This research was conducted at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention which aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, and to find out which variables are most influential on tourist satisfaction.This research uses quantitative methods with 55 respondents. The validity and reliability test techniques, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the f test, t test, coefficient of determination and beta coefficient.The results showed that the level of testing was significant and positively influenced by the regression equation, Y = -0.005 X1 + 0.971 X2 and it was proven that the organizational culture variable had the most dominant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.971. The conclusion from this study that of the two independent variables, organizational culture is a variable that has a positive effect on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention.

Leadership is an activity used to influence the behavior of other people so that they are willing to be directed to achieve certain goals, one of which is improving the performance of nursing services. Performance is an effort made from the results of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization in accordance with their respective authorities. This research method uses an analytical observational research design with a cross sectional study approach. The research population was all nurses at the Ridge Community Health Center, totaling 55 people with a sample size of 55 people, the sampling technique used total sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The research results showed that the majority of respondents were women (72.7%) with a D3 education (76.4%) aged 21-30 years (40.0%) with a length of work of 1-10 years (52.7%). The results of statistical tests show that there is no relationship between authoritarian (p=0.185) and democratic (p=0.128) leadership styles on nurse performance. Meanwhile, there is a relationship between participative leadership style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) on nurse performance. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that at the Ridge Community Health Center, the Participative Leadership Style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) are implemented, resulting in greater performance of good nurses compared to less good performance of nurses.

The existence of the phenomenon of teacher performance degradation,can be seen fromteachers who do not do their job properly, the teachers whoteach only highly educated butless attention function. Improved performance canbe achieved by improving teachers' leadership style of principals and schoolwork climate. Therefore, the central issue in thisstudy is how much influence theprincipal's leadership style and school climate work onteacher performance.Thisstudy aims to analyze the influence of principal leadership style on teacherperformance and school climate effects work on teacher performance. Thehypothesis is that there is a positive effect between: the principal's leadershipstyle on teacher performance and the climate of the school work on teacherperformance.This study belongs to the kind of quantitative research using the surveymethod and descriptive analytic approach. The samples used were from allpopulation of 50 teachers SMA/SMKBina Nusantara Semarang. Techniquesof data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is thePearson product moment correlation, determination, and multiple linearregression. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is processed and theninterpreted, analyzed, and described according to the problem andresearchobjectives.Based on the results of this study concluded that theprincipal's leadership style and school climate is partially working (people) onthe performance of teachers.

After analyzed obtained value tcount X1(1.396)> ttable (2.03), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted the conclusion ofwork motivation variable and has no effect and not significant on employeeperformance.4. Partial Regression Coefficient of Leadership Style (X2) onemployee performance. After analyzed obtained value tcount X2 (3.895)> ttable(2.03), then Ha accepted and Ho rejected conclusion Variable Style Leadershave a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Regressioncoefficient Discipline work (Y1) on Employee Performance. After analyzedobtained tcount Y1 (6,075)> ttable (2.03), hence Ha accepted and Ho rejectedconclusion Variable of work discipline have positive and significant effect toemployee performance.
