emphasize the importance of promotional strategies in influencing consumer impulse shopping behavior and shopping lifestyles, and demonstrate the need for new approaches in understanding hedonic shopping motivations.

In an effort to reduce economic dependence on the oil and gas sector, the country needs to diversify through various policies such as infrastructure investment, fiscal policies that support non-oil and gas sectors, education and training for skilled labor, research and innovation, export promotion, international partnerships, wise management of natural resources, support for SMEs, public-private partnerships, and continuous evaluation. Economic diversification is considered essential to achieve sustainable economic growth and to be resilient to fluctuations in world oil prices. Oil and gas trade, non-oil and gas exports, and foreign investment play a crucial role in Indonesia's economy. Economic diversification and the development of alternative energy sources are key to mitigating the economic risks associated with oil price fluctuations. Although challenges and constraints exist, the long-term benefits of economic diversification are vital for economic stability and sustainable growth. Oil and gas trade has a significant impact on Indonesia's economy, contributing significantly to state revenues but is also vulnerable to fluctuations in oil and gas prices in the global market. Therefore, economic diversification is an important strategy to reduce the economic risks associated with dependence on the oil and gas sector. This study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics of oil and gas trade and its impact on the Indonesian economy.

Abstract  Freedom of religion is one of the fundamental human rights that is internationally recognized and regulated in various national legal instruments. Freedom of religion is an important aspect in the context of Indonesia's social and cultural diversity. This article examines the condition of religious freedom in Indonesia, the challenges faced, as well as the legal and human rights implications that accompany it. The main focus is given to the analysis of legal regulations, incidents of human rights violations in religious freedom, and efforts to protect religious rights. A multidimensional approach is used to analyze various factors that influence religious freedom, including legal, political, social and cultural aspects. challenges such as intolerance, discrimination and interreligious conflict are the main focus in this analysis. Prospects for strengthening religious freedom, including efforts to strengthen legal protection and the promotion of interfaith dialogue, should be well advanced. This research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of religious freedom in Indonesia and offer policy recommendations that can help create an inclusive and just environment for all religious communities. Thus, it is hoped that this research can make a significant contribution in advancing issues of religious freedom and strengthening the foundations of democracy and pluralism in Indonesia.

The Villa Mutiara Serpong Pondok Jagung Complex is a dynamic environment with various social activities involving all community groups. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to improve the entrepreneurial spirit of citizens through e-commerce training. The methods used include identifying needs, planning and implementing training programs, and evaluating results. The training carried out covers the basic principles of e-commerce, the implementation process, utilization of the marketplace, and use of social media for product promotion. The results show an increase in citizens' understanding and skills in e-commerce, which has the potential to improve local business development and community welfare.

The video and poster competition is a follow-up to the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) in Community Service between the Tourism Education Study Program at Indonesia University of Education (UPI) and the Tourism Study Program at Padang State University (UNP). The aim of this activity is to educate and promote sustainable tourism in the era of Society 5.0, involving active students from Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Tourism from West Java and the Greater Jakarta area. This activity is designed to turn students into agents of change in raising awareness about the importance of environmentally friendly tourism practices and supporting the sustainability of local culture. Through this competition, participants' creativity in producing promotional videos and digital posters demonstrates a significant improvement in their understanding of sustainable tourism concepts. Additionally, this activity fosters cross-sector collaboration with academics, tourism practitioners, and local governments. Thus, this initiative not only advances sustainable tourism education but also enhances innovation in the use of digital technology to convey environmental and cultural messages. This serves as an essential foundation for sustainable tourism efforts in Indonesia.

The community service, especially for UMKM, in the form of creating a sales website aims to enhance the branding of Triple's Branded UMKM and assist UMKM in understanding the use and management of websites as a current promotional media. The creation of this website goes through three main stages carried out as part of this community service, including the preparation stage which involves field studies, needs analysis, and permits, then the second stage is the implementation and design of the website, and finally the evaluation stage. The community service in creating a website for UMKM has yielded results in increasing the knowledge and skills of Triple's Branded UMKM in managing and operating the website as a promotional medium by showcasing products aimed at increasing sales.

Awareness of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) has been recognized as a key factor in the success of companies in managing risks and improving productivity. This research investigates best practices to enhance OSH awareness in the workplace and its impact on company performance. Literature review identifies that comprehensive training programs, promotion of safety culture by management, active participation of employees in OSH-related decision-making, and implementation of incentive and reward systems are effective strategies to enhance OSH awareness. These practices provide employees with a deep understanding of potential workplace risks and the importance of safe behavior. Furthermore, the promotion of safety culture by management creates a work environment where safety is prioritized. Active employee participation in OSH decision-making strengthens a positive safety culture, while the implementation of incentive systems provides additional motivation for employees to adopt safe behaviors. By implementing these strategies in combination, companies can create a safer, healthier, and more productive work environment. This research provides valuable insights for stakeholders in developing effective OSH programs and improving overall company performance.

This research aims to assess the impact of the implementation of measured marketing strategies in Pesantren Modern An Nahdliyah, particularly in increasing the number of male and female students (santri) and enhancing public awareness nationwide. The research methodology involves both quantitative and qualitative analyses, incorporating data collection from marketing campaigns, feedback from prospective students, and the evaluation of public responses. The findings indicate that the implementation of marketing strategies at Pesantren Modern An Nahdliyah has successfully achieved its objectives, leading to a significant increase in student enrollments and heightened awareness among the public. Digital media, including the official website, social media, and online advertising campaigns, proved to be effective tools in reaching the target audience. The success factors involve strong collaboration between the marketing team and the pesantren management, along with active involvement of the pesantren officials in promotional activities. However, challenges were identified in adapting to changing trends in digital marketing and increasing competition within the pesantren sector. Future opportunities lie in the development of creative content, collaboration with influencers, and the utilization of emerging technologies. Recommendations include enhancing collaboration with media outlets, optimizing online advertising campaigns, and continuous monitoring of digital marketing trends. This research contributes to a better understanding of the effectiveness of marketing strategies in religious educational institutions, with the hope that Pesantren Modern An Nahdliyah continues to thrive and becomes a nationally recognized center for education.
