In this article, we will examine the impact of divorce (Division of Property & Child Custody) where this study was conducted at the Medan District Court. This divorce has a lot of impacts, especially on children. However, this article will focus on the division of assets and child custody as a cause and effect of divorce. This research uses descriptive qualitative and normative legal methods through analytical and observational approaches, with data collection techniques based on literature studies and interviews. Divorce is triggered by various reasons, including disharmonious relations between husband and wife in terms of fulfilling biological needs, issues of different principles of life, differences in income in improving welfare, infidelity. The decision to divorce results in the division of property and child custody, where custody falls to the mother because the child is under 12 years old. Referring to Article 105 KHI, which explains that child custody in divorce with children under 12 years old is given to the mother. Meanwhile, the distribution of assets is in accordance with applicable Islamic law.

The Bogor District Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperative Service will assist cooperatives and micro, small and medium enterprises in the Bogor district to meet licensing requirements and build their capacity. Facilitation of halal certification licensing, food safety counseling certification, digital and packaging training, and development of new entrepreneurs for micro, small and medium enterprises in Bogor Regency. To find out the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Cooperative Office of Small and Medium Enterprises in Bogor Regency, and to find out the effect of the work environment on employee performance and to find out the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Bogor Regency. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is 77 employees. the sampling technique used random sampling, the data collection technique used primary data and the data analysis technique in this study used the SPSS 25 application. Based on the results of this study it shows that Leadership Style has a partial effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a partial effect on Employee Performance. Then Leadership Style and Work Environment together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on employee performance.    

This research was motivated by the results of observations by researchers who found that there were teenagers who still received less attention from their parents so that they had poor morals. One of them was a teenager who went against his parents because the mother did not give him money to buy a quota and then the child said cruel words and even pushed his mother to the ground. The aim of this research is to find out concretely whether there is an influence of parental attention on the morals of teenagers in Jorong Padang Tujuh District. West Pasaman Regency. The theories used in this research are the theory of parental attention and the theory of adolescent morals. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach, the research plan used in this research is to use a correlational method. With a population of all Muslim teenagers aged 12-21 years (not married) in Jorong Padang Tujuh District. Pasaman Regency West Pasaman contains 137 people who will be taken as a sample of 25%, namely 34 people. The sampling technique used in this research was proportional random sampling. In this research, two instruments will be used, namely the parental attention instrument and the adolescent morals instrument. Based on the research results, it was obtained that r_count = 0.482, so the hypothesis was accepted which stated that there was a significant influence between parental attention and adolescent behavior, meaning that H_0 was rejected. This is because r_count = 0.482 which is in the coefficient interval 0.40-0.599 so that the level of correlation between the two variables is included in the medium category. The influence of parental attention on adolescent morals can be seen from the coefficient of determination between variables X and Y which is KD = 23.23%. This figure shows that 23.23% of adolescent morals are determined by parental attention and the rest is determined by other factors.

This research aims to understand the mechanism of murabahah contracts at BMT Rukun Abadi Bandar Jaya and to examine the implementation of murabahah contracts in their financing products. This study employs qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, which is adapted to observe the realities in the field through observation. Phenomenological analysis is used to analyze a phenomenon based on existing responses. Phenomenological research is used to analyze the implementation of murabahah contracts in financing products at BMT Rukun Abadi Bandar Jaya. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The mechanism of murabahah contracts at BMT Rukun Abadi Bandar Jaya consists of financing procedures, agreement terms, collateral, down payments, and penalties. 2) Implementing murabahah contracts in financing products at BMT Rukun Abadi Bandar Jaya has been well-executed, as it fulfills the criteria set within the murabahah financing mechanism. These criteria include financing procedures, agreement terms, collateral, down payments, and penalties

The Islamic education system as a whole has components that can create an ideal Muslim figure, this is because the Islamic boarding school education system is based on the Qur’an and hadits. So that, the IDIA Prenduan has also created a unique system to support graduate competencies that are expected to be useful and have the potential to solve every problem in society. The researcher formulates the problem that is the focus of the research as follows:1. What are the efforts in improving the competence of graduates through niha’ie program among female intensive students at IDIA Prenduan? 2. What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for improving the competence of graduates through niha’ie program among female intensive students at IDIA Prenduan?This research uses a qualitative approach to the field type. Meanwhile, data collection techniques use interviews, observation, documentation. The data analysis technique is in the form of interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman with stages consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Regarding the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation techniques. From the research results, it can be seen that the efforts in improving the competence of graduates through niha’ie program among female intensive students at IDIA Prenduan are: cergam (religious speech), congregational prayer practice, amaliyah tadries, muqobalah syakhsiyah, fathul kutub. The supporting factors are the provision to maximize when involved in these activities. While the inhibiting factors include the existence of clashes between ma'had programs and faculty programs.   Keywords:The Effort, The Competence of Graduates.

Hospitality Management Applied Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Dian Nuswantoro University.This final project aims to explain the role of a Room Attendant, especially in the Housekeeping department in supporting operations. A Room Attendant has duties and responsibilities in working on guest rooms, by providing the best quality of room comfort for hotel guests at Artotel Gajahmada Semarang. This research is a research that uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques using qualitative research methods for the data collection process are obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation, to obtain the correct data. The research results obtained show that the comfort of guest rooms is supported by three things, namely tidiness, beauty, and completeness. By implementing these three things, it will make guests feel comfortable and at home while staying at the hotel at Artotel Gajahmada Semarang.

This research aims to assess the financial performance of regional government at the Sikka Regency BPKAD office by analyzing financial reports based on vertical and horizontal methods. This was motivated by the instability of financial reports at the BPKAD office. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation and documentation. The data used is in the form of financial reports from the BPKAD office, namely balance sheets, budget realization reports, operational reports, reports on changes in excess budget balances, reports on changes in equity, and cash flows. The data analysis technique used in this research is a simple financial report calculation analysis. The research results show that vertical analysis of these reports shows improvements and changes in the financial and operational performance of regional governments from 2019 to 2020, while the results of horizontal analysis of regional government financial reports show significant changes in several aspects, including income, spending, transfers and financing from 2019 to 2020. Financial performance from 2019-2020 experienced instability or what is usually called fluctuation due to Covid-19 that hit.

Multiple pedagogical research have shown that guided inquiry-based learning increases students' scientific literacy. The Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) conducted a study of scientific literacy between 2000 and 2015, and their findings show that students in Indonesia still have a low level of scientific literacy compared to other OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) countries. flat. A non-blinded pre-post experimental design was adopted for this study's quasi-quantitative method. Correlations between Local Socioscientific Issues (SSI) and OE3C Instructional methods and cyan enhancement. literacy were found in an analysis of obtained data using SPSS Version 26. Consequently, OE3C Instructional may be used to include the Local Socioscientific Issues (SSI) method into elementary school science instruction with the goal of improving students' scientific literacy.

Compulsory Military Service has become the focal point of debate in the latest National Resource Empowerment Law (PSDN). Some argue that national defence, which forms the basis of compulsory military service, should not be confined solely to military contexts. However, on the other hand, many believe that a military approach is integral to national defence. The author employs a legal and national defence analysis to comprehend the conception of compulsory military service. The findings of the author's research indicate that mandatory military service is a mandate of the law and not voluntary, leaning towards a militaristic approach. Furthermore, the author asserts that all non-militaristic forms of national defense are valid, but a militaristic approach remains obligatory.

The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The type of research used is a type of experimental research. The population in this study were all students of class VIII UPT SMP Negeri 3 Srengat. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The instruments used to measure learning outcomes are test questions and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is the data instrument test with the validity test and reliability test, the prerequisite test with the normality test and homogeneity test, and the hypothesis test with the t-test. The results showed that partially there was an influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model with Fun Mind Mapping media on students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the results of data analysis with the help of SPSS 22 for windows on cognitive aspects 0.017 <0.05, affective aspects 0.046 <0.05, and psychomotor aspects 0.048 <0.05, which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and human resource development on the performance of the Tasikmalaya Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Employees. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research population was part of the Tasikmalaya Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees and used a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were sampled, namely 40 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline (X1) and HR Development (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y). Work Discipline (X1) partially significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). HR development (X2) partially significant effect on employee performance (Y).  

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of Relationship Marketing and Customer Loyalty at Da'o Screen Printing company and to determine the effect of Relationship Marketing on Customer Loyalty at Da'o Screen Printing company. The research method used by researchers is to use descriptive analysis. This research uses a quantitative approach. The type of research used in this research is causal. In this study, the authors conducted direct research on all Da'o Screen Printing customers to obtain data. The sample in this study was 50 people, this is based on saturated sampling technique where the population in this study was 50 people. Researchers will conduct tests using SPSS version 25. Relationship Marketing at Da'o Screen Printing company is currently in a very good classification. Da'o Screen Printing's customer loyalty is currently in a good classification because many customers maintain loyalty at Da'o Screen Printing. Relationship Marketing has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty because if the implementation of Relationship Marketing will increase customers who are loyal to the products provided by Da'o Screen Printing.

Information technology that is developing faster and faster encourages various aspects to develop as well, including crime. One of the crimes that follows the development of technology is gambling, in the past gambling was done conventionally in casinos or in stalls, now gambling can be done via the internet or what we often know as online gambling. This research aims to find out the efforts of the police in law enforcement against online gambling crimes and understand the procedures for handling cases of online gambling crimes at the Central Java Regional Police. This research is an empirical legal research using a legal sociological approach. The results of the study explain that in efforts to enforce the law on online gambling crime, the police apply preventive efforts through socialization, patrols in cyberspace, and cooperation with the Ministry of Communication and Information. Apart from preventive efforts, the police also apply repressive efforts with investigations and investigations. In this law enforcement effort, there are several inhibiting factors, including the lack of complete facilities and infrastructure and the vulnerability of securing evidence. The procedure for handling online gambling crimes is in accordance with the SOP, which includes police reports, investigations, investigations, arrests, searches, seizures, examinations, filing and the last is the submission of case files and defendants along with evidence to the public prosecutor.

Teenagers today often experience sleep disturbances, this happens because teenagers prefer to be in front of screens such as gadgets, televisions and computers. In a day, teenagers use gadgets for 5-7 hours, so it takes around 60 minutes longer to fall asleep. Apart from using gadgets, another factor that can affect sleep quality is stress. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between gadget use and stress levels with sleep quality in adolescents at Puspita Medika Tapos Health Vocational School, Depok. Method: This research uses an analytical design with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was a total sampling of 99 students. Results: based on statistical logistic regression tests on 99 respondents, a significant value of p = 0.045 was obtained, namely <0.05 for the gadget use variable and p = 0.001, namely <0.05 for stress levels. Conclusion: there is a relationship between gadget use and stress levels with sleep quality in teenagers at Puspita Medika Vocational School.

Method: This research is quantitative using a pre-experimental design method with a one group pre-post test design. The number of samples used was 15 respondents, the sampling technique used an accidental sampling approach. The statistical test in this study used the Wilcoxon Test. This research was conducted in Bogor, West Java. Results: It is known that the average MAP value before the intervention was 117 mmHg and after the intervention it decreased to 106 mmHg. Based on the Wilcoxon test, it is known that there is a difference in the average MAP value before and after the intervention (0.001 < 0.005). The company strives to achieve the development of human resources and employee work abilities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in order to achieve appropriate employee work efficiency. By using brainstorming variables using a quantitative approach method with data in the form of primary and secondary data, the sample used was 76 employees. Based on the results of direct and indirect hypothesis testing, there is development of human resources and employee work abilities in the era of the 4th industrial revolution.

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Solok Regency Tourism and Culture Office in the Development of the Alahan Panjang Resort Tourism Object which is located in Nagari Alahan Panjang, Lembah Gumanti District, Solok Regency. The method in this research is a descriptive qualitative method using SWOT analysis through the IFAS and EFAS matrix approach. With the SWOT analysis, the situation of the Alahan Panjang Resort tourist attraction can be identified by identifying the internal factors and external factors that influence the tourist attraction. The research results based on the SWOT Analysis Diagram show that the coordinate position of the Performance Analysis of the Solok Regency Tourism and Culture Office in developing the Alahan Panjang Resort tourist attraction is in quadrant 1 with a cut point of 0.73; 0.33. This shows that the Alahan Panjang Resort tourist attraction is in a growth oriented strategy position or implementing a strategy referring to aggressive growth so as to enable the Solok Regency Tourism and Culture Office to carry out further development.

Background: High levels of stress can result in biological, psychological and social problems and even serious harm to a person. Emotional prevalence in Central Java is characterized by 95,461 depressive symptoms. Stress in students can originate from activities and also academic assignments. Objective: Therapy that can be carried out by Muslims with an Islamic approach, namely psychoreligious by listening to the holy verses of the Koran or murottal Al-Qur'an. This research aims to determine the effect of providing murottal Al-Qur'an on stress levels in students at 'Aisyiyah University, Surakarta. The research respondents were students at 'Aisyiyah University, Surakarta, female, aged 18-22 years, from the faculty of health sciences and not deaf. Methods: This study measured the stress level of the pretest and posttest design. The subjects of this study amounted to 2 respondents. The questionnaire used in this study was the DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) questionnaire to measure student stress levels. Results: Before being given murottal Al-Qur'an the level of stress was high, and after being given murottal Al-Qur'an the level of stress was mild. Conclusion: The results show that there is a significant reduction in stress levels in 'Aisyiyah Surakarta University students, after being given Al-Qur'an murottals.  

This research is entitled the influence of product quality and price of realme brand smartphones on purchasing decisions (studies in Batuliang sub-district, Central Lombok district). The aim is to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The data collection method used is the purposive sampling. The population and respondents in the study were 60 people in Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis show that: (1) the quality of Realme brand smartphone products has a positive and not significant effect on purchasing decisions (2) The price of Realme brand smartphone products has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
