The rapid development of technology makes companies flock to compete in using technology. Especially in the field of transportation, the company uses the technology that is currently developing, namely the website. This website can be used as a media campaign and also an application to support the company, especially this bus company. PO. Haryanto is a company engaged in the field of transportation services. In carrying out its activities, this company still uses a manual service system. In this study designing a website-based online bus ticket booking information system, it is hoped that with this information system, it can facilitate online bus ticket booking services for prospective passengers. The method used in this study uses data collection techniques such as observation and literature study methods. This application uses the Java programming language and MySQL as the database. While system design is done using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results obtained from the system created include being able to order bus tickets online based on a website so that it becomes more efficient and does not require much time.

In this research, a web-based speedy service submission system has been designed. Speedy is a high-speed internet access from PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, which uses Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) access technology. The technology enables data and voice communication simultaneously through one ordinary telephone line, using copper cable access network media. This system was created using the programming language PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), as a web editor, Apache as a local webserver, MYSQL database and Flowchart as a system design tool. The results of this web-based Speedy service installation application information system can make it easier for customers to apply for Speedy service installation, make it easier to make data reports to leaders and provide information about the fast, controlled and accurate customer submission process.

The process of recording sales transactions, which currently still uses manuals through books, creates a lot of risks of data errors and data loss. Toko Roti Bakar Pelangi is an MSME business that operates in Semarang and sells more than 100 pieces every day, with the recording of sales done manually causing many sales report calculation errors. So the authors designed a website-based sales information system that can be used to facilitate recording and preparation of sales reports. The development method used is the prototype method. System design uses UML models such as use case diagrams and class diagrams and activity diagrams. The system is built using the PHP programming language and Mysql database, which is analyzed using White Box, Black Box, Hypothesis Testing, Normalization Testing, Validity Testing, Reliability Testing, and Benefit Testing. The result of the system created is a Website-Based Sales Transaction Information System at Roti Bakar Pelangi Semarang Stores. The purpose of the information system is to produce a system that assists in the process of recording reports at Roti Bakar Pelangi Semarang to make it more efficient.

Dental erosion is described as the loss of the enamel on the teeth. At first, people who experience tooth erosion will not feel that their teeth are experiencing tooth erosion, until when tooth erosion has reached the dentin. Tooth erosion that has reached the dentin is characterized by, among other things, a feeling of pain in the teeth. However, there are many people who are unfamiliar with dental erosion, so a system that can be accessed online is needed to help patients or the public to consult independently. This expert system is designed using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL Database and the method used is a certainty factor. The result of concultationtest with the system is able to determine the disease along with the intial treatment or treatment that be must be carried out based on the symstoms selected by the user.

Software design using the RAD methodology has been widely used among practitioners and academics. One of the advantages of using RAD is the rapid development of software systems. In this paper, the authors employ the RAD method as a software development approach for a service business in the rental equipment information system. The purpose of this paper is to contribute scholarly recommendations regarding the use of RAD methodology in the design of rental equipment information systems. The research methods utilized in this paper are literature review and software system implementation. In relation to the implementation stage, the author utilizes the Java programming language and MySQL as the database. The results obtained from this paper include the faster development of software quality and the recommendation of screen design prototypes that can be used by software developers involved in similar rental service businesses.

Selection of the best employees is a semi-structured matter that can be scheduled every month or year. It is not uncommon for companies to determine the best employees not in accordance with the company's assessment. Kean shops still use the manual method and often do not meet the criteria set by the company. By making the best employee decision support system in a grocery store using the simple additive weighting method. assist managers in making the best employee decisions and admins in editing, deleting and adding values in each of the existing criteria and directly connected to the system database. This system was developed using the Visual Studio Code website, PHP, CSS, XAMPP V3.3.0 and MySQL. The method used in this decision support system is simple additive weighting (SAW). With this website, decision making is more structured and value data for each employee can be stored in a database. The results of this decision support system will simplify the process of determining the best employees and this system does not need to use manual calculations and is far more efficient.

Web-based information systems are in high demand in various circles of society, including in the world of non-computer education, where the written examination system commonly used in education often has many obstacles. Factors must also be considered when evaluating written tests, as many participants may avoid writing notes on cards and waste paper and ink to ask and repeat questions, including negative factors in written tests, so this study aims to do so. a database-based online exam system that educational institutions can use to convert existing written exams into an online exam system. Therefore, with the rapid development of information technology, it is necessary to design and build an online examination system based on Data Warehouse to replace the manual written examination system and facilitate the work of the teacher in SMP Negeri 5 Medan. Primary schools enter question data into the system and can minimize the operational costs of passing exams, and the system can also store data more securely in its data warehouse, i.e. teacher information, basic information, student information. subject information, value information and question information. The method is Data Warehouse, software procedures and Waterfall model. The survey respondents were 150 students from SMP Negeri 5 Medan, a total of 150 students. This online exam system was created using PHP programming language, MySQL database and XAMPP web server

Information system is a system that can provide information to its users. Web-Based Information System for the introduction of cultural arts in the city of Sumedang built using Codeigniter, this system contains articles/news about the arts and culture of the city of Sumedang which were made using Codeigniter, and MySql for database storage. This system will be able to help users to know more about cultural arts in the city of Sumedang, including the art of reak and the renggong horse. The final result obtained is the Application of CodeIgniter in the Sumedang City Cultural Arts Recognition Application, which in general can function properly. Users can get information about the cultural arts of the city of Sumedang, and users can also participate in sharing data that the admin wants to validate.

Turn over inventory is the ratio between the total cost of goods sold and the average value of inventory owned by the company. in the process of managing finances and inventories, it is still carried out using a recording system in a ledger, so it is less effective. Therefore the author will develop a form of information system by selecting CV. Arris AC as research object. Based on the problems that occur in CV. Arris AC, the authors provide a solution that can overcome weaknesses by creating an Accounting Information System for Financial Management and Inventory Analysis using the inventory turnover ratio method which can be accessed via the web. Documentation in the digital era is a trend that is used daily both in the form of lecture material documents, scientific literature such as journals, ebooks and so on. Ease of access, conciseness, and saving paper characterizes digital documents, as well as documentation of activities, both photos and minutes of meetings. The problem raised in this study is that meeting and seminar activities at Widya Karya Catholic University in Malang have not been properly recorded, this is because the recording of minutes is done manually and is not stored centrally, making it difficult at times, for example accreditation to access the results of meeting discussions, therefore the authors designed and built a website-based note-taking system so that it can be easily accessed. System development using the php codeigniter framework and mysql database results in a centralized note taking system that is easy for users to use.

Implementation of learning support administrative activities at the Widya Karya Malang Unika Faculty of Engineering, one of which is registration for exams, both Field Work Practices or internships as well as Thesis or Final Assignments which are carried out routinely, has constraints, namely manual operations that are repeated in data input or printing form requirements, this is due to this operational activity has not been systemized. In the analysis and observations that the authors did, the authors encouraged the authors to design and build an exam administration information system that could help the operational activities of exam administration in an integrated, website-based manner, making it easier for related users to access data. This research produced an exam administration information system with student users, supervisors and examiners, Ka. study program, and faculty administration staff where the output of the system provides features for student registration for exams, the process of guidance and validation of exam readiness, making exam schedules, printing administration forms easily, and providing assessment of exam results, so that they can help the performance of the exam administration process at the Widya Catholic University Faculty of Engineering Malang work.

This study designed and implemented a web-based queuing system at the Pangolombian Health Center. The method applied is the waiting line method with the waterfall system development method. This system uses PHP and MySQL as the programming language and database. Key features include patient registration, scheduling, calling, and real-time queue status display. After implementation, functionality and performance testing is carried out. The results show that this web-based queuing system improves efficiency and patient experience. Patients can register and schedule queues online, reducing waiting times. Automatic queue calling makes it easier for puskesmas staff. Staff and schedule management features help manage queues more efficiently. This research produces an efficient and convenient web-based queuing system. This system has the potential to provide a better experience for patients by reducing waiting times and long queues. This system also assists puskesmas staff in managing queues efficiently. The results of this study can contribute to developing a web-based queuing system at puskesmas and other health institutions

Rumah  makan  adalah  tempat/bangunan  untuk  mendirikan  bisnis  jual  makanan  yang menyuguhkan  hidangan  siap  saji.  Tujuan  dari penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  membuat  sebuah  media  bantu  sistem  informasi  geografis  yang  dapat membantu masyarakat dan wisatawan dalam melakukan proses pencarian lokasi dan rute serta menyajikan informasi mengenai  rumah  makan berbasis  android di Kabupaten Fakfak.Pengumpulan  data  dilakukan  pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Data rumah makan yang dikumpulkan  yaitu  nama  pemilik,  alamat,  nama  usaha,  alamat  usaha,  menu,  harga,  waktu  pelayanan dan  nomor  hp.  Metode  perancangan sistem menggunakan Metode Waterfall, dimana semua proses kegiatan terlebih dahulu telah direncanakan dan dijadwalkan sebelum dilakukan proses pengerjaan. Sedangkan, pengujian  sistem  menggunakan  metode  Blackbox,  aplikasi  yang  digunakan untuk  membuat  sistem  adalah  Android  Studio  dan  MySQL  untuk  membuat  database.Berdasarkan hasil  pengujian  menggunakan  metode blackbox  bahwa  sistem  yang  di  kembangkan  sudah  dapat memenuhi  kebutuhan   pengguna  dan  berdasarkan  kuesioner  dari  segi  pengguna  didapatkan  sebanyak 90%, menyatakan  sistem ini dapat sangat membantu dan memudahkan pengguna  dalam mencari lokasi dan rute serta informasi mengenai informasi menu, fasilitas, waktu pelayan, alamat dan jenis rumah makan di Kabupaten Fakfak berbasis android.

Administrative financial education is an important component in the field of education to obtain educational facilities, including in Kober TK Islamic Center. Recording of acceptance and management of school financial administration at the Kober TK Islamic Center using handwriting or has not been computerized, which can result in a lot of bookkeeping, writing errors, and delays in financial reporting. In addition to the long recording process, data search also takes a long time, which can make it difficult for administrative staff to process acceptance and manage financial administration. Based on the problems in the Kober TK Islamic Center, it is necessary to build an information system that can assist in recording and managing financial administration. This information system creates using the MySQL database, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, and Sublime Text for the text editor. the test server uses XAMPP, and the data used is obtained from Kober TK Islamic Center. The expected results of this final project are to assist employees in recording acceptance and managing financial administration efficiently. Then, for this project, it is hoped that it can also assist in the acceptance and management of financial administration in the Kober TK Islamic Center.

Transaction management at Hijab Nafisa used to be done manually, causing errors in record keeping and periodic inventory checks, resulting in inefficient service. The author designed an information system using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. This paper described the analysis and design of a store management information system (point of sales) that has successfully facilitated the transaction process and inventory checks. After that, a system test was carried out and compared with the old method of manual and ineffective information transaction processes, resulting in a proposed system that facilitated the transaction process and inventory checks. Additionally, there was also ease in data reporting that could be printed out for easy reading.

SDS (Private Elementary School) Duri Indah Jakarta is one of the educational institutions which until now has not been computerized. Both in terms of payment and in terms of financial activities. Inputting and other activities are still done manually and recorded in a book as processing of student data. Data storage that is being carried out at this time is also still archived in a ledger, causing teachers and principals to have to record one by one the names of their students as a whole who have paid so that this can result in erroneous information regarding student payment and savings data and makes it difficult for teachers to find and provide the necessary data. Based on this, a web-based SPP and Savings payment system is needed. The stages of system development in making this information system use the prototyping method which starts from the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, and the implementation stage, in the future it is hoped that the system created will make it easier for schools to control tuition payments and student savings.

The purpose of this study is to provide convenience during the processing of sales, purchase transactions, goods data, supplier data and customer data, minimizing errors in recording. The research method used in this research is using the R&D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and can be tested for effectiveness so that it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system the tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observations, interviews, and literature studies. The database application development tool uses MySQL and the programming language uses Visual Basic 6.0. With this information system transaction data processing can be done computerized so as to reduce errors in reporting.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Reservasi Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus: Cafe Sentani Garden Madiun) dapat mempermudah dalam mengelola data informasi pemesanan dan penyewaan tempat pada restoran. Dengan adanya sistem ini pelayanan dan informasi terhadap konsumen akan lebih optimal dan mudah diakses. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui cara merancang dan membangun sistem informasi reservasi dan pelayanan berbasis web pada cafe sentani garden. Metode yang digunakan dalam merancang sistem ini adalah metode waterfall serta menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem terstruktur seperti DFD dan ERD. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Sistem Informasi Reservasi Berbasis Web Cafe Sentani Garden Madiun. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, MySQL sebagai basis data, dan menggunakan Visual Studio Code sebagai text editor.

Kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan adalah satu lembaga resmi pemerintah yang melakukan banyak survey. Untuk melakukan survey dibutuhkan perlengkapan lapangan seperti tas, rompi, aalat tulis kantor, papan untuk menulis, name tag dan masih banyak barang-barang yang dibutuhkan untuk lenacaran proses survey. Kebutuhan barang masuk dan keluar masih dicatat pada sebuah buku. Terkadang barang yang ada di catatan tidak sesuai dengan stok barang yang ada. Informasi ketersediaan barang juga msih terbatas.tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang bangun sistem persedian barang pada kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem adalah metode prototype. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini pertama adalah analisis kebutuhan, pada tahap ini peneliti mendefinisikan kebutuhan sistem dengan rinci. Dalam prosesnya, klien dan tim developer akan bertemu untuk mendiskusikan detail sistem seperti apa yang diinginkan oleh user. Tahap kedua adalah desain cepat, pada tahap ini peneliti membuat desain sederhana yang akan memberi gambaran singkat tentang sistem yang ingin dibuat. Tahap ketiga adlaah membangun prototipe, pada tahap ini peneliti membangun prototipe sebenarnya yang akan dijadikan rujukan tim programmer untuk pembuatan program atau aplikasi. tahap keempat adalah evaluasi penggunaan awal, pada tahap ini peneliti melakukan presentasi pada klient untuk dieavaluasi. Tahap kelima adalah memperbaiki prototipr, pada tahap ini peneliti memperbaiki sistem jika ditemukan ketidak sesuaian dengan keinginan klien pada tahap ke empat, jika tidak ada lanjut ketahap keenam. Pada tahap keenam adalah implementasi dan pemeliharaan, pada tahap ini peneliti segera membuat sistem susai dengan prototipe akhir yang telah disepakati, kemudain peneliti pelakukan pengujian dan setelah selesai sistem diserahkan ke klien. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem inventory barang pada kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan.
