This research aims to investigate the role of educational administration systems in enhancing school quality. Employing a qualitative approach, data were gathered through interviews with school administrators, teachers, and educational staff. The analysis revealed that the effective implementation of administrative systems has a positive impact on school performance. This article discusses these findings and provides suggestions for further improvements in educational management at the school level. These findings have significant implications for the development and enhancement of educational quality within the school environment.

Entrepreneurship is currently very developed and is in great demand by the general public. This is because it is stated that there are many opportunities resulting from the entrepreneurial skills they have. Apart from that, the president also directly instructed the urgency of entrepreneurship education in schools. So that entrepreneurship is currently being enhanced through entrepreneurship education at the primary and secondary school levels. Apart from that, entrepreneurship education is also needed within the family and community through fairy tales or stories with the aim of motivating students to become successful as entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship education focuses a lot on the skills to become an entrepreneur, not just selling goods or services because the basic values of entrepreneurship are important in forming life skills. These skills include creative, innovative, independent, financial management, leadership, courage to take risks, and adaptive. Through this article, entrepreneurship and its scientific fields are discussed at the elementary school level in high school to form students' entrepreneurial spirit. This article also covers the results of other relevant studies which are explained descriptively.

The patient came with complaints that the body often felt weak even though the patient did not do strenuous activities. This complaint has worsened in the last 1 week, causing the patient to be discouraged from doing activities and disrupting his daily activities Patient also complained that his weight was decreasing. Another complaint that was felt was that the hands often felt numb. History of diabetes mellitus in the last 10 years, but the patient admitted that he did not routinely take medicine to control his blood sugar. The KGDS examination obtained in the patient was 324 mg/dl. The patient's BMI was 18.2 kg/m2 and classified as underweight. Primary data was obtained through autoanamnesa and physical examination by conducting home visits, filling out family folders, and filling out patient files. Assessment was carried out based on holistic diagnosis at the beginning, process, and end of the visit quantitatively and qualitatively. Interventions include education about the causes of diabetes mellitus, education about lifestyle modification and the importance of taking medication regularly to control blood sugar levels and explaining complications that may arise from the patient's disease so that patients make preventive efforts.  

Reading is one of the elements of language skills that are at the third level, after listening and speaking skills. Along with the times, the development of reading materials published so that people, especially students, have a varied and not monotonous reading reference. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with survey type. Data collection methods in this study using questionnaires, observations and interviews. The data subjects in this study were Indonesian Language and Literature Education (PBSI) students. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Tarbiyah Science (FITK) UIN Jakarta. This study aims to reveal the phenomenon of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah Sciences (FITK) UIN Jakarta in their interest in reading popular scientific works. The results of this study indicate that factors such as atmosphere, time, and the presence of interesting readings affect students' reading interest, and further understanding of reading preferences and habits can provide additional insights regarding the influence of popular scientific reading skills on the reading interest of PBSI UIN Jakarta 3rd semester students.

School-aged children have a habit of paying less attention to hand washing behavior, especially in the school environment. Although simple and effective, promoting hand washing for disease prevention is still a challenge. The habit of washing hands with soap is still a global concern because people still forget the habit of washing their hands. The focus of the activity is school-aged children who will become "Agents of Change" in the future. This activity was attended by students aged 7-12 years who attended Ai Limung State Elementary School and totaled 54 children. After following this counseling, it is hoped that students will always be able to maintain cleanliness, especially hand hygiene by diligently washing their hands with soap to prevent them from infectious diseases. The level of knowledge of the students after this counseling increased, this can be seen from their fluency in practicing how to wash their hands with soap and answering the questions given properly and correctly. It is hoped that this activity can increase knowledge and increase awareness of Ai Limung State Elementary School students about how important it is to wash your hands with soap to always maintain cleanliness to avoid germs

Incestuous abuse is a very serious problem among society, especially among minors. In this research, the main aim was to prevent and understand the main causes of criminal acts of incestuous sexual harassment. So that we can examine in more depth the low level of public awareness and low level of education, the research was conducted using normative juridical methods. So, by socializing PPPA to the community, it can reduce the level of sexual harassment that occurs.

Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School's policy in formulating its vision and mission shares the main focus on aspects of morality. Determining the direction of the vision and mission is influenced by close social interactions and the various backgrounds of students. The process of formulating policies at Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School involves various parties, including internal schools, student parents, and other policy makers, in order to improve learning progress. This personal learning option as a school policy is not carried out without a reason, but rather is adjusted to the vision and mission that form the basis. learning system in the school. To realize this policy, the school has designed a management system and implementation guidelines that include regular, automatic activities and exemplary examples inside and outside the classroom. The conclusions of research on the analysis of school policies to improve the internal quality of student learning include an explanation of the important role of school policies in providing direction and support. The objects of this research were 30 students in class IV MIS YPI Batangkuis. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out using tests and questionnaires which took place face to face with students. Data analysis methods include assessing writing test scores, calculating the percentage of reading ability, as well as evaluating overall results to understand the effectiveness of teaching Arabic-Malay. It is hoped that the findings from this research will provide a more comprehensive view of the teaching strategies that best support Arabic-Malay language learning in the fifth grade environment of MIS YPI Batangkuis. The results of this research can be a reflection to improve existing teaching methods. By understanding the successes and challenges in the learning process, more effective strategies can be developed to improve students' understanding of Arabic-Malay. It is hoped that the implications of this research can help develop better teaching guidelines and improve the quality of Arabic-Malay language education at a broader level.

The study period is an important phase in a person's educational journey at college or university level. 3rd and 5th semester students often experience higher pressure due to increasingly complex and demanding coursework. This study aims to investigate the correlation between emotional intelligence and Psychological Well-Being among Padang State University students. This research method is quantitative correlation using Product moment correlation analysis. The results show a strong and significant positive correlation (Pearson correlation coefficient = 0.625) between emotional intelligence and Psychological Well-Being. With a significance value of <0.01. Findings showed that individuals with higher psychological well-being tended to have positive emotions and pleasant feelings, whereas those with lower psychological well-being tended to have negative emotions and less pleasant feelings.

The quality of health services is a manifestation of the results of the performance of health workers which results in patient satisfaction, if the service meets or exceeds what the patient expected (Antari, 2019). Service quality is assessed from five variables, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Physical Evidence, Guarantee and Empathy. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing services and the level of outpatient satisfaction at RSBT Karimun in 2023. The research carried out was descriptive correlational research and a cross-sectional approach. The sampling method used was consecutive sampling with a sample size of 174 outpatients at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital in 2023. Research data was collected by filling in questionnaires by respondents. The research data were analyzed univariately with frequency tables and bivariate tests with the Chi Square test. The results of the univariate analysis show a picture of Service Quality from the reliability variable. The results of the bivariate analysis of the Reliability and Satisfaction variables were obtained, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between service quality and satisfaction of outpatients at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital in 2023. It is hoped that this research's suggestions will enable the educational institution at Awalbros University, Batam, to increase nurses' knowledge about the quality of nursing services. to increase patient satisfaction.

At RT 06/014 Kel. Palmerah, West Jakarta, there is an urgent need to increase digital literacy among parents, who vary in age and level of technological knowledge. Reliance on digital technology poses challenges in supervising children and online safety. This challenge can be overcome by conducting digital literacy training designed to close knowledge gaps, improve online security, and provide skills to use technology responsibly. This training is carried out through lectures, simulations, and practice. Survey results showed high satisfaction (4.2/5) with the training content, but there was demand for more hands-on activities, especially regarding social media and data security. This training aims to equip parents with the skills necessary to support their children's education in a dynamic digital environment.

The results of observations carried out by researchers in Mattirotasi village showed that parents did not contribute enough to their children's education, which had an impact on learning motivation and also the quality of children's education in Mattirotasi village. The impact of the lack of parental contribution can be seen from the large number of children whose cognitive level does not match the child's own age or educational level, there are still many children who behave negatively towards their friends, for example hitting and making fun of their classmates.

A multidisciplinary approach is a method in education that combines various disciplines to create a better understanding. A literature study was conducted to determine the concept of multidisciplinary approach and its impact on learning achievement and development of primary school children.
