This study aims to determine the process of industrial management accounting information system in cash receipts at the North Sumatra Governor's Office, Jl. Pangeran Diponegoro No. 30, Madras Hulu, Kec. Medan Polonia, Medan City, North Sumatra, Zip Code 20152. Problem formulation: What are the advantages and disadvantages in the application of information systems. Research objectives: To find out the advantages and disadvantages in the application of accounting information systems regarding cash receipts. The data collection methods used in this study are decision techniques and direct research in the field. Technical analysis used is the description method, which is a method carried out by analyzing those related to cash receipts.

Investment is a benchmark for whether a country can be said to have a good or low level of economic growth. The rate of investment affects the level of state welfare because investment encourages the state to create production to fulfill state affairs and the nation's welfare. Investment policy also has a positive role in reducing poverty and unemployment, because economic growth depends on high savings and investment. If savings and investment are low then the economic growth of society and the country will also be low. To achieve the goal of realizing the vision and mission or objectives of the One Stop Integrated Investment and Services Agency (DPMPTSP) itself, an appropriate promotional strategic work plan is needed to be considered by the regional government, so that investment in North Sumatra increases. Various activities have not had a significant impact in increasing investment, the increase in promotional activities carried out is not in line with the increase in investment value. The research technique used in this research can be a subjective expressive qualitative strategy, in the form of specific information in terms of words that match the characteristics subjective approach. Qualitative is collecting important and additional information through perception, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the North Sumatra Provincial Government has implemented an investment strategy, improved the quality and skills of the community through training, and carried out comprehensive investment promotion activities (such as holding seminars and investment forum meetings) at home and abroad. Accelerate infrastructure development and support regional investment development. Distribution of Capital Investment; Focus on Food, Infrastructure and Energy Development; Environmentally sound investment (green investment) Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Cooperatives (UMKMK); Providing facilities, convenience and investment incentives; and Investment Promotion. A conducive and competitive investment climate.    

Any organization that adheres to established standard operating procedures, whether a business organization or a public institution, rewards good performance. The success of an organization depends on measuring its financial performance. The purpose of this research is to find out how value for money is in evaluating financial performance. The accountability report of the North Sumatra provincial government is used as secondary data in this research, which uses descriptive methodology with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques include documentation methods. The results of this research show that the company's financial performance in 2022 is good in terms of Economic Ratios and Efficiency Ratios, but the Effectiveness Ratio cannot yet be considered effective performance.

Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. This study aims to determine the Analysis of the Effect of Customer Trust on the Decision to Use Mobile Banking Through Perceived Risk as an Intervening Variable (Case Study on Mobile Banking Application Users at UIN North Sumatra Students). This study uses a quantitative approach. In this study, a questionnaire was used to collect data, and 100 students at UIN Sumatra Utara were selected as a sample using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this research is quantitative data analysis. Statistical tests known as the T-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination R2 are all components of this analysis, as are the path analysis tests. Based on the research analysis, it can be concluded that customer trust has a positive and significant effect on perceived risk, customer trust has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use, perceived risk has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use, customer trust has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use through perceived risk as intervening variable. This means that a high perceived risk in accordance with customer trust will lead to a high decision to use the mobile banking application. This result is important for Islamic banking to minimize the risks that will be felt. Through breakthroughs to improve the security of the mobile banking system, thereby maintaining customer trust which will have an impact on the decision to use mobile banking services.

The background of this research is the perception of the people of Bagot Village towards Bagot Tourism Village in Samosir Regency which started from the problem that Bagot Village has not been optimized to become a tourism village. And the purpose of this study was to find out how the people of Bagot Village perceive Bagot Tourism Village in Samosir Regency. There are 3 (three) indicators that are seen, namely cognitive, affective, and conative. This type of research is descriptive qualitative data by determining the sample using purposive sampling. The informants of this study were 8 (eight) people. Data collection techniques in research using observation, interviews and documentation. Qualitative data analysis techniques using three ways, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The research results show that 1). community knowledge of the tourist village, where the community can understand and know the conditions around the tourist village and the problems that occur in the tourist village. 2). From an affective perspective, the people who have been interviewed have responses that show a good attitude towards tourist villages, and 3). From a conative perspective, the community has shown concern for the tourist village, but according to the observations of researchers, the actions taken by the community are only for their own or personal interests.

This journal examines the halalness of one of Medan's culinary specialties, namely Mie Gonak. Mie Gomak is a type of typical Medan culinary food which is famous for its delicacy. Included in the type of processed food in the form of typical Medan noodles combined with processed Italian noodles. These foodstuffs are relatively cheap, so they are in great demand by the lower middle class, especially the young. From there, the idea emerged to make a business breakthrough in the form of culinary food, namely Mie Gomak, whose target market is almost all people. This culinary specialty of Mie Gomak Medan will be packaged simply in an attractive package, does not require too much space, and is easy to manufacture and sell. Buyers only buy, then can take it to another place to consume it. This business is easy, simple and does not really require large capital, so anyone can do it. And this culinary includes food that is halal for consumption, because in terms of the ingredients, everything is halal.    

This study aims to determine the process of developing and feasibility of pocket book teaching materials on poetry writing skills based on the environment and local culture developed for class X students of SMA N 17 Medan. The subjects in this study were validators and students and the object of this study was a pocket book entitled "Writing Poetry Based on North Sumatra's Environment and Culture". The research method used is the research and development (R&D) method with the Borg and Gall model. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the validation data for the development of pocket book materials was very feasible to use. After calculating the feasibility percentage of the pocket book, the range is 81% - 100% with very feasible criteria. So it is concluded that the material developed in the form of a pocket book is very suitable to be used as a book to support students in the learning process.

Studyin the form of the best MARS model obtained from the piecewise-cubic model andThe level of importance of the predictor variables to the best modelobtained significantly affect the Growth Rate of Domestic ProductsGross Regional by Business Field in North Sumatra.

Communication becomes very important in people's lives, because with indirect communication we can understand the attitudes, behaviors and actions of the environment around us. Communication that occurs between the Batak and Javanese tribes that occurs is called intercultural communication which involves two or more people with different cultural backgrounds. Communication and interaction between Batak and Javanese tribes in Environment II Untemanis is intertwined with the process of understanding each other's differences. This study is intended to determine the pattern of intercultural communication between Batak and Javanese tribes in Environment II Untemanis, Losung Batu Village, North Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan Regency, North Sumatra. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study amounted to 14 informants determined purposively, consisting of the head of ligkungan II Untemanis, traditional leaders / hatobangon, and Batak and Javanese people who were at least domiciled for 3-4 years. Data collection is carried out by interview, observation and documentation techniques. In analyzing data, this study uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study show that communities in Environment II Untemanis coexist harmoniously through a process of adjustment and then accept each other's differences. In the process of communication and interaction these two tribes use mixed languages, namely Batak, Javanese and Indonesian. Despite having different cultural backgrounds, Batak and Javanese people in this environment live without any discrimination. The existence of high tolerance in Environment II Untemanis makes community life harmonious and open to each other. The pattern of communication that occurs between the Batak and Javanese tribes in this environment is a circular pattern. The creation of a circular pattern that indicates a reciprocal process due to supporting factors, namely the ability to communicate, mutual acceptance and respect between cultures, and the adaptability of the Batak and Javanese people.

This article discusses the use of the online database provided by UIN SU Library as a source of information for users. Utilization of online databases can provide several advantages for users, such as easy and fast access to various sources of information, flexibility to access databases from anywhere and anytime, and the availability of complete and up-to-date information resources. The online database of UIN SU Library includes various types of information sources, such as electronic books, electronic journals, theses, dissertations, and other digital collections. Research objectives in abstract journals utilizing online databases may vary depending on the focus and scope of the research being conducted. However, some of the general goals of online database utilization research are to understand users' use of online databases, evaluate the quality and effectiveness of online databases, and increase the use of online databases for specific purposes. The research methodology in the abstract of online database utilization journals usually includes several stages, namely identification of research objectives, data collection, analysis of database use, evaluation of database quality and interpretation of results.

This study aims to determine the development of the Mangupa oral tradition among the people of North Sumatra. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the Mangupa oral tradition is still being preserved by the people of North Sumatra even though it has undergone several changes. Several factors that influence the development of this tradition include social, economic, and cultural factors. In addition, the support from the government and educational institutions also plays a very important role in maintaining the continuity of the Mangupa oral tradition.

Economic development is one of the important goals to be achieved by a country. Because basically economic development is an effort and policy with the aim of expanding employment opportunities, raising the standard of living of the people, and improving the regional regional economy. Gross Regional Domestic Product is an indicator that can be used to see economic growth in a region. North Sumatra's GRDP growth rate recorded in the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sumatra has fluctuated. One way to find out if GRDP has increased or decreased is to use forecasting. In various fields, forecasting systems are needed that must be accurate to anticipate future events. One of the methods used is regression analysis, including polynomial and exponential regression, the data used is North Sumatra GRDP Growth Rate data from 2011 to 2021 where the X variable is the year and the Y variable is the GRDP growth rate each quarter, and the best method will be determined in this research. From the results obtained using the help of the Matlab application, the best forecasting model is by looking at the MSE which is close to zero where the MSE values are regression, namely: 1st Order Polynomial (MSE: 1.98e-05); Order 2 Polynomial (MSE: 0.0023); Order 3 Polynomial (MSE: 1.85e-04); Order 4 Polynomial (MSE: 12.65); Order 5 polynomial (MSE: 8.66); Exponential (MSE: 0.2447).

The Mangongkal Holi tradition which is carried out at each event makes the writer interested in researching it because in its implementation there are symbols and behaviors/activities that are interconnected and have their own meaning. What is the importance of the Mangongkal Holi tradition for the Toba Batak people so that this tradition must be carried out. This study uses descriptive analysis with qualitative research, which emphasizes the perspectives, ways of life, tastes or expressions of emotions and beliefs from the people studied regarding the problems studied which are also data. In this study the authors used a descriptive research method with a qualitative method. Therefore, the research subjects were traditional leaders, families who carry out the Mangongkal Holi ceremony, and local residents in North Sumatra. And the object of this research is the symbolic meaning of the Mangongkal Holi ceremony for the Toba Batak people in North Sumatra. Purposive sampling technique used to take informants.

Rengginang adalah salah satu makanan yang terbuat dari bahan tradisional indonesia yaitu singkong atau sering kita kenal dengan ubi kayu, yang umumnya rengginang ini berbentuk lingkaran dengan ukuran tertentu, terasa gurih, dan memiliki tekstur yang renyah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini adalah metode kualitatif, jenis penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan berupa gambaran-gambaran umum strategi pemasaran dan proses pembuatan rengginang di Desa Bukit Mas Kecamatan Stabat Kabupaten Langkat, Sumatera Utara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran dan proses pembuatan rengginang di Desa Bukit Mas. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan kajian, penelitian, dan wawancara dengan rumusan masalah 1) Bagaimana strategi pemasaran rengginang yang dilakukan oleh pemilik pabrik, 2) Bagaiman cara pembuatan rengginang yang sesuai dengan proses yang ditekuni sejak lama oleh pemilik pabrik. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pemasaran Renggiang yang telah diterapkan oleh Bapak Warman dengan menawarkan produk rengginang ke warung-warung, mini market dan juga target besar beliau dalam pemasaran yaitu mengirimkan atau menjual hasil produksi rengginang ini ke luar provinsi seperti ke Provinsi Aceh, sehingga bisnis ini bisa terjalankan dengan baik.

Macroeconomics is the study of economic activity in a country. Macroeconomic indicators are inflation, unemployment, and economic growth. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of unemployment and inflation on economic growth in North Sumatra. This study uses the multiple regression method where the data is taken from 1998-2022 per semester. Finally, this study only shows that unemployment has a significant effect on economic growth, while inflation has no significant effect on economic growth.

Poverty is a problem in a complex and multidimensional economy. Therefore it is necessary to find a solution to overcome or at least reduce the level of poverty. This study aims to analyze the effect of the level of economic growth on the level of poverty in the province of North Sumatra. The author uses library research instruments, documentation studies, internet browsing, where the data taken is secondary data from related agencies, especially the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sumatra, and in analyzing the data using a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of data processing show that economic growth has a negative and significant effect on poverty rates in the province of North Sumatra.

This study aims to find out how the Planning and Control of the Markombur Program at TVRI North Sumatra, this research uses qualitative methods, namely by observation to direct interviews at the research location. TVRI no longer fully uses conventional media but has utilized various online media such as YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and others. By utilizing this media, the program is more attractive to viewers who have implemented a shift in technology. For this reason, this study discusses starting from production planning, program control, to production stages.
