Digital transformation in healthcare services is a strategic approach to improve access, efficiency, and service quality, particularly within Indonesia’s National Health Insurance (JKN) system. BPJS Kesehatan has introduced an online queue feature through the Mobile JKN application to minimize manual queuing and reduce waiting times in outpatient services. However, despite the widespread ownership of the application, its actual utilization for online queuing remains relatively low, including in a regional public hospital (RSUD) in West Bandung. This condition reflects a gap between the availability of digital health technology and patients’ actual usage behavior, highlighting the need to examine factors influencing adoption. This study aims to analyze the effects of perceived ease of use, social influence, and facilitating conditions on the actual use of the Mobile JKN online queue, with behavioral intention as an intervening variable among outpatients. A quantitative cross-sectional design was applied, involving 255 JKN outpatient participants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS version 24, based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Data analysis included descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, normality assessment, goodness-of-fit evaluation, Three Box Method, and hypothesis testing.

This study aims to identify domestic visitor segments in Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (TNBTS), Indonesia, based on travel characteristics and consumption patterns to support the development of quality tourism in protected areas. Using snowball sampling, 283 domestic visitors was analysed by Two-Step Cluster Analysis in SPSS by integrating length of stay, activity preferences, and expenditure patterns. The results reveal a two-cluster solution as the most optimal segmentation, supported by the highest ratio of distance measures, with cluster quality rated as fair (silhouette = 0.20). Cluster 1 (39.2%) represents short-stay, lower-spending visitors who primarily seek iconic experiences (“Sunrise Seekers”), while Cluster 2 (60.8%) reflects longer-stay, higher-spending visitors who prefer village tourism activities (“Village Experience Seekers”). The strongest differentiating variables across segments are length of stay, activity preference, expenditure style, and age, whereas gender, education level, origin, and travel companions have limited role in segment separation. This study contributes empirical evidence of data-driven visitor segmentation in a conservation-based ecotourism destination within a volcanic national park, extending prior expenditure-focused profiling by integrating length of stay and activity preferences to capture visitor heterogeneity more comprehensively.

This study aims to analyze the contribution and potential of the Lampung Province tourism sector to national economic growth in the 2020-2025 period. Using a quantitative descriptive approach using the Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift Share methods, this study processes secondary data on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at constant prices from the Central Statistics Agency. The analysis shows that although Lampung's macroeconomic performance is still dominated by the primary sector, the tourism sector, particularly the accommodation and food and beverage subsector, has demonstrated post-pandemic resilience with a significant positive growth trend. In 2024, the GRDP value of this subsector at the provincial level reached IDR 4,616.76 billion, with strategic areas such as Bandar Lampung City confirming the accommodation sector as a base sector (LQ > 1) with a high competitive advantage. The integration of a creative economy based on local wisdom, such as the use of Tapis cloth and digital marketing, has been proven to increase the attractiveness of destinations, capable of driving the volume of domestic tourist trips to reach 17.87 million trips by 2024. This finding confirms that Lampung's tourism sector is not only a regional economic driver, but also makes a substantial contribution to national income through a multiplier effect on job creation and increasing domestic foreign exchange. Optimizing collaboration between policymakers and accelerating infrastructure development are key to strengthening the strategic position of Lampung tourism in the future.

Instagram has evolved into a digital public sphere that enables collective interaction and the expression of social identity, particularly within the context of sports fandom. This study aims to analyze the representation of social identity among supporters of the Indonesian National Football Team in digital interactions found in the comment section of the "Round 4" post on the official Instagram account @timnasindonesia. This research employs a qualitative approach using netnography to examine communication practices, symbols, language, and emotional expressions manifested in online interactions among supporters. The analytical framework is grounded in Social Identity Theory proposed by Tajfel and Turner, which emphasizes three core processes: social categorization, social identification, and social comparison. The findings reveal that Instagram comment sections function as arenas for constructing collective identity among Indonesian national team supporters. Social categorization is reflected in the symbolic boundaries formed between "us" as supporters and "others" as outsiders or opponents. Social identification is expressed through displays of national pride, emotional loyalty, the use of national symbols, and narratives of digital solidarity. Meanwhile, social comparison emerges through evaluations of rival teams, criticism of dissenting voices, and efforts to maintain a positive in-group image. These results indicate that digital fanaticism toward the Indonesian National Team extends beyond sports support, representing a form of digital nationalism and social identity construction in the new media environment. This study contributes to digital communication scholarship by deepening the understanding of how social identity and nationalism are negotiated through symbolic interaction on social media platforms.

Background: Trigeminal neuralgia (TN) is often associated with neurovascular compression in the trigeminal nerve root entry zone, necessitating the simultaneous visualisation of nerves and blood vessels. Fusion of 3D SPACE and 3D TOF MRA images provides an integrated neurovascular view; however, not all hospitals have fusion software. This study developed a MATLAB-based image fusion method as an alternative and evaluated its equivalence to hospital-based fusion software. Methods: This study employed a descriptive quantitative research design, conducted in November 2025 at Diponegoro National Hospital and Dr Kariadi General Hospital in Semarang. A total of 16 brain MRI datasets (3D SPACE and 3D TOF MRA) were fused using hospital software and the MATLAB fusion application (MATLAB R2025b GUI). The fusion results were assessed by specialist radiologists. Diagnostic performance metrics (sensitivity, specificity, NDP, NDN, accuracy) were calculated, and paired differences were tested using the McNemar test. Intra-observer reliability was assessed using percentage agreement and Cohen’s Kappa. Results: MATLAB fusion yielded a sensitivity of 90.91%, specificity of 80.00%, NDP of 90.91%, NDN of 80.00%, and accuracy of 87.50%; the McNemar test (p=1.000) indicated no significant difference. Intra-observer reliability was very good (percent agreement 94%; Kappa 0.875). These findings indicate that MATLAB-based fusion is equivalent to hospital software fusion on the study data and has the potential to serve as an alternative in facilities without fusion software, provided that registration standardisation and user training are in place.

Cohabitation—defined as the practice of two unmarried individuals living together in an intimate relationship—presents a growing normative challenge in Indonesian society, which maintains a theistic constitutional foundation while navigating rapid social change. This article examines cohabitation through three juridical lenses: first, the regulatory architecture through which Indonesian law prohibits cohabitation; second, the criminalization framework established under Law Number 1 of 2023 on the National Criminal Code; and third, the practical and theoretical problems that emerge in law enforcement. Employing a normative legal research methodology that integrates statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches, this study finds that prohibitions against cohabitation are embedded across multiple regulatory layers—spanning marriage law, customary law, codified Islamic law, and regional legislation. The National Criminal Code, through Articles 412 and 413, introduces for the first time an explicit criminalization of cohabitation within Indonesia's post-independence penal codification. Nevertheless, the complaint-based offense structure, evidentiary challenges, and persistent tension between formal norms and social realities produce a substantial implementation gap. The study concludes that legal effectiveness in addressing cohabitation requires coordinated action across criminal enforcement, family institution strengthening, and sustained legal literacy programs.

Digital transformation in the public sector has significantly driven service innovations, particularly in pension administration for Civil Servants (ASN). This study aims to analyze the development of digital-based public service innovations in pension administration while identifying the benefits and challenges associated with their implementation. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by examining relevant scholarly articles from national journals focusing on the digitalization of public services and pension systems. The literature selection process was conducted systematically to identify, evaluate, and synthesize key findings related to digital pension service innovations. The results indicate that digitalization through applications and electronic platforms enhances administrative efficiency, accelerates data verification, and improves the speed of pension fund disbursement. It also strengthens transparency and accountability while simplifying bureaucratic procedures and expanding service accessibility for retirees. However, several challenges remain, including low digital literacy among retirees, limited access to technological devices, and insufficient public awareness regarding digital service usage. The findings suggest that the success of digital-based public service innovations depends not only on technological availability but also on human resource readiness, institutional capacity, and the level of public acceptance. Therefore, a comprehensive strategy is required, including improving digital literacy, strengthening information technology infrastructure, and optimizing communication efforts to ensure effective adoption.

Formal education systems are often trapped in rigid standardization that actually shackles students' creativity and personal uniqueness. This issue raises questions about the extent to which individual freedom is accommodated in modern curricula that tend to be pragmatic. Departing from this issue, this study aims to explore the relevance of Jean-Jacques Rousseau's Romanticism which prioritizes affection and the general will in the context of education. Rousseau argued that the development of science and culture often acts as a chain that restrains humans, thus he proposed the concept of natural education that allows children's instincts to develop freely without damaging cultural intervention. Using qualitative methods based on literature review, this research identified a strong common ground between Rousseau's vision and Indonesia's Freedom to Learn policy. The study reveals that both share a common philosophical foundation: restoring educational sovereignty to institutions and students, allowing them to independently develop their potential, talents, and interests. Therefore, synchronizing Rousseau's ideas with Freedom to Learn serves as a crucial foundation for creating a higher-quality and more humane national education ecosystem.

This research focuses on identifying how PT. Pertamina Trans Kontinental Marine Dumai processes permits for loading dangerous goods in bulk liquids in the Dumai region. The process begins when the ship notifies the ship of the hazardous cargo to be loaded. Afterward, the operational team or external services department prepares application documents to be submitted to the authorized agency, namely the Dumai Harbormaster's Office. The application process requires payment of fees included in Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP). As a national shipping company, PT. Pertamina Trans Kontinental Marine Dumai also emphasizes the importance of fostering good cooperation with relevant agencies. This action is taken as a strategic step to ensure the proper handling of dangerous goods. Complete documentation is crucial in this licensing process. Required documents include a permit application letter and a dangerous goods manifest. The completeness and accuracy of these documents are crucial for the smooth running of the permit application process, while ensuring that each stage complies with applicable regulations.

The protection of workers’ rights represents a constitutional mandate within Indonesia’s rule of law framework. Although the national labor law system provides a civil litigation mechanism through the Industrial Relations Court to resolve disputes, violations of workers’ rights still frequently occur in practice. This study aims to analyze, from normative and theoretical perspectives, the protection of workers’ rights through civil lawsuit mechanisms and to evaluate their effectiveness in achieving substantive justice. The research applies a normative juridical method using statutory, conceptual, and case approaches to examine relevant legal provisions and their implementation. The findings reveal that the civil litigation mechanism provides a clear legal basis for workers to pursue claims and defend their rights. However, its effectiveness in practice remains limited due to several challenges, including structural constraints within the legal system, complex procedural requirements, and unequal bargaining power between workers and employers. These conditions often hinder workers from obtaining fair outcomes. Therefore, policy reform, simplification of legal procedures, and stronger access to justice are necessary to ensure more effective and substantive protection of workers’ rights in Indonesia.

This study uses a qualitative research design with a literature study approach to examine the theological meaning of the suffering of the righteous in the Book of Job, specifically chapters 1–2 and 38–42. The literature study method was applied by collecting primary data in the form of biblical texts and secondary data from relevant national scientific journals. The approach used includes narrative interpretation to understand the story's structure, Job's character, and the dynamics of events, and theological interpretation to interpret suffering from the perspective of God's sovereignty. The results show that Job is portrayed as a righteous man who is pious, honest, and fears God, so his suffering is not related to personal sin. Job's suffering is holistic, encompassing physical, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects, and occurs in the context of God's permission of Satan's actions, confirming that no event is outside His sovereignty. God's response in chapters 38–42 emphasizes His greatness and wisdom through revelation from the storm, rather than through a rational explanation of the cause of suffering. These findings confirm that the primary purpose of suffering is not to be explained intellectually, but to purify faith and deepen humanity's relationship with God. Its relevance for the church today lies in the need for sound theological teaching on suffering, pastoral care for those who suffer, and the development of communities that sustain the faith and hope of the congregation. Thus, suffering, from the perspective of God's sovereignty, serves as a means of forming spiritual character, strengthening the resilience of faith, and recognizing the sovereign God.

The management of Indonesia's Border Crossing Posts (Pos Lintas Batas Negara/PLBN) in land border areas presents a critical normative gap between the country's international legal obligations and their actual implementation. This study departs from prior descriptive approaches by offering a critical normative-gap analysis that identifies specific disharmonies between bilateral agreements, international conventions, and national legislation governing PLBN operations. Employing a normative juridical method with statute, conceptual, and case approaches, this research examines three focal issues: (1) the normative gap between Indonesia's international legal commitments under instruments such as the United Nations Charter, Vienna Convention on Consular Relations 1963, Revised Kyoto Convention, International Health Regulations 2005, and the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (UNTOC), and their domestic implementation; (2) the legal factors generating regulatory disharmony in PLBN governance, particularly the inconsistency between bilateral Border Crossing Agreements with Malaysia and Timor-Leste and national legislation; and (3) specific case-based evidence of implementation failures, including unauthorized border crossings at PLBN Motamasin and the pending boundary delimitation in the Noel Besi Citrana and Bidjael Sunan Oben segments with Timor-Leste. The findings reveal that regulatory disharmony, institutional fragmentation in the CIQS system, inadequate human resource capacity, and unresolved boundary disputes constitute structural legal deficits that undermine the effective governance of PLBN. This article recommends a comprehensive legal harmonization strategy, strengthened bilateral diplomatic engagement, and institutional reform grounded in international legal standards.

The digital era, with 78% internet penetration in Indonesia (2025), brings information advancement but also threats like cyberbullying, hoaxes, and SARA polarization through social media. This study aims to analyze the relevance of Pancasila values as an ethical filter in mitigating these negative digital impacts through social media usage case studies. Employing a qualitative approach based on library research, data was gathered from 18 Sinta-accredited journals (2021-2026), 2 Pancasila digital theory books, UU ITE regulations, and APJII reports. Content analysis with Miles & Huberman (2024) data reduction was applied to code the implementation of each Pancasila principle. Results show that the first principle combats religious intolerance, the second suppresses cyberbullying (25% reduction), the third reduces 2024 election polarization (40%), the fourth promotes digital deliberation, and the fifth closes rural literacy gaps through gotong royong crowdfunding (Rp1T collected). Viral disinformation and Lombok 2025 disaster cases prove Pancasila's effectiveness beyond formal regulations. It is concluded that Pancasila is adaptive as a moral algorithm in the digital era, transforming social media from conflict breeding grounds into national integration spaces. Recommendations include strengthening the "Pancasila Digital Ethics" curriculum for Gen Z/Alpha, national AI literacy applications, and platform collaboration with BPIP-Kominfo.

This article discusses the relationship between parenting styles and adolescents’ social behavior. Adolescence is a developmental stage characterized by increasing social demands, making the role of the family, particularly parents, crucial in shaping adolescents’ social adjustment. This study employed a literature review method by examining relevant textbooks and national and international journal articles related to parenting styles and adolescents’ social behavior. The findings indicate that parenting styles have a significant influence on adolescents’ social behavior. Authoritative or democratic parenting is identified as the most effective style in promoting positive social behaviors, such as empathy, cooperation, social concern, and adaptive social skills. In contrast, authoritarian and permissive parenting styles are associated with various social behavior problems, including aggression, social anxiety, and low social competence. Furthermore, the relationship between parenting styles and adolescents’ social behavior is mediated by internal psychological factors, such as self-control and emotional intelligence. Therefore, warm, responsive, and consistent parenting practices are essential to support optimal social development in adolescents.

Based on Law Number 11 of 2006 concerning the Government of Aceh, the Government of Aceh has been granted special authority to manage and regulate various governmental affairs, including land administration. This authority is specifically outlined in Article 16 paragraph (1) letter k, which empowers the Government of Aceh to handle land affairs that span across regencies and municipalities. This power is further reinforced by Presidential Regulation Number 23 of 2015, which transformed the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Aceh into the Aceh Land Agency, and Qanun Aceh Number 13 of 2019 regarding the Establishment and Organizational Structure of Aceh Regional Apparatus, which laid the foundation for the establishment of the Aceh Land Office. This office is responsible for managing and certifying the Aceh Government’s land assets. This study aims to assess the implementation of the Aceh Land Office’s authority in certifying government land assets, the institutional synergy with the National Land Agency, and the challenges faced in ensuring legal certainty over these assets. The research employs an empirical juridical method with a sociological approach. Data were gathered from interviews with officials from the Aceh Land Office, the Aceh Financial Management Agency, and the National Land Agency, as well as secondary data from legal documents, books, and academic resources. The study found that while the certification process is legally supported, challenges such as incomplete ownership documents and limited resources hinder effective implementation. Measures, such as re-tracing and remapping land assets, are being taken to address these challenges.

Academic anxiety is one of the problems commonly experienced by students due to the pressure of assignments, demands for achievement, and concerns about learning outcomes. This article aims to examine the effectiveness of mindfulness-based counseling in reducing students' academic anxiety and to explain the strategic role of guidance counselors in its application in schools. This study uses a literature review method with a literature review approach. Data were obtained from various national journals relevant to the topics of academic anxiety and mindfulness, then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively through a process of collecting, classifying, and synthesizing the results of previous studies. The results of the study show that mindfulness-based counseling is effective in helping students reduce their levels of academic anxiety through conscious breathing exercises, focusing attention, and accepting learning experiences without negative judgment. In addition, guidance counselors play an important role as facilitators, program developers, role models for mindfulness practices, mental health advocates, and liaisons between schools and parents in supporting the success of interventions. By applying the right methods, mindfulness-based counseling can be an effective alternative service in helping students overcome academic anxiety when implemented systematically and continuously  by guidance counselors in schools.
