Nutritional knowledge is knowledge about food and nutrients, sources of nutrients in food, food that is safe to consume so that it does not cause disease and how to process food properly so that the nutrients in food are not lost and how to live healthily. One of the factors that influences eating patterns is the level of nutritional knowledge. A person's level of nutritional knowledge influences eating behavior in choosing food which determines whether it is easy for a person to understand the benefits of the nutritional content of the food consumed. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between nutritional knowledge and instant noodle eating patterns among Papuan students at Halu Oleo University. This research uses quantitative research and the type of research is observational analytics with a cross sectional design. The results showed that the majority of respondents had a poor level of nutritional knowledge (75%), while only 25% of respondents had high nutritional knowledge. This shows that even though students are in a higher education environment, their knowledge about nutrition still needs to be improved. Most respondents (52%) consume instant noodles 2-3 times a week, with the main reasons being ease of preparation (65%) and affordable price (20%). This consumption is more dominant among students who live in boarding houses or dormitories compared to those who live with their families. It is hoped that this research will be useful for subjects to balance their eating patterns and have self-control because the majority of subjects have uncontrolled eating patterns due to living in boarding houses or dormitories so that their body health continues to be maintained. Apart from that, subjects can also pay more attention to nutritional balance in consuming food in order to achieve optimal nutritional status.

The formation of a strong identity is a complex process involving the harmonisation of cognitive, affective and conative aspects within the individual. This research aims to examine how the concept of ‘cipta, rasa, karsa, and self-control’ in Javanese philosophy can be a relevant framework in building a strong identity in the modern era. Through literature study and qualitative analysis, this research reveals that ‘cipta’ refers to the ability to think critically and creatively, ‘rasa’ is related to emotional intelligence and empathy, ‘karsa’ refers to the will and goal-oriented actions, and ‘self-control’ relates to the ability to regulate emotions, thoughts, and behaviour. These four aspects are interrelated and mutually reinforcing in forming the foundation of a strong identity. The results of the study show that the integration of creation, rasa, karsa, and self-control can equip individuals with high adaptability, strong resilience, and solid moral values. Fine arts learning in elementary schools has an important role in developing students' creativity and artistic spirit. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in shaping the artistic spirit of elementary school students. This research uses a quasi-experimental design with an experimental group that applies CTL learning and a control group that uses conventional learning methods. The research subjects were students, and the data collection instruments included a drawing test, observation, and questionnaire. To compare the learning outcomes of both groups, the data were analyzed using t-test. The results showed significant differences between the experimental and control groups. Students who followed CTL learning showed improvement in creativity, self-expression, and understanding of fine art concepts compared to the control group. The findings indicate that CTL learning is effective in shaping students' artistic spirit, giving them the opportunity to connect learning materials with daily life through various interesting and challenging activities, which encourage them to think critically, creatively, and collaboratively. Background: Hypertension is a common condition in primary health care, affecting approximately 25% of the adult population and more than 50% of those aged over 65 years. As the "silent killer of hypertension", it can cause stroke, which is a major cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. This study aims to detect early signs of stroke using the BE-FAST method in the elderly in Karangasem, Bali, and to spread the effectiveness of this method in reducing the risk of stroke. Method: This community-based education program uses the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling) approach. A total of 79 elderly participants were recruited and underwent health examinations, including blood pressure measurements and the BE-FAST screening test. The BE-FAST method assesses balance, eyes, face, arms, speech, and timing to identify early signs of stroke. Results: The results showed that 55.7% of participants had hypertension, and 67.1% had difficulty moving their legs and arms on one side of their body. Additionally, 36.7% had difficulty opening their eyes or experienced vision problems, and 32.9% experienced facial weakness or numbness. The BE-FAST method is effective in detecting early signs of stroke, with a sensitivity of 92%. Conclusion: This study highlights the importance of early detection of stroke using the BE-FAST method in the elderly population. The research results show that this method is effective in identifying early signs of stroke and can be easily taught and applied in the community. Application of this method can reduce the risk of stroke and associated morbidity and mortality.

Entering adolescence in general is the age where a child is in a very pleasant position because this age is closely related to puberty, where a child begins to have their own idols and hobbies, this causes a child to often be in a superior position to his age friends and others. Children at this age are more likely to imitate their idols and easily follow current developments. From this we can examine the need for mentoring teenage children so that they do not easily fall or be eroded by developments over time, because this has many positive and negative influences. From this, researchers were moved to make a dedication because many teenage children lack parental supervision and are influenced by negative things, so it is more or less necessary to provide Islamic studies so that it becomes the basis for teenagers to act and behave in society. Community service is carried out by researchers using qualitative methods based on field observations and direct interviews in the Wanatirta area in order to produce appropriate results that can be used as guidelines and references for the wider community and are useful. Some of the main results that researchers can conclude include: the importance of moral education, morals, the role of family, society, spiritual and religious education, self-control, emotional management and critical education, creativity and balanced character development between the worldly and the everyday. Student character development is one of the main goals of education, especially in madrasas based on Islamic teachings. However, there are still many students who have difficulty internalizing Islamic values in their daily lives. This is influenced by a lack of spiritual understanding, weak self-control, and less than optimal guidance methods. Islamic counseling, which is based on the principles of the Qur'an and Hadith, is a relevant holistic approach to strengthen students' Islamic character through the cultivation of spiritual, intellectual, and social values. This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic counseling on students' character building in madrasah, identify the most affected character aspects, and provide recommendations for integrating Islamic counseling services into the Guidance and Counseling program. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research involved in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Data were collected from students, guidance teachers, and homeroom teachers to explore the experience and impact of Islamic counseling on students' characters, such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, and empathy.
