The aim of this research is to analyze the simultaneous significant influence of salary and incentives on employee work productivity in the Promotions Division of CV. Lentera Galuh R Tasikmalaya. Salary has a significant partial influence on employee work productivity in the Promotions Division of CV. Lentera Galuh R Tasikmalaya, while Incentives also have a significant partial influence on employee work productivity in the same division. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a causal associative analysis approach. The research sample consists of 39 employees of CV. Lentera Galuh R Tasikmalaya. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees in the division. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression analysis conducted using SPSS 25.0. The research results indicate that Salary has a classification of Very Strong, Incentives have a classification of Very Strong, while Employee Work Productivity also has a Very Strong classification. The findings of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the influence of salary and incentives on employee work productivity in CV. Lentera Galuh R Tasikmalaya and offer recommendations to the management for enhancing employee performance and productivity.

This research aims to find out whether workload influences the performance of Rafly Cake MSME business actors in Mambi District, Mamasa Regency. This research method uses Saturated Sampling in taking research samples. This research technique uses simple linear regression analysis of 30 business actors. The results of this research have been tested for validity and reliability, the data analysis method uses simple linear regression analysis techniques and hypothesis testing. This study use a qualitative approach with the type of case study in Sekolah Penggerak SMP Bilingual Terpadu Junwangi Krian Sidoarjo. As for the data collection tehniques, used observation,interview and documentation tehniques. The stages in the data analysis use the stage of condensing data analysis,data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, checking the validity the data is through. Work ethic is the totality of an individual's personality in the context of work. Working is a form of self-dedication as a servant of Allah by obeying all His commands and avoiding all prohibitions. For this reason, Allah has provided facilities in the form of surface resources for human use in achieving their well-being. A strong work ethic can fulfill economic needs and desires within the family. Islam encourages its followers to work diligently and not to be lazy, as laziness can lead to poverty. The formation of a work ethic (including Islamic work ethic) is a complex process, involving various factors such as physical, biological, mental-psychological, socio-cultural, and possibly transcendental spiritual conditions and preconditions. This research adopts a qualitative approach and was conducted at the Padang Lamo Street Market, Pulau Temiang, Tebo Ulu District, Tebo Regency, in January 2023. The respondents in this study consisted of 27 individuals, including fish traders, consumers, and religious scholars. The findings of the research on fish traders in the Pulau Temiang Subdistrict Market, Tebo Regency, indicate that fish traders possess crucial work skills, exhibit diverse motivations such as earning a livelihood and pursuing hobbies, their work ethic is driven by the desire to meet their family's needs, and their economic conditions impact their well-being. Challenges include limited education, environmental conditions, and limited alternative job opportunities.

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is a real implementation of the responsibilities of lecturers and students in carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially in the aspect of community service. This activity focuses on the involvement of universities with the Gaum village community, with the main objective of increasing community understanding of financial literacy and digitalization of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era. Community service activities are carried out through various programs, including surveys of MSMEs, counseling on digitalization and financial literacy, socialization of financial protection, and guidance to MSMEs. The results of these activities indicate an increase in community spirit and understanding, especially MSME players in Gaum village, in managing financial aspects and utilizing digital platforms for marketing. Thus, this KKN creates a positive synergy between universities and local communities, supporting the development of micro-economies in the current digital era.

Jakarta Laras Citra Tangerang Selatan is a company engaged in the field of accounting services and oversees non-formal Japanese-language educational institutions. Quantitative approach method. The population of 40 people is determined by a saturated sample. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires with SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate incentives (X1) and work environment (X2) have an effect on employee performance at PT. Jakarta Laras Citra South Tangerang, incentives (X1) are proven from the value of t count > t table (2.653 > 2.026) probability 0.012. The work environment (X2) is proven by the value of t count > t table (2.489 > 2.026) probability 0.017. Simultaneously the two variables affect employee performance, as evidenced by the F test obtained F count > F table (21.061 > 3.24) probability 0.000.

This research aimed to: (1) find out the description  of employee performance, communication, career development, and work ethic and (2) analyze the effect of communication, career development, and work ethic on employee performance both partially and simultaneously.The populations in this research were Hiro Heling Credit Union employees as many as 63 people. This research was done by census or saturated sampling due limited population. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t-test.The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variables of employee performance, communication, and career development were categorized as good enough while work ethic was categorized as good. The statistical result of the t-test showed that partially, the variables of communication, career development, and work ethic had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The statistical results of the F-test showed that simultaneously, all independent variables had a significant influence on employee performance. The results of the determination analysis indicated that three independent variables in this research could explain the fluctuating performance of employees at Hiro Heling Credit Union by 47,4%.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of internship experience on the work readiness of Management students in the class of 2018 & 2019. (2) The influence of soft skills on the work readiness of Management students in the class of 2018 & 2019. Based on the results of initial observations on 40 Management students in the class of 2018 and 2019. Of those who have carried out internships, only 42% have work readiness and 58% do not have work readiness. This can be concluded that students who do not have work readiness are influenced by the lack of work readiness that half of their work experience has. So researchers conducted this research using a quantitative approach. Data collection in this research used observation, documentation and distribution of questionnaires. The population of this research is Management Students Class of 2018 & 2019, Nineteen November University, Kolaka, totaling 281 students. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 165 students. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is testing the measurement model (outer model) and testing the structural model (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Internship Experience variable on work readiness as indicated by a P-Value of 0.001. Meanwhile, the Soft Skill variable has a positive and significant effect on work readiness as indicated by a P-Value of 0.002.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee discipline in the Motorized Vehicle Testing Division of the Ciamis Regency Transportation Service. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this research were employees of the Motor Vehicle Testing Section of the Ciamis Regency Transportation Service. Sampling in this research used a saturated sample of 43 respondents. The analytical method used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results showed that compensation and work motivation simultaneously had an effect on employee discipline. Partially, compensation variables affect employee discipline. This research aims to produce a product in the form of problem-based learning worksheets (LKPD) that is valid, practical, and effective to improve students' mathematical problem solving skills. This research is designed based on the stages of the 4-D development model by Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel which are adapted into 3-D including the stages of define, design, and develop. The subjects in this study were 31 students of grade VII-4 SMP Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan. Based on the research that has been conducted, the validity of the developed LKPD obtained an average percentage of assessment of 84.1% by experts with qualifications classified as very valid. Through the LKPD practicality questionnaire by teachers and students, an average percentage of assessment was obtained of 90% by teachers and 93.6% by students with qualifications classified as very practical to be used in the learning process. The implementation of learning with the application of problem-based learning LKPD has been carried out to see the effectiveness of  LKPD with assessment references that are determined to obtain results, namely for the completeness of classical learning reaching 83.9%, the achievement of learning objectives is achieved in question points 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, and the achievement of efficient learning time or does not exceed ordinary learning. From the three references for assessing effectiveness, the LKPD developed is classified as effective.  The increasing in mathematical problem solving was in the medium category with an average gain score of 0.60. Based on the research acquisition data, it is concluded that the problem-based learning LKPD developed in this study has met valid, practical, and effective qualifications.

This research focuses on developing high protein fish feed derived from golden snails with the addition of a mixture of fish pellets. The aim of this research is to produce high quality fish feed from available local resources and apply it in the Community Service Program (KKN) in village communities. Experimental methods were used to develop a feed formula with the right ratio of golden snails and fish pellets. The feed developed has a high protein content and a balanced nutritional composition. Furthermore, the KKN program was implemented in the village by involving students as facilitators in the socialization and application of high protein fish food to the community. The results show positive adoption of the feed by village communities and increased productivity of fish farming. This program provides dual benefits, namely increasing village community income through more efficient fish farming and supporting sustainable use of local resources.

Employee performance measures the success of an organization in achieving its mission and completing a task. The work culture must be designed in such a way that it achieves the goals of the organization and at the same time realizes the individual goals of employees. Competence can affect the improvement of the performance of an employee when the employee has good competence in a professional attitude such as having a cooperative relationship with a colleague in completing a job. The research method used in this research is statistical quantitative. The population in this study is the entire employee of NISD & Partners with a total population of 36 employees. The data collection technique used is a survey method by spreading the questionnaire. The research uses data analysis methods such as validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, double linear regression test and hypothesis test. Data analysis uses the IMB program SPSS Statistic Ver. 25. The results of this study show that work culture variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline simultaneously or partially on the performance of Bantarsari Puskesmas employees. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 45 people as respondents to the Bantarsari Puskesmas based on 45 known population data. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 support application. Simultaneously compensation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the compensation variable has a significant effect on employee performance, as well as the work discipline variable, which partially has a significant effect on employee performance.

This study the authors explain the effects of the work environment and workload on the performance of employees of PT. Adira Semesta Industry, with a total sampel of 92 employees, data collection methode using a questionnaire with analysis using multiple regression and the results of a partial analysis of work environment variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Workload variables have a significant impact on employee performance with respective influence sizes of 3,231 an 2,274 greater than the t table of 2,101. And the simultaneous test results show that the work environment and workload together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Adira Semesta Industry with F value of 32,520 > F Table 17,406.

Abortion can endanger the mother's health because it can cause bleeding, uterine perforation, infection and shock. Bleeding occurs due to not yet releasing all the products of conception from the endometrial wall, so that the blood vessels are always open to empty the uterus of the remaining products of conception. The next consequence of abortion is perforation, perforation occurs when scraping/curettage, if this happens it is necessary to carry out a laparotomy according to the extent of the perforation. Infection can occur due to the accumulation of dead and rotting products of conception in the body, causing infection, shock, can occur in cases of abortion due to severe infection or profuse bleeding. The incidence of abortion in Indonesia in 2012 was 4%. The aim is to determine the relationship between gestational age and distance with the incidence of abortion in 2023. termination of the pregnancy process before the gestational age is less than 28 weeks (Manuaba, 2010). Abortion is the ending of a pregnancy through any means, spontaneous or artificial, before the fetus is able to survive with limitations based on gestational age and body weight. This research is an observational analytical research with a research design control cases. The samples taken to support this research were all abortion patients at the Pargarutan Health Center, South Tapanuli, totaling 30 people.

This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health and the Work Environment on Employees at PT X. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach in measuring the effect of occupational safety and health and the work environment on employee performance at PT X  Jakarta. The sample technique used in this study was a saturated sample technique with a total of 35 employees. Data collection methods using observation, questionnaires and case studies. The data analysis method uses validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that the t value of occupational safety and health has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of (-1.433<1.694) and sig value. 0.161>0.05 and the work environment has a positive effect and has a positive impact on employee performance (4.557<1.694) and sig value. 0.000<0.05. Simultaneously, the value of F (22.487>3.28) and sig value. 0.000 <0.05 and the coefficient of determination of 0.584, it can be concluded that occupational safety and health (X1) and the work environment (X2) together have an influence of 58.4% on employee performance (Y)

This research aims to determine the effect of workload on performance, the effect of the work environment on performance and the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at the Jaury Jusuf Putera Makassar Academic Hospital. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires that have been distributed and relate to the problem being studied with a sample size of 47 people. The results of the research show that the workload variable has a significant level of 0.005, which is smaller than 0.05 with a coefficient value of -0.03 indicating that the influence it has is negative on the independent variable. Meanwhile, the work environment variable has a significance level of 0.000 with a coefficient value of 0.044 indicating that the influence given is positive on the independent variable.

Sari Mulya Supermarket is one of the supermarkets that provides various kinds of basic household needs and a place to shop that can shop wholesale and retail. This type of research uses quantitative. The population of this study with a sample of 60 employees as respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents online using the Google form. The results of this study are that work stress has no partial and negative effect on employee performance. This is supported by the calculated t value for Job Stress (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), the calculated t value is -1.676 < t table 1.673 and the t test sig value for Job Stress (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.099 > 0, 05. Leadership style partially and positively influences employee performance. This is supported by the calculated t value for Leadership Style (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), the calculated t value is 5.081 > t table 1.673 and the t test sig value for Leadership Style (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 . Simultaneously Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) are significant and positive on Motivation (Z). It is known that the significant value of Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) simultaneously on Motivation (Z) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 13.733 > F table 4.010. Simultaneously Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) have a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance through Motivation (Z). It is known that the significant value of Job Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) through Motivation (Z) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 23.375 > F table 4.010.

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of compensation, physical work environment and work facilities on the work productivity employees of CV. Mukti Mulyo. Where this research uses a descriptive research model with a quantitative approach method with a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample method, with a population of 32 employees and a sample of 32 respondents or all employees used as samples. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and determination test (R2) which are processed using the SPSS version 25 data processing program. The research results obtained are that compensation has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.016 < 0.05. The physical work environment has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.001 < 0.05. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.022 <0.05. Compensation, physical work environment and work facilities have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant F test value of 0.000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Work Discipline of Production Division Employees at PT. Buana Niagamakmur Range, Tasikmalaya Branch. The population in this study were production division employees at PT. Range of Buana Niagamakmur Tasikmalaya Branch, totaling 50 people, quantitative method with a survey approach and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test, the test results show that simultaneously leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on work discipline. Partially, leadership style has a partially significant effect on work discipline, while the work environment has no partial effect on employee work discipline at PT. Buana Niagamakmur Range, Tasikmalaya Branch.
