In the rapidly developing digital era, technology provides opportunities and challenges for society, especially in the economic and business sectors. This study aims to review digital marketing strategies that can help the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Using qualitative research methods and literature studies, this study found that digital marketing allows MSMEs to expand market share, attract customers, and build closer relationships with consumers. Digital marketing also provides the competitive advantage and innovation needed in this era. However, MSME actors still face obstacles in understanding technology, budget, and adaptation to digital transformation. Therefore, it is important for MSMEs to conduct an in-depth analysis of business needs and challenges, and evaluate the performance of digitalization strategies to ensure business sustainability and growth.

Rowosari Village is one of the villages located in the Tembalang District of Semarang, which has abundant and diverse Natural Resources (SDA) from various sectors. Through Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the processing of natural resources contributes to economic growth and job creation. In addition, MSMEs also play an important role in driving economic activity through digital transformation. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide skills and additional knowledge needed by MSME actors. The methods used include mentoring and training in natural resource management, utilizing existing natural resource potential such as eggshells and onion skins. Furthermore, training in improving online product marketing was conducted. The result of this service activity is the enhancement of community capabilities by utilizing natural resources to boost MSME economies through digital transformation to expand market areas via online media.

Article 21 Income Tax Income Tax is one of the tax obligations that must be applied in companies. Many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have not applied proper tax treatment in running their business. This activity aims to provide accurate information to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially for Income Tax Article 21. The implementation of this community service activity is carried out using an interactive discussion approach. Therefore, ITB Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan D3 Tax Study Program implemented a Community Service program (PKM) with the activity title "Article 21 Income Tax Training for MSMEs in Lamongan". After this training, MSME actors can implement a self-assessment system, especially PPh Article 21 at the company.

This community service program aims to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through business development based on the sharia economy. MSMEs have a strategic role in the economy, but still face various challenges, especially in the application of sharia economic principles that can increase competitiveness and the desire to do business. This program is designed to improve Islamic financial literacy, introduce business contracts in accordance with sharia, and provide halal digital marketing training. The method of implementing the activity includes a participatory approach with various stages, ranging from problem identification, training, mentoring, to success evaluation. The target of the program is MSME actors in certain regions who have great potential to adopt the concept of sharia economics in their businesses. The results of this activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of sharia economics, followed by changes in business practices that are more in line with Islamic principles. Some participants began to implement sharia contracts in their transactions, access sharia financing, and take advantage of halal branding-based digital marketing. This program also found several obstacles, such as low initial understanding of the sharia economy, limited access to Islamic financial institutions, and resistance to changes in the business system. However, through intensive strategy education and support from various parties, most of these challenges can be overcome. The conclusion of this activity is that business development based on the sharia economy can be a solution for MSMEs in increasing their competitiveness in the wider market. The next program recommendations include strengthening digital-based education, increasing access to sharia capital, and establishing a sharia-based MSME community as a forum for collaboration and sustainable business development.

This community service activity aims to provide education about the use of shopping bags (totebags) from patchwork waste as an alternative to plastic bags to MSME business actors processed fish in Kampung Nelayan Desa Salira. The method used by the author in this activity begins with providing training on plastic bag waste, then also an introduction to the utilization of fabric waste that can be reused to make new products that are useful and ends with the handover of helanja bags to the business actors of processed fish MSMEs in Kampung Nelayan Desa Salira. The processed fish MSME products are in the form of payus fish amplang crackers, fish rolade, fish nuggets, fish meatballs made from fish, and in their sales require reusable shopping bags and have product selling value.

In the modern era marked by technological advances, the use of smartphones has become an important part of everyday life. This technological advancement encourages people to continue to update the way they carry out their daily activities. Smartphones make various activities easier, including long-distance communication which now feels closer thanks to sophisticated technology. This sophistication is enjoyed by various groups regardless of age or profession. The digital payment system has experienced rapid development, providing significant convenience for its users. This technology plays a strategic role in encouraging the revitalization of MSMEs by offering fast, safe, and efficient transaction solutions. In the context of developing MSME digitalization, the digital payment system not only makes it easier for business actors to manage transactions but also increases consumer convenience in shopping. With proper implementation, digital payments support the operational efficiency of MSMEs, expand market access, and accelerate the adoption of the digital ecosystem. Based on research results, the use of digital payment systems has been proven to contribute positively to the transformation of MSMEs, helping them become more competitive and able to adapt amidst changes in the increasingly digital economic landscape. This emphasizes the importance of adopting digital payment technology as an integral part of the MSME revitalization strategy. This study aims to analyze the positive impact of the use of technology, especially in online marketing, digital payment systems on the revitalization of MSMEs.

The purpose of this research is to study how personal branding and value creation impact the business performance of noodle SMEs in Bekasi City. This study uses a quantitative method by collecting data from a number of MSME actors in the area through questionnaires. According to the research, personal branding and value creation have a significant impact on the company's performance level. Strong personal branding can enhance the company's reputation, while value creation serves to provide additional relevant value to customers. The results of this research emphasize that effective personal branding and value creation strategies are crucial for supporting the sustainability and development of SMEs. The conclusions of this research can be used by entrepreneurs to create better marketing strategies.

Financial management is one of the key factors in determining the success of a company, especially for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the literature that discusses the influence of financial management practices on MSME performance, considering the role of digital technology in financial management. This study explores key aspects of financial management, such as financial planning, budget control, cash flow management, and investment, and how the application of technology can improve its efficiency and effectiveness. The results of the study show that the use of digital technology, such as cloud-based accounting applications and digital payment systems, can improve the accuracy and speed of financial management, which ultimately has a positive impact on MSME performance. This study provides important insights for MSME actors and policy makers in integrating digital technology to strengthen financial management and improve business competitiveness.

Community service activities aim to increase understanding and knowledge about digital or non-cash payment systems. This service was carried out at the MSMEs of the "Bu Yani" Grocery Store located in Karanglo, Argomulyo, Sedayu District, Bantul Regency and the MSMEs of the "Bu Ratmi" Grocery Store located in Balong, Kaligintung, Temon District, Kulon Progo Regency. The stages used in service activities are 1. Observation, 2. Presentation, 3. Training and Mentoring, 4. Evaluation. The result of this service activity is that MSME actors already understand QRIS and its benefits as an effective means of payment transactions, and the two grocery store MSMEs already have a new payment instrument with non-cash payments.

Financial statements are important documents that describe the financial condition of an organization during a certain period of time. The purpose of this study was to see how Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) are applied to the financial statements of stationery MSMEs at Dr. Soetomo University, Surabaya. This study was conducted through a qualitative descriptive approach and case studies. Data were collected from stationery MSME actors through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that most MSMEs still use simple manual recording and are not fully in accordance with SAK. This study suggests that MSME actors be trained and assisted to prepare financial statements in accordance with SAK, which will increase transparency and accountability.

Assistance with digital financial reports using the Jaraya application for culinary MSMEs aims to increase the understanding and skills of MSME players in managing financial reports in a more efficient and structured way. Culinary MSMEs often face challenges in accurate and transparent financial records, which can affect their business decisions and business growth. In this program, the Jaraya application is introduced as a practical solution to simplify the process of recording transactions and creating digital financial reports. Assistance is provided through direct training, application usage simulations, and discussions to overcome problems faced by business actors. The results of this assistance show an increase in MSME players' understanding of the importance of organized financial reports and their ability to use the Jaraya application to monitor cash flow, manage profit and loss, and make better business decisions. This program is expected to have a positive impact on more efficient financial management and support the growth of culinary MSMEs in the future.

This research examines the perceptions of MSME actors regarding the implementation of MSME tax policies in Indonesia, The aim of the research is to explore in depth the perceptions of MSME actors towards tax policy and identify the factors that influence it. The research method used is qualitative phenomenology, with data collection through in-depth interviews with MSME actors. The research results show a diversity of perceptions, ranging from positive views which see policies as supporting business formalization and opening access to financing facilities, to negative views which see them as an additional burden, especially for businesses with thin margins. Factors that influence perceptions include the level of tax knowledge, business experience, characteristics of the business sector, access to information, and the ability to utilize technology. The research conclusions emphasize the need for a more nuanced and adaptive approach in the formulation and implementation of MSME tax policy. The government needs to consider the diverse characteristics and needs of the MSME sector, increase tax education and outreach, and improve the accessibility of tax information and services. Continuous dialogue between policy makers and MSME actors is needed to develop an effective tax system in increasing state revenues and supporting the growth of the MSME sector.

The Banyumas Regency government actively supports digital transformation through training and programs that enhance the digital skills of MSME actors. Additionally, financial literacy is also deemed crucial to help MSME actors manage finances and understand essential business aspects. This article aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the conditions of MSMEs in Purwokerto and the steps that can be taken to enhance their role in the local economy.

The branch of economics called Islamic monetary policy discusses the nature, function, and impact of monetary policy in a country. Not only the supply and demand of money, this Islamic monetary emphasizes the principles of justice and brotherhood that pursue equality and create equitable distribution of wealth and income. The purpose of this research is to see how the transmission of Islamic monetary policy on the performance of MSMEs in Serang City. To stay competitive or even win the competition, an organization can evaluate its strategy in the face of an ever-changing market. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are very flexible and resilient to the economy, but they have several limitations such as financial capabilities and human resources. To gain a competitive advantage, MSMEs must be able to determine the right strategy. This research uses a descriptive approach by using observation techniques and interviews with MSME actors in Serang City. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the sharia monetary policy applied to the performance of MSMEs in Serang City is very helpful for business actors by providing access to safe capital, effective money management training, and information technology-based marketing training.

Abstract The service activity for AD Hydroponic MSMEs aims to provide assistance that emphasizes digital marketing for the development of AD Hydroponic MSMEs in Malang Regency, where AD Hydroponics is a business in agriculture, namely organic vegetable plantations. This activity was carried out by a team of assistants and the method of this research was observation and implementation based on an analysis of the situation at AD Hydroponic MSMEs. This service was carried out from October to December 2024. The results of the implementation of this assistance went well, where business actors participated and carried out the directions of the assistance team well. It is hoped that the results of this assistance can improve digital marketing skills and also encourage the growth of the AD Hydroponic business in the future.

Phenomenon in society there are still many doubts and even the inability of MSME business actors, especially to adopt or adapt information technology which is increasingly developing rapidly. Attitude, is a reflection of the perception of MSME actors towards information technology and a reflection of their entrepreneurial spirit and Marketplace, online/online marketing facilities, for entrepreneurs have an important role in achieving MSME Business performance, so this stimulates this study to determine the influence between these variables. Research using MSMEs in Gunungpati District, Semarang amounting to 556, 142 of which were taken as samples and their owners as respondents. The collected field data were then analyzed using PLS-SEM to achieve the objectives of this study. The results obtained indicate that attitudes have a significant positive impact on the performance of MSME digital businesses. Likewise, the marketplace has a positive and significant impact on the performance of MSME digital businesses.

MSMEs play an important role in the local and national economy. However, many MSMEs still face challenges in utilizing digital technology to increase sales turnover. This article reports the results of assistance activities for cassava chips MSMEs in Wanajaya Village, Cibitung District, with the aim of helping business actors utilize digital technology to market their products more widely. The methods used are socialization, training and evaluation of the use of digital platforms such as marketplaces, social media and digital marketing techniques. The results show an increase in the knowledge and skills of MSME players in digital marketing which has a direct impact on increasing sales turnover by up to 30% in the three months after the intervention.

The use of technology in economic transactions is increasing, one of which is the digital payment system known as the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). MSME players are not affected by the development of the QRIS digital payment system. However, currently not all MSMEs, especially micro businesses, have knowledge about this. Considering this phenomenon, this service activity was carried out with the aim of providing knowledge about the benefits and working procedures of QRIS in encouraging the efficiency of payment transactions. One of the micro businesses in Ambon city that has not yet used QRIS is Es Kelapa NTB. This business has quite a lot of loyal consumers but has not utilized QRIS technology, which causes a lack of knowledge about QRIS. The method of this activity begins with target identification, socialization about QRIS and monitoring and evaluation. Activities were carried out smoothly, every question about QRIS was answered in detail so as to provide knowledge and understanding of the digital payment system. It is hoped that this activity can make business actors have confidence in the security and convenience that can be provided by the QRIS digital payment system.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of wages, capital, and production volume on the income of UMKM Es Teh in Surabaya City. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. Sampling in this study used a saturated sample technique. The sample selected for this study was 40 UMKM es teh in Surabaya City. The findings revealed that wages, business capital and production volume simultaneously did not have a significant effect on income. It is hoped that this information can be input for UMKM es teh actors in determining the wages and business capital used, as well as analyzing the amount of iced tea production each day.

This study aims to test and determine the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of MSMEs in Demak Regency. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study, the author uses the population of MSME actors in Dempet District, Demak Regency in the culinary, fashion, automotive, and agribusiness sectors, totaling 282 MSMEs. Based on the sample calculation using the Slovin formula, it can be seen that the sample in this study is 165 MSMEs. The sampling technique used in this study is the probability sampling method, all elements (eg: people, households) in a population have an equal opportunity to be selected in the sample. The results of this study are that the work environment affects performance, work motivation affects performance, and work discipline affects the performance of MSMEs in Demak Regency.
