Nowadays, corporate development seems to be increasingly rapid both in terms of quality, quantity and in the field of business it operates. Corporations operate in fields such as banking, transportation, entertainment, agriculture and so on. The existence of corporations brings many benefits to society and the state, such as: an increase in state treasury income from taxes and foreign exchange, opening up job opportunities, increasing technology transfer and so on. However, there are also negative impacts from these corporations, such as: environmental pollution, exploitation or depletion of natural resources, tax manipulation, exploitation of workers and so on. The emergence of this negative impact is due to corporations pursuing large profits.

Democracy has faced various challenges over thousands of years, particularly concerning transitions that depend on social and political factors. The role of intelligence in democratic transitions is crucial but can be used to maintain power undemocratically. In Indonesia, post-reform, democracy has not been fully consolidated. The repressiveness of law enforcement and legal bias towards political elites are major factors in the decline of democracy. This research employs a normative legal research method with a prescriptive nature, aiming to analyze the intelligence's involvement in the democratic transition process in Indonesia. The research approach encompasses analytical, historical, comparative, and philosophical dimensions. Primary legal materials such as legislation regulations are utilized as data sources, alongside secondary legal materials like books and journals. Data collection techniques utilize the PRISMA method, and data analysis is conducted deductively using the same method. The findings of this research indicate that the cycle of democratic transition influences both the democratic system and intelligence activities. Subsequently, a case study in Indonesia examines complex intelligence issues, attributable to regime changes and inconsistent political policies. Hence, a comparative study with Brazil, which is institutionally more complex and structured, is deemed necessary.

Problems regarding legal justice in cases spread across cyberspace have given rise to paradigm shifts and conflicts in viewing the application of a legal system or product as a means of buying and selling to achieve certain goals such as personal satisfaction which can be very detrimental to other parties. The main focus of improving the ITE Law must be on flexible articles, with the main aim of protecting freedom of opinion as a crucial element in the survival of democracy. Articles that are susceptible to multiple interpretations require proof and data support, especially regarding sanctions for creators and spreaders of hoaxes. Therefore, input from various parties is very necessary to fulfill people's aspirations and answer the nation's needs in the future. Criticism that is based on facts must be respected, while criticism that is slanderous and provocative must face legal consequences. The ITE Law is not aimed at curbing freedom of opinion, but rather at responding to the actions of creators and spreaders of hoaxes, slander and provocation in society. The government is concerned that undemocratic electronic information regulation could undermine national unity and give free rein to unethical content creation. In fact, there are parties who systematically produce and spread content that contains hatred, based on SARA, pornography, radicalism and terrorism through the use of robots, with motives that can be political or economic.
