Group companies grow and develop and many group companies cannot be controlled so that they can result in monopolies. The monopoly will occur in networks or business relationships owned by group companies. This relationship can be understood as a legal entity that has a relationship within the grub company. This research method uses normative research, where normative legal research is research by collecting secondary data that is in accordance with the problem to be studied and then processed. The results of this study explain that the responbility of the holding company to its subsidiaries in group companies is a legal relationship related to the parent and subsidiary companyes. This legal relationship after the merger, the parent company has the authority as the majority shareholder of the subsidiary. Therefore the parent company will control the operation of the subsidiary. The parent and subsidiary companies have different articles of a of association are a positive law where if the articles of association are violated it will result in the cancellation of the transaction. If the subsidiary is sued and the subsidiary violates the law, the party who is aggrieved will be sued, namely the subsidiary because based on the law, the subsidiary has its own responbilities in running the company.

Based on data SIMFONI PPA, throughout 2021 there were 987 cases of violence against children with disabilities experienced by 264 boys and 764 girls. The same data reveals that the type of violence with the highest number of victims is sexual violence, namely 591 victims. From this data it is possible that there will be an even higher increase. Therefore, children with special needs need special guidance and direction in understanding their physical and psychological changes as well as prevention and knowledge about the importance of gender identity and sexuality. Teaching sex is very important, especially for children with special needs in order to prevent sexual harassment. Through the media of songs teaching sex can be done effectively, especially for children. 54% of the achievements in this research were well achieved. Perhaps the remaining 46% will be a further task for researchers, teachers or other parties who wish to develop this research in a more innovative way.

Many games are starting to appear that are less educational and less suitable to be played which have a bad impact on children, as well as the lack of parental supervision of children in excessive use of gadgets. the need for a media that can unite two elements, namely game play and learning, therefore an educational game application is made that uses construct 2 and coreldraw which serves as the interface design processor, objects, buttons, and players. This educational game raises the theme of introducing the names of animals in the form of pictures, which will later become an alternative learning that provides a more useful education, has a positive impact on children, and can reduce children playing games that are not suitable for their age. With this application, it provides broad insight to children about recognizing animal names and understanding them, and can fill children's free time which is usually spent just playing less useful games by playing and learning with this educational game application.

This article reviews the influence of netizen comments on the mental health of parents of children with special needs. The research analyzed in the article is based on the background of the problem that negative comments have a significant impact on the mental health of parents with disabilities, so this research aims to address the stigmatization and discrimination of persons with disabilities and their families on social media and encourage people to treat them with the same respect and understanding as other people. This type of research is qualitative research with a naturalistic paradigm. The method used in the assignment article for the Indonesian Language Education course is a systematic literature review (SLR). The research instrument is a survey and the researcher is the key instrument. The data source for this research is the results of a survey of several comments on the social media accounts of parents of children with special needs. The result is making learning media in the form of posters or videos, and others about the effect of bad comments on the mental health of parents of children with special needs as well as the importance of being responsible and being wise in writing comments on social media.

In every early childhood education, children will be more likely to be interested in games that are easy to play and attract attention in which there are colorful animated images that attract attention. At this stage, children will find it easier to remember an animal shape or writing that has attractive colors and communicative and fun shapes, and can also hear the sounds in it. The development of human life today has been significantly influenced by the rapid advancement of technology. Behind the convenience and advancement of technology, it is not uncommon to have an unfavorable impact on its users. Nowadays, not a few children and teenagers are trapped in gadget abuse, for example; visiting pornographic sites and forgetting time to study because of addiction to online games. These events often result in the degradation of the child's character and spirituality. In addition, other factors that make children less controlled in using gadgets are due to the presence of some parents who do not provide guidance to children regarding the use of gadgets properly and regularly. The purpose of this writing is to explain the existence of Sunday school teachers in providing guidance and direction to increase Sunday school children's understanding of the use of gadgets by providing parenting guidance, teaching slowly the benefits of gadgets, utilizing the parental control features available on gadgets and determining sanctions for children if they violate the boundaries that have been given. The method used in writing this article is a qualitative method and a literature research approach. The results received in this study are that the more existence of Sunday school teachers in increasing the digital quotient for children, the more responsible Sunday school children will be for the gadgets they have.

The purpose of this study was to determine the socio-cultural conditions of the farming community in relation to children's education and the socio-economic conditions of the farming community in the village of Suro, Central Java. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection tools used in this study were observation and interviews. The results of the study show that factors such as limited access to education, traditional belief in the local education system, and the lack of public awareness regarding the importance of formal education are challenges in improving the education of children in Suro Village. However, through joint efforts from the government, community and non-governmental organizations, such as increasing access to formal education, the role of parents in providing support and motivation, campaigns and outreach programs regarding the importance of formal education, can improve the education of children in Suro Village. It is hoped that these efforts can gain strong support from all parties to create a conducive educational environment for the children of Suro Village to prepare for their future. It is hoped that this article can provide an overview of the condition of children's education in farming communities in rural areas and become a reference for the development of sustainable education policies in Indonesia.

The background of this research is because there are still bad views and behavior by society towards children with special needs (CSN). The writer took one of the Korean dramas which raised the story of the abuse of children with special needs entitled Taxi Driver as a reference for this research. The goal to be achieved from this research is so that people know how to treat children with special needs. This research method uses a quantitative method which is carried out by distributing pamphlets and questionnaires which are distributed through the Google Form media. The results of this research have gotten various respondents regarding their perspectives. From the response we got, not many people still don't really know how to handle children with special needs themselves. However, not a few also argue that the film taxi driver is a treatment that should not be done.

In the juvenile justice process, there is a principle that states that the best interests of the child must be seen as of paramount importance (obtaining the highest level of priority) in every decision relating to children so that the safety and health of children can be realized. A child who abuses narcotics can be categorized as a victimless crime because his act of abusing narcotics harms his own person, so the child can also be said to be a victim of his own crime. That way, children who abuse narcotics have the right to be able to get rehabilitation and make imprisonment a last resort in the judicial process in accordance with the mandate of the Law on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. However, in the decision of Decision Number 19/Pid.Sus-Anak/2020/PN Sgm, the panel of judges did not consider the position of children as legal subjects by not including the Law on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System and the Law on Child Protection in their considerations, so that they continued to sanction imprisonment without rehabilitation for children who use drugs. Thus, the purpose of this research is to find out the basis for judges' considerations not to impose rehabilitation on children who abuse narcotics in Decision Number 19/Pid.Sus-Anak/2020/PN Sgm and to analyze the sentencing contained in Decision Number 19/Pid.Sus-Anak/2020/PN Sgm when reviewed based on the Law on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System and the Child Protection Law. This research was conducted using a normative juridical method with a case approach. Sources of data in this study used secondary and primary data collected with library research data collection techniques, which were then analyzed descriptively and analytically with a qualitative approach. The results of the study concluded that the judge's consideration of not imposing rehabilitation on children who abuse narcotics in Decision Number 19/Pid.Sus-Anak/2020/PN Sgm because the child's qualifications as narcotics abusers do not meet one of the qualifications contained in SEMA Number 4 of 2010, namely that the weight of methamphetamine found was still under 1 (one) gram. In addition, the judge was not careful in imposing a sentence of 3 (three) months in prison without rehabilitation for a child as a narcotics abuser for himself because this did not comply with the provisions of Article 54 of the Narcotics Law, Article 81 Paragraph (1) and Paragraph (5) of the Law on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, as well as Article 67 of the Child Protection Act.

Counseling about maturing the age of marriage is a means of communication, information and discussion of problems that exist in an area. Counseling on the maturity of child marriage aims to increase knowledge & awareness in making decisions regarding marriages that are healthy, safe and in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in our country. Besides that, counseling on child marriage maturity is a strategy in order to improve the health status of mothers and babies so that there are no cases of high-risk pregnant women due to child marriage, marriage at a young age is very vulnerable to hypertension in pregnancy, abortion and babies born with LBW or stunting. Counseling on the maturation of child marriage was given to families who have children who are still in junior high school - high school, health cadres & village officials totaling 150 people from 5 village locations in the Kunduran District area. After being given counseling, it is hoped that all participants and officials will have a commitment to try to reduce cases of child marriage in their respective village areas.

A wedding is one of the most essential public ceremonies in life. This arrangement caused problems down the road of course, the mother would have a hard time finding care for her child if her parents’ marriage broke up. However, considering that Law Number 12 of 2006 concerning Citizenship has been in effect. Mixed-marriage kids have a variety of options. Due to the assurance of their status, they can apply to become citizens of the Republic of Indonesia after they turn 18 or are legally married. When a child turns 18 or marries, they must choose a nationality and they can no longer have dual citizenship.  

This study aims to describe (1) the value of character education in Tere Liye's Novel Si Anak Savana (2) the implications for learning literature in high school.This study uses qualitative methods and types of library research. Qualitative research was used to describe the value of character education in Tere Liye's Novel Si Anak Savana and to describe its implications for teaching literature in high school. The results of the study were 14 values of character education and 28 quotes of character education values in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana by Tere Liye. The 14 values of character education are: (1) Religious (form: obedient to worship, always pray, be grateful, believe, put your trust in and pray). (2) Honest (form: not lying) (3) Discipline (form: not delaying work). (4) Hard Work (its form: always trying and never giving up), (5) Independent (its form: not depending on other people) (6) Creative (its form: always having ideas and ideas) (7) Democratic (its form: expressing opinions ) (8) Curiosity (its form: curiosity), (9) Friendly (its form: always doing work together), (10) Peace-loving (its form: not wanting to fight), (11) Caring for the environment (its form : environmental cleanliness and natural preservation), (12) Social care (its form: helping others and social service). (13) Likes to read (form: likes to read) (14) Responsibility (form: obligation that must be carried out. The most dominant character education value in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana by Tere Liye is the value of social care character education, and curiosity From the results of the analysis of the 28 values of character education in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana, it can be implicated in teaching literature in class XI high school, according to KD 3.20 analyzing the messages from the two fiction books (novels and poetry) that have been read. , students can learn the value of character education.Students can also find the value of character education in novel.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai hubungan antara bentuk musikologis, pemahaman syair dan pembawaan dinamika di dalam lagu di dalam gereja Katolik. Bentuk lagu Anak Domba Allah karya Gab Edy Langgu yang menggunakan motif lagu Manggarai Timur gelang lite cela d' sebagai bagian dari ordinarium misa. Lagu Anak Domba Allah adalah bentuk lagu yang secara musikologis dibuat untuk misa yang sering digunakan oleh umat awam dan rohaniwan. Bentuk lagu ini tidak dipahami oleh semua orang di gereja tersebut. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah sebuah penelitian musikologis terhadap bentuk lagu Anak Domba Allah, yang dikatikan antara makna syair dan dinamika di dalam lagu tersebut. Lagu ini memiliki potensi untuk diterima dan digunakan untuk membantu umat beribadah dalam penghayatan iman mereka. Peran gereja-gereja Katolik di Kota Kupang adalah menyanyikan lagu pujian ordinarium anak Domba Allah ini.    

Developing children's interests and talents in a religious context is crucial to shaping the character and morality of the younger generation. This study aims to explore the various methods used in religious activities in Heram District, Waena Kel. Jayapura City, and to measure their impact on the development of children's interests and talents. Through qualitative and quantitative approaches, data was collected from observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Results show that religious activities not only increase children's interest in spiritual aspects, but also contribute to their social and emotional development.

Stunting (dwarf) is a condition where a toddler has a length or height that is less when compared to age. This condition indicates a poor nutritional status (malnutrition) over a long period of time (chronic). The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between maternal parenting and the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-60 months in the Teritih sub-district, the working area of the Kalodran Public Health Center, Serang City, Banten Province in 2022. This research is descriptive and this research uses primary data with a measuring instrument, namely a questionnaire that has been tested as an instrument , in data analysis using the Chi Square statistical test with a sample of 14 pregnant women who have children aged 24-60 months and the researchers chose respondents with total sampling technique. Most of the results were obtained in providing food with democratic parenting as many as 9 (64.3%) and almost all respondents who were stunted were short as many as 10 (71.4%). The results of the chi square test showed P = 0.000, which means that there was a significant relationship between parenting style and the incidence of stunting and the OR value of 1.400 indicated that democratic parenting was more at risk of stunting once than authoritarian parenting in providing food or nutrition to children. It is recommended to increase knowledge and provide direct experience for researchers so that it becomes a reference material for comparing theories with stunting incidents in the community.

Stunting or short growth occurs when children do not receive the right kind of nutrition, especially in the womb and during the first two years of life. Children who are short, it means that their body growth and brain development has decreased and suffered permanent and irreversible damage. Children who experience stunting will have a greater risk of disease and death. The problem of nutritional deficiency is one of the most common problems in developing countries, such as Indonesia. To determine the relationship between parenting and the incidence of stunting in children. This study used a cross sectional design . The results showed that there was no relationship between parenting patterns and the incidence of stunting in children with a p-value of 0.150 > 0.5. The nutritional status of children, the majority of children have normal height with a total of 15 respondents (75%), 4 respondents (20%) have high height and 1 (5%) respondents have short height so that they are at risk of stunting, The level of parenting shows that parenting patterns are mostly in the high category of 17 respondents (85%) and there is no relationship between parenting patterns and the incidence of stunting in children.

Child marriage occurred long before the emergence of the Marriage Law number 1 of 1974 and its amendment, namely Law number 16 of 2019. The difference lies in the reason for the marriage itself. Long before the reason for underage marriages was a growing culture that women were considered sufficient to be at home, and to be the mother of the children they were born with. The strengthening patriarchal culture has an impact on the marginalization of women. The term women are kitchens, mattresses, legendary wells and perpetuate underage marriages. Issues that develop are different because child marriage now leads to promiscuity. The problem currently encountered is the increasing number of child marriages. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of local government in preventing child marriage, with the locus in Grobogan Regency. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the role of local government is not optimal. Prevention of child marriage is not as easy as solving other social problems. Family isolation, and scattered locations make it difficult for local governments to control child marriage. The role of stakeholders in preventing child marriage is not strong. Child marriage is considered a sensitive area that is not easy to touch.

Through this article, we examine the factors that cause the success of how to educate children in Islam focusing on the morals, manners and knowledge of children in the realm of the family. The type of analysis used in this study is literature search, or in other words called literature search. It is a problem-solving activity based on a critical and in-depth analysis of important library materials. Most of this research is done in newspapers and news stories, looking for different sources of information relating to the issue under investigation. This research method uses qualitative descriptive methods. The data displayed is categorized, displayed, and analyzed using a system of elaboration of the source's answers, This analysis involves contextualizing and interpreting the data that has been collected. The data are presented in this article in a narrative and descriptive format. The conclusion of this study on child rearing in the Islamic worldview is that raising children in the Islamic worldview is the duty of every parent. Children are a gift of Allah SWT to all parents and raising children in an Islamic perspective is an irreplaceable obligation of every parent. There are different ways of raising children in Islam, for example. How to teach the basics of Islam, give nicknames to children with good intentions, give affection every day and teach children to pray since childhood. Environmental factors, parental character and social environment can affect a child's education in Islam. Choking is an emergency situation that frequently occurs in infants and toddlers and can potentially lead to death if not managed promptly and appropriately. Limited knowledge and skills of parents, particularly mothers, in providing first aid are among the factors that increase the risk of complications resulting from choking incidents in children. This study aimed to determine the effect of choking management education on mothers’ ability to handle choking incidents in children in Pinokalan Subdistrict, Ranowulu District, Bitung City. This study employed a pre-experimental design using a one-group pretest–posttest approach. The study population consisted of 75 respondents, with a sample of 15 mothers who had children aged ≤ 3 years, selected using accidental sampling techniques. The intervention consisted of health education on choking management using standard operating procedure guidelines and structured health education sessions, while mothers’ abilities were assessed using an observation checklist. Data analysis included univariate and bivariate analyses using the McNemar test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that prior to the educational intervention, most mothers had poor ability in managing choking incidents in children; however, after the intervention, there was a significant improvement in their abilities. The McNemar test yielded a p-value of 0.008, indicating a significant effect of choking management health education on mothers’ ability to manage choking incidents in children. These findings demonstrate that health education plays an important role in improving mothers’ preparedness and skills in dealing with pediatric emergencies. This study is expected to serve as a basis for the development of community-based health education programs as a promotive and preventive effort to reduce morbidity and mortality risks due to choking in children.

Background: One important aspect of the development process is gross motor development, namely body movements using large muscles. Gross motor skills are the ability to move various parts of the body that involve the activity of the large muscles on command and regulate body movements against various influences from outside and from within the body. Interviews conducted by researchers with 10 mothers who had children aged 1-3 years found seven mothers who said they did not provide stimulation to their children, such as not inviting their children to play because they had to work, not teaching children how to stand or learn to walk according to the child's age. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find out the description of gross motor skills in toddlers (1-3 years old) in the Working Area of the Tabanan III Health Center. Methods: This research is a descriptive analytic study using a cross-sectional approach. Respondents were selected based on purposive sampling, namely all mothers who had children aged 1-3 years at the Posyandu, Tabanan III Health Center, as many as 83 people using an observation sheet. Results: This study shows that the description of gross motor skills development in the Posyandu Work Area of the Tabanan III Health Center is in the normal category as many as 57 respondents (68.7%) while those in the abnormal category are as many as 26 respondents (31.3%). It was also found that most of the mothers were >30 years old, most of the mothers had graduate education, and most of the children were male. Conclusion: Gross motor development skills in toddlers (age 1-3 years) in the Posyandu Working Area of the Tabanan III Health Center are in the normal category
