Communication has a role in building an organizational climate, which has an impact on organizational culture, namely the values ​​and beliefs that are the central point of the organization. The goal of communication in the organizational process is none other than to form mutual understanding (Mutual Undestanding). In short, so that there is equality in terms of reference and experience. Lecturer communication refers to patterns and forms of communication that occur in the context of organizational networks. This research aims to determine the communication patterns of lecturers in improving the interpersonal quality of students majoring in government science at Pancasakti University, Makassar. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and literature study. The analytical method used is qualitative analysis. The research results show that good communication between lecturers and students will certainly result in better quality students, one of which is marked by increased student academic achievement. On the other hand, poor communication between lecturers and students will actually have an impact on decreasing the student's academic achievement. The indicators for the effectiveness of interpersonal communication, namely openness, empathy, supportive attitude, positive attitude, have worked well.

Actually, there are those who see corruption as something that happens all the time and have unknowingly made it a national disease. In addition, companies that have strong internal controls might nevertheless be victims of fraud. The effects of financial fraud are far-reaching and devastating. In most cases, this causes financial report information to become inaccurate, which in turn affects top-level decision-makers. Examining how auditors may best identify and forestall instances of financial fraud is the overarching goal of this study. This research is qualitative in nature; it gathers information on social phenomena, processes and analyzes it further, and then draws conclusions. The data used for this study came from secondary sources. The findings highlight the critical and essential role of auditors in identifying different types of financial reporting fraud inside organizations.  

Students, teachers, and school employees feel the impact of standardization at SMK in all related activities. The library information system must comply with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) established in SOP ISO 9001:2000. The current library information system has never been audited, and it is unclear whether it has helped achieve the school's vision and mission. An audit of the library information system at the Private High School (SMK) NEGERI 1 SIRAPIT is necessary to have a method to control and ensure that the library information system meets the organization's goals. Using the COBIT 5 framework and the Delivery, Service, and Support (DSS) domain, which includes DSS.1, DSS.5, DSS.11, DSS.12, and DSS.13, the library information system was audited. The research results show that one process, DSS02, has a capability level of 4, and five other processes, DSS01, DSS03, DSS04, and DSS05, each have a capability level of 4. While the overall capability level obtained based on the overall average is 3, this indicates that most tasks have been completed in the DSS domain for the library information system at SMK NEGERI 1 SIRAPIT However, there are standards established to carry out these processes, all of which are well documented and communicated. This study, which assesses the capability level of the Library Information System at SMK NEGERI 1 SIRAPIT, can contribute to the development of specific business processes if, in the future, there will be more customer services with various library service products. This can be done within the framework of the COBIT 5 audit.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of Crowdfunding in supporting education financing management at SDN 02 Aur Kuning. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Crowdfunding as an alternative source of funds for schools and to identify the factors that contribute to the success of Crowdfunding campaigns in this educational environment. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the role of Crowdfunding in supporting education financing management at SDN 02 Aur Kuning. This method was chosen because it allows researchers to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon under study through the collection and analysis of non-numerical data. The results of this study show that Crowdfunding at SDN 02 Aur Kuning highlights the success in raising funds. Crowdfunding was successful for the renovation of science laboratories and scholarships for outstanding students, with substantial contributions from alumni, the community, and non-governmental organizations. Key challenges included a lack of managerial skills in managing the funds and issues of long-term funding sustainability. Success factors include active school involvement, effective communication strategies and transparency in fund management. Support from the community, alumni, and favorable regulations are also crucial in the success of Crowdfunding campaigns.

Rapid digital transformation has created significant opportunities and challenges for education systems around the world. This article explores the concept of adaptive school organizational design in response to these changes, focusing on how educational institutions can leverage technology to improve the quality and efficiency of learning. The study explores key elements of adaptive organizational design, including flexible organizational structures, a culture of innovation, and visionary leadership. Opportunities identified include increasing accessibility of education through e-learning, greater personalization of learning, and collaboration enhanced by digital technologies. However, significant challenges also arise, such as the need for high digital literacy, resistance to change, and gaps in technological infrastructure. By analyzing the needs and challenges faced by schools in the digital era, this article develops a model of school organizational design that can be applied to improve educational effectiveness. Practical recommendations for stakeholders are also provided to help implement organizational change in schools. This study is expected to make significant contributions to the academic literature and educational practice, as well as provide guidance for policymakers and education practitioners in developing effective adaptation strategies in the digital era.

This basic leadership, management and organization training stems from the very minimal knowledge and experience of students in these materials, students who participate and are active in organizations at Selangit State High School only view organizations as merely additional or extracurricular activities, without understanding the substance in them. management of the organization. The aim of this training is to provide students with direct insight and experience regarding leadership and organizational management theories. The method in this training is an interactive lecture and discussion method, where students are invited to actively participate in these activities. As a result of this training, students gain additional knowledge and experience regarding organizational management.

The research method is based on the previously described theories of management and leadership, as well as the results of previous research. The information systems currently used by PT Media Print need to be evaluated to ensure that they remain relevant, efficient and secure. In the competitive print media industry, it is important for companies to ensure that their information systems support business processes well and provide high-quality service to customers. This audit aims to ensure that the information system functions properly, protects sensitive information, and meets organizational goals. By using an information system audit, it is hoped that it can help identify areas where improvements or improvements are needed to improve service quality and control existing security in information systems, including access management, data encryption, user activity monitoring, and data protection measures. From the research carried out, the final result was obtained, namely DSS03 (Manage Service Requests and Incidents) showing the overall level of capability in the DSS03 sub-process and the average results for the DSS03 IT Process itself are shown in table 3 process capability domain DSS03 manage operations.

This study aims to apply the C4.5 algorithm in classifying athlete performance based on the 2023 award recipient list. The C4.5 algorithm was chosen for its ability to construct decision trees that can identify patterns and characteristics distinguishing high-performing athletes. The data used in this study includes various attributes such as gender, age, sport, number of medals, and level of competition participation. The results show that the C4.5 algorithm can classify athletes with high accuracy. The resulting decision tree provides valuable insights into the key factors contributing to athlete performance. The implementation of this algorithm is expected to assist sports organizations in more effectively identifying and developing potential talents.    

The crime of terrorism is a form of crime with an international dimension that is very frightening to the public. Terrorism is a crime against humanity which is classified as an extraordinary crime because it has succeeded in creating chaos based on religion, sect or organization. This crime against humanity is regulated in Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 2018 concerning Terrorism Crimes. Terrorist networks that are difficult to trace and have wide access make the problem of terrorism difficult to eradicate. Easy access between countries is one of the reasons why it is difficult to break the chain of terrorist networks. So efforts are needed through bilateral, regional and international cooperation to eradicate terrorism. The research method used in this paper uses normative legal research based on legal theories. By taking a legislative approach through literature study. This research aims to find out what causes perpetrators to commit criminal acts of terrorism and to find out what form of criminal law accountability exists for perpetrators who participate in criminal acts of terrorism in Indonesia.  

This study explores the concept and urgency of the constitution in the context of national and state life. The Constitution is a fundamental legal document that provides a framework for the organization and operation of the state, as well as establishing the basic rights of citizens and limits on government power. The constitution also plays an important role in maintaining political stability, ensuring justice, and protecting human rights. The urgency of the constitution is reflected in its function as a basis for the supremacy of law, promoting national unity, and balancing power between state institutions. This study identifies that a good understanding of the constitution is important for the success of a democratic system and the sustainable development of a country.

The human need for land from day to day continues to increase, in line with the rapid development in all fields carried out. This is the basis for the importance of registering land with the National Land Agency. Which is the formulation of the problem (What is the function of the land agency in realizing the land registration program in Sikka Regency? (2) What are the inhibiting factors faced by the Land Agency in the implementation of complete systematic land registration in Sikka Regency?. The methods in this study are (1) Normative research, namely research whose data is taken from laws and regulations, (2) Empirical research, namely how the law works in society. The results of the study show that the Land Agency has an important role in ensuring legal certainty over land ownership through a systematic registration process. The function obtained by the Sikka Regency Land Office is to carry out the determination of land ownership and land registration based on the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 17 of 2020 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of the Regional Office of the National Land Agency and the Land Office. However, there are several obstacles faced, including lack of human resources, unclear land ownership status, expensive registration fees, lack of public understanding. The author's conclusions: (1) The National Land Agency in realizing PTSL in Sikka Regency has carried out its function in determining land rights and land registration in accordance with the MINISTERIAL REGULATION ATR/BPN No. 17 of 2020. (2) Inhibiting factors include the lack of human resources in the Sikka Regency Land Office, the implementation of measurements of many people who put up land boundary signs that are not massive, and the lack of community mindset towards the importance of taking care of the issuance of land certificates. The suggestions: (1) For the Sikka Regency Land Office, it is hoped that complete systematic land registration activities in Sikka Regency are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and determined targets so that legal certainty and land ownership can be realized properly. (2) For the National Land Agency of Sikka Regency, Sikka Regency should often conduct socialization regarding the management of land certificates and also coordinate with the local government.

The Bureau of Apparatus Human Resources and Organization is one of the echelon II work units at the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia which has the task of coordinating, fostering and managing the human resources of the apparatus within the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. The Bureau of Human Resources Apparatus and Organization in managing human resources needs to pay anttention to the competence and work discipline of each employee in order to produce quality employees and superior performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work discipline on employee performance of the Bureau of Human Resources Apparatus and Organization of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative method with data collection using saturated samples or non probability sampling. A total of 64 respondents were sampled and the data obtained was processed using SPSS 25 software with multiple linear regression analysis techniques which included instrument testing, partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence, partially and simultaneously competence and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Bureau of Human Resources Apparatus and Organization of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia.

Currently, SMAN 3 Sidoarjo does not have an enterprise architecture and integrated data. To increase the utilization of IT and IS at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo, development through enterprise architecture is needed. The essence of this proposal is to plan an architectural effort as an aid to improving IS and IT at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo in the future. The method used is The Open Group Architecture Framework – Architecture Development Method (TOGAF ADM). The information obtained utilizes qualitative research obtained from observations, document studies and interviews. The continued impact of this research is business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture. The selected design content includes application portfolio catalog, application/organization matrix, logical data diagram and computer network diagram. It is believed that this recommendation can be a reference for improving or developing IS and IT at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo to realize the vision and mission of SMAN 3 Sidoarjo through business architecture, information systems architecture and technology architecture..

Primary data was obtained through surveys, observations and interviews. This research involved all production department employees at PT. Indolakto Pasuruan, numbering 160 people. The results show that employees have motivation, can show work productivity, are responsible and work hard.

Employee performance is an important indicator of their contribution to organizational success because good performance can create a positive work environment and strengthen individual motivation to perform even better. Work environment and work motivation are two factors that can affect employee performance. PT Transportasi Jakarta is a company that operates public transportation services in Jakarta. PT Transportasi Jakarta employees pursue their careers in a unique work environment, driven by a family-based organizational culture and discipline, so that they can achieve operational targets and provide the best service to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance simultaneously or together. The method used in this study uses statistical quantitative methods and uses sample calculations with the Yamane formula which results in 98 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance as seen in the simultaneous f test, namely the fcount value of 91.492 > ftabel 3.09.

The research method used in this research uses the Systematic Literature Review method. There are several types of leadership in companies, including four, namely democratic, autocratic, affiliative and visionary leadership. This study concludes that leadership factors in operational management, finance and public relations have a significant impact on companies. Companies that implement democratic leadership tend to be more able to carry out management in all sectors of the company, while companies that implement leadership based on Islamic studies make the relationship between leaders and subordinates more peaceful compared to other types of leadership.
