Keresahan masyarakat dan tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pemerintah akibat banyak sekali oknum pemerintah yang melakukan tindak korupsi. Namun ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam upaya optimalisasi kasus korupsi di Indonesia yaitu dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi yang ada dan berkembang pesat saat ini. Kehadiran sebuah teknologi tersebut membantu pemerintah dalam upaya mengurangi angka korupsi terhadap pengelolaan keuangan di Indonesia. Kehadiran Blockchain Open Ladger System memberikan sebuah solusi untuk pengelolaan keuangan dalam rangka mengurangi angka korupsi di Indonesia. Penulisan artikel ini mengacu kepada uraian permasalahan diatas dengan menerapkan dan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi yang ada dalam era society 5.0. Metode yang digunakan yaitu literature review yang bersumber kepada penelitian terdahulu. Hasil dari pembahasan ini menunjukan bahwa Blockchain Open Ladger System merupakan sistem yang bergerak dalam proses transparansi pengelolaan keuangan. Dalam sistem ini masyarakat dapat mengetahui dengan jelas arah perputaran anggaran keuangan negara yang berjalan sehingga apabila terjadi penyelewengan atau ketidaksesuaian akan dapat langsung terdeteksi pelaku atau permasalahannya.

The influence of social media on guest decision behavior in booking hotel rooms is increasingly relevant in today's digital era. Social media provides a broad platform for guests to seek information, interact, and make decisions regarding hotel room bookings. Perceived ease of use is an important factor influencing guests' decisions, where an intuitive interface, simple navigation, and a smooth booking process will influence their conclusion to make a booking through social media. In addition, perceived helpfulness is also a key consideration, where relevant information, reviews from previous guests, and useful recommendations on social media can shape positive perceptions and encourage guests to take the next step. Booking intention, as a result of perceived ease of use and usefulness, is also an important variable that influences guest behavior. This research aims to study and identify guests' decisions in booking hotel rooms through social media. One of them is to find out whether social media as a channel for booking hotel rooms is useful, easy to use, and easily accessible to the wider community. the type of research used is a quantitative approach with an explanation (explanatory research). The variables in this study are perceived easy use, perceived usefull, booking intention, and decision to book a hotel room. the population used in this study were UNP Hotel & Convention Center guests. The number of samples used was 111 respondents with purposive sampling technique and describe data from respondents' answers to questionnaires along with inferential statistical analysis techniques using the SEM (structural equilibrium modeling) data analysis method with the PLS (partial least square) approach. SmartPLS 3.intention order application. Booking intention significantly mediates between perceived ease of use and the decision to book a hotel room on social media. Social media. UMKM Al-Qolam Fish Farm is one of the businesses located in Tanjungsari Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar City. This UMKM is engaged in catfish cultivation. The lack of knowledge and information about digital marketing has resulted in the marketing of UMKM Al-Qolam Fish Farm products being limited to conventional media. Therefore, there is a need for outreach and assistance regarding the importance of digital marketing and the benefits of this type of marketing to Al-Qolam Fish Farm UMKM. The methods used in this service are surveys, questionnaires, outreach, FGDs, and assistance to UMKM. The results of this study, Al-Qolam Fish,Farm can understand the benefits and importance of digital marketing. These UMKM also know the platforms that can be used for digital marketing. In addition, these UMKM also understand how to create and run websites through the Google Site and TikTok social media accounts. It is hoped that the socialization and mentoring activities carried out for UMKM can increase the sustainability and competitiveness of UMKM Al-Qolam Fish Farm in the current digital era.

Digital marketing can be a solution to solving problems that have been experienced by MSME actors, namely product marketing problems. Especially in Musir lor Village, Kec. Rejoso, Kab. Ngajuk, East Java Province, where there are several UMKM that have the potential to be developed to become more productive. However, the lack of understanding of digital marketing causes these UMKM to not develop further on a large scale. This is based on the results of observations and the implementation of location surveys in the village of Musir Lor which is a form of research method in the analysis of problems with Musir Lor UMKM owners, namely the lack of awareness of the residents of Musir Lor Village about the importance of Business Identification Numbers, as well as the lack of understanding in increasing business value. or the image of a product to support product quality improvement and increase the interest of potential consumers in an UMKM product. Some UMKM build businesses with minimal knowledge of UMKM business owners causing a lack of knowledge about product brands. Therefore, in branding or rebranding a product, it must be understood that an attractive, unique and easily recognized design is very important. Therefore, several alternative strategies that need to be considered in building a brand are logos that are appropriate to the line of business, banners and business stamps, more attractive and modern packaging designs. In this modern and technological era, it is certainly not far from operating digital applications that must be understood by UMKM business actors as a form of effort to increase the development of an UMKM, such as operating an online marketplace, social media and operating a financial management application to manage finances in a structured manner.

The rapid development of technology has reached the era 5.0 where digital literacy has become extremely important, especially for teachers. One of the graphic design applications that can assist teachers in designing instructional media is Canva. The purpose of this community engagement activity is to introduce the Canva application to teachers at SMAS Plus Talang as a tool for designing instructional media. The methods used in this engagement include lectures, practice sessions, and discussions. There are several stages in this engagement activity, namely coordination and needs analysis, preparation of materials and activities, training, monitoring and evaluation, as well as data analysis and reporting. The results of this engagement show an improvement in the understanding of the teachers after participating in the training, with an average understanding categorized as very good. This Community Engagement (PKM) activity helps teachers in designing engaging instructional media, enabling students to become more aware of digital literacy and be prepared to face a digital-dominant work environment. It is hoped that the results of this research can serve as a reference for other educational institutions and introduce and train educators in the use of the Canva application.

Peningkatan kebutuhan mobilisasi masyarakat di Jawa Tengah, terutama Kota Salatiga, dipandang sebagai suatu peluang dan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para pengusaha transportasi dalam membantu pemerintah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan daerah dan nasional. Mobilitas sangat berkaitan erat dengan kebutuhan transportasi. Kebutuhan akan transportasi untuk kegiatan wisata dan mobilisasi masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan atau kepentingan masyarakat memberikan peluang bagi Jeggboy Salatiga untuk merilis aplikasi rental kendaraan pertama di Salatiga. Karena berbasis start-up, Jeggboy Salatiga menerapkan pemasaran digital dan juga dibantu dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan brand awareness. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 75 responden dengan kriteria berusia 16 tahun ke atas dan pernah memanfaatkan Jeggboy Salatiga. Kuesioner digunakan dalam pengumpulan data untuk kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data Partial Least Square SEM. Hasil dari penelitian yang didapat menunjukkan: 1) Variabel pemasaran digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand awareness. 2) Variabel pemasaran digital memiliki berpengaruh sangat kecil dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. 3) Brand awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian

Dalam era digital saat ini, keamanan informasi menjadi hal yang sangat penting, terutama bagi perusahaan-perusahaan besar yang memiliki objek vital yang harus dijaga dengan baik. PT. Pos Indonesia sebagai perusahaan layanan pos terkemuka di Indonesia juga perlu memastikan bahwa objek vital, file-file penting, dan sistem mereka terlindungi dengan baik dari ancaman keamanan. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengamanan objek vital, keamanan file, dan keamanan cyber pada PT. Pos Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi studi literatur dan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dengan pihak terkait di PT. Pos Indonesia.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Pos Indonesia telah mengimplementasikan berbagai langkah pengamanan untuk melindungi objek vital mereka. Langkah-langkah ini meliputi penggunaan sistem keamanan fisik seperti pengawasan CCTV, pengamanan pintu masuk, dan pengaturan akses terbatas ke area sensitif. Selain itu, PT. Pos Indonesia juga menerapkan kebijakan keamanan yang ketat untuk mengatur penggunaan dan pengelolaan file-file penting mereka. Sistem keamanan file yang digunakan meliputi enkripsi data, backup reguler, dan pengaturan hak akses pengguna. Namun, dalam hal keamanan cyber, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa potensi kerentanan. PT. Pos Indonesia perlu meningkatkan langkah-langkah keamanan cyber mereka untuk melindungi sistem mereka dari serangan yang mungkin terjadi. Rekomendasi termasuk penerapan firewall yang kuat, pemantauan sistem secara teratur, pembaruan perangkat lunak yang tepat waktu, dan pelatihan keamanan bagi karyawan.

In this era of globalization and rapidly advancing technology, the level of competition in finding work and income is getting higher. This is due to a mismatch between the number of jobs available and the number of job seekers. Therefore, we cannot continue to depend on existing job vacancies, but there should be a desire within us to be self-employed. In addition, not all of the existing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have produced the desired output. One of the big challenges for SMEs is the lack of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills needed to manage the business effectively. It is necessary to strive for training that can provide the necessary knowledge, skills and resources to MSME owners so that they can optimize their business potential. This entrepreneurship training method uses two methods, namely training by providing material as well as discussion and question and answer. From the results of the implementation of this training program, the participants' responses were enthusiastic and positive. It can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants which is reflected in their active participation in the training. The participants also demonstrated their understanding of entrepreneurship which was strengthened by their ability to answer the mentor's questions.

As one of the leading companies in the insurance industry, PT Prudential Life Assurance manages vital objects, such as customer data, financial information, and network systems that are crucial to maintain smooth operations. In this context, security of vital objects, file security, and cyber security are key factors that must be taken seriously. This research was conducted online using sources that can be accessed via the internet, such as articles and related sources available on Google. Therefore, there is no specific physical location that is the focus of this research. Based on the research conducted, it was found that PT Prudential Life Assurance has a comprehensive approach in maintaining the security of their vital objects. File Security In terms of file security, PT Prudential Life Assurance uses a sophisticated and encrypted file management system to protect important data and documents. Cyber Security In an effort to maintain cyber security, PT Prudential Life Assurance has taken important steps. It can be concluded that, PT Prudential Life Assurance has implemented comprehensive security measures to protect the company's vital objects. Its security has proven effective through the use of an encrypted file management system and strict access policies. The company has also implemented important steps in cyber security, including strict IT security policies, threat monitoring, and preventive measures against malware and DDoS attacks.

The beginning of 2020 was a nightmare for Indonesia, the Covid-19 pandemic that hit had an extraordinary impact. Tourism, which is the main sector in the process of national development, is not spared from the impacts it presents. This pandemic has hit the tourism industry so that tens of thousands of workers have lost their jobs within 1 month. As time goes by, Indonesia does not continue to fall into misery. The new normal order has made the tourism sector carry out various kinds of innovations to get back up from the downturn caused by the pandemic. One of the innovations made is by maximizing digital marketing for tourist destinations. This study uses a literature study research method using various written sources such as articles, journals, and documents that are relevant to the study in this study. The results of the study show that the use of digital marketing in the tourism sector has several advantages, namely (1) Spending less money and targeting a wider market, (2) Retaining customers by establishing communication in a smooth way, (3) Easy to choose specific targets (4) Its effectiveness is easy to measure. Digital marketing for tourist destinations can utilize and use various online platforms such as websites, social media, mobile applications, and online advertising.

Laporan keuangan dalam suatu bisnis sangat penting yaitu untuk mencatat pengeluaran dan pemasukan serta untuk mengetahui jumlah laba atau keuntungan yang diperoleh. Laporan keuangan inilah yang nantinya menjadi dasar dalam penyusunan strategi dan pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Di era society 5.0 ini, masyarakat dituntut untuk dapat hidup berdampingan dengan teknologi, yaitu dengan cara mempelajari, menguasai dan memanfaatkan teknologi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Di samping itu, pelaku UMKM di Teras Malioboro 1 masih kurang pemahaman dan kesadaran mengenai pentingnya membuat laporan keuangan dalam menjalankan usaha. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah mengedukasi pelaku UMKM di Teras Malioboro 1 mengenai pencatatan laporan keuangan digital pada aplikasi BukuKas melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan, sehingga laporan keuangan dapat terorganisir dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu 1) Survey 2) Pelaksanaan Kegiatan 3) Hasil. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang mencatat laporan keuangan secara manual tulis tangan. Maka dari itu pengabdi melakukan pengabdian mengenai edukasi akuntansi digital agar mempermudah pencatatan laporan keuangan dan demi keberlangsungan usaha pelaku UMKM di Teras Malioboro 1.

The stretching of Indonesia's economic growth after Covid 19 shows conditions that are increasing, this can be seen from the business activities that have started to be carried out for people in villages and urban areas. This opportunity for the people of Rejoso village, Nganjuk Regency, is an opportunity that is very exploited so that traded products are able to penetrate big cities in East Java. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ability of businesses to create financial performance and to analyze the factors that influence the achievement of financial performance. This type of research is a quantitative research using primary data for the July 2022 period and distributing questionnaires to 110 MSMEs. The data source is from the Nganjuk Regency Cooperative and MSME Office. The analysis of this study uses the financial performance index and SEM PLS. The results show that managerial ability and innovation in achieving good financial performance have been achieved with an index of 96.91. These results are in line with the test results where the statistical T values ​​and P values ​​are in areas that are significant.

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform on the buying interest of digital business students. In an increasingly advanced digital era, digital marketing and the use of marketplace platforms have become important factors in influencing consumer behavior, including students. This research involved digital business student respondents who actively use the Shopee marketplace platform. The data collection method was carried out through an online survey using a structured questionnaire. Digital marketing variables and platform ease of use are measured using a Likert scale. The collected data were then analyzed using regression analysis techniques. The findings of this study indicate that digital marketing significantly and profitably influences the purchase intention of students studying digital business. Student buying interest can be increased using efficient digital marketing techniques including social media, online advertising and related content. In addition, research findings show that student buying interest is positively and significantly influenced by the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform. Students are more likely to be interested and interested in transacting through platforms that are easy to use, have intuitive navigation and easy payment procedures. In conclusion, digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform have had a major impact on the buying interest of students studying digital business. The results of this study provide a better understanding of the factors that influence student buying behavior in the context of digital business. These findings can serve as guidelines for companies or online sellers in designing effective marketing strategies and improving the user experience on the marketplace platform.
