Working from home in response to the global pandemic has brought major changes to the world of work. This research aims to see how working from home is implemented and how it affects employee performance. This study shows that employee performance is significantly affected when working from home. One of the perceived benefits is the flexibility of working from home schedules, which allows employees to adjust work schedules to their individual needs. Additionally, there is a positive relationship between employee productivity and a more comfortable work environment with fewer distractions. However, this research also reveals several problems that workers face when working from home. Feelings of social isolation, lack of group collaboration and communication difficulties are some of these problems. Companies must provide adequate technological infrastructure and appropriate training to ensure employees can easily adapt to working from home when faced with these issues. Therefore, the implementation of working from home has a significant impact on employee performance. Benefits such as time flexibility and increased productivity can be achieved, although there are some obstacles that need to be overcome. Therefore, it is important for businesses to continue to monitor and improve work from home practices to optimize employee performance in an ever-changing work environment.

The aim of this research is to understand how the principal's management is implemented in improving the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The type of research used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The main subject of this research is the school principal and the sources of information supporting this research are teaching and educational staff, committees and students. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research found that the implementation of school principal management to improve the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong was through planning and preparing work plans as well as preparing the school's vision, mission and goals. Furthermore, the school principal's efforts to improve the quality of education are carried out, such as grouping the tasks of each teacher and employee according to their abilities and expertise. Apart from that, in carrying out the process of improving the quality of education, the principal mobilizes the resources available at the school by providing encouragement and motivation in implementing each activity. Finally, in terms of achieving educational quality, school principals routinely carry out evaluation activities and make improvements so that the quality of education becomes better. Therefore, school principal management in improving the quality of education can support the realization of eight national education standards, namely content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, teacher and teaching staff standards, facility and infrastructure standards, and management standards. standards, financing criteria and evaluation criteria, educate.

This is a report of service to the community. The purpose of this writing is to briefly describe the preaching map of Surau Baitul Quddus Pueh, Sematan Malaysia. The reporting procedure uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are done by using interviews, observations, and documentation. The location of this research was carried out at Surau Baitul Quddus Pueh, Sematan Malaysia, in 2023. This research uses The results of this research show that Kampung Pueh has a surau named Surau Baitul Quddus, which was established on August 26, 2018, and the existing facilities and infrastructure in Surau Baitul Quddus Pueh are more or less the same as the surau in general.  

The development of technology today is very rapid, especially in the field of information technology. With the development of increasingly advanced and rapidly developing technology, humans can make various tools and aids in carrying out various activities. Technology has also played a role in various aspects of life, one of which is education. Rambang 1 public high school is one of the senior high schools that already has complete facilities and infrastructure such as the provision of a student saving program. However, data processing on student savings still uses a manual system, which is still keeping records on books and has not been computerized which causes several obstracles in carrying out savings transactions such as frequent loss of savings books, requiring time to search student data when entering deposit transactions in large quantities requires a relatively long time. This of course will slow down a job that should be done faster. Therefore we need a computerized students savings application which is expected to help solve the problems that occur. In designing this system using the agile software development method, with UML system modeling tools, and using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature study.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of practicum activities to improve student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 2 Tondano. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research that uses a survey method to describe and explain data based on the reality in the field. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to teachers and students, observation sheets, and practical activity sheets with data sources consisting of 30 students of class X Science 1, 30 students of class X Science 2, and biology teachers. Based on the research results, the level of readiness to obtain data for class X IPA 1 At the implementation stage of the practicum activities for class X Science 1 is 91%; the efforts made to improve the quality of practicum implementation are by improving practicum weaknesses such as the availability of tools and materials, good laboratory management, conducting evaluations, arranging implementation schedules and paying attention to laboratory layout in order to carry out practicum optimally. The factors that influence the quality of practicum implementation include student motivation, limited tools and materials, practicum schedule, availability of facilities and infrastructure, teacher's role in practicum activities, and students' active thinking.

This research aims to understand the planning of educational facilities and infrastructure needs. Knowing the required facilities and infrastructure needs will have a significant impact on the success of the learning process and can contribute appropriately to the achievement of educational goals. The research method used is a literature review method by collecting materials from various sources such as journals, articles, the internet, books, and other sources related to the planning of educational facilities and infrastructure needs. The results of the study show that the steps in planning facilities and infrastructure needs include needs analysis, cost analysis, and priority analysis. The purpose of planning these facilities and infrastructure needs is to ensure the provision of facilities and infrastructure that meet the needs of students and the needs of all staff in educational institutions. This includes various specifications of items, such as consumables, non-consumables, immovable items, and items related to learning activities.      

Indonesia's vision for 2020-2024 is to focus on developing human resources starting from development in the health sector. Priority programs in the Health sector include maternal and toddler/child health. Stunting is a hot issue and urgent to be resolved because it has an impact on the quality of Indonesia's human resources in the future. Human resources are the main factor in determining the success of a country and nation. The aim of writing the article is to socialize maintaining zero stunting which was initiated by Kukerta UNRI students in Simpang Perak Jaya village. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The data source is an analysis of policy documents. Stunting is defined as a height index for age (TB/U) less than the 3rd percentile. Kukerta UNRI in Simpang Perak Jaya Village, through this activity, took the initiative to carry out socialization activities to maintain zero stunting with the aim of increasing the community's knowledge and knowledge regarding stunting. The implementation of stunting socialization goes through 3 stages, namely preparing facilities and infrastructure, the socialization stage and the evaluation stage. The result of the implementation of this socialization on maintaining zero stunting is an increase in the knowledge of the Simpang Perak Jaya Village community after being given counseling in the form of socialization.  

MTs Darul Ikhlash is one of the educational institutions in South Sangatta which is equipped with various school facilities and infrastructure. Some of the data management processes for facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darul Ikhlash still run manually and some are in the form of files, but there is no system that accommodates the facilities and infrastructure processes as a whole. So it is difficult for the deputy head of facilities and infrastructure to find out and search for data held by the school, as well as control the inventory of facilities and infrastructure, especially those in condition that can be replaced for further improvement. The aim of this research is to design and build a website-based information system for facilities and infrastructure that is used to simplify the process of collecting data on facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darul Ikhlash so that management becomes more effective and efficient. This information system planning was created using the waterfall method. This research has produced a web-based Facilities and Infrastructure Information System for Data Collection and Loans at MTs Darul Ikhlash, which will make it easier for the school to recapitulate facility and infrastructure inventory data more quickly and accurately.

This research aims to increase knowledge and insight in the field of industrial economics, both in terms of concept, application and development of industrial economics in Indonesia. In order to increase knowledge and insight specifically in the field of industrial organization and business competition, both in terms of concept and implementation. Determine estimates and predictions and what is most likely regarding the company's condition and performance in the future. The research method uses qualitative methods and library research. The data collection technique is to record important information in carrying out data analysis by means of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions to obtain conclusions. The results of this research show several developments in the industrial sector in Indonesia. The industrial sector is the largest contributor to Indonesia's GDP, especially the manufacturing sector which contributes around 73% of Indonesia's total industrial production. However, the industrial sector in Indonesia is still hampered by several factors, such as poor infrastructure and limited human resources..  

Investment is a benchmark for whether a country can be said to have a good or low level of economic growth. The rate of investment affects the level of state welfare because investment encourages the state to create production to fulfill state affairs and the nation's welfare. Investment policy also has a positive role in reducing poverty and unemployment, because economic growth depends on high savings and investment. If savings and investment are low then the economic growth of society and the country will also be low. To achieve the goal of realizing the vision and mission or objectives of the One Stop Integrated Investment and Services Agency (DPMPTSP) itself, an appropriate promotional strategic work plan is needed to be considered by the regional government, so that investment in North Sumatra increases. Various activities have not had a significant impact in increasing investment, the increase in promotional activities carried out is not in line with the increase in investment value. The research technique used in this research can be a subjective expressive qualitative strategy, in the form of specific information in terms of words that match the characteristics subjective approach. Qualitative is collecting important and additional information through perception, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the North Sumatra Provincial Government has implemented an investment strategy, improved the quality and skills of the community through training, and carried out comprehensive investment promotion activities (such as holding seminars and investment forum meetings) at home and abroad. Accelerate infrastructure development and support regional investment development. Distribution of Capital Investment; Focus on Food, Infrastructure and Energy Development; Environmentally sound investment (green investment) Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Cooperatives (UMKMK); Providing facilities, convenience and investment incentives; and Investment Promotion. The objectives of this research are: 1) to determine the Principal's management planning in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung; 2) to determine the organization of the Principal's management in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung; 3) to determine the implementation of the Principal's management in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung; 4) to determine the Principal's management supervision in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method using a natural qualitative approach. The subjects in this research were taken directly from parties who are directly related to the implementation of Principal Management in improving the function and performance of teachers. In seeking this information the researcher will interview: (1) Principal, (2) Deputy Principal, (3) Teacher and can develop according to the needs of researchers. The results obtained in this research are: 1) The planning process for improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung began with holding meetings covering all school activities, including curriculum, student affairs, infrastructure and public relations; 2) Organizing activities at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung are carried out by considering the 5W and 1H principles, with the aim that the activities to be carried out can be right on target and efficient; 3) To improve teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung, various steps were taken, including involving teachers in workshops, IT in-depth training, developing report-based assessments, developing an Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI), training in developing learning implementation plans (RPP), technical guidance (bimtek) for learning, preparation of literacy questions, preparation of DUPAK, as well as personal coaching for teaching staff; 4) Improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung is carried out through two supervision systems, namely internal supervisors and external supervisors.

Coaching is a factor that plays an important role in getting better, and achievement is a benchmark for the success of a coaching. In the world of sports, especially futsal, futsal sports coaching needs to be done from an early age through talent search and guidance, breeding, education, and sports training. Therefore, the team needs to know its strengths and weaknesses and be able to identify opportunities and threats. This research was motivated by the ups and downs of futsal achievements at SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya and wanted to know based on SWOT analysis. This study aims to describe the coaching of futsal achievements at SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya based on the analysis of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats (SWOT). This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The target of this study was 15 people consisting of 1 manager, 2 coaches, and 12 athletes. Data are obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Test the validity of the data using the source triangulation technique. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing / verification. The result of this study is that from antiquity, the strengths possessed outweigh, the weaknesses and the opportunities that exist are more than the threats. 1) The strengths possessed include management has been formed, sports management has been implemented, funding has been smooth and can be managed properly, athletes have high motivation and enthusiasm, team cohesiveness and confidence are increasing. 2) The weaknesses are outdoor or outdoor courts, management management is less conceptualized, and coaches do not have a coaching license. 3) The opportunity that exists is that routine championships have begun to be held again, the number of futsal teams between schools that stand makes competition tight, and athletes who excel in their fields. 4) There are concerns about insufficient athlete regeneration, and lack of funding from schools. Strategies that can be applied are optimizing and upgrading existing facilities & infrastructure, making budgets to be submitted to schools to get additional funds, maintaining and improving the quality and achievement of athletes, coaches must continue to innovate while improving.    

This study aims to describe the implementation of similar music ensembles in grade VII.1 students at SMP Negeri 29 Padang. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The data in this study used primary data and secondary data. The steps of analyzing the data are collecting data, identifying the data, clarifying the data, describing the data and inferring the data. The results showed that cultural arts learning in class VII.1 at SMP N 29 Padang used the 2013 curriculum syllabus by applying the 2013 curriculum pattern method, namely, student-centered learning patterns, active patterns, group patterns, multimedia-based learning patterns, and plural learning patterns. Cultural arts learning which was supposed to be 3 meetings to 2 meetings made it a little difficult for students to face the exam of similar musical ensembles. The lack of facilities and infrastructure does not hinder teachers in developing their creativity in order to continue to achieve learning objectives

Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. Therefore, the researcher was interested and conducted research as a result of an internship, with the title "The influence of the lack of office infrastructure on the effectiveness of employee performance

The study aims to determine how the Human Resource Development Strategy at USN Kolaka lecturers works. The study used qualitative methods. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study consisted of key informants (the staffing coordinator) the main informant (5 USN Kolaka lecturers), and supporting informants (2 students). while using data analysis techniques using interactive models, which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the results of research, it is known that the lecturers have their own strategies to improve their competence. It is because the strategy applied by the university has not been working effectively. It is because there are several factors that become challenges and obstacles in developing human resources, such as infrastructure, budget, planning, and workload. With inadequate infrastructure and an unrealized budget, lecturers implement their own strategies to improve their competence by attending training or workshops, education, and mentoring.

The air transportation business in Indonesia has experienced a rapid increase seen from the number of airlines established in Indonesia. The increasing number of airlines makes the competition increasingly fierce in building a company. So the company can experience financial difficulties that can lead to bankruptcy. One of the airline companies experiencing financial distress is PT. Indonesia Transport and Infrastructure Tbk. This research aims to analyze and predict the bankruptcy of the company PT. Indonesia Transport and Infrastructure Tbk. This research uses the Altman Z-Score and Springate methods. The data collection technique used in the research is secondary data in the form of PT's annual financial report. Indonesia Transport and Infrastructure Tbk for the 2017-2021 period.       The results of this research state that in 2017 the company experienced distress with a z-score classification of -2.2920 and Springate -0.5127. In 2018 the company experienced distress with a classification of -2.9939 and Springate -0.4330. In 2019 the company experienced distress with a z-score classification of -4.0886 and Springate -0.5974. In 2020 the company experienced distress with a z-score classification of -6.8293 and Springate -0.7776. In 2021 the company experienced distress with a z-score classification of -8.0491 and Springate -0.5821.
