The development of the times influences the education system, including the curriculum, which serves as the foundation for achieving educational goals. This article discusses the importance of the curriculum in enhancing the quality of education, particularly in Islamic Education (PAI), as well as how the curriculum is designed to address societal challenges and student needs. This research employs a qualitative approach and descriptive methods to gather information related to curriculum development, which consists of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The curriculum is dynamic and contextual, emphasizing the involvement of relevant parties in adjustments according to social and cultural conditions. The article also explains the design of educational programs, which includes objectives, content, learning experiences, and evaluation, as well as the principles that must be adhered to in curriculum design. Thus, the role of teachers as educators and implementers of the curriculum significantly impacts the quality of learning, making the collaboration between education policy and field practice a key factor in achieving educational success.

Anchovies are widely consumed by the lower middle class, it turns out to be one of the best sources of calcium. The greatest calcium requirement occurs during growth and calcium is still needed even though it has reached adulthood to prevent osteoporosis. According to Hendradi (2009) anchovies are a source of calcium that is resistant and not easily dissolved in water. Anchovies are very good as a source of calcium that is cheap and easy to obtain. The development of the anchovy industry in empowering the economy of the Padelegan village community means that increasing the independence and welfare of the Padelegan village community is one of them through economic empowerment in the village in the digitalization era. Thematic KKN Group 05 Madura University activities carried out the development of the anchovy industry in empowering the economy of the Padelegan village community for one month with 11 work programs. This article was written using a qualitative study method with a descriptive approach.

This community service aims to empower the Dasawisma Women's Group of Nyama Preparation Village, Maluku Barat Daya Regency, through training in making mustard sticks as a product innovation based on local agricultural products. The problems faced are the low utilisation of mustard harvest which leads to low selling prices and limited product innovation skills. The method used was a participatory approach with hands-on experience-based training techniques. The training includes the process of making mustard sticks, starting from the selection of ingredients, processing, to product packaging. The results showed that the Dasawisma women's group succeeded in improving their skills in processing mustard into value-added products. The emergence of local leaders and the creation of solidarity between group members are also positive impacts of this training. The programme provided new economic opportunities for the group, as well as introducing mustard stick products to the local market. In conclusion, this service successfully empowered the community through local product innovation and formed a new working structure that is more organised and sustainable.

In this era, many people in Plosokandang Village have not utilized digital technology, even though small businesses play an important role in economic development. One example is Mr. Imin's tofu business. Through a community empowerment program for MSME owners in Plosokandang Village, Tulungagung Regency, entrepreneurs now have more insight into marketing, both offline and through social media such as Facebook. Social media helps them reach a wider range of consumers and meet market demand. The utilization of digital technology allows direct interaction with consumers, obtaining feedback, and adjusting products and marketing strategies. This program is expected to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in the domestic market while supporting the sustainable strengthening of the community economy. With new skills, MSME owners are expected to be more proactive in facing the challenges of the digital era and support regional economic growth.s

Bullying at school is a social problem that has a serious impact, both physically and mentally on students. At MTsN 1 Bekasi City, efforts have been made to prevent bullying through various anti-bullying educational programs, such as introducing the types of bullying, managing emotions, and career preparation. However, innovation is still needed to make anti-bullying educational programs more attractive to students. One potential innovation is the development of interactive educational video-based learning media to increase students' understanding of bullying and encourage student’s active participation in creating a safe and comfortable school environment. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model, which includes five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. In the analysis stage, information is collected through field studies and literature studies to identify student’s needs. Next, at the design stage, media design is carried out to facilitate the production of learning media.  The development stage is carried out by realizing the designs that have been designed into interactive video products. The final stage is evaluation, where the media is validated by three material experts and three media experts to assess the suitability of the product. The results of the study indicate that the developed interactive video is highly feasible for use based on validation from experts. The assessment by the media expert resulted in an Aiken index value of 0.8, which falls into the high validity category, while the assessment by the content expert resulted in an Aiken index value of 0.9, which falls into the high validity category.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan tari kreasi sebagai media pengembangan kecerdasan kinestetik anak usia dini di TK Negeri Pembina Lubuk Pakam. Tari kreasi dipilih karena relevan dalam meningkatkan motorik kasar, koordinasi, dan kreativitas anak. Metode evaluasi menggunakan model CIPP yang mencakup konteks, input, proses, dan produk, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan tari kreasi telah membantu anak dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar dan halus, serta membangun kepercayaan diri dan kreativitas. Namun, ditemukan kendala seperti keterbatasan fasilitas dan kurangnya dukungan program dari orang tua. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya optimalisasi fasilitas pendukung dan peningkatan kompetensi guru untuk memastikan keberhasilan program. Dengan demikian, tari kreasi terbukti menjadi sarana yang efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan kinestetik anak usia dini serta memperkaya pengalaman belajar mereka di lingkungan pendidikan.

Peningkatan jumlah usaha mikro dan kecil sektor makanan dan minuman di Kota Palangka Raya membutuhkan dukungan baik dalam bentuk pemodalan maupun pendampingan pengembangan produk dan pelaporan administratif. Penting bagi Perguruan Tinggi turut serta dalam mendukung pendampingan pengembangan usaha dan juga administratif. Fenomena usaha kecil dan mikro saat ini administratif dalam bentuk laporan keuangan kurang dimiliki. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam mengakses pembiayaan tambahan dan menjalin kerja sama dengan pemasok atau mitra bisnis. FINANCENICE merupakan aplikasi berbasis Excel sederhana yang dirancang dan dikembangkan oleh Mahasiswa Universitas Palangka Raya. Dengan tujuan memenuhi unsur ease of use dan usefullness pengembangan FINANCENICE  melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa, dan pelaku usaha dalam prosesnya. Aplikasi ini telah di uji cobakan dalam program PKM di Asmin Seafood Cafe, Palangka Raya berupa pra-test review dan post test review.

Economic independence is an important factor in improving community welfare, especially for youth in rural areas. Cibatu village, which has abundant human resource potential, faces challenges in the form of low youth access to skills that can be used as a source of income. This screen printing training and development program aims to increase the economic independence of Cibatu village youth by providing practical skills in the field of screen printing on textile media. The program implementation method includes theoretical and practical screen printing training, starting from the screen printing process to final production. The results of this training show an increase in participants' skills and higher motivation to start a screen printing business independently. Thus, this screen printing training and development is one of the strategic solutions in encouraging the economic independence of youth in Cibatu Village, which in turn contributes to improving community welfare

Andri Andriana Syatfle, Nim 148320719008 "DEVELOPMENT OF AN ELECTRONIC BOOK (E-BOOK) FOR EMERGENCY FIRST AID (PPGD) CLIMBING INJURY RISKS FOR UKM PA UNIMUDA SORONG EARTHQUAKE". Information Technology Education Study Program, Faculty of Exact Education, Muhammadiyah University of Education (UNIMUDA) Sorong. This research aims to develop learning media in the form of e-books which can be used as a varied learning media on Emergency First Aid (PPGD) material in the UNIMUDA Sorong Earthquake PA UKM. With this e-book learning media, Mapala Bumi members are more interested and active in learning. The research carried out by the author used the Addie model research and development (R&D) method in seven stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, product design revision, product testing and product revision. Learning media in the form of e-books, the material that has been developed has been tested through a media validation questionnaire with an average assessment of 81.25% categorized as very feasible, the first material validation questionnaire with an average assessment of 97.5% categorized as very feasible, and a questionnaire second material validation with an average assessment of 75%, small group trials with an average assessment of 86.3% which were declared very feasible, and large group trials namely: large group trials which obtained an average assessment of 94 .5% is categorized as very feasible. This shows that the media is suitable for use in the learning process.

Construction management is vital for coordinating and overseeing projects to ensure alignment with planned objectives. Factors such as time, cost, and quality demand strict control, as discrepancies between initial plans and actual execution can cause significant challenges. In ship construction, delays in material execution and delivery are frequent bottlenecks, leading to schedule disruptions and negatively affecting project outcomes. Addressing these issues requires effective management and robust risk mitigation strategies. This study proposes a web-based ship construction project monitoring system using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The system is developed using Extreme Programming (XP), an agile methodology that emphasizes iterative improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and adaptability. XP practices, including test-driven development, pair programming, and continuous integration, ensure the system is reliable, adaptive, and responsive to evolving user needs. Frequent stakeholder feedback and incremental development cycles enable the system to tackle dynamic challenges, optimize resource utilization, and ensure timely project delivery. By incorporating XP principles, this study demonstrates the potential of agile methodologies to enhance construction project management. The resulting system provides a flexible and efficient solution for mitigating delays and improving the overall success of ship construction projects.

This research examines the impact of development on teacher performance, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating variable at SMK Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi. The approach used in this research is quantitative, and data collection was done through questionnaires from 58 teachers. The findings indicate that development has a positive impact on teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Job satisfaction also plays a significant role in enhancing teacher performance. This study showed that with proper designs, the development programs improve job satisfaction and motivational levels among the teachers. Development of training, adequate reward, and appropriate job variation may improve the state of affairs for increasing satisfaction and teacher productivity. All this was hoped to become inputs into the human resource management aspect of educational institutions.

ABSTRACT In the digital era, technological advancements have transformed the coaching landscape, requiring coaches to develop more adaptive and innovative skills. This research discusses various innovative approaches that can be used to enhance coaches' competencies, particularly through the utilization of technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and e-learning platforms. The focus of this research is on how technology can enhance training effectiveness, program personalization, and better communication between coaches and athletes. Although technology offers many benefits, this research also highlights the challenges faced, including issues of digital literacy and the balance between personal interaction and the use of digital tools. With the wise adoption of technology, coaches can enhance training quality and optimize athlete performance amidst the increasingly complex changes in the sports environment. ABSTRAK Di era digital, perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah lanskap kepelatihan, menuntut pelatih untuk mengembangkan keterampilan yang lebih adaptif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini membahas berbagai pendekatan inovatif yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pelatih, terutama melalui pemanfaatan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), big data, dan platform e-learning. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana teknologi dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan, personalisasi program, serta komunikasi yang lebih baik antara pelatih dan atlet. Meskipun teknologi menawarkan banyak manfaat, penelitian ini juga menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi, termasuk masalah literasi digital dan keseimbangan antara interaksi personal dengan penggunaan alat digital. Dengan adopsi teknologi yang bijaksana, pelatih dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan dan mengoptimalkan performa atlet di tengah perubahan lingkungan olahraga yang semakin kompleks.

This research discusses the importance of talent management as a key element in improving employee performance and maintaining an organization's competitive advantage. Using a literature review approach, this research examines theory and empirical results that are relevant to understanding the impact of talent management on company productivity and competitiveness. The analysis results show that talent management makes a positive contribution to improving the quality of recruitment, employee retention and work productivity through training, career development and mentoring programs. Research also finds a significant relationship between talent management and the creation of unique organizational capabilities that are difficult for competitors to imitate.

ABSTRACT This article discusses curriculum innovation and literacy from the perspective of two Indonesian education ministers, Muhadjir Efendi and Nadiem Makarim, who brought significant changes to the Indonesian education system. Muhadjir Efendi introduced the full day school program and zoning policy, which sparked pros and cons among the community regarding its implementation. On the other hand, Nadiem Makarim introduced the concept of Merdeka Belajar which focuses on independent learning and developing student character through National Examination reform, Minimum Competency Assessment, simplification of RPP, and flexibility in admitting new students (PPDB). This article explores how the policies of the two ministers seek to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, although they still face challenges in implementation and acceptance by society. ABSTRAK Artikel ini membahas inovasi dan literasi kurikulum dalam perspektif dua menteri pendidikan Indonesia, Muhadjir Efendi dan Nadiem Makarim, yang membawa perubahan signifikan dalam sistem pendidikan Indonesia. Muhadjir Efendi memperkenalkan program full day school dan kebijakan zonasi, yang memicu pro dan kontra di kalangan masyarakat terkait penerapannya. Di sisi lain, Nadiem Makarim memperkenalkan konsep Merdeka Belajar yang berfokus pada pembelajaran mandiri dan pengembangan karakter siswa melalui reformasi Ujian Nasional, Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum, penyederhanaan RPP, dan fleksibilitas dalam penerimaan siswa baru (PPDB). Artikel ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana kebijakan kedua menteri tersebut berupaya untuk memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia, meskipun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam implementasi dan penerimaannya oleh masyarakat.

Mastering technology is essential in the digital age, particularly for building programming skills. However, a lack of access to good learning materials and adaptable learning systems remains a major challenge. This research intends to create a digital-based coding course platform that effectively and efficiently supports technical learning. To provide the best learning experience, the platform includes different features such as organized learning materials, hands-on exercises, and automated evaluations. The development methods used include analyzing user needs and implementing modern web technologies. Testing results indicate that the platform can enhance users' grasp of coding concepts and encourage them to keep learning. The platform is anticipated to offer innovative solutions for technology education for various groups, from students to professionals.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran kreatif dan inovatif pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 068877 Medan Perjuangan. Fokus penelitian meliputi metode pembelajaran, media yang digunakan, dan dampaknya terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan penelitian dokumen. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menerapkan pembelajaran kreatif melalui penggunaan alat bantu visual, strategi berbasis proyek, dan pembelajaran kolaboratif secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Selain itu, inovasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital seperti aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif dan media berbasis video berhasil meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Namun penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan beberapa tantangan, antara lain: B. Terbatasnya akses terhadap sumber daya teknologi dan perlunya pelatihan guru untuk menunjang kreativitas pembelajaran. Studi ini merekomendasikan pengembangan program pelatihan guru yang mengintegrasikan teknologi, peningkatan kesempatan pembelajaran berbasis digital, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap efektivitas metode pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dasar di Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran abad ke-21.

Pendidikan non formal tertera dalam UU RI no2 tahun 2003 tentang SISDIKNAS pada pasal 26: ayat (3, 4, dan 6) yang berbunyi : ayat ( 3) Pendidikan non formal meliputi pendidikan kecakapan hidup, pendidikan anak usia dini, pendidikan kepemudaan, pendidikan pemberdayaan perempuan, pendidikan keaksaraan, pendidikan keterampilan dan pelatihan kerja, pendidikan kesetaraan, serta pendidikan lain yang ditujukan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan peserta didik.”, ayat (4) “Satuan pendidikan non formal terdiri atas lembaga ku rsus, lembaga pelatihan, kelompok belajar, pusat kegiatan belajar masyarakat, dan majelis taklim serta satuan pendidikan yang sejenis.:,  dan ayat (6) “Hasil pendidikan non formal dapat dihargai setara dengan hasil program pendidikan formal setelah melalui proses penilaian penyetaraan oleh lembaga yang ditunjuk oleh pemerintah atau pemerintah daerah dengan mengacu pada standar nasional penilaian.”. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik peserta didik non formal yang ada Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi program manasik haji di TK Swasta Al-Muttaqien menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) untuk menilai relevansi, sumber daya, proses, dan dampak program terhadap anak usia dini. Program ini dirancang untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai agama Islam melalui simulasi ibadah haji yang edukatif dan menyenangkan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa program ini memberikan dampak positif pada perkembangan spiritual dan karakter Islami anak, seperti kesabaran, kerja sama, dan kepatuhan. Namun, terdapat kendala berupa kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua dan keterbatasan fasilitas pendukung. Implikasi penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan partisipasi orang tua, dukungan yayasan, pengembangan fasilitas, dan inovasi metode pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan keberlanjutan program manasik haji sebagai sarana pendidikan agama yang efektif bagi anak usia dini.

Currently, the Amikom University Purwokerto student portal is still not equipped with a student data search feature that can make it easier to access related information. The unavailability of this feature can provide significant obstacles to various students' daily activities, especially in activities such as academic research, collaborative group work across study programs, and interactions between departments. The aim of this research is to apply the TOGAF framework which is expected to be able to help identify the root of the problem and provide a more comprehensive, systematic and effective solution in an effort to improve the functionality of this portal, so that it can better support students' academic needs. This research uses the TOGAF method which includes Understanding Business Context, Vision Architecture, Definition Architecture, and Transition Architecture. The result of this research is a flowchart design for the student data search feature which was created and analyzed using the Bizagi Modeler application which was compared between the design and the current process. Based on the results, it shows that the design of the student data search flow through Student Amikom Purwokerto is much faster and more efficient because the data search time is reduced from 40 minutes to 3 minutes.  

In an era of increasingly intense business competition, the quality of human resources (HR) plays an important role in determining the success of the company. This research explores the impact of HR training and development on improving employee productivity as a strategic step to create a competitive advantage. Training is designed to strengthen employees' technical capabilities, while development aims to increase their intellectual and emotional capacity to face future challenges. The research findings show that well-designed training and development programs not only improve skills, but also increase employee motivation, satisfaction and loyalty. This in turn has a positive impact on work productivity and company competitiveness. This research uses a literature study approach by reviewing various literatures to understand the relationship between training, development and productivity. The results are expected to be a reference for companies in designing sustainable HR management strategies.
