The object of research in this thesis is the Demak Development High School which is one of the agencies engaged in the field of science and education. The research objective is to design an effective and efficient school payment administration recording information system and design a school payment administration recording information system that has a system security that can maintain the accuracy of the data. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D Development Research model, the Prototyping System Development Method to produce a product in the form of a Prototype with 6 stages: Research and Data Collection, Planning, Initial Product Development, Product Testing, Product Revision, Final Trial. The conclusion from the results of this study is that this system can facilitate the recording of administrative payment transactions so that there are no mistakes in recording, users can easily present payment reports more quickly so that they can minimize recording time and recording errors, and make it easier for users to print payment reports with affectic and efficient results so as to support and accelerate decision making

The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the influence of budgeting participation and budget goal characteristics on managerial performance with a non-physical work environment as moderation. Population variables in this study are all leaders and financial officers in private vocational schools in the city of Semarang listed in the structure of the division of school work in 2016 which amounted to 14 vocational high schools and each was taken by 3 people so that there were 42 respondents, while the sampling technique used the census method. Data analysis method used is Regression Moderation Analysis (MRA) Hypothesis 1 test results note that the value of t arithmetic = 3.012> t table = 1.694 with a number of significance = 0.003 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H1) that participation budgeting has a positive effect. on proven managerial job performance. Regression coefficient β1 = 0.567 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the higher the participation in budgeting, the higher the managerial performance. Hypothesis 2 testing is known that the value of t = 2.723> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.010 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H2) that the characteristics of the budgetary objectives have a positive effect on managerial performance of the work proved. Stepwise coefficient = 0.279 (benchmark), can be interpreted more clearly the characteristics of the managerial level budget objectives. Testing hypothesis 3 is known that the value of t 2.484> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.026 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H3) that the work environment is not moderate, moderate moderate positive positive effect on budget participation on managerial work performance proven. Testing hypothesis 4 is known that the value of t arithmetic 2.333> t table = 1.694 with the number of significance = 0.032 <α = 0.05 (significance nt). Thus the hypothesis (H4) that the non-physical work environment positively influences the characteristics of budgetary goals on proven managerial work performance. Interaction test results show β4 = 0.163 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the existence of a non-physical work environment that is conducive will strengthen the influence of the characteristics of the budget objectives on managerial work performance. Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The title of this devotion is "Tutoring to overcome learning difficulties" the guidance of learning is part of the guidance and counseling that has the purpose of guiding the child in order to achieve optimum learning achievement (according to his ability), especially for children who have learning difficulties or those whose value is ugly even though the IQ is not low. Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. Various problems with the destruction of the Indonesian nation and state life institutions are increasingly approaching concerns. The emergence of grassroots movements that undermine the people of this nation is increasingly visible and shows a crisis of exemplary in the community, thus giving rise to a series of socio-cultural conflicts that occur in the midst of society in various regions. The participants in this service program are, non-productive society, civic teachers at Senior High School Teacher in Surakarta City. They are a pioneer of Pancasila Teachers who need education and training in the form of Character Development Training activities as one of the activities that will sustain and filter the problems of socio-cultural conflicts that arise in society so that peace and comfortable will be achieved in people's lives. The results of this program are as a part of this service activity in the form of Social manipulation and Models that reflect systematically arranged steps, from an activity consisting of a guide module for Character Building Training with national-scale scientific articles that will support character nation building in the framework of implementing mental revolution . While the method used in this service is CIPP stands for evaluation of the whole based on Context, Inputs, Process, and Product. The results of this service are reducing socio-cultural conflicts in the life of the Pancasila, in order to implement the Mental Revolution. Mranggen Demak State High School Library is a work unit formed with the decision of an authorized official to serve the needs of school residents to the books in Mranggen Demak State High School. In this school library the library management is still conventional by taking notes in the big books. Services to library members are ineffective and unsatisfactory because it takes a long time to find the books they will borrow on every bookshelf available and look at notes in the big books. The slow preparation of the report so that the development of the library is less attention. Seeing these conditions the author tries to provide alternatives by making applications that can facilitate data processing and improve the efficiency of time and cost that has been in the school library. At this writing, the application made is a multiuser-based barcode technology application with a life cycle system development method. The system is designed using Microsoft Visul Basic 6.0 with a SQL Server 2000 database so that the implementation is in the form of a ready-to-use application system that is implemented in a library room. Application management of multiuser-based barcode technology is expected to be able to solve the problems that exist in the SMA Negeri 1 Mranggen Demak Library because in this system the data is processed centrally in one database so that data is not only recorded in the big books that have been happening.

The existence of the phenomenon of teacher performance degradation,can be seen fromteachers who do not do their job properly, the teachers whoteach only highly educated butless attention function. Improved performance canbe achieved by improving teachers' leadership style of principals and schoolwork climate. Therefore, the central issue in thisstudy is how much influence theprincipal's leadership style and school climate work onteacher performance.Thisstudy aims to analyze the influence of principal leadership style on teacherperformance and school climate effects work on teacher performance. Thehypothesis is that there is a positive effect between: the principal's leadershipstyle on teacher performance and the climate of the school work on teacherperformance.This study belongs to the kind of quantitative research using the surveymethod and descriptive analytic approach. The samples used were from allpopulation of 50 teachers SMA/SMKBina Nusantara Semarang. Techniquesof data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is thePearson product moment correlation, determination, and multiple linearregression. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is processed and theninterpreted, analyzed, and described according to the problem andresearchobjectives.Based on the results of this study concluded that theprincipal's leadership style and school climate is partially working (people) onthe performance of teachers.

This study sought to determine how students perceive entrepreneurshipas a career and whether they would want to pursue a careerinentrepreneurship upon completion of school. The study bore in mind thatfactors have the potential to influence the students’perception ofentrepreneurship and thus contribute in determining theirentrepreneurialintentions. As such learning Business Studies andhaving parentsin selfemployment was viewed as having prior exposure toentrepreneurship. Datafor this study was obtained by use of a questionnaireadministered torandomly selected students from STIE Totalwin Semarang. They were 85respondents whocomprised of both male and female students. The researchrevealed that majority of students had a positiveperception ofentrepreneurship as a career option. It was alsoobserved that students whohad parentsin self employment were highlymotivated to go intoentrepreneurship so as to continue in family business.

In order to increase student interest in learning, increase grades and facilitate the understanding of biology subjects on the material of the human excretion system class XI Science. The author uses data collection research methods including observation, interviews, questionnaires, R&D product development methods, prototype methods and object-oriented approaches. The equipment used in designing this system uses UML modeling. Use Case Diagrams include, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams and the software used by the author is Android Development Tools (ADT) and MySQL as a database. Mobile learning media application is expected to help facilitate the needs of students to learn the material of the human excretion system online at any time without any place and time restrictions.
