The human resources prepared by the owner of Dapur Sumba are in the form of (reliability, responsiveness and empathy). This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction. There are three hypotheses developed in this research, namely: 1) Customer quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Data collection method is through distributing questionnaires to respondents directly. The respondents in this research were Sumba Kitchen customers. The number of questionnaires distributed was 98. The test technique used uses a validity test and a reliability test. Testing the first and second hypotheses uses a simple linear regression test. The research results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction

Tourism activities have now become part of the lifestyle of people in all circles who have the desire to have a recreation in a tourist destination. So it is not surprising when the need for people to travel continues to increase. Mount Fatuleu is one of the tourist attractions in Kupang Regency which is the choice of tourists for traveling. It is undeniable that the number of visits from year to year, Mount Fatuleu Tourism Object is increasing. This study aims to analyze the effect of physical motivation, cultural motivation, personal motivation, status and position motivation on preference from Mount Fatuleu, Kupang Regency. The independent variables (X) in this study are physical motivation (X1), cultural motivation (X2), personal motivation (X3), status and position motivation (X4). Meanwhile, the stress variable in this study is preference (Y). The study population was the tourists of Mount Fatuleu, and the sampling technique used observation and questionnaires. Respondents who met the requirements were determined as many as 97 tourists who were analyzed by SPSS. The results showed that culture, personality, status and position had a simultaneous and partial effect on tourist visit decisions. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the four independent variables have an average score in the positive area.Where the highest average score is personal at 3.31 while the lowest is physical 3.20 while multiple linear regression analysis shows Y = -0.112 + 0.804X1 + 0.666X2 + 0.695X3 + 1.147X4. The coefficient of determination obtained shows 97% preference is influenced by physical, cultural, personal, status and position.

The rapid development of the tourism sector and the business sector in North Sumatra, one of which is Samosir, is a factor in the increasing demand and needs of local and foreign tourists. This research aims to analyse the business feasibility of Silimalombu Village Ecovillage. This research uses SWOT analysis to analyze the development strategy. Technical data analysis used in this research is by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis. To analyse the financial aspects, the Net Present Value, IRR and Gross B/C Ratio methods were used. While to assess other aspects, factors that are considered important in the assessment are used. The result of this research is that Silimalombu Village Ecovillage is feasible to run and develop. After being analysed using investment criteria, the results found are Gross B / C Ratio 1.69> 1, Net Benefit Cost Ratio 2.63> 1 Probitability Ratio> 1, Net Present Value, 1,682.7> IRR 34%, meaning that the Go project is feasible.

This research discusses the development of tourism in Aik Berik Village, which is located in North Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency, with a focus on Benang Stokel and Benang Kelambu Waterfalls as superior tourist attractions. Tourism in this village has a significant impact on the local community's economy, where this tourism is able to create new jobs for the community. Through community empowerment strategies such as training and digital promotion, local communities play an important role in the management and promotion of tourist destinations. However, the development of this tourism still experiences several challenges in the promotion and accessibility of other destinations. around the Mosquito Net Yarn. In the research carried out, the research used qualitative methods using an approach in the form of case studies, collecting data obtained by interviews, observation and documentation. This research also uses techniques to determine informants using purposive sampling. The main informant is the mosquito net tourism manager, the key informants are tourist motorbike taxi drivers, traders and parking attendants, and the supporting informants are tourists. The data analysis technique used is data reduction. The research results show that active community participation and cooperation between various parties have opened up new economic opportunities and improved community welfare.

Currently, social media is considered a convenient tool for facilitating product transactions. However, not all marketers possess effective strategies for promoting their products on social media. This study aims to analyze the relationship between promotion and tourists’ purchase intention toward processed carica products in the Dieng Highlands. The research was conducted from February to March 2024, involving 100 respondents and analyzed using simple linear regression. The findings reveal a significant relationship between promotion and tourists’ purchase intention toward processed carica products in the Dieng Highlands. Promotion contributed 30.5% to purchase intention, while the remaining 69.5% was influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. Carica-based MSMEs in the Dieng Highlands optimize their promotion strategies through tourist recommendations and digital marketing. They actively use social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok and market their products through e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop. These efforts aim to enhance accessibility, attract consumer interest, and expand market reach.

Lampung, a province located at the southern end of Sumatra Island, serves as a gateway for many migrants from different regions in Indonesia. However, some of the locals and tourists still face difficulties in finding the central location for souvenirs due to the  vast number of shops available. The purpose of this research is to assist tourists in finding the shortest distance to the nearest souvenir location using the Floyd Warshall algorithm. The software development method employed in this study is the Prototype, which consists of four stages, namely Communication, Quick Plan, Modeling Quick Design, Construction of Prototype, Deployment Delivery & Feedback. In the Rapid Modeling stage, the Floyd Warshall algorithm is used to determine the shortest distance for users to find the souvenir location. The result of this research is an android-based application that can provide the    nearest souvenir location with the shortest distance around the user.

The Community Service activities that have been carried out aim to improve the welfare of the people of Doplang Village by optimizing all potential, both natural resources and human resources, to be integrated into the Edupark Agricultural Plantation Tourism Object. This term was chosen because the tourist village that will be created will not only rely on natural potential but also has educational value for tourists who visit this tourist village. There are 3 solutions offered by PGRI University Semarang in the framework of overcoming the problems faced by the Doplang village community, including training in making processed tuberose flowers into healthy preservative-free food, training in MSME financial management and training in Organizational Management, Tourism Management, Tourism Management SOPs , Layout (Master Plan) of Tourist Villages. The results of this program are providing theoretical provisions related to the cultivation of tuberose plants, providing theoretical and practical provisions related to food processing from tuberose plants, providing materials and workshops related to strategies for making tourism products along with tips for their development, and providing theoretical provisions related to Tourism Law.

Traditional markets in Sidoarjo, like in many places in Indonesia, play an important role in the local economy and community life. However, the challenges of modernization and competition with modern markets have threatened the sustainability of these traditional markets. The role of entrepreneurs and market managers is key in developing traditional markets in Sidoarjo. This research aims to analyze the role of entrepreneurs and market managers in developing traditional markets in Sidoarjo. The research method used is a qualitative study with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and direct observation in the field. The research results show that entrepreneurs have a strategic role in increasing the competitiveness of traditional markets through product innovation, promotion and improving service quality. Meanwhile, market managers play an important role in organizing market governance, ensuring cleanliness, safety and comfort of visitors, as well as facilitating cooperation between sellers. By actively involving entrepreneurs and market managers in the development process, traditional markets in Sidoarjo can face the challenges of modernization and increase their attractiveness for local communities and tourists. In conclusion, close collaboration between entrepreneurs and market managers is needed to ensure the sustainability and progress of traditional markets in Sidoarjo.

Pamijahan religious tourism is a tourist attraction that is often visited by domestic tourists for pilgrimage. However, on March 2, 2020 the first case of Covid-19 occurred in Indonesia. This had an impact on community activities with the establishment of lockdown policies and travel restrictions as an effort to prevent the wider spread of Covid-19. The research method used is a qualitative method through direct observation with in-depth interviews. This research aims to examine the impact and adaptation of the community to Covid-19 in Pamijahan Village. Based on the results of the research, it is known that when the lockdown policy and travel restrictions were enforced, the economy of the community around the Pamijahan tourist attraction was almost paralyzed, because the community only relied on sources of income from the tourist attraction. However, some of them have other sources of income to fulfill their needs.

This research aims to analyze how Okura tourist park marketing communications in an effort to increase tourists' visiting decisions. The method used in this research is a qualitative method to produce descriptive data with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results, it was found that Okura Tourism Park has implemented various marketing communications to increase tourists' visiting decisions. Internet marketing is divided into social media marketing & websites, internet marketing has a big impact in attracting a wide range of visitors, social media marketing uses Instagram, Facebook, TikTok. Sales promotion is simply done by giving discounts to camping land renters and reducing the price of visiting tickets, which has an impact on attracting visitors, but its implementation cannot be done sustainably and is not well publicized. Public relations & publicity is carried out by carrying out event activities with the community and establishing relationships with external parties, and utilizing mass media and journalists who come to cover tourism for news so that it can have a significant influence in increasing visiting decisions.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of the influence of Intrapersonal Constraints, Interpersonal Constraints and Risk Attitude in increasing Travel Intention in Harau Valley Tourist Destinations. The population studies the entire society with an uncertain number. The research sample is West Sumatran tourists who know the Harau Valley Tourism Destinations and will travel as many as 150 people with the purposive sampling method. The survey method was conducted using a structured questionnaire, where respondents were asked to give their responses to experiments in Harau Valley Tourist Destinations. Covariance-based structural equation modeling (CB-SEM) is used to analyze hypothetical relationships in research models. The Indonesian Sugar Plantation Research Center (P3GI) plays a crucial role in the development of the sugar industry in Indonesia. Currently, the contribution extends not only to the sugarcane industry but also begins to branch out into the field of education by providing educational tours for the public. The educational tourism activities at the Indonesian Sugar Plantation Research Center (P3GI) not only offer tours but also include accompaniment. The main objective of this accompaniment is to enhance tourists' knowledge by accompany and educating them during their visit to P3GI. Guides will take tourists through several educational spots, including the library, museum, explant area, garden, and plantation. After the tour, tourists are invited to taste natural sugarcane juice (STA). The outcomes of the educational tourism guidance activities at the Indonesian Sugar Plantation Research Center (P3GI) have beneficial effects for all parties involved, especially tourists.

The West Java Cultural Park has become a significant focus in the development of cultural tourism in the region. This research aims to analyze the roles of the West Java Cultural Park as a future cultural tourism assets . The research method involves surveys and data analysis to understand the perceptions of local communities and tourists towards the cultural park . Findings indicate that the West Java Cultural Park has been great potential as a cultural tourism attractions with its unique artistic and cultural richness . The implication is the need for greater preservation and promotion efforts to increase tourists visits and raises awareness of the importance of West Java's cultural heritage .

The Society 5.0 era is marked by the integration of digital technology in various aspects of life, including the tourism sector. Rapid technological changes, shifting tourist trends and diverse demands from tourists require the tourism sector to adapt according to the demands of the times so that answers are needed to the challenges faced by human resources in the tourism sector in the 5.0 era. This study uses a qualitative approach with a systematic literature review method. The literature approach related to tourism HR challenges was searched comprehensively using relevant keywords in searches through various online databases. The literature selection process was carried out by considering the reputation of the journal and the recency of the publication (last 7 years) and analyzed in depth using the content analysis method. The conclusion from the research findings is that the human resource challenges in the tourism sector in the era of Society 5.0 are: employee turnover trends, developing digital skills, diversity and inclusion, adopting new technology, work-life balance and developing partnerships with educational institutions. The implication of these findings is the importance of tourism sector business actors taking strategic steps in responding to human resource challenges so that the tourism sector remains relevant to current conditions and remains competitive in the Society 5.0 era.

The city of Bandung is developing into a business center that has advantages in several fields, especially in the field of culinary tourism, which is part of the local identity and is growing rapidly. The purpose of this research is to see the potential of street food in Lengkong to increase the interest of culinary tourism in the city of Bandung. This research method is quantitative and phenomenological through field studies and using the internet as one of the means we use to get information about street food places in Lengkong as our analysis material. This study found that Lengkong street food culinary products can improve the economy of Bandung city traders quickly, because many food vloggers review various types of food in Lengkong so that many domestic and foreign tourists are curious about one of the street foods in the city of Bandung. Social media also plays an important role as a development or form of promotion to increase more tourists and advance local SMEs within the scope of the Lengkong area and develop interest in culinary tourism in the city of Bandung.

Tourism is an important sector in the economic development of a region, with tourist attractions being a key factor in attracting visitor arrivals. This study aims to analyze the influence of tourist attractions on domestic tourist visits to tourist destinations in Ciwidey, Bandung Regency. A qualitative approach was used with data collection techniques consisting of in-depth interviews and participatory observation with domestic tourists visiting Ciwidey. The results show that natural beauty, cultural uniqueness, and a variety of tourist activities are the main attractions in Ciwidey. These findings provide valuable insights for the development of tourism in Ciwidey, including preserving natural beauty, expanding tourist activity variations, and addressing challenges related to infrastructure and visitor management.

Sukomulyo Village, a village around Borobudur's Super Priority Tourism Destination, wants to develop into a tourist destination. The correct form of tourist destination is to become a tourist village. Efforts to become a tourist village are certainly a challenging thing. It is necessary to conduct research first to find out the village's potential so that it can declare it to be a tourist village because it has adequate facilities. To achieve the goal, cooperation efforts are needed between the village government and the villagers to create synergy in understanding. In addition, it is necessary to explore the potential of Sukomulyo village to determine its readiness to become a tourist village. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods through field observations and interview discussions. The purpose of this study is to describe the efforts of Sukomulyo village to become a new tourist village around the Super Priority Tourism Destination of Borobudur and produce tour packages. The results of this study show that the potential of Sukomulyo village can be designed as a strategy to become a tourist village to attract potential tourists.

This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of the number of tourists on local original income in Alor Regency, 2) the influence of tourist attractions on local original income in Alor Regency, 3) the effect of hotel occupancy rate on local original income in Alor Regency, 4) The effect of the number of tourists, tourist attractions and hotel occupancy rates in Alor Regency. The type of research used in this study is quantitative descriptive research. Data types and sources use a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of time series data with an observation period of 2011-2021. The results showed that: hypothesis First, a positive and significant influence between the number of tourists on local original income in Alor Regency as shown by a coefficient value of -894960.9, Because the calculated t value is -0.332076 < t table 1.943 with a significant value of 0.7511 > α = 0.05, then reject Ho and accept Ha. This means that if the number of tourists increases by one percent, it affects the original income of the Alor Regency area by 0.332076.Second, tourist attractions have a significant and positive effect on the original income of the region in Alor Regency, which is shown by the value of the coefficient of 4.59E + 08. The value of this coefficient is significant because the calculated value of 0.607077 < ttable 1.943 and significant 0.5660 >α = 0.05 then reject H0 and accept Ha. This means that if the tourist attraction increases by one percent, the original income of the Alorakan Regency area increases by 0.607077. Third, the hotel occupancy rate does not significantly affect the local original income, which is indicated by the coefficient value of 6.44E+09. The value of this coefficient is not significant because the calculated value, 0.624792 > ttable of 1.943 with a significant value of 0.5551 >αα = 0.05 then reject H0 and accept Ha. This means that there is no influence between hotel occupancy rates on the original income of Alor Regency. Fourth, the number of tourists, tourist attractions and hotel occupancy rates simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the original income of the Alor Regency area, which is indicated by the value of Fcalculate 53.71137 > Ftable 3.326 and a significant value of 0.038976<α = 0.05, then reject H0 and accept Ha. This means that the number of tourists, attractions and hotel occupancy rates can affect the variance in local original income by 54% and the rest is explained by other variables.

Currently, many tourist villages are emerging which are included in edutourism with a variety of tourism potential within them. It is known as an edutourism-based Creative Tourism Village because most of the tourist attraction concepts in Kerkep fall into the creative category and can add to the education of tourists, especially the tourist attraction icon of the Kerkep Creative Tourism Village, namely the Sumber Sirah water tourism. The purpose of this service is because this village is a village that has great potential in developing edutourism. For this reason, a marketing process is needed to carry out promotions that have not been fully used by partners because of the technological tools that need to be understood. This community service activity uses a presentation method, implementation method with direct visits, and discussion forums through assistance regarding digital marketing via social media. Implementation of service consists of planning, implementation and evaluation stages. The results of the service presented material by the service team about what marketing is. After the material has been presented, the participants can try to practice it accompanied by the staff. The implementation of the service carried out at the partner's location went well because the participants easily understood the marketing material without significant obstacles, thus this learning method can be utilized and can be used as an alternative to other marketing methods
