Entrepreneurship plays a vital role in global economic progress and is the main path to financial independence and innovation. Amidst the rapid development of technology and rapid changes, new opportunities for entrepreneurs are wide open, but they also have to face various challenges that require wise management. This article reviews five important aspects for entrepreneurs in the digital era. First, the importance of recognizing business opportunities that arise from technological advances and digital market transformation. Second, the implementation of sustainable innovation strategies to remain competitive in the market. Third, managing risks and uncertainties in the digital business world. Fourth, utilizing technology to improve business operational efficiency. Fifth, the importance of creating a strong brand and building customer loyalty in a competitive market. By understanding and implementing these five aspects, entrepreneurs can maximize their potential and achieve sustainable success in the ever-evolving business world.

Additionally, the article highlights the significance of flexibility, inspirational leadership, and the ability to collaborate in facing dynamic market challenges. By cultivating a creative mindset, being open to feedback, and thinking long-term, entrepreneurs can leverage opportunities arising from change and ensure the sustainability of their businesses. The article concludes that an adaptive and innovative entrepreneurial mindset is the key to overcoming the increasingly complex business challenges and achieving success in a competitive market.

Islamic accounting is an accounting system rooted in Islamic principles, such as fairness, transparency, and social responsibility. This system aims to support ethical economic practices that align with Islamic values, including the prohibition of usury, gharar (uncertainty), and activities that conflict with sharia. This article examines the benefits of Islamic accounting in fostering the growth of the Islamic economy. First, Islamic accounting helps build trust among business stakeholders and the wider community by providing accurate and transparent financial information in line with sharia principles. Second, it promotes more responsible financial management, thereby reducing financial risks that do not comply with sharia. Third, Islamic accounting plays a role in developing Islamic financial instruments, such as sukuk, zakat, and waqf, which serve as sources of productive financing for the Islamic economic sector. Therefore, the effective application of Islamic accounting can stimulate sustainable growth in the Islamic economy, promote financial inclusion, and enhance global economic stability.

This community service activity aims to increase the understanding and skills of MSME players in carrying out simple, effective financial records. This training focuses on recording cash, calculating profits and losses, and separating personal and business finances. This program is aimed at MSMEs Pop Chicken and Rudi meatballs in Argumulyo Village, Sedayu District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta, and will be implemented from 26 August to 14 September 2024. The methods used in this activity are surveys, training and counseling, and evaluation. they are carried out through a post-test to measure the understanding of MSME players before and after training in understanding the importance of simple bookkeeping. The results of this activity show that MSME players better understand the importance of neat and structured bookkeeping and are aware of the financial risks that may occur if recording is not done properly.

The development of the internet and technology has changed the marketing system, providing opportunities for business people to market their products through online media in promoting their products. Technological advances have created new forms of interaction and socialization, one of which is the innovation of communication technology in the form of social media. One of the most popular and trending social media today is Instagram. The use of Instagram is currently a form of online business communication strategy and Heelsaddict with the @Heelsaddict account, uses Instagram to run a business bag through the process of sending photos and sharing them widely. Heelsaddict is an online shop that sells and provides various collections of local bag products. This study aims to determine how much influence the social media account Instagram @heelsaddict has as an online business media on consumer buying interest. The concept used in this study is Instagram social media and consumer purchasing interest using the AIDA model. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey method approach, using Taro Yamane to obtain a sample of 100 respondents, Non Probability Sampling sampling technique, while the data collection technique uses questionnaires via googleform. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the influence of social media on buying interest with a strong level of influence.

Financial Technology (FinTech) is an innovation in financial services that uses digital technology to provide easier, more efficient and affordable access. This article discusses the development of FinTech in Indonesia, including its role in increasing financial inclusion, providing digital banking services, electronic payments, and peer-to-peer lending business models. Through literature analysis, this article shows that FinTech has driven significant changes in financial access and interactions, especially for those in remote areas or without access to traditional financial services. Although FinTech offers many advantages, such as efficiency and ease of transactions, challenges such as limited access to technology and security risks still need to be overcome. Adaptive regulations and collaboration with traditional financial institutions are needed to maximize the potential of FinTech in supporting financial inclusion and sustainable economic development in Indonesia.

The application of sharia accounting in business is becoming increasingly relevant along with the growth of the global sharia economy. Sharia accounting, which is based on the principles of fairness, transparency and fair sharing of risks, offers a unique approach to financial management. This research uses a qualitative method based on literature review to explore the challenges, prospects and solutions for implementing sharia accounting in modern business. The research results show that the main challenges include limited competent human resources, sharia accounting standards that are not yet uniform, digitalization which requires technological adaptation, and a lack of social and cultural acceptance. On the other hand, the prospect of sharia accounting has great potential in increasing stakeholder trust, expanding access to sharia markets, and strengthening the company's ethical image. To overcome these challenges, solutions are needed such as the development of comprehensive sharia accounting standards, increasing human resource competence, investment in supporting technology, transformation of conventional paradigms, and multilateral cooperation between government, academics and the business sector. This research provides strategic insight into how sharia accounting can be applied effectively to support ethical and sustainable business growth.

This paper discusses in depth the role of accounting in business decision-making in the digital era, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced by the accounting profession in the context of rapid and complex technological developments. In the modern business world, accounting information plays a crucial role, not only as a financial reporting tool but also as a foundation for strategic analysis that can influence the direction and policies of an organization. The issues raised pertain to the importance of timely and accurate accounting information in supporting managerial decision-making, as well as how this information can be used to enhance the performance and competitiveness of companies. The main objective of this research is to explore how digitalization and technological innovations, such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data analytics, and cloud-based information systems, affect accounting practices and their impact on business decision-making. This research also aims to identify the challenges arising from technological changes, including data security issues, the necessary technological skills, and regulatory changes that accountants must face. The methodology employed in this research is a normative approach with descriptive analysis, which includes literature studies and analysis of various relevant secondary data sources. Additionally, this research presents several case studies to demonstrate the application of theory in real practice and its impact on decision-making. The findings indicate that although digitalization brings many benefits in terms of efficiency and accuracy, there are serious challenges to be faced, such as the increased risk of data breaches and the need for higher technological skills among accounting professionals. The conclusion drawn from this research is that to optimally leverage the potential of accounting in supporting business decision-making, companies must invest in training and skill development for their accountants. Furthermore, the importance of implementing sustainable accounting practices is increasingly gaining attention, especially in the context of social and environmental responsibility. Thus, accounting not only functions as a supporting tool but also as a strategic element that adds value to companies in facing the complexities and uncertainties of the future.

Inovasi Kesehatan Global 2024 Lembaga Pengembangan Kinerja Dosen

Pertamini or mini gas station is a retail business of fuel oil such as pertalit and pertramak carried out by the community. The absence of strict regulations regarding safety has caused many fire incidents involving it. ALOHA modeling is a tool for analyzing fire risks and their impacts, so that it can be a consideration of vigilance for perpetrators and the surrounding community. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of fires and explosions at the Dukuh Pertamini gas station in 2024. This study is a quantitative descriptive study using ALOHA software. The results of the study showed that the storage tank could create a fire pool with a diameter of 10 meters. If this happens, a flash fire can occur up to a distance of 60 meters, the heat of which can be felt up to 150 meters from the center of the explosion.

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of risk, company size and sales growth on capital structure in the food and beverage sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was 5 companies that were selected using sample determination criteria. The analysis techniques used were classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination. The results showed business risk with a coefficient value of 0.136, company size 0.003, sales growth 0.704 and simultaneously had an effect with a coefficient value of 0.019.

This research aims to determine the different kinds of risks that Bank Muamalat KCP Sepanjang faces as well as the mitigation strategies implemented to manage these risks. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach to understand risk phenomena in depth through interviews and observations. The research results show that Bank Muamalat faces several main risks, including credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk and strategic risk. Strategic risk is the biggest challenge because it requires adjustments to changes in business competition, innovation and technological developments. The mitigation strategies implemented by Bank Muamalat include strict supervision of strategic policies, collaboration with other parties, and adaptation to new technology. With the right mitigation strategy, Bank Muamalat KCP Sepanjang can maintain its stability and growth in the sharia banking sector.

Traditional food is known as market snacks because in the past these snacks were found in many traditional markets. In this modern era, some people consider that omelette rolls are an outdated traditional food or snack. The popularity of rolled omelets is increasingly eroded by modern snacks that are more contemporary and practical. This causes a lack of public interest in omelette rolls, especially the younger generation. This condition is feared to cause the rolled omelette, which is a traditional Indonesian culinary richness, to be forgotten in the future. Therefore, a diversification process must be carried out so that the rolled omelet remains in the market. The process of diversifying omelette rolls as a traditional food into a modern product, namely "Mini Crepe Roll" is a strategic step to maintain its existence and popularity in the midst of a more contemporary and practical onslaught of modern snacks. This Mini Crepe Roll product is an introductory food or dessert that is suitable to eat for Indonesian snack fans. Besides that, this food does not use harmful preservatives and is safe to consume. To attract customer interest, Mini Crepe Roll food products are packaged and served attractively, practically, and ready to eat. In this activity, not only focus on the mini crepe roll production process, but also on business and marketing aspects This is so that mini crepe roll products can be well received by consumers and have competitiveness in the market.

Truth and responsibility are fundamental ethical principles that shape leadership practices in corporate settings. This study explores the philosophical foundations of truth and responsibility and their applications in leadership ethics within organizations. Using a systematic literature review approach, the research synthesizes findings from various philosophical schools, such as deontology, utilitarianism, and virtue ethics, to examine how leaders can navigate ethical dilemmas, foster integrity, and build trust. The results reveal that embracing truth and accountability enhances decision-making processes, strengthens organizational culture, and mitigates ethical risks. This study highlights the significance of philosophical reflection in addressing modern leadership challenges, particularly in fostering transparency and ethical responsibility in complex business environments. Future research should focus on integrating these principles into leadership development programs to promote sustainable and ethical organizational growth.

In today’s era, social media has become a driving force for increasing digital entrepreneurship. Businesses are utilizing social media sites such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or even Facebook to brand their companies or products and interact with clients. This is great news for businesses, especially SMEs, to have low-cost access to key markets worldwide. One evident trend is the emergence of social commerce – business-to-consumer commerce without intermediaries, exclusive of other e-commerce models. However, the adoption of social media in digital entrepreneurship comes with several challenges, such as changes in algorithms that can affect content visibility and risks related to data security and user privacy. Nevertheless, social media remains useful in terms of analytics to support strategic decisions. This study shows the value of social media for entrepreneurship and technologies that help improve content personalization and consumer behavior analysis, such as artificial intelligence and big data. This study attempts to fill the gap in the literature by looking at the differences in the outcomes of social media use in developing and developed countries and the outcomes of new technologies on digital business ventures.

Along with the times and advances in technology, entrepreneurship has become an important pillar in economic growth. Entrepreneurship not only creates jobs, but also utilizes existing natural resources effectively. However, many people fail in starting a business because of the wrong mindset, a sense of personal limitations, and an inability to adapt to changing times. This article discusses the importance of having the right mindset, or mindset, in running a business. A growth mindset, which describes the belief that intelligence and skills can develop through effort and experience, is considered essential for entrepreneurial success. Meanwhile, a fixed mindset that views ability as something that is fixed can hinder progress. A positive and optimistic mindset is a key factor in facing entrepreneurial challenges. Entrepreneurs who think positively tend to see difficulties as opportunities to learn and grow, while those who are optimistic have higher motivation and are more resistant to pressure. Apart from that, creativity and innovation are aspects that are no less important, because entrepreneurs must be able to create products or services that can meet market needs and adapt to changes. Entrepreneurship also requires mental perseverance to face failure and unexpected challenges. A successful entrepreneur must have a tenacious, creative, hardworking attitude and dare to take risks. With a combination of these traits, entrepreneurs can achieve long-term success in their businesses. This article emphasizes that the right mindset, coupled with an innovative attitude and perseverance, greatly influences the journey and success of an entrepreneur.

Digital transformation has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the realm of law, especially civil contracts. Electronic signature is one of the important innovations that offer efficiency, flexibility, and convenience in contract transactions in the digital era. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of the use of electronic signatures in civil contracts, especially in terms of legal validity, security, and acceptance by the public and business actors. The results show that electronic signatures in Indonesia have been legally recognized based on Law Number 19 of 2016 amending Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law). However, while e-signatures have great potential to speed up the contracting process, several challenges remain, such as security concerns and resistance among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Security issues are a major concern, given the risk of cybercrime such as hacking and digital identity forgery. In addition, low digital literacy in the society hinders the widespread adoption of e-signatures.

This paper explains the role of technology in optimizing container yard (CY) management at PT. Masaji Kargosentra Tama Belawan. PT. Masaji Kargosentra Tama Belawan is a shipping company that is a multimodal transport business entity, this company operates in the field of domestic warehousing services and import and export container Freight Station (CFS), with warehouse supply and distribution services. The container yard is one of PT's main facilities. Masaji Kargosentra Tama Belawan is used to form containers to minimize the risk of ship delays resulting in decreased loading and unloading production. In managing container yards, there are obstacles, including incompetent human resources and high implementation costs. For this reason, the purpose of writing this paper is to determine the role of technology in optimizing container yard (CY) management. The method used in this writing is field research (field research) where the author makes direct observations at the company and library research (library research) where the author obtains paper material from books in the library or other reading sources related to the main points. taken is the Role of Technology in Optimizing Container Yard (CY) Management at PT. This service program aims to provide introduction and understanding to the community as Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Palangka Raya City in using non-cash payments or QR, because the QR payment method is considered very effective in modernizing the payment system and can increase the efficiency of the payment process in the MSME business world. The process of implementing this service uses a qualitative activity method with a type of interactive training that involves MSME actors directly, where MSME actors are given a brief understanding of the introduction and procedures for using QR technology as one of the payment methods in Business. The results of the implementation of this service activity show that there is a lot of interest from MSME actors to use QR as a means of payment, because of the minimal risk of errors from the administration of financial calculations, as well as the ease of use and can reduce the circulation of banknotes. By adopting QR in business, it can help MSMEs to have a wider market reach and can increase their selling competitiveness in the wider digital era. The circulation of the use of QR as one of the payments for MSME actors, proves that community empowerment through the use of QR Codes in Palangka Raya City is a success of the empowerment program.

In the midst of increasingly rapid technological developments, Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has also been formed as a form of development. The presence of AI technology helps many people complete their work. Including strategic activities in the decision-making process for business development. This research aims to discuss the role of artificial intelligence technology in improving decision making in the business development process by focusing on the Management Information Systems (SIM), Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and finance sectors. With a literature review used as a comprehensive research method, it involves collecting and analyzing articles related to the topic from various academic sources. The research results show that Artificial Intelligence (AI) can improve the efficiency and accuracy of decision making through in-depth analysis and algorithm-based predictions. In the Management Information Systems (MIS) sector, artificial intelligence contributes to business automation processes and information management, in the MSME sector, artificial intelligence helps in understanding consumer behavior and market trends. Meanwhile, in the financial sector, AI plays an important role as a risk analyst, financial manager and investment manager. This research is expected to provide knowledge for corporate organizations about the role of artificial intelligence technology in improving the decision-making process.

In the digital age, e-commerce startups are racing to achieve success. However, behind sophisticated technology, the key to success lies in understanding and meeting customer needs. Value Proposition Design (VPD) emerges as an effective strategy for designing customer-centric business models. This study aims to examine the role of VPD in building successful e-commerce startup business models in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach and case studies, this research analyzes the experiences and strategies of several successful e-commerce startups in Indonesia that have implemented VPD. The findings indicate that VPD helps startups identify customer needs, design relevant value propositions, and build sustainable competitive advantages. Moreover, the study reveals the challenges and opportunities faced in implementing VPD in a constantly evolving environment. In conclusion, VPD is a crucial strategy that can enhance the competitiveness of e-commerce startups in the digital age. This research provides recommendations for entrepreneurs to understand and consistently implement VPD.
